Went to this salon for the first time on a friends recommendation. I will definitely be going back! Terrific job on my Mani/Pedi and so nice. It was a little pricey, but I am happy to pay for a job well done!

Tiffany does an amazing job! She truly cares about her clients. She did my gel pedicure and my Manicure from my bad habit of biting my nails, and was able to form a nail over my own for them to finally have a chance to go. If you come here; ask for Tiffany, you will be Very pleased!

Helen and Tiffany are the best! They give such long massages. I’ve been coming here for years. Walked in yesterday and a lady I’ve never seen said she was too busy and to make an appointment for tomorrow. I come at my appointment time and it’s closed!!!I hope they’re not closing!

They were great especially when I informed them my husband has Alzheimer’s . They sure pamper him.

They are very nice here. I really don’t like writing bad reviews but I was looking in my new neighborhood for a place to keep up my acrylics and read all the reviews for surround salons so maybe this will help. I went to get a fill and gel polish. There is a huge lack of detail. My polish looks terrible, there is polish pooled at my cuticles and in the skin around my nails. And the fill wasn’t filed enough in that it’s pressing on my nail bed. Sorry to say it’s the worst polish I have ever paid for.

I called this salon for an American Manicure and was told that they do provide the style I was looking for. When I got there, I was seated right away. Then was given a french manicure, which was not the main problem. It wasnt what I asked for but if done right, I would have settled. The main issue was that two nails were crocked. It looked as though the acrylic was not even over the nail. The pricing was good as they had a sale. I think that they do well with pedicure but with my full set, it was horrible. After I left the salon, I went to a shop in West Ashley. They removed all of the nails and gave me the proper American Manicure. If was my first my first time wanting this type of manicure. I did not know that a different tip was supposed to be used. The Palm Nails, polished my french tip on with the white polish. I would not visit this establishment for anything related to my hands. But I may give them a shot with my feet, as their pedicure clients seemed really satisfied. Which is why I rate it a 2 instead of a 1.

Worst place ever, I took my wife there last Friday and had paid 40 bucks for gel and nail polish. not even a day later they started to fall off and nail polish peel off as well. Went to get the all re done and all would give was excuses and try to blame her. Then tried to charge me half price to have them all done. Forget that, Never go there!

I am a Charleston Native however I do not live here anymore. I came to visit with my family and I needed my nails done as I hadn’t worn arcrylics since the birth of my daughter 3 months ago. The woman Helen who did my feet was wonderful and she’s the only reason why I’m giving this place 2 stars. The only fault there was, was that she did not ask which pedicure I wanted so she did the basic pedi. That was fine. When it was time for my acrylics the woman at the first station did not want to do it. She asked someone else to do but station 6 had to leave at 5pm and was already running late. Station 1 RUSHED MY NAILS! She sped through them and every step of the way I told her something was wrong. She cut them the wrong length and then combatted me by telling me her opinion on the cut being what I needed with a baby. I asked for a ballerina/coffin shape and they look like a mixture of stiletto nails and oval nails. Not one nail looks like the other. She battled me on that as well. I will only return on a last chance resort for FEET ONLY. I will never come back here for my nails. On top of that i waited 45min after being told the wait was 10 minutes. And then another 25 minutes waiting at the pedi station.If you can go elsewhere...please skip this place

My wife just came home crying after getting her nails done here. It took 2 hours to get her finger nails done and they look awful. The worst part about it is the lady made FIVE of her fingers bleed! See the pictures for yourself! Unacceptable service and they still made her pay full price.

They do a great job overall. My only complaint is that every time I’ve gone and gotten a mani and pedi I feel very rushed because they start the mani while I’m still getting a pony pedicure. I prefer one at a time. It also feels like they move even quicker/ rush more when there is more clients and you don’t get their full attention. This happened today and my manicure does not look that good. :(

The best, service is great and they make sure to give beverages and ask if you need anything else while waiting, I come all the way from North Charleston on my off days just because I’m always satisfied with the GREAT service

Just went to palm nail and spa and I loved it! I had Brea (Bria? Sorry I am misspelling it!) and she was awesome! Did such a great job and I loved the leg massage. I’ve been so stressed and tired and this was exactly what I needed. I will be going back and asking for Brea. ThankYou!

I love my pedicures as always but on my last visit the owner rushed my nails and nicked my skin. Very pissed off about that 3 days later. Other than that great atmosphere.

Do not waste your time going here. Tiffany is very rude!!! I waited over an hour just to get my polish changed due to the fact they were chipping... left out the salon with uneven nails.

I visit here every 2 weeks and just love it. I started cooking the week they opened and have found it to be the perfect place for Manis, Pedis, and more.

Devona did a fantastic job on my pedi and was super funny too. Extra plus, they have mimosas and the salon is super clean!

By far the worst place I have ever went to! workers was very rude because I asked for a specific shape. Also do not do long nails right they make the nail very thick, which makes the nail appear lumpy. When I asked for them to do it not so think the man said he knows what he was doing and continued to make the nail very think. On top of that they are extremely rude!!!
