Melissa was great. A different store in Madrid (Jacksonville,Fl) pretty much butchered my hair yesterday (9/24) not leaving her much to work with but, she somehow managed to save the disaster i received from the other store.

My husband took our son to get his haircut. I am very particular about his haircuts..cause im the worst customer ever! When i saw his haircut i was so floored. He looked so handsome! Jessica was his stylist and how she got his edges and was able to get a clean line part in a wiggly toddler i will never know. We have to give it up to these amazing stylists! Thank you Jessica for making my boy look like himself again. I was scared sending my husband but she did amazing and our son told me allll about his new best friend. ❤❤

Sports Clip is for guys but I just moved to Florida and my naturally curly hair went south( pun intended) so frizzy. I just needed a wet and cut and hoped they could help. My stylist was Nicky and she knew exactly how to handle curly hair! I have since washed my hair and used my own products ( that’s the test of a good stylist) and it looks just as good! Thank you Nicky!I highly recommend this Sports Clips in West Melbourne at Hammock Park Shopping area!

My stylist Danielle is awesome! She is professional, polite & very caring. She always goes above & beyond to make my visit great. She does such an amazing job with my hair & beard regardless if I really need a hair cut bad or just a trim. She pays great attention to detail & makes you feel very comfortable while getting your hair cut. She always has a great attitude, always smiling, & loves having conversation. She does exactly whats asked of her & offers her opinion on certain things which is nice cause it shows she knows what shes doing in cutting hair & being an awesome hair stylist. She also offers product even if she knows I may not need it which is great because theres times I do forget or she asks if Im close to being out of my old products etc or what I may want or looking into getting which is also nice seeing how alot of stylist dont do so! She always does a fantastic job, Ive never once thought of complaining about my visit or how she cuts my hair. Shes an awesome stylist & your company is very lucky to have her!!! As long as Danielle is at this location I will not go to anyone or anywhere else.

My 12 year old son was looking for a change. Cutting his long blonde locks to a short cut. We found Danielle here at sports clips and omg what an amazing job she did. He looks so grown. he now officially has a new stylist.

Heather took time to thououghly explain the procedures and services at Sport Clips in West Melbourne. She was well aware of and followed the Covic 19 protocols. My haircut was exactly what I asked for and the massage and shampoo were a welcome complement to a wonderful first visit to the shop. I heartily recommend Sport Clips.

Michelle is SUPER! If I could give her more stars, I would! From the moment I sat down to the moment I left, it was so relaxing! A hot towel, scalp massage and shoulder and neck massage were the golden ticket! Michelle recommended the best products for my hair and ordered me a massager! DONT go anywhere else! I know I wont!

Checked in online, arrived on time after receiving a text, and then some other customer was bumped in front of us. I heard him say he didn’t check in online to the woman with him but for some reason he was allowed to go ahead. You need to figure out your online reservation system! Absolutely ridiculous!

Reserved online, showed up and checked in. Got a text message saying my reservation was canceled. Looked at the board and I now have over an hour wait. Then watched as one of the stylists took a customer who was farther down the list than me first as a personal favor to him.

Top notch service, clean environment, and a quality haircut at a good price.

The manager Annette is condescending and rude, very dramatic. She treats her employees with little respect, and speaks down to them as if they are incompetent. The most unprofessional manager I have ever worked under. The rest of the girls are wonderful.Her negative and toxic behavior motivated me to veer my focus towards real estate and build a new career for myself. So perhaps her bullying was a blessing in disguise.

Both times I have been in there with my 1.5 year old, the staff has been very helpful, kind, and patient. They did a great job with his hair and listened to all of my thoughts while providing direction. All the customers seems so pleased and had great relationships with the stylists.

Good luck using the check in feature. It means absolutely nothing. Show up on time only to find out they rearrange the wait list for walk ins.

I usually don’t like going to get a hair cut very often but the barber (chase) was very nice and respectful even to my son which is a plus. took the time to make sure we had a wonderful experience, he was very detailed and made sure to have my hair cut in a timely manner. I will definitely be returning. Also my wife loved my haircut and didn’t have any complaints. Good job keep up the good work.

Good cuts. I like that they keep a record of your preferences (buzzer #s, etc.). Not the biggest fan of their appointment options. Essentially no appointments allowed and they wont take check-ins over the phone. You have to check-in online, so forget it if youre phone is dead or your WiFi is poor. Otherwise, the service and quality are good.

My son had a hair cut today. And it was the best cut he has had at sport clips. We have bin to sport Clips in Minnesota and Florida. We always have a good experience. I took my 5 & 7 year old boys here today and was pleased. Everyone was very nice and friendly. My boys haircuts came out great! I did not give 5 stars because I feel they are a bit pricey for kids haircuts. I will go back if I have a coupon.

So sports-oriented, I wondered what to expect on my first trip. But Chelsea was fantastic. Showed her a photo of how I wanted to change my hairstyle and was very pleasantly surprised by how great it looked. Perfect and my wife loved it too. Going back regularly now to have Chelsea keep working her magic.

Just got my haircut here for the first time and they upgraded me for free to the MVP and I got an amazing shampoo face and neck massage for free. Ive never experienced that before getting my haircut so I must say its way more than a haircut, its an experience. Plus she did an amazing job!

Getting your haircut should not be this complicated. If youre a walk in, good chance you will be bumped way down in the line due to online appointments. If youre an online appointment, you will be bumped because they give you a 10 minute early notice of your appointment. They also have a program where you get a hole punch for each haircut in order to receive half off after the 6th; I brought my two boys and I and they only punch one hole, thats a $60 holepunch. Haircuts are are $27 for full treatment or $19 for a regular haircut, both fully overpriced for an area full of barbers. This is an emergency haircut place if anything. Thanks for charging my 10 year old as an adult as well.

I had received a coupon for a free haircut, so I figured Id give it a try. The store was magnificent. TVs posted up everywhere, and all the fine details about being in a locker room was neat. My biggest problem, I didnt enjoy my haircut. My scalp is pretty sensitive to be fair, but I have never received a more aggressive haircut in my entire life. I honestly felt like my hair was being ripped out. The lady cutting my hair would repeatedly stop to watch the gymnastics going on on the TV, and then procede to murder my scalp. Oh yeah, gymnastics! Every guy wants to watch that. Meanwhile, soccer games and spring training baseball games were going on. Maybe even try ninja warrior as a better choice. Anyways, the lady actually made my head bleed, so I couldnt receive a shampoo and hot towel treatment. I feel like I couldnt experience what they advertise. Due to those reasons, I probably wont be back because of this experience, but also because of the price they charge if you dont have a coupon.

Was here visiting my brother and needed a quick cut before heading home. Heather not only did a fantastic job but the VIP package was a nice welcome. She is polite, professional, and respectful. I sincerely appreciate this woman! Thank you!!

So my first experience it wasn’t the greatest I walked in and the I would say Manager maybe said good morning then went and stood in the corner like she was hiding but I did end up with this one cheerful lady the one thing I don’t like about it the people there are very judgmental about people which I don’t mind because she the manager definitely has no room to judge anyone at any point but hey I got what I paid for I won’t be going back at any point

It was my 1st experience at sport clips. I Had a very short wait even though as a very busy day. The experience was great and I love the Vip Servicethat they offer a. And they give 1st time visitors that for free. But Ill definitely get it every time I go. Hot cloth on the face and scalp massage. And shoulder and neck massage. It was awesome. Best of all it went out of the shop not feeling itchy. Definitely will go back

I have been here a couple times, and enjoyed it each time. They not only will perform scissor cuts, which I always request, they ask if you want one. The MVP experience is worth the price, IMHO, considering I have been charged as much for a simple scissor cut.

Went here for a haircut for the first time. The wait was quick and the haircut was fast and nice. I let my barber do mostly what he wanted and he did an excellent job. His name is Chase Jett so if youre looking for a haircut be sure to ask for him and youll get something youll love.

I took my 15yo son here shortly after they opened this location. The results were very disappointing. His hair cut was uneven and he complained that the guy cutting his hair was talking about his personal life and it made him uncomfortable. I decided to give them a second chance with another stylist. The cut was absolutely mortifying. He got a fade cut and the line was jagged, not faded and looked very sloppy. I sent him back and the lady had to get another stylist to fix it. Pathetic to say the least. This is a sport cut barber shop. At least get people who know how to cut these styles. Looks like we will be returning to the location in Viera.

Not as good as any of the other Sport Clips I have visited. The employees seem to be mostly unhappy and in a rush. Been there four times, one was good as expected, three where not so good.

I wish that I could post a photo here and unfortunately they dont have there own Facebook page. My husband went to get a haircut and paid 25 with tip. He came home and I took a photo to show him what he looked like and my husband had to shave it off because it was that bad and not fixable. He is military so they are strict but the line was uneven on the back and patches of hair were completely uneven. Lorie did the haircut. Very disappointing.

A 3 yrs old can do a better job using his feet, worse hair cut Ive ever had in my life. Ive never regreted spending $19 this much.NEVER AGAIN!!!
