I Scheduled 3 adults pedicure with one nail fill in and 1kid pedicure with nail polish . As we know this place is not cheap so I expected high quality services. The water was cold we asked for hotter water they said its none. We was informed by the techs because they were busy today ( Mothers Day) all the hot water was gone and they would give me a discount. Of course I did not receives discount. My tech Anna was very friendly however the gel polish 879 is terrible if its gel. As of Monday the very next day the polish starting peeling on most of my fingers. I went back Tuesday Kathy re-polish it. She said that happen because the polish wasnt dry. As of Thursday the polish is peeling again. I guess Kathy didnt let the polish dry either. For the money I spent I should go back but Im not . I will carry my service somewhere else. Stella Nails please get rid of that polish or get better uv nail lamp to dry the gel polish .

My best friend and I went on Saturday for pedicures. There wasnt a wait, so that made it even better. I had Jada and she had Tim. Both took their time with our polish and all that is entailed in the pedicure. We enjoyed conversation with Jada, she is a GEM! I cant wait to go back for another pedi....and next time mani!

Worst eyebrow wax I have gotten several years. I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed because it doesn’t even look like I got a wax at all and I wasted $27 bucks. She didn’t even wax the hair in between my eyebrows. Uggh! To me that’s standard procedure. It’s okay to say you don’t know how to do something properly. Despite this bad experience she was very friendly, but this will be my first and last time here.

Very unpleasant experience coming here. Waited over an hour because they kept taking walk in clients with only two employees working. Was expecting to pay $53 for a full set with gel (which is already expensive) and they tell you at check out it’s an added $8 for a coffin shape. $60 for a solid color full set is ridiculous considering the service and wait. They also used dirty tools on me. Take your money elsewhere.

Definitely my new favorite neighborhood spot to pop in for a pedi... it was clean, laid back, not too loud, with plenty of natural light. They had a huge polish selection and Asia did a wonderful job on my toes!

So I went to get my nails fixed because the original person who did my nails there did them in a hurry and they were awful!! The shape and lengths were all of, the nail polish was not evenly distributed. The gel glaze was missing on some so I had shiny and matte nails. However I spoke to LORENA and she offered to fix them, I can honestly say she did an AMAZING job!!! She asked me what I wanted and she worked her magic. Lorena truly cares about her work and you can tell its her passion. I struggled finding a nail artist who cares about their work versus the majority of nail techs who rush just to take the next person. I highly recommend Lorena. Shes attentive and makes sure you are getting exactly what you want. Her products are clean and she makes sure she takes the proper steps for best results. I will definitely be a returning customer. 😊

Kyle is very unprofessional not only during the first occurrence when he flip out assuming that I said I received a color change as a service when I received a fill in and shape change due to a lack of misunderstanding on his end! His actions, attitude, and use of words were very unprofessional (which was last week Sunday) and not only that but also today when he coughed in his hands right before I sat in the chair and when I ask if he could wash his hands before he touches mines he refused to service my two nail repairs and I was routed to wait back in the lobby with a 2pm appointment. Kathy and Jada are simply and amazing but after today I refuse to ever come back her due to his actions. One bad apple can spoil the whole bunch!!!!

Excellent, when a customer came in they didnt rush my nails they continued to neatly finished and give you the results you never had periodt.

Jada did a great job taking care of my cuticles and with the gel nail paint. Awesome job Jada.However, if not for Jada this place would have had one star. The lady (Kathy, I think her name was) tried to rip me off and charge me more than I asked for. She did my 13yr old daughters nails. I decided to let my daughter get acrylic tips for the first time (which I mentioned upon arrival). I was VERY involved with the length of the nails, color chosen so clearly I make the decisions.However she asked my daughter if she wanted round or square nails and of course my daughter didnt know the difference since its her first time, she just said I like yours so I want them like that. Didnt inform her that they were a special shape so she tried to charge $8 more dollars on top of the already expensive full set. With me sitting right there across the room she could have clearly asked ME the person paying for it if I wanted to pay $8 more for a special shape. I had already gotten up TWICE while getting my own nails done to be involved in my daughters nails getting done so clearly asking me should NOT have been a problem.I was livid. I was refunded in the end but it was the principal at that point. Only Jada was tipped and Kathy was not. Very disappointed in my first experience here.

Lorena is AMAZING!!!! She truly cares about her work and the satisfaction a client feels. I was getting my nails done closer to home until one day I had a French Ombré gone wrong 😳 Lorena was honest about what she would be able to do to fix my nails and was able to book me almost immediately (not because she’s not busy but because she cares). Now I travel a little farther but it is absolutely worth it! She is extremely confident in her work and has tons of pictures that show that. I truly admire her professionalism, her confidence and her passion for her work.

This is a great salon to come to. My go-to and they are always so accommodating!

I asked for long nails. Ended up with short stubby nails. Was there for 4 hours me and my friend did not like the outcome of our nails. Was offered if they could fix them but being there for 4 hours didn’t want to be there no longer for another mistake. I won’t be back honestly. Was told before hand it would be 100 for two people but was charged 120 so I would like to know what did I get charge 20 for.

I love this place! They are super friendly and always willing to take care of your needs! Bonus the facility is super clean with complementary drinks at your fingertips! I def recommend giving them a try you won’t regret it!

Very bad bad handling my nails, I went last week to get my nails done and I asked for gel ! Mind u I paid $104 for both my nails and toes, first off the guy didn’t do my nails nicely so I went back Thursday night and got it redone again! Before my trip Friday morning . In less than 72 hours the nail polish which was claimed to be gel started coming off ! This is a bad place to do your nails . Very disappointed!! Will never go there again . And I don’t recommend it to anybody to go there !

My original nail salon was booked for the day and I really needed my nails done. Tried Stella because of all of the great reviews, but nope seems like they deleted all the negative reviews about their salon to make them look good. Went to get my nails done and left with them looking just as bad as when I came in. Clear coating was bubbly and the person doing my nails hurt my cuticles. Will not be returning.

Go see Ellie! She’s is so sweet, timely and was very patient with me while I picked out colors. Great atmosphere!

Been there twice and wont return. First time girl was talking/texting on her cell phone the whole time and had not shaped my nails evenly at all. Second time, had a guy who seemed to be in a hurry. My nails look fantastic! However, he cut one of my toes AND one of my fingers. I never knew a pedicure could hurt, extremely rough. Ive been cut at a lot of places and I am starting to wonder if I should give up nail salons altogether....

Im not very creative so I couldnt think of anything that I really wanted but we work together and she came up with this amazing style and Im loving it she really took her time and was very detailed Ive never had a nail technician that actually took their time to make sure it was perfect I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend her

Great spot! Just got the deluxe pedi and my daughter got a mani/pedi. Best leg massage I’ve ever gotten at a nail salon! I really like the high ceilings and it’s super clean. Massage chairs even seemed new... highly recommend!

I enjoyed my visit to this salon. Lorena was very attentive to my need for change in design. Usually being a plain Jane, she provided me with the many different ways to add color and accent my nails fo alittle more excitement. On my 2nd visit, Lorena was ready and waiting to listen to what I wanted and she provided a great service in a timely fashion. Aysia was the bomb! She didnt rush and made me feel like she was in a race to get to the next customer. My nails lasted longer than any others. I felt like I was a celebrity while getting my pedicure as well. I dont like to spend money to feel like Im getting a quickie deal. This was total opposite! Thanks Aysia!! Will be back on a regular 😉
