Spots on my toes have no polish and my nails are rough. The guy didn’t want to put tips on my nails bc my real nails were long, he just wanted to do a overlay. Very unhappy that he filed the side of two fingers so hard that he cut into my skin and didn’t care. Long wait times

I wish I’d read the reviews before deciding on this establishment. I had an acrylic overlay done and after 4 days the acrylic is lifting. Too expensive for the poor quality of work. Not to mention the thickness of the acrylic. Doesn’t look appealing at all. I wouldn’t recommend.

My daughter bought me a jasmine pedicure gift certificate at allure nails. Went there today. I had Steven work on my pedicure. I had an extremely good experience. They offered me bottled water. Steven did a very good conscientious job. Everything he used ( supplies or tools)were from a sealed package or the item was brand new, never used before. Very nicely decorated. I would definitely go there again.

Nail tech PeeTee is extremely rude, unprofessional, usually inappropriate and constantly speaks badly about her employers and even her faithful clients. Returning IS A NO FOR ME! I’ve patronized this establishment for years and I’m finally DONE! Good luck. If you wanna spend your hard earned money to be talked about like a dog then visit this location.

My nails look horrible!!! I wish I could attach pictures. Do not recommend at all! Crooked, polish coming off, matte looks horrible. Oh and this is the same day!

I got the Super Deluxe pedicure for 35 bucks and they give you such a nice foot and leg massage and hot towels and its a plus with the massage chairs. Only place I like to go to in Charleston. I dont get the gel polish on my toes just regular. I literally just go there for the massages. I definitely think for pricing and what they actually do for you its great

I called and made AN APPOINTMENT for 3pm. When I left it was 342pm and I was still sitting in the waiting area. Why make an appointment??????? Totally disgusted that my time wasnt valued. I wouldnt have made an appointment if I had time to just sit indefinitely. I had to make an appointment elsewhere for 5pm.

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and downright disrespectful and obnoxious employees including the owner. I literally walked out after being berated for asking who would be the mail tech to do my manicure, I was already seated in the pedi chair and each employee was rude and began speaking their Vietnamese language and one yelled at me telling me I DONT KNOW WE BUSY they only had 4 customers that included me. It would be a disservice to mistake these people for being Chinese because they are far from it they are the bottom of the barrel and are not Chinese they are Vietnamese and Korean. It’s a shame that you have to ask for good customer service and if you’re looking for a great experience I’d encourage you to shop around or invest in your own nail equipment this place is a SLUM run by the same

I was a walk in the day of a family funeral. I was served promptly and politely. The technicians did an excellent job on my feet and hands. It has been 2 weeks and my nails look almost as good as they did when I walked out that day. I will be going back this evening to get a redo for a trip this weekend and I know I will get the same great service as before.

Michael did an excellent job for me today. It had been months since I have been to a nail shop. Well let’s just say my feet weren’t in the best condition. But honey when I tell you he brought my feet back to life honey 🤗🤗🤗. Listen I have new feet and they look damn good!! I got my nails done 2 days ago and three of nails popped off. I didn’t get the shape I asked for and when I told him to fix It he filed It one time and kept going. Their rude and ill never go back. The best person in their is Michael.

Just got a pedicure yeaterday. she didnt push back my cuticles, didnt trim skin around nails. Got the deluxe treatment but she painted while I still had stuff on my legs, never rinsed my legs. She also painted my shoe, didnt bother to clean it, I had to ask 3 times!! After leaving saw that I had paint on my toes around my toenails, thats just unacceptable!! $35+$5tip already spent but they wont get any more from me!!

If i could rate this 0 stars i would !!!! i went to go get a full set for my birthday photoshoot, and it looked very sketchy in there but i sorta ignored it. but i got my feet done and i loved it but as soon as i started to get my french manicure some other young lady came in and she was in the middle of doing my nails and she asked me to switch seats with this young lady... keep in mind she was still NOT finished with me. and then she fixed her broken nail or whatever then had me sit back down into the chair i was in before. she seemed VERY rushed and when she was done my nails had LOTS of air bubbles. and it did. not look sanitary at all!! i do not recommend this place at all!!

She used her drill to remove my previous manicure because she was too impatient to soak it off, and now my nails are so thin they are bending even with a shelac manicure!!! When she was done, there was polish all down the sides of my nail, I asked her to fix it but she already had someone else in the chair. She said if it lifts, come back, I fix. I told her I was going on vacation, so I wont be here when it lifts, can she just fix it. Her response was its fine, its fine and ushered me out. I was having her file the ends down as I was paying my bill because they were so rough. I had to go home and cut the excess polish away from my skin myself. Worst manicure ever. Im going to dispute it on my credit card because I asked her to fix it and she just rushed me out. The place was dirty as well, there were empty pop cans and bottles right near my chair, and I dont think they ever sweep up all the nail clippings. Gross.

Ive been a customer at Nail Art on and off for years. Each and Every Experience has always been Excellent. There is a young lady who seems to be younger than the others that does me each time. I always get a Mani/Pedi or a gel repolish and its flawless always. She does great work, fast and always polite. Thank You Nail Art !!!

They attempted to use all DIRTY supplies on my nails. The full set came out okay, some nails are lumpy or mishapen but that’s the least of my concerns. The tech called me up immediately after stopping another client and there was visible dust from other nails on the file she pulled out. As well as the buffer and shaping file she pulled out. At one point she tapped the file and disgusting nail residue went everywhere. This is a health hazard and unfortunately seem too often in these salons. Ask for new tools or refuse the service. I reported them for unsanitary conditions. The tech have great talent it’s a shame it’s met with laziness.

I got a fill in on FRIDAY and by TUESDAY all of my nails were off due to the fact that they were lifting and cracking.. I called to ask them how to go about the situation and they laughed and told me it’s nothing they could do due to the fact they did my nails already..

If I could give it less than 1 star.. I would. First, they told me the wait would be only a few minutes and put my feet in the pedicure tub.. 30 min later I almost walked out but then they insisted they were ready for me. I am a very understanding person, but they were not overly friendly and didnt apparently care how they treated their customers. The pedicure wasnt half bad to be honest, but the gel manicure was horrendous. It started peeling off the second I got home. She did 3 coats on one hand and 2 on the other... So two very different shades of pink for my trip to Mexico. She took a random piece of cotton from the shelf to remove my previous polish... Even though the box of new cotton was right there. The tools could not have been clean and sterilized... I should have gotten up and walked out but didnt. She didnt cut my nails until I asked her to, and then she acted like it was an inconvenience. I had to ask her to buff them. I have had my nails done plenty of times and know the routine, she didnt even have me wash my hands before starting the gel process. If they were at least friendly, I wouldnt be writing this, but it was lousy all the way around.

Terrible waxing job....no pre cleaning or anything. Saw afterwards they double dip in the wax on another lady. Also did not sanitize. Nail services were sketchy. Did not give want I wanted.

I went to get a basic nail polish (natural nails) and file down and the service and out come was bad. I have knowledge about nail techs and the sanitation requirements for the state board law because im a licensed cosmetologist. After getting my simple service down i will never go back. The nail Tech that did my nails did not put a towel down so i could have a clean surface to lay my hands down. Also did my nails very poorly i have polish on the side of my finger and lots of spots as well. I had to turn my own fan off and get up and walk out because my nail tech never came over to tell me i was down just went to the next client. I will not be going back to this location because i dont want to get a nail infection from the dirty tools they used. Never again.

They do a good job, depending on who you get. However, they will try to upsell you, and wont take no for an answer. They are very expensive also, prices are always up in the air, whatever they feel like charging that day, with no reason! Ive paid paid more for a fill then a whole set, and double for a full set then I do at other places.

They are the most disrespectful and unorganized place I ever been and on more than one occasion the co workers duss with each other and the service was poor. The only reason people go there to tolerate them is because of the young guy who does flawless nails and PT.

I went in and showed the guy what I wanted and he said ok I can do that so he is doing my nails and I start to notice that my left pinky was super short and almondy looking so I asked him and he said it did that and it not my problem I was so furious that he actually said that to me first he doesnt listen to what I wanted and then when he messed up the nails he says its not his problem. Needless to say Im going to go get my money back and go somewhere else.

They were down right rude to me because I’m was new there and the lady who was doing my nails gave me a glare and said I was so and I’m a minor you don’t treat people like that when they walk in the door, you make them feel welcome not unwanted like they did something wrong.

The customer service is very poor. When you request a special nail technician the owner makes up every excuse why services can’t be rendered.I will never visit this place again.
