This is probably the worst my nails have ever looked. Horrible job!!! I was rushed. My nails had a coffin shape she completely ruined it. Then the husband acts like he doesnt understand either. You can clearly see thr horrible job done!!! No customer service etiquette and they definitely dont care to listen at whats wrong. Absolutely never again!!! And they seriously need to CLEAN UP!!! everything is dusty af

The ladies at here are top of the line. I am always greeted warmly with big smiles and the relaxing atmosphere. Theres no better place to hang out with my friends and relax while getting our nails done.

I’ve been going to this place for many years off and on because I live in the area ... The owner is nice but her husband is VERY RUDE MEAN AND DISRESPECTFUL.... he doesn’t care about his customers he only cares about the money ! He never makes eye contact with his customers nor does he greets his customers..... if you tells him about any mistakes he gets mad and doesn’t want to fix it and tells you don’t come back, this man needs to be closed down immediately plus this place is very unsanitary, if I was you I would not spend my hare earn money here !!!

This was the worst experience ever. After waiting two hours for service (only because it was for my mother), I was extremely exhausted and frustrated. I can understand being short handed but there is no excuse for not having processes in place to serve customers in the natural order that they arrive and completing the work versus trying to get to as many people as possible. People over profit should be the business model and best practice any day, every day.

To me the only person that does my nails correct is the owner (female) whenever she can. The girl does good pedicure.

WORST NAIL SALON IN CHARLESTON HANDS DOWN!! Every nail is a different shape, super thick acrylic and different lengths! If you ask them to correct their mistakes, they blame you for the nails being a complete mess. Save your money and go Somewhere else.

I would not recommend getting your eyelashes done by them they can be very rude . On top of that the glue that they used I just figured out was nail glue no wonder it’s so hard and irritating and you have to go bacc to get them removed

I have been here a couple times already, everyone is so friendly I always enjoy my time there!! I always made an appointment thou yelp and never have to wait when I get there.

This place is horrible. It took an hour to get a fill in, no polish, just a fill in! The rude man providing the service worked on 3 people at the same time, and wanted me to pay before the polish with the fee, get a pedicure, pay again with the fee, and then get my nails polished. This place is terrible. I paid and left with my nails half done because of his rudeness. It was so disgusting that I did not want him to touch me any longer. Terrible!

My toes look okay. Nails are horrible. Rush polish. Not smooth at all. Imma have to pay someone else to repolish / bubbles 😢 total waste

Left headed to another salon to fix what they wanted me to pay for them to fix before I left! Terrible. Polish uneven, nails not matching and when i asked them to fix it they expected me to pay again. No hand or foot massage with mani or pedicure! What did I just pay for????

The lash tech used to much glue

The right way to get your nails and toes done! This place was very clean, on time and very precise with how they did my mani/pedi! I recommend making an appointment, because they get really busy and if you want any nail designs it takes a little longer and cost extra!

I was looking for a nail salon walkable from my apartment and decided to make an appointment with Glamour Nails after reading up on dip powder. Great initial experience. The staff here are kind and helpful. I only go for manicures but they do an incredible job. I do admit, their space is pretty narrow. Thanks ladies for your hard work. I plan to return;

I was politely greeted in the front AND showed a picture of what I wanted. They are very friendly and cute. They helped me pick out the perfect color for my fingers. The salon is maintained clean as well! Im 120% satisfied!!

The mom and dad are great but the younger men dont have a clue!! They dont have the dips for your nails and they hate making your water hot!! Who wants lukewarm water?! They expect a TIP after basic service and when you dont give one they start talking about you in their language. They dont use enough powder to fill your nails and they dont like to paint the edges so you see the white acrylic on the side!!!

I drive from James Island to get my nails done here because they last forever and are not too pricey. Everyone there is friendly and I had a small allergic reaction when I got eyelash extentions....went back and they removed them for no cost...I love this place!

I love this shop. The workers are all from Korea so yes the language barrier can be an issue. For the most part they treat you like you treat them. Basically if your rude and nasty they are rude and nasty. Never had an issue because I try to be polite to everyone. They do an awesome job. The husband does amazing work. I heard the wife is better then him but she never seems to be there when I come. The one thing that I would say is that they have one guy in there that knows no english at at all. He is very very rough. When you tell him that hes hurting you he just laughs. I stopped getting pedicures from there because of this. Overall great service. Just wouldnt recommend going in there wanting a $100.00 nail job when you only want to pay $25.00 and leave no tip.

RUSHED and SUBSTANDARD Services!!I patronized this establishment based on the reviews and boy was I disappointed! The removal of my old gel nails never hurt so bad until I came here. I wanted eyelashes for the first time and I chose this place to be my first experience...well this will be my only experience because I am afraid to get them again. The glue thats on my eyelashes is massive to the point it started scratching my eye. I went back the following day for the technician to either fix it or remove and he wanted to argue. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL and GHETTO! His way if fixing it was by cutting more of the eyelash off that I still had FIRMLY glued to my eyelid. It was PAINFUL and he was UNAPOLOGETIC! Its was bad enough that he had already cut the lash shorter than my eyelashes initially. Now, I have a fake eyelash ONLY in the MIDDLE of my eye. Its a good thing that I got a natural set because his work is NOT GOOD! DONT FREQUENT THIS BUSINESS IF YOU WANT QUALITY SERVICES AND RESULTS!

Nice people, but not the best service. I usually go elsewhere, but was in a hurry and close to this place, so I gave it a try. I wasnt too impressed with the pedicure, but like I said, they were nice people.

I went in yesterday for a soak off and full set. My nail tech did an awesome job he was fast and neat. He just earned his self a new client Ill settle for this salon as my go too nail salon.

The owner of shop were rude to tell me where I could go if I was not please with his price for eyebrows shaping which is $12 when most place have it for $5 to $8 to have them done. I told him that he was rude he relayed you could go find some places else while he was doing a customer nails. People in this society think that they could say anything to a person with no regard especially with Trump in the White House. This shop is is being supported by the blacks in the surrounding area, and he talk to us like we are nothing. I will not support Glamour Nails on Leeds Ave.,in Noth Charleston No moe!

This place is conveniently located however its like a box of chocolates you never know what kind of service you will get. They are ok. Customer service is not the greatest. Its the worst if they are crowded because you will not get that personal service you desreve. They do multiple people at one time not giving full service to one customer which causes confusion and unhappy customers. If you chose regular polish over gel polish they will not do the greatest unless you complain. They want extra money but their customer service is lacking. I usually go there in a crunch. I shouldnt have to complain to get my service done correctly.

Never had lashes done before but decided to get them done for my cousins wedding. Less than an hour of having them installed my eyes started getting red and irritated. I assumed maybe I had to get used to the feeling. When I woke up the next day my right eye was stuck close from green gunk and really swollen. I went and had them removed. I dont think they sanitize their tools between clients because I contacted pink eye from this place.

They dont even deserve one damn star. The husband is very pleasant. His work is great. But that wife is very stuck up and nasty. How do people expect you to spend your hard earned money with them and get very nasty treatment. Im good. She isnt the only one doing nails.

Do not get lash extensions if you have lashes.. I got some extensions to go on a trip and when i had them removed all my real lashes came with..never again

They never have enough coverage on Sundays. Wanted to get fill in and was set at table 2, waited 46 minutes and left... 2nd time this has happened... Guess Ill be going back to Princess Nails..
