Friendly, convenient, and great communication. So many services offered and explained to me as i sat in my car the whole time being offered beverages. Very pleased and will be returning. I even went after work hours, and still had everything done, including wait time, in around an hour. They really have their whole process streamlined

Went here for an oil change and a transmission flush. After the transmission flush my water pump started leaking fluid every where. Then when I needed to fill it back up with fluid they had the cap so tight I cant get it off and Im on my home from work hoping and praying my truck doesnt over heat till I get home and can use tools to get the cap off. I dont think I will be using this place again. They were nice. They did good work I guess but I shouldnt have all these problems after going there.

Even though had to wait an hour(probably any other place would have been the same), the service was excellent.

This place is great! All the the guys who work here were extremely nice (shout out to Kyle, Michael, Tyler and Jared tending to us for our service). You have the guys working on your car while another one who washes your windows, checks your tires, greases your door hinges if need be, etc. This was our first time here and we plan to come back. Oil Stop on Kettleman Ln in Lodi is amazing at their craft. There are no hard sales, no hidden anything, everything is transparent and done in front of you. Come see Asst. Its really a good place to go to get an oil change and get a top off when it lowers, also they have complimentary drinks and snacks for your dogs also have a free car wash from misters!

This place is AWESOME!! They are so freaking nice! They give you a cold water as soon as you pull in, they ask you what you would like they do not impose or try to hard up sell you! I actually went with everything they could do becasue I needed it badly. They show you what there changing as there doing it,, this is Definitely a 5star place!! And to top it all off they give you a free car wash and set your tire pressure properly,;) Im loving the quality and the customer service this place offers!! Absolutely fantabulous.....

Customer service is excellent. Justin did a great deal to help. I never felt talked down to or ignored . Everything was explained in a clear and concise way.Major shout out to the employee, Dean, who kindly greased the wheels of an elderly gentleman walking around with a pushcart and made sure he had water on a hot day.I love knowing genuinely good people are working here.They do make a lot of recommendations but they do their best to make sure they are recommendations without a lot of pressure to decide right then. I like the feeling of watching what they are doing while I sit in my car too. They shout what they are doing too so you know what is going on. Awesome stuff.

I got a quick oil change. Very knowledgeable. The person helping me added air to my tires because he knew the cold weather had caused them to lower.

They offered services that were available, but werent pushy.They explained everything clearly and to tip it off,I got to sit in my car and drink a beverage that they provided. HOLY @#$% this is how all car places should be. Fast, unbelievably friendly and even when they tried to up-sale me it felt like a suggestion and not a push. Responded well and handed me a paper about what they were suggestion. While there got 100$ more worth of services solely on how good the service was.

Customer Service was definitely five stars but they tried to have me drain and change every fluid they can think of. I just came in for a oil change and they got me for almost $200 of work. Knowing my car is only two years old and under 50k miles I dont think I needed to spend that much. So to sum it up I will never go back.

Way Overpriced, nit picks at Everything to Sell, Sell; thats even After I explained I have a Regular Mechanic! Also, My Mechanic Doesnt Inflate the Price. I Also felt that since I Am a Female and over 55, made it Feel like being taken Advantage of; if I wasnt used to that B4. Surprise, Surprise, Surprise. I learned A Lot over the Years 😉!

I thought oil stop is a great customer friendly company. Employees provide a friendly face and are really attentive to the customer. I really do appreciate having that kind of customer experience provided, as we all know that customer service is lacking in many larger companies. However, I do feel that a friendly face is all your paying for at oil stop. The biggest problem I saw with the company is how many products they continuously recommend when all that is wanted for just an oil change. Its actually a bit overwhelming with the amount of products they try to recommend to you. If youre not careful, you may find yourself just agreeing to all the products offered just so that you can get them to stop bothering you... With all the additional products offered I was calculating about an added $200 expense. It was almost as if you would think that all these added products and services, they would also include free tire rotation, but they dont. Its not quite a full-service setup more like a drive-through oil change and automobile fluid drive-thru market. Looking at it from a different perspective, the company is very transparent in prices and does not force anyting or hide anything (hidden charges) when recommending these added products.I may be a bit cynical about the company because for such a customer friendly company, you would think that they would do whatever it takes to get additional discounts for the customer. For instance I had asked about military discounts on top of my 50% off coupon and they would not offer it. I know other companies definitely would provide these discounts as Ive seen this at pep boys. I think going to this company for an oil change was a great first experience for a friendly face, however I dont think I will continue going here.

I love Lodi, but this place might be the best thing about Lodi. I have never met nicer, more knowledgeable people in my life. They teach you as they work. They let you know what might benefit you without being pushy, and they do great work!

This place was great. Was on the edge of needing my oil topped off, so they hooked it up free of charge. Plus, they were friendly and their service was great. I cant recommend this place enough. I am actually kind of mad someone only have them 3 stars.

One full hour is too long. Services and prices are fine. Arrived at 110 pm. second car in the bay. Moved into the bay at 120 pm. Drove away at 207pm. These guys were not focusing on time management. Been thee many times with all my vehicles. These guys were just talking away with one another. Today was very irritating.

Won a free oil change from Oil Stop. I used it in June. Today I had to take my car into my regular shop because of an oil leak. Seems the oil filter was loose. Never had that problem the entire time Ive had the car (2009). Had to pay for another oil change. So much for free. While the staff were very friendly (even though most of the time they were trying to sell you services), quick service is not always convenient if it the job is not done right. Lesson learned. Stick my regular shop. Bummer
