Live out of state and was hesitant to go there but Julie used the same products and did an absolutely phenomenal job!!! Very professional, clean, courteous staff and the price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely go back while we are in town❤️

This place was too busy and crowded. There is not enough workers to be as busy as they are. I had scheduled for my sister and I to have our nails done at the same time, they made me wait while they did hers. When they guy started on her nails he was very aggressive with her. He kept tugging and pulling on her arm like she was some kind of animal. He continuously yelled at her when she would move. He did not take his time and her nails did not look like how she wanted them. He was the same way to me. I have never been treated so bad when getting my nails done. After being treated terribly it was 100$ for the both us, we had simple nails and they most definitely wasnt worth that. We will not be returning!!!

I’m not the type of person who likes leaving negative reviews, but this place deserves ZERO stars. I brought my mom here to get a fill in and the man who did her nails was incredibly rude to her. He yelled at her multiple times until she began crying. He was not only disrespectful, but he also cut her multiple times. We are extremely disappointed with their terrible service. This is the first and last time we will be returning.

It was very chaotic. When I first walked in I had three people helping me and telling me what to do. I felt pressured and overwhelmed. Once I got into the chair the gentleman was very rough and kept saying “what the hell girl!?” I asked for coffin and the shape doesn’t look coffin. My nails are not smooth there’s lumps and bumps all over my nails. He cut the bed of my nail with one of his tools and again he was very rough. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The wait is a little long, but techs are nice and inviting. Prices are wonderful, and my nails hold up great from this salon!

Actually, my wife has been going here for over three years. But today, despite a 1:30 pm appointment, by 3:00 pm she still had not gotten her manicure. Pedicure was done by 2:00 pm. When she complained, the manicurist basically said I told you I was a little behind, which she did: at 1:15 pm. After this conversation, basically a male person told her to leave. My wife is disabled and cannot sit in those chairs for 4 hours, and they know full well her limitations.Cannot honestly recommend this place anymore, based on the treatment.

I am always beyond satisfied with the service. I never have had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for any service as well. They crew here is always friendly and goes above and beyond. The quality of work is great!!

I made an appointment and still has to wait 30 minutes to get a chair. while my nails were getting done my fingers were constantly being cut with the file. not to mention they took an hour and a half to finish my nails and didn’t even do them right. meanwhile my mom was also getting hers done and in the middle of that, the nail tech got up and left to go help another customer, so then after my nails were finished, my nail tech had to finish hers and that took another hour. and she didn’t do hers right either! i will not be returning.

Little wait time for service,Technician was excellent. Prices were reasonable as well....and the Salon was clean!

Came for a fill in there were only two people working the one that did my nails was an older lady she seemed tired and not passionate about her job. She did a horrible job I mean I have a big bolgy nail . Such a nice shop has potential need better workers will not be returning. At all

(Johns wife) I only went to this nail shop because I broke and nail and needed a quick fix. The edges of every nail are sloppy and the paint looks horrible. I asked the woman to make a very small change and she flat out told me no!! She said it was too late, she didnt want to drill 1 layer of polish off 1 nail.... They are so bulky at the super low cuticle line, they just flat out look terrible!! They actually still look like I need a fill-in, polish is looow.$45 for a new tip and fill-in, really??! . I wish I could post pics, everyone would get a good laugh at these gems.... 😳😳😬😬

I will not spend my money where they laugh at you and talk about yoy in their language like you dont know they talking about you will never go there again and i told them so i dont pay for that kind of service and then she gonna laugh about it and say no no i say you pretty by see you liar

The guy that did my grandmas pedicure was a little to rough! Didn’t offer a discount or anything after cutting her foot! I understand people make mistakes but this is uncalled for!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I just wanted the polish changed to aDifferent color. I told this to at least two people. As she was shaping my nails I told her I didn’t want them trimmed, she did any way . Told her again I just wantThe polish changed. She just would not stop so I got up and left . My nails are so short that they are bleeding.

This is a great great place to get your nails and eyes waxes. Mrs Julie is the best when it comes to eyes waxing and she is great at doing your nails. Tell her Marie sent you for your eyes.

Five stars for Brian and Julie!! They are sooooo good. Brian is absolutely amazing at what he does and takes his time to make my nails look beautiful. Julie is fun and does a great job as well. These two really know their stuff.

I love this place! My eyebrows always come out looking fabulous, and my nails always look great. I get so many compliments on both when I get them done here. Sometimes I end up with a crooked nail, but its okay and they still look great. Highly recommend!

Anna does my nails and is great. If they dont have a color, she can mix them to come up with it. Theyre always friendly.

Went to get my eyebrows done and they had too much ripped off in the center and were shaped extremely thin, (to cover up her mess up), one side is shorter then the other and one side is more arched then the other side. The next time I went to the shop Julie wasn’t there and the nail tech didn’t even speak. She got huffy with me after asking her one question, made some of my nails thicker then the other and then later got on FaceTime while finishing. She then had me go wash my hands and tried to rush me out the door. Went to get lotion and she even made a nasty remark saying “ you ready to leave or not” . Used to love it here but now this has made the 2nd time I have not been thrilled with this place ! I will not allow a third !!

Took my daughter there for a girls day out and had her nails done. The looked good can home she washes them and now the paint is coming off just because she washes her hands. You should see her toenails I wish I could post a picture right now

I signed in to get a gel manicure. No other patrons were waiting so I was immediately seated and nails were soaking in acetone to remove polish. After me a mother and daughter came in for a pedicure as did a lady for a manicure. My nail tech left me to soak for 40 minutes while she completed the mother /daughter pedicures and another lady began the other ladys manicure. I had to remove my fingers from the acetone as my skin was burning! Forty minutes later my nail tech comes over and questions why Ive taken my nails out of the acetone!! Never again. This salon cares more about the money than the patrons.

I waited over 20 minutes to get my eyebrows waxed. The guy comes in the back door after being gone for who knows how long with a bag of stuff and has me come sit down. Took FOREVER on sub par brows and plucked so much I thought he took every single hair. Turns out he was trying to fix them because he messed them up BAD. They’re very uneven and they look terrible. One is longer than the other, one is thicker, and I could go on. A child could have done better. Save your money and go elsewhere

The WORST I would NEVER go back again. I wasn’t even greeted when I walked in; i had to get a workers attention & tell them the service I wanted. I waiting a whole hour in the lobby area before even being told to sit at the pedicure station. Then 30 min before someone walked over to turn the water on and another 30 min with my feet just sitting in COLD WATER. I never received any actual service because after 2 hours of waiting I walked out!Extremely poor customer service & extremely slow!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

Will never go back! I use to go all the time and Juile and David the owners was above all the rest. No the other ladys working are very rude.

Waited 40 minutes to be seen even though I was told it would only be 20. My $50 gel set nails are lumpy and arent up to the cuticle so Im going to need a fill in five days. A younger guy did them but when I showed him how I wanted the polish he basically handed me over to an older lady who went back and fixed some of his errors and in the process cut 5 of my cuticles until bleeding. I feel like my five year old couldve done better. Not worth the wait or the money. Go to Nail 2001 in corridor G.

Went with two of my friends, all got the same type of nails, french tip acrylic. VERY UNHAPPY. Hasnt been a week yet, and one of my nails broke then came off, both of my frinds nails cracked and then came off. Its ridiculous. Was not by any means worth the $40 i paid for these nails. It also took almost 3 hours to do all of our nails because one tech was doing them. Will NEVER go back again! Dont waste your time or money there!

Quality nail salon with a skilled, friendly staff. My only quibble is, if youre not paying attention to their questions, you might get an upcharge or two. So, when youre casually asked about the, for example, gel coat, be sure to get a price from them. Otherwise, a top salon.

Nails are uneven over sized for hand shape and they leave niks and cuts on your fingers. Quality needs to be better for pricing or pricing needs dropped to $15.

Took my daughter ther for mommy daughter time and loved the experience. Was very nice and helpful with color for my daughter.. Had to wait 10 min for a nail tech not 20 like they said !! Experienced the staff greeting every customer with great service even as it hot buisy .. Best coffin shape nail Ive gotten in a while and polished exactly like the.picture showen ... And my eyebrows came out perfect!!! Had the same tech from begining to end for the both of us .. Best nail experience weve had in a while .. Will be back for fill on and eyebrows again .. 😍😍💅💅

Got my nails done here with my sister and mother and sat in there for over 4 hours, I couldnt leave because I already had the tips glued on and shaped. After the wait my nail messed and they refused to fix them. Now it has been less than a week and 3 of my nails have broke. They are very understaffed and not worth the time or money.

They did a good job.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE all around! Waiting time, customer service, even tried to leave after waiting over an hour and they insisted we wait. Rushed through services. WILL NEVER GO BACK.
