Wonderful service! The staff members are always nice and considerate, quality of products are great, I love getting my nails done here! These are my realNails, dipped and my toes are done in the same color with gel polish. The deluxe pedicure is one of my favorites ! Andy is my nail tech and he does a great job! Nicole does awesome work as well! Love this place ❤️

I asked for a blue ombre nail using my natural nails that I had grown out for weeks. Instead I got this. I feel bad because theywrre nice but these nails are blocky, skewed, and not at all what I asked for. They also did nothing for my cuticles and he cut my finger with his own nails.

I had andy and he did not do a good job. they are so blockish. first pic is what i got, second is what i wanted. i asked for REGULAR n he gave me GEL. i told him it was supposed to b $30 (reg. pedi w reg. polish) but he charged me $50 (reg. pedi w gel) i told him i did not ask for that and everyone came and argued w me…. grown adults arguing w a child. he missed spots on my feet. another woman had the same problem w the same man when i walked in. 0/10 i do not recommend !!

Ive been coming here for several years now and I havent found a better nail spa anywhere in the area. They give the best pedicures, and they are always so kind and accommodating. 10/10 recommend.

First time here, and I will be back! Tim was my nail tech. I had a full set if gel nails and a deluxe pedicure. As a licensed cosmetologist I always look and make sure proper sanitizing is taking place and it was. They were friendly, clean, fast and up to date on their skills. My daughter got a deluxe pedi and mani and we were so pleased. I have never had my nails done this well. Will def be back!!

I got my nails done here yesterday evening, i was still seen even though it was past closing time which i really appreciated because my cousins & i waited for about two hours (they were full when we walked in but they told us they will get to us and they did) it was worth the wait!! he did exactly what i wanted and the shape/length is absolutely PERFECT. highly recommend & i will definitely be coming back. thank you!

They made me bleed 5 times and they didn’t have any clean material!!!!! It’s not clean and my hands hurt so bad!!!!! This is how they let me leave.... THEY MADE ME PAY 60....

Andy took me to toe-topia lol. I got an absolutely awesome pedicure today and foot massage. Such wonderful service. Not to mention a beautiful manicure as well.

The guy at the front desk rushed me to pick a color and started on my nails before I was even done looking. Felt very rushed and he messed up on one of my nails. Not very friendly at all. Why take walk ins if youre going to rush them out the door. Wont be going back

They do a good job and at a fair price. My only complaint is why does a full set take 2.5 hours to do? 45 mins to an hour is cool but 2.5 hours. I don’t get it

My nails came out ugly, uneven, and bulky. I showed him a picture how I wanted the shape and it looks nothing like the picture. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted

Every time you make an appointment they’re alway late by 45-1hr so you sit and wait longer then getting nails done when you make an appointment week prior and check on it the day before they do t have you down at all

I went in to get a mani pedi and the guy was so rude because I didn’t have an appointment set up, he still offered services but his attitude was terrible when doing so. I walked out and didn’t get anything done from them.

Never will go back to this place! I took my daughters 4 and 2 the guy was so rude to my daughters and then he was so rude to me because my daughter wanted to me. He gave me attitude and kept rolling his eyes and told me she couldnt be on me. Bad customer service!!!

Within a week my nails started breaking off at the same spots right at the end of my nails I will not go back they wasnt very friendly at all either.

I showed him a photo of the exact nails I wanted shape and length wise and all we were changing from that was the color. I ended up with nails that look like they were done by a child. They arent set back far enough to where theyre suppose to be, theyre covered in lumps, which stand out even worse with the matte black color and theyre about half the length of what I showed him. Im so pissed off. Its an act of congress for me to get away long enough to be able to even get my nails done and I end up with this! That I have to live with until the next day Im off AND have a sitter! REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!

They did a good job as far as the nails looking nice. They stayed on well, 3 weeks! However we waited a long time because they were so busy. I guess good things take time but they were also a little pricey and charged the higher end of what their sign said. So be prepared to wait and to pay a little extra..

I have been going to this place for years. Krystal always does a fantastic job on my nails. She is absolutely awesome! I love to get a deluxe pedicure after a rough day. It’s just the thing to make me relax. This is the best place to get pampered for sure!

If I could give a 4.5 I would, they do an amazing job with the nails, and really try to get them as symmetrical as possible, and their designs are gorgeous. Possible issue if you dont like kids, they do run around and play, however other than that, its an all around wonderful place to go.

Greeted as soon as I walked it. Sat down for my pedi immediately and then she did my gel nails. The nail technician that did my nails was good, friendly and polite. They have 2 little boys in there but they little boys were well behaved. My nails and toes look good. I just wish she would have done better with my cuticles on my fingers. Overall nice salon and nice work. Ive been looking at reviews online for the past 3 days for salons in the area and this one had the most positive reviews. Im not from here so I had to go with others reviews. Overall I am satisfied.

I’m only giving 5 stars because of KRYSTAL.Ever since the new owners took over and started working there the environment is tense. I feel like the employees are afraid to joke around and laugh like they used to.I get my eyebrows waxed by Krystal. When she used to order the wax, it smelled like chocolate and didn’t irritate my skin. The new wax that the owner orders smells bad and gives me a rash for days after I get my eyebrows done.Seriously, the place has gone downhill since the new owners took over. Krystal is the only reason I go. She is amazing at nails and waxing.If you need a good nail artist or a waxing, go to Krystal. She’s amazing. The place...eh not so much anymore. It’s a cold atmosphere caused by the new owners. But Krystal is worth it :)

Crystal has been doing my nails since I was in middle school and she does an amazing job!! She always takes her time and pays attention to detail. She also works so well with my schedule!! Such a friendly environment! I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else! ❤️

I am very picky about my nails and went numerous places until I started coming here and met Crystal. Been going to her for years now and she always does such a wonderful job. Always does her best to fit me it, kind and understanding. So if youre ever in the area this is the place to go and she is the one to ask for!

I can’t find one good thing about this place. As I’m sitting here there’s two kids running around that is one of the workers kids. Theirs cartoons in the tv which is fine but the kids are running around it and are all over the place and I’m not a kid person so this is stressing me out. We made a appointment for 4:00 and here it is 5:05 and we’re still waiting for a pedicure. One of the kids stuck his hand in foot water and shook his hand and it slashed me and my mom in the face. I watched them use the same wax stick on 3 people getting wax. If anyone can find something good lmk

Krystal does the best job! Her attention to detail is superb and takes her time to do great work. She always makes sure I’m satisfied before I leave. I refuse to go to anyone else!

I was so insanely happy with this place. Not only was this my first time getting acrylic nails, but it was the best experience I could have possibly had. My friends and I misread the closing times on google, and game in around 7:30, five people all wanting to get full acrylic sets. We told them we had mistaken the time and that we understood that they probably couldn’t take us so late, but they eagerly welcomed us in and gave us amazing service. Every single nail tech was amazing to each and every one of us, with cheery conversation and apt work. Not only was their service amazing, but their prices were so insanely cheap. For matte gel acrylics, it was only $45 (the gel acrylics themselves are $45 with and extra $5 for matte, but my very kind nail tech whose name i didn’t catch gave me matte for free). So insanely reasonable prices plus kindhearted service equals the best nail salon I could ever recommend.

Im not 100% sure of the ladys name that does my nails, but shes at table 1. She did ombre with white tips and coffin shape. I just went back in for a fill in today. These are literally the best nails Ive ever had. They bonded so well to my real nails and they didnt lift or crack at all between the new set and the fill in. She took her time on my nails and paid attention to the sides, she covered the whole nail! She made sure that I liked the first nail before she went on and did the rest. I highly recommend her and the salon. THE SALON IS VERY CLEAN! I will be making sure I get her name next time I go back! Definitely deserves more than 5 stars. Oh & they do eyebrow & eyelash tinting!!!*edit: her name is Nichole

Unfortunately this luxury nails and spa in Kanawha City West Virginia is by appointment only. Which does nothing to build their clientele. I will keep my money thank you. During this pandemic we should not waiver and succumb to its limitations or become hindered or handicapped. Appointment only is BS!!!

I took my daughter in last night. The new manager is super friendly and did an excellent job on her nails. Even though they were busy the wait time was short. Great location! Clean! Friendly! Stop in for an excellent experience!

My friends and I came in 40 minutes until closing, and the staff were more than willing to help us! They were so kind despite the late hour and did an AMAZING job on all of our acrylic and dip sets!! I would highly reccomend this shop to everyone looking for wonderful nails and amazing service for a great price!

Excellent service

Krystle has been my nail tech for over 20 years. She recently started doing my nails with the powder dip and my nails are healthier than they have ever been and they look beautiful. She has been a caring good friend to me and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I LOVE Luxury Nails! Nicole has been doing my nails for a couple of years now and she NEVER disappoints!! She does fantastic brows too !! Its hard to find someone who does both your nails and your brows perfectly, and has a great personality, but Nicole is the whole package!

Krystal is by far the best tech I’ve met in my life. She’s the only person I will ever let do my hair or nails. She’s bomb.I will say I hate the new sign in system. And I don’t like the fact that the new owner took over Krystal’s seat. That really hit me hard. I don’t appreciate change. Okay so I said I would NEVER go back to this place because they were SO RUDE. The only reason I am going there now is because my nail lady Nicole owns the place now. It’s a new owner and she is AMAZING and so sweet! If they have ever upset you in the past, give the new owners a chance, you won’t be sorry!

My nails didnt stay on. I had them done Sunday and by Wednesday they were lifting. I was not doing any work I was in the hospital. They did fix them for free but, they are lumpy, and she put a drop of super glue under each nail Im not sure why so now I have globbed on gel, glue just everywhere. Wont recomend visiting. They are nice they are not rude at all. I love that they let their kids in. Its a child friendly place. If they could fix the work ethic and maybe clean up the salon a little I would give them 5 stars. They are also under staffed. But truly very kind people that make you laugh and make a great kid friendly place.

I literally drive an hour away from my house to come to them every 2 weeks. They are absolutely the best hands down !!!

They took 5 people in at last minute. $45 for gel mat acrylic. Pretty dang good but a few wonky nails. Only slightly noticeable. But overall amazing.

We had 5 people come in at 7:20 and they close at 8 and they agreed to do full acrylic sets for all of us and they were the sweetest ever and have amazing prices for great work, great shop that I would highly recommend. They were very sanitary and very nice and definitely accommodated for all of us very well.

Friendly staff, very clean, many nail polish choices. Krystal is my nail tech and has been for several years. She is very friendly and fun! She does an excellent job and works hard to make sure I am pleased before I leave the salon.

Woman with no appt who walked in after me was seen first. Kept being moved to different people so others could be done faster. The tech who finished couldnt do a simple heart. The matte turned my color grey with streaks all in it. Will not return.

Omg! First let me start by saying giving this place one star is over rated! Absolutely the worse nail spa I have been to yet! Do not come here if you want half service and incompetent workers. There’s so much I could say about this place. From Nicole giving me the lotion to take home which should have been applied during the deluxe pedi to two different workers not being able to accomplish a simple shape. And let’s not even discuss the half services they’re delivering to their clients. Unless you’re someone like me who knows the process and items that should be used don’t expect them to do the full service. Nicole’s response, “if you don’t ask we don’t do it and I’m sorry we don’t have everything, I just work here.” Haha are you kidding me! What happened to honesty! By far the worse experience ever!!! Do not go here! Not to mention they are not the cleanest. I don’t know if the owners have changed or what! But the reviews are definitely misleading.

I walked in at about 4:15 pm, waited at least 45min to be seen, then I was moved from person to person, the guy they stuck me with had no clue what he was doing WITH ANYTHING especially the drill. My nails look awful, wavy polish and acrylic where he didn’t use the drill correctly. I FINALLY got done at 6:15. Do not recommend and I will not be going back

My friends and I came in pretty late for my birthday but they took all 5 of us happily! They didn’t rush us and did a fantastic job! If I lived closer it would be my regular nail shop :)

Its a great place to have your nails done. Even though Ive never had my nails done here taking a couple people there to have their nails done. And theyve always came out very satisfied with the job performed on their nails. Customer service is some lot to be desired consider and bust up and does not speak English fluently enough to carry on a conversation longer than 5 minutes.

The did amazing job on my nails the last place I went to had my nails all messed up and crooked and thin I went to luxury nails today and then fixed them and did amazing job
