I unfortunately did not have a good experience here getting my nails done! I normally go to luxury nail to get a dip manicure but they didnt have anyone available and I figured I would give this place a try. The lady I had was going so fast on my poor hands and nails that I couldnteven relax. I felt like she was rushing trying to get another client in her chair for more services. I also didnt feel that the tools were properly cleaned. She was filing so fast she tooks some of the dip off my nail and didnt bother to fix them, I got it done about a week ago paid $60 and I have had some itch around my nails which I have never had before. The color is coming off. My nails are breaking and brittle. Dip nails last me usually 3 weeks if I stretch it. I already have to go get it done again in less than a week. I will never be back and I sure will definitely will be telling people NOT to go here. Sanitation is NOT an option with so many nail bacteria s that you can get.

It was not up to par. The staff was friendly but spent more time trying to sell upgraded services then doing them well. They did not provide all the services that were stated. There will not be a repeat visit at this salon.

Excellent nail salon. Just had my nails done by Danny. He did a phenomenal job!! Super clean & detailed the whole way. His work was perfect and the environment of the salon is very elegant. Will be returning again. Thank you!! A+++

I was not satisfied with my nails.I waited a very long time to be seen but I was patient. The ambience was beautiful, so I figured service was on point.I had a glass of wine (which I enjoyed)I pointed out to Valerie I had two nails which were cracked in the center, she just gel polished over it and I hate when the polish has a gap, ( looks as though I needed a fill in on natural nails) My two nails later broke off the same evening and began bleeding at the wedding.I paid $120 for gel nails and a pedi that should be the same color orange but once I got in the light I could see my nails were two different shades of orange.My feet were still rough on the bottom and not shapped well.I would not recommend unless u want to take pictures.

My nails lasted about four days before they started to chip and break off. I will never go back there, I felt very rushed and the county services were poor

First and last time, I would never go there again. Their way overprice. I spend a $125, my nails start to chip and I only had them for a week. My nails Typically last me four week. I asked them to do my eyebrows and they look like they never even been touched. The only thing that was OK was my pedicure.

My favorite nail salon! It is beautifully appointed and every one is very friendly and welcoming. Tracy does my nails and is amazing. I like Liquid Gel and she is one of a very few nail artists in the Charleston area who provide this service and her work is impeccable. She also does beautiful freehand nail art. I highly recommend her.

Since moving to this part of town i was looking forward to finding my new pedicure home. Unfortunately my first experience was not good. she was pushy on the upsell, i had to tell her not once, twice, but 3 times that i would only be getting the classic pedicure instead of the next one up for $45. Once she finally accepted i wouldn’t be spending more on gel polish or a more expensive pedicure, she gave me a rushed, mediocre-at-best pedicure. Unfortunate because i live so close, i would have loved to have been a regular here. I would have given it 1 one star, but i gave it 2 for cleanliness.

Lovely new salon with great pedicure massage chairs (and 2 kid size ones!). Very friendly and thorough employees. Not the cheapest in town, but worth it. Katie did am amazing job for me (including awesome massage with my services). Will definitely be back.

Ive been a few times, but will likely not return. There is definitely sticker shock when you check out. I had gel nails taken off and regular manicure, which should be $20. I was charged $30 - $10 for removal of gel? Ridiculous. The place is beautiful and clean, but I wont recommend.

I previously had very good experiences at this salon, it’s immaculate, the owner is very friendly and the technicians are usually friendly and accommodating as well.I took my 2 year old daughter with me to have her nails & toes done and not even a day later half the polish had come off. Understanding she is 2 and plays outside I assumed the polish wouldn’t be perfect but as I bathed her in the tub I watched it literally just chip off. I would also like to add that I paid $45.00 for her teeny toes and teeny fingers and left there not realizing they didn’t trim, file or even bother to clip them at all. I will be fixing them myself tonight. The whole reason I took her to get them done was so I didn’t have to this time around. I’m disappointed and think the price for the service we received wasn’t justified. 😔

Beautiful on the outside does not equate to beautiful on the inside. Although pretty in pink when you first walk in, ultimately, I would NOT go back. It is overpriced (7 year old kids polish alone and pedicure was $45 until I talked them down), cold pedicure water, and needed to remind the nail techs repeatedly on the services requested. Go elsewhere!

This beautiful nail salon is just the latest installment in West Ashley Circle. The nail tech was decent. Color assortment good. . .the owner(s) might want to find out why they run out of hot water. A cold water pedicure isnt comfortable nor appealing. Just be sure to tell your customers before that there is no hot water. $55 for a cold water pedicure isnt exactly making me want to come back. The hot stone massage was the only saving grace.

Lida was amazing! I am new to the area and wasnt sure where to get a good pedicure. Well I found it and will never go anywhere else. My favorite part is the rubbing and massage of the legs and she surpassed my expectations. Best part, she brought me a Mimosa to sip on while I was getting the pedicure. I will be back and cant wait to tell my friends!

Over-priced, awful quality, and left me with an infection. Been here a few times out of convenience since I live in the apartment complex nearby and never left satisfied. What really takes the cake is that after a one new full set and 2 fills later, my nails had deteriorated significantly, leaving me with an infection. After calling my doctor, he informed me this is due to the cheap acrylic they use in addition to bad practices; dirty and careless. The technician who did my acrylic nails did not glue on my tips correctly or set the acrylic powder, leaving the underneath of my nails water-logged. The tools and the work space the technician used were not clean. Would never recommend to anyone. Never recommended before the infection happened either- just pitiful!

The service is great HOWEVER, BE AWARE of hidden cost!! They will quote 1 price and when you checkout your cost will go up. I WILL NEVER return....

I went in with my granddaughter to have a “SPA” day and everyone was super nice up front. Once we had our nails and toes done we were left sitting for over 20 minutes. I noticed that all of the women around us were asked if they wanted water, coke or mimosas and we were never offered anything to drink. After some time had passed I asked if it was OK to leave and the manager seemed upset for some reason: I still do not know why I feel we were treated differently.. maybe because I was with a child (5) but the conversations with staff were very short and when I tried to make conversation sometimes the nail person wouldn’t even respond. I paid for all of my services and left a 10$ tip for me and 10$ tip for my granddaughter. Our nails turned out great but I feel the staff did not treat us fairly.

I guess I went on a bad day :( I was subtlety pushed to upgrade to the deluxe because I had some callouses. Well, they are still there in some places. Also asked her to trim around an ingrown nail and she said she already did that. No, I did it myself after leaving. The massage in the deluxe was simply and rubbing of lotion, no firm massaging. As soon as my nails were done, my shoes were put on and they said goodbye. No drying station? Needless to say my feet were super slippery walking out and I have two smudges. Plus some places were out on the skin and i was bleeding in a couple of spots. Beautiful place but will not go back. Too much of an assembly line and no personal focus.

I was over charged for my services!! I was charged $90 which only should of been 65!!! I will never reccomend this place to no one else!!

I was there four times. First time a girl that was pregnant did my nails. The same day I had two nails that cracked, I went back and her husband fixed them for me. By the time I went back three weeks later all of my nails had cracked also.A guy name Tommy did my nails and he was great. I loved the way it looked and he was very professional.I went back and he was on vacation. I had two people that was supposed to do my nails. When the manager called on them they didn’t respond to him. So I had to wait few minutes because nobody wanted to do the job until the manager finally spoke up and ordered two people to do it. I felt extremely uncomfortable. Today, only a few days later and I already have a cracked nail and I am never going back there.

The nail techs were great but they have to charge like 20 bucks per foot for gel. They werent up front about the upcharge at all. I didnt think for a pedicure for me and my daughter it would $112. Just way too much money and over priced.

I am relocating from upstate New York and found pink polish in my search of nail salons nearby me… I had an amazing experience with my acrylic gel fill and manicure! Andy and the other staff were friendly and awesome! I’m definitely going back!

Amazing nail salon! The location is excellent for those who live off Savannah Highway, Bees Ferry, and Glenn McConnell. The decor is very upscale, and the staff is very professional. Make sure to ask for something to drink because you can get mimosas, white wine, red wine or water, and some Pepsi products. I can’t say anyone techican that I love over another because they all do such a wonderful job.

I went in for a manicure and a polish change on my nails, typically it’s about $50-60. Today it was over $100! I asked and there was no explanation. My nails do not look good at all! I asked for pink and white and they look a mess! Super disappointed.

Terrible experience. Booked manicure and pedicure for my wife and my 7 year old daughter. They refused to give me any pricing over the phone when I booked it even when I asked for a base price before polish and designs were picked. Turned out it was $160 for the 2 of them. I could have swallowed the price if they did a good job but my daughter came home with nail polish all over her fingers, barely legible designs on her nails and they missed spots on literally every single finger and toenail.

Just moved to Charleston andlooking for my pedicure spot and found this gem. Extremely friendly staff, great prices, service, and cleanly, convenient location. Tiffany did an excellent job with my pedicure. From the massage, the hot towels and the nails.Thank you so much, will be returning.

Very pleased with my first visit here. I came in to get a fill in and also get advice on my jammed nail. The gentleman at the front desk was so polite and helpful along with my nail tech. Definitely will be coming to Pink Polish from here on out.

I had an herbal pedicure with hot stones a few days after their grand opening... and let me tell you, it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. Tiffany was just amazing! Listen. I have never written a google review before, but this place was so amazing, I have to leave one. First let me start by saying I am not particular about my nails - I get the SNS powder because they last longer and are stronger. I’m a school teacher so I can’t do gel because they chip easy. Now that I’ve gotten my nails done here, I will never go anywhere else. The nail techs are all super friendly and the “receptionist” is phenomenal. The salon is super clean and very COVID safe. I had my nails done by Danny and I am obsessed - they are PERFECT. I can’t stop looking at them. If I could, I’d give Pink Polish 10 stars.

Very dissatisfied, went for a basic manicure she didnt even paint the full nail, up charged me an additional $20 and I had to request cuticle oil and the basics of a manicure basically wanted to charge me $40 to file my already short nails and paint them didnt clip them down or anything. Do not waste your time or money here. Im literally looking at my nails right now they are not even painted all the way... See photos...

When I walked in I was personally greeted and explained how to check in!A little back story, the last salon I went to in Charleston noticed I had a fungus on my nail the tech did/suggested nothing to help and just did a fill-in. When I came and sat down with Howie and he started working on my nails he immediately advised me on what I should do to help the fungus go away and he also treated it for me. He was so friendly from the moment I sat down and no matter how busy the got he took his time and made sure I was happy! I’ve been getting my nails done in Charleston for a few years and this is one of the best experience I’ve had! Would highly recommend!

This was my first time visiting this luxe salon and it was the best experience I’ve had at a nail salon. Tsuy was amazing. My manicure and pedicure was perfect!! The salon decor is modern and beautiful. I am a forever customer while I live here in Charleston.

This salon is absolutely gorgeous with a very relaxing atmosphere. The space is very open and light and they have plenty of chairs, including some for children. Everybody was very friendly and professional, and my pedicure was fantastic. Three of us arrived together around 10:15 on a Thursday and went right in with no wait. Will definitely be visiting them again.

Ive been to this location many times, and have enjoyed the services. I went in on 2/8/21 with a prosthetic finger, due to me losing a finger from a car accident. Im not sure why the male who did my nails and feet, though it was funny to laugh at my prosthetic finger, along with the other nail tech next to him. I really liked this nail place, but WILL NOT BE RETURNING AFTER THAT INCIDENT. Im glad he got laughter in my pain.

I went in for a simple acrylic full set I was sat with a man named Ben and he started filing my nails and cut my finger than he tried to put on my acrylic and put the first and second nail on crooked and tried to rip them off after the glue dried and laughed about it and said it was funny started filing again and cut me again and after all this I asked for coffin styled nails and left me with basically an oval and had bumps in the nail a great clean place but if you go do not ask for Ben he has no clue what he’s doing and left me with messy nails...It will not let me respond to your response but my nails were never fixed.

I had a gel manicure. It looked okay but later I notice some bubbling under the polish. Those places worked themselves up and the gel polish fell off! I couldnt return to have it fixed because we were from out of town and were leaving.
