Easily THE WORST dip manicure I’ve ever had. They’re too worried about getting enough people in and out to focus on anything. My nails are now filed down to nubs, there’s nail polish all over my fingers and I am almost bleeding from buffing my skin. Will never be back.

Tina was superb!! She gave great care to every detail of the process. I tried the paraffin wax treatment and loved it. I plan to get it monthly.

My grand daughter & I went and got our nails done together. They were super friendly, courteous, & done their very best to meet our requests. If I’m ever in the area again, they will be a must place to come back too.

Although the service was great and the inside of the place was very clean the moment I left the salon I notice a hole in my natural nail. I brushed it off because maybe it was just me but a week later when my natural nail started to grow I realize another hole in two more nails. Im not sure if it’s from the products or what but I have had acrylics on my nails multiple times and this is the first time it seems like my natural nail is rotting

This was my first pedicure in over a year so indulge a little. It was well worth it! Tina did a wonderful job. The salon is bright, clean, and there are many chairs and technicians available. Will definitely return.

This was a wonderful experience. It was my post covid visit. I was greeted the minute I walked in and immediately started my pedicure followed by a much needed manicure. The place was spotless and they followed all precautions for a safe and healthy visit. I will definitely be returning!

Even if theres a wait, but usually theres not any unless its close to a special time, we dont mind waiting because the employees are so friendly and kind! The services are excellent, and if theres a problem, they are quick to make it right! We are offered a drink before our services begin! I went to do gel manicure and the next day the color fade. Went again and nicely they do it again. It is clean and they observed sanitation C-19 as soon as you enter the salon.

I came here though a recommendation from a female acquaintance. I was very hesitant in trying a new location. I was quite satisfied with the service here.

My first experience was great, but my second was horrible. I sat for 25 minutes before anyone asked me what color I picked out. Ladies who walked in after me were served before me. When I inquired about this, no one on the staff seemed to care so I walked out. I do not recommend this nail shop.

I’ve been going to Allure Nail Spa since they opened and have always my experiences. Everyone is cordial, easy going and very hospitable! This is my favorite nail salon in Charleston!

Got nails done first time here because i am not from South carolina & i wanted coffin nails got some coffin and some round and crooked and they charged me 80 bucks! Never going back! and I must admit I love their set up and they are very clean

Ive been coming to Allure for a couple years to get manicures and pedicures and have gotten SNS the past few visits. Today my experience with John was one of the best manicures Ive had (not just at Allure)! No hardened dip underneath my nail or tiny imperfections on top. His precise application, attention to detail, and gentle, smooth motions produced not only great results but a very pleasant experience! I will definitely be asking for him again.

Amy did my nails the best I’ve ever had them. I got acrylic filled and she took her time and shaped them and made sure I was comfortable. 10/10

Unfortunate experience! Would no longer recommend :( I’ve been going here for a few months and first ~4 times were great - friendly, they did a good job, give you wine, etc. However, went for a mani/pedi and had 2 tag team my nails (very gossipy and laughing to themselves, distracted). Before she started taking off my previous dip, she ran the drill across my finger and made it bleed. She almost did it a second time to another finger and literally started giggling. I previously had my nails square with rounded edges and asked for “round this time”; instead, she did a very blunt square and failed to properly file them all the way so they are still rough on the edges. Lastly, I had picked out a white base with subtle sparkles as my color. (Hard to tell as they’re going exactly how dip will turn out). As per picture, she didn’t even use the right color (bright silver with very glam looking sparkles). Anyway, sadly won’t be coming back.

The best place for nails. Hands down. They can get busy so make an appt. But they also accommodate walk ins very fast.

Nancy provided excellent care & service for my teen and I. Removed her acrylics and provided a good start with basic manicure and polish.

Asked for manicure gel nails on my own nail technician kept insisting something else he ended up putting acrylic on my nails when I asked just to polish my nails.They act like they didn’t know what I was asking ended up paying $20 more and looked like they needed doing over a day later

This place is very unprofessional and not very clean. They rush you in and out and charge more than most nail salons. Also the quality of the mani pedi is awful not applied right. Don’t go there not worth it at all!!

After more than a year with excellent manicures and pedicures with Cindy, I was very disappointedwith two appointments under the new management. I’m not returning for a third time.

Very beautiful establishment. Their gel nail powder work does not last long at all. A day later, it will crack. Tried it twice already and wasn’t pleased afterwards. And the price is up there $52 for gel powder dip that doesn’t last a week.

Ive been there 5 times and keep going back! Customer service is A+++.. Always amazing service, and have 2 people working on me at a time every time which makes me feel spoiled and like a priority. The massages are excellent, the techs are perfectionists and Ive always been ultra satisfied. Did I mention they serve champagne and wine!! The only time I had a hiccup was with the chrome on my toes. Had 2 different color feet and didnt realize it at the time. The next time I went they gave me a 10% discount on top of my $5 loyalty coupon for checking in, again wonderful customer service!!! Will continue driving from north Charleston to them for the care they take!! ❤

First time getting dipped nails and they turned out great. Not ripples or lumps in my nails, the guy that did them knew what he was doing and we had a great conversation as well. Will come back again, even though I live in goose creek!

I have given this place multiple tries because I love the location. Today was my last. Once again my service was rushed, painful and NOT what I requested. I simply got dipping powder and at check out was told my total was $52. I asked if I could put my phone number into their loyalty customer ipad, which I did. It came up 1 visit and no discount. I said to the guy I’ve been here a bunch. To which he said that the iPad was their new system and next time I come my visits/coupons will show up. At this point I was getting mad and wanted to leave so I gave him my debit card. When presented the receipt to sign it said $52.50. I asked why and he just said, “That’s the transaction fee”. I had never been charged this before and there was no signage. I will NEVER return. This place is terrible AND robbing people. They are riding Whole Foods coattails by being next door but they shouldn’t even be open! For the record I’ve never done a review. I am doing this one in hopes it helps someone else.

It was my first time here and I’ve found my forever nail salon! I went in for a fill in, nail repair, and gel polish, my nail tech Andy did an AMAZING job! My nails are perfect! Perfect shape, perfect length, he took his time and the polish is beautiful! They offered me a mimosa as soon as I walked in the door and the rest from there was even better! For $47 I will definitely be back!!! Thank you again Andy!

Excellent service and treatments. We had manicures and pedicures and they were as good as any we’ve ever had. Can’t recommend this place enough. Wish we lived closer so we could go more often.

Two of my dip nails chipped in 3 days then two more in a couple of days. They fixed the two chips and then I had to go back for the next nails they re-dipped all my nails at that time. When the young lady finished she said you wash hands, no more break and she stomped away very rude. No apology for wasting my time.

New favorite nail salon in West Ashley. I’ve seen both Tina & Lily and they treated me like royalty. The first visit I was a in a little hurry, which is never good at a nail salon. I was taken to a workstation where the gentleman soaked my nails and offered me a beverage (alcohol too). In the time it took my nails to soak off I was greeted by a tech (Tina). She was fast and did a wonderful job. Very friendly and definitely experienced.The second visit I brought a friend. Tina was out so I saw Lily. My friend and I had the herbal spa pedicure. When I say AMAZING I mean it! Definitely worth every penny. Maybe Lily is just that amazing 😉. She did my nails as well and did a wonderful job and was very fast. I do the sms on my nails and regular nail polish on my toes.I have referred all my friends to this salon. Several have gone without me and agreed this place is as amazing as I do. I visit this nail salon twice in the past 3 months. Both manicures were exceptional. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The color selection was really great. The only thing is the prices are not visibly present so they charge you according to what they want to charge you. They smile and charm you right into extra charges.Over all I would go back again because they are very professional.👍👍👍

Beautiful salon and the people were very nice, although in my opinion they stack their prices. That is why you get 15%, because in all actuality they are over charging. By stacked prices I mean for gel polish it’s 29.00, 10 for the polish and 19 for the gel. Who does that? Well on to the next, beautiful shop friendly people but way over priced.

I’ve been to this nail salon 4 times now, so I feel my review is quite valid. I love this place. I moved here 3.5 years ago and have been looking for my go to nail salon and I found it! Great services expert workmanship, friendly, clean and sanitary. Folks their prices may be slightly more than others in the area but you do get what you pay for. I usually go with a girlfriend or 2 and we always have a ball. It’s the type of place I’d feel perfectly at ease going alone as well. Andy has become my go toTech but my girlfriends have others and we have all been happy. Love this place!

I see some complaints about the prices! First of all, it is IN CHARLESTON! Secondly, it is worth every dime! Tina is a miracle worker! I had my nails done before our Florida vacation (July 21st where I live), and it was a disaster! While in Charleston on business, I happen to drive by and see it, so I stopped in. Tina sculpted 2 broken nails without a form, and they are perfect! I will definitely return! Extremely nice salon, very sweet people, and amazing technicians! I HIGHLY recommend!!!! Love, love, love it!

So I decided since I was going to Mt pleasant I would try a different nail salon. BIG mistake. Im literally sitting here thinking what an idiot I am. My pedicure was mediocre and rushed. I will always go to Allure from now on. The people at Allure always take there time with me and I truly feel relaxed.

Loved this place! My friend and I went for pedicures and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with everything from the smiles at the door to the wine we were offered and the awesome service we received. My nail tech Sonny is both personable and professional and Ill be sure to ask for him everytime I go back!

Was really disappointed with quality of my manicure. Prices were fair if they would’ve done my nails better, but approximately 1 hour after I left 7/10 of my nails were very noticeably chipped... will not be coming back even though my technician and the people were very friendly.

The prices here do not match the service. I had an eye brow arch, fill in, and my toes painted and almost paid $100. I see how they can afford to provide complementary wine and champagne. Not only are the prices high but after getting gel polish my paint came off two days later. Extremely dissatisfied, I will NEVER come back to this location and I certainly do not recommend it for others.

This place has great selection, tons of chairs and techs, and is super sweet! I’ve had my nails done every three weeks for *years* and $35 for a pedicure is more than fair. Their rates are super reasonable and competitive, and what you get for it is beyond!After searching for a great nail place in west Ashley for what feels like forever, I’m so happy this place exists now.

When they first opened I loved them, then they started hiring new people who wasn’t doing such a good job. My nails always popped off the next day or two days later then my gel polish came off a couple times also.

I had powdered dip nails 1.5 weeks ago. I went back one week after I had them put on to complain that they were lifting at the corners. I spent $50 on these. I’m going to have them removed because they look terrible. The powder is suppose to grow out with the nail not lift on the sides of the nail bed.

My nails do not look good they couldn’t do the design I asked for and when I requested that they correct the mistake they did not want to. You pay to much for the services and they treat you like your nothing. I am telling everyone I know about my bad experience even posted it my social media’s so that people know not to go here.

It was ok. They did a decent job, no better or worse then the other pedicures Ive gotten. My only complaint would be they try so hard to upsell you on a better package when the basic already starts out at $35. I got the level 1 for $35 and my mom got the level 3 for $55. Other then 1 difference where they added product to her water to turn it into GEL, Id say our services were identical. It was a clean place with friendly enough staff but for that large of a price difference I would have expected more.

Sarah and Cindy are the best! This was my first experience and I was treated like royalty! They made sure my mimosa was refilled and my SNS Ombre is beautiful! My pedicure was heavenly and felt amazing they have a lot of techs working and focus on the customers! I think I found a new nail spot! ❤️

Possible the worst gel manicure I have ever had. I sat in my pedicure chair with a pillow on my lap holding the UV light dryer while all the nail stations were open... My nails were cut uneven, the polish was uneven in color and texture, and I had polish all over my skin. To top it off I didn’t get a massage or lotion. Would not recommend.

Amazing the nails were the best I’ve ever gotten done. The nail stylist I got was very nice and polite, I will definitely be coming again.

After a great experience last month, I went back to Allure and had a terrible experience. It felt like I was on an assembly line... my spa pedicure was okay, but not like last time. And then when I got home I found that my calf’s had a lot of residue left from the mask. And some of the edges of my dip manicure were jaggered. Very disappointed to spend that kind of money and not feel pampered. I also don’t like that while trying to enjoy my pedicure they have me twisted like a pretzel to do my nails at the same time. I know some people like this, but I don’t. It’s a great location and beautiful salon so I hope this review helps them improve.

They push and hassle you for the more expensive pedicures but cannot simply accomplish a good clean cuticle cutting. Why would i pay you more when you cant complete the basic pedicure expectations. My polish is gunky and it was a waste! One day you might have a great mani and pedi and the next visit TRASH! inconsistent service gets you inconsistent revenue

A pedicure for $35... Insane! First time to this shop, my experience lasted 30 minutes at best. Sink over flowed and jets didnt function. Pedicures used to be a relaxing experience, now its a wham bam thank you mam. Im a critical care nurse, we hold lives in the balance and possibly make $35 an hour. Ill be damned if Ill ever pay anyone $35 for a 30 minute, less than mediocre experience again. Ladies I promise you we can do better on our own.

The worst manicure I have ever received sloppy and a 3 year old could do better. $50 wasted plus the $35 for the pedicure that was mediocre. I went into the Whole Foods next door afterwards and was told by some of the associates there that everyone who has gotten their nails down has told them they are horrible and DO NOT go there!

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I arrived at Allure at 12:50 pm, someone greeted me asked what service I’d like. I explained I’d like ombré nails coffin shaped even showed a picture she told me to have a seat someone will be right with me. Waited 15 minutes for her to approach me and say I’m sorry she is almost done would you like to schedule an appointment and come back later today? I asked how long before she’s ready she stated 1:40pm I’ll make you an appointment so when you get back you won’t have to wait again . She wrote it in the books I left returned at 1:37pm for my 1:40 pm appointment only to wait 30 more minutes. Within that 30 mins I was asked to move seats and promised multiple times someone was coming to take care of me. Finally I was placed with someone he proceeded to do my nails and within the 10 minutes of him starting he got up 3 times changing brushes and acrylic etc his mannerisms was as if he didn’t have a clue on what he was doing. I asked another nail tech if he’d done ombré before she insisted he did. She then relayed the message to him he came back to the table angers asking “what is the problem” I told him I didn’t think he was confident in what he was doing and I wanted someone else to do the work. He then got the stuff to soak off the 3 fingers he attempted to do. I then waited AGAIN for someone to do my nails the correct way. He was very pleasant and persistent with his work. Completed my nails told me to have a nice day. Then comes back with a price of $70 I’m not one to cause a scene so I agreed to pay to never return to this establishment ever again. Id already gave my card and agreed to the $70. A coworker (same guy who destroyed my nails) then came to the front had a discussion with the cashier to charge me more he then ran my card for 80.50 without consulting me and couldn’t explain the extra charges. Came in at 1:00 pm left at 4:17pm I will NEVER return here and do NOT recommend it to anyone my experience was the worst.

I paid $50 for a fill-in and for them to fix one nail. My thumb nail peeled 6 days in. The color is lumpy and spilling over. Skip this place. Overpriced and not worth it. Wish I could get my money back.

Went in today for Sns on my natural nails which aren’t long maybe about medium length and needed tips on 4 nails that were shorter then the rest. The technician rushed and did a horrible job filing my nails just to go do someone else’s nails who walked in without an appointment after me. I pointed out that the top coat was not on all my nails properly and the girl said I messed it up which I didn’t, they were obviously not painted on right. My nails are filed horribly and look big on the end like the nails of the lady from Long Island medium. Again these are my natural nails and she charged extra and said my nails were long when she cut them. I told her I like them medium length not long nails but she cut them anyway and still charged for length anyway. 2nd and last time going there! Also had to put top coat on my nails when I got home. THANKS FOR NOTHING BUT A WASTE ALLURE ( nail tech with braces)

This is a nice, clean salon with a very welcoming front desk manager. However their polish used peeled off after 4 days. I went in for a Mani & Pedi. They did my Mani while I was also getting a Pedi. The staff memeber was not very friendly and did my gel Mani in 20 min. I didnt mind the quick service but for the toal price of $72 plus tip, I expect more from a nail spa. I did call and went back to adjust my nails a second time, again for a third time because 2 gell nails chipped after 5 days total. Sadly I cannot recommend this location due to their products.

I honestly dont know where to start because I am so impressed. It was my first time and I can finally say that Ive found my nail home! They have a plethora of pedi chairs. 1 tech worked on my nails and another one worked on my feet. I was done in 40 minutes with the best mani/pedi Ive ever had in my life. They are very detailed-oriented, attentive, precise and meticulous. Not to mention, the pedi came with a fantastic massage. They dont pressure you into getting more expensive products or services which is something that turns me off about other salons. They give recommendations and tell you why you should consider a different product but let you make the final decision as to what you want to do. The prices are a little high, but trust me, you get what you pay for! It is so worth it!!!!!!!!! I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Love this salon. I have been going to another place and while I love it, I wanted one on this side of the bridge. The other salon even asked me why I drove so far! Sarah did my new set of SNS and she is awesome. Very detail oriented and sweet. Made sure I was happy with them step by step. On my way back today for an ombre sns fillin!
