I have been in Charleston for a couple of years now and this is hands down the BEST salon. Great prices, best customer service, and every employee is great at what they do. I always show Jenny a picture of nails from Pinterest and they always turn out perfect. Recently got a lash lift with Jenny and have not had to wear mascara in over a month, very affordable and only requires a dye once a month. I cant say enough about this place- if you are new to the area and are looking for a salon this is the place to go. They also offer facials! Trying that next :)

I want to start by saying the employees at Holy Nails are very sweet. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the best experience. I made an appointment for 3pm and was seated immediately only to sit for 40 minutes. There were three employees and about 10 customers (half of which arrived after me and left before me). It took an hour and 40 minutes to get my nails done. It felt rushed (when they worked on my nails while hopping from person to person) and I feel like it shows (see the photo of how uneven the length of my thumb nails are as well as the giant divot on my pointer finger). Also, even when filing the nails, I can still see the actual cuts that they made with clippers due to not filing it enough 😖Overall, it took way too long and felt rushed when they were actually working on my nails. Again, very sweet humans but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back.

My daughter and I tried them out for the first time and had a great experience!! I have ezcema and I am allergic to fragrance, they were so accommodating to me and even had a special fragrance free lotion for me . We did the organic pedicure and loved it!!! The owners were so personable and made us feel so welcome! I highly recommend!!!

If I could give more than five stars I absolutely would. This was the BEST experience I’ve had at any salon/spa. The pedicure was so nice! My mom and I both got the Holy deluxe pedicure and we both absolutely loved it. It was relaxing, great quality, and overall very enjoyable. The family that runs this salon is so sweet, professional, accommodating and just overall so welcoming and wonderful. If I lived in Folly Beach I would come to this salon ALL the time. So sad that it’s four hours away. Definitely will be coming here again on future vacations and can’t recommend them enough!!!!

I’ve been going here on & off since they first opened. Jenny is amazing and remembered SPECIFICALLY how I like my nails done even when I only get them done in the winter (yard work). To be honest, I would only use her for the SNS powder/dip nails though and only go at a time they are not busy (after work/midday weekends), because they will rush. Had all different people do pedicures and they have been great!

Got my nails done Monday for a birthday treat for myself. Very disappointed in the service. She dipped the left hand 1 time more than the right which resulted in them being different colors. So the left hand is darker purple and the right is more sheer/ you can see my nail under. Otherwise was a good experience but I’d never go back or recommend this place after this.

After a rather unpleasant experience at another nail salon, I was thoroughly pleased with this one. The people were friendly, and it had a real family atmosphere about it. I got dip powder, and the nail technician that did them was clearly very knowledgeable about her trade and did an excellent job. Plus, bonus, they do stamp cards so after 5 visits you get a discount on the 6th!

Jenny is the best! Quick efficient work and reasonably priced. I got the salt and honey pedicure and it came with flower petals AND snacks! Definitely check this place out👍

Amazing experience from start to finish! Jenny is super sweet, professional, and talented. The spa offers a wide variety of services and numerous pedicure options were available. Can’t wait to try a different pedicure my next visit. Highly recommend!

The outside of the building is unassuming, but the inside is very clean and comfortable. The affordable cost reflected the high quality service and experience that it purchased as well. To start they remembered I had called the day before about nails. I didn’t schedule an appointment I walked in. I had originally went in to get nails redone from a botched nail job. They turned out amazing. I got dip powder, Jenny, definitely knows what she is doing. I also got a pedicure. That was also amaZing. Highly recommend!

This place is not worth the money. They charged me an extra five dollars for the shape of my nails! All I asked for was almond. There’s basic shapes. Square, round, almond. I didn’t get anything crazy like pointed stiletto and my nails aren’t long. Right over my finger tips. Not to mention the SNS here is already more expensive than anywhere else on Folly Road. Never have I ever been charged for the shape of my nails. Rip off and my nails aren’t even all even!

Great service and hospitality. Always very pleased with the results of the pedicures Ive gotten here. One of the best things is the staff are so friendly and genuinely enjoy working together.

I havent had a pedicure yet but I will. Ive gone twice for powder dip nails and I am very happy with them. I can make almost three weeks between appointments. Very accommodating on appointments, and super nice people!! I was referred by a friend because previous salon fell short. Cant wait for a pedicure ☺️.

Great place for a pedicure, love the staff

I paid $70 for a lumpy uneven manicure. The owner is amazing and sweet but wouldn’t give me a refund. Worst manicure ive ever gotten. I asked for square-oval and they are all different shapes. I was rushed because my nail tech had an appointment but i wish they would have just told me no instead of rushing me. I had my nails half done and the nail tech started and finished her appointment while i was just sitting there half done. Not to mention my chrome powder and gel polish are already chipped.

Average Service with Premium prices - Visited with my husband today and since I had been once before, I actually expected an average experience and quality and that is what we got. I had called in advance to make an appointment and they were still short-staffed for the time that was suggested for our appointment with 1 technician performing our pedicures on a rotating basis. Very perfunctory Deluxe pedicure with minimal scrubbing and service of dry/dead skin. The polish application for the Pedicure and Manicure was somewhat sloppy with the outer edges not really covered. Let the buyer beware - you will pay more for average quality. Thats 2 tries and wont go back.

I wouldn’t go to any other place. I went to a few others and found that with Holy Nails & Spa, you get the biggest bang for your buck. The staff is professional, personable, great attention to detail and accomodating. I highly recommend this salon. Make an appointment and you’ll agree. Im sure!

If you need a nail place, this is the place to go! My bridal party and I all got our nails done here and were treated like royalty and gave us everything we wanted/needed!The staff was incredible! And they did the best job Ive ever seen!! They accommodated our somewhat large crowd with ease and made us feel so welcome!!!I will never go anywhere else!! If I could give more stars I would!

I went here based on the ratings and reviews. I asked for dip powder nails and the service took maybe 30 mins. My service was very rushed. The tools used on my nails we just taken out of a big ziplock bag. Not sanitary. The dremel used to buff my nails was very rough and hurting my nails. My nails were uneven, and I was never once asked what shape I wanted. They were all different shapes and the dip powder was very thick on my nails. I will not go back here again.

Im not going anywhere else! Ive tried the others on Folly Rd more than once but this place was by far the best!! I cant believe I didnt try them sooner!! They were open on the 4th, when I needed it, and were very flexible with my appointment time changes. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. The people are kind and helpful. June helped me.. the best foot massage ever! Plus she was very helpful when we agreed we didnt like a certain color on my toenails. Patient and she cared about me and my sister being happy. A glass of wine while youre pampered to top it off plus awesome massaging chairs. Great experience! Thank you so much!

Very nice place, cute & cozy. Everyone was very nice and the lady who did my SNS nails did a great job. One of the only times I’ve had someone really pay attention to detail when doing my nails. Made sure to shave down any bumps and took her time giving me something I love. Overall a great experience, good price and I will definitely be coming back regularly. :)

Anna and her husband have an amazing business! Their daughters and sons are amazing! They always treat my little girl and myself exceptionally! They even have done girl get togethers for me and they have all been so happy! Dads included! :) best nail salon, they are a little pricey comparatively but its worth every penny!!! Go here!!

My nail technician was super thorough and precise with my set of SNS and tips. This are the best set I’ve ever had and they overall costed like $5 less than other places I’ve gotten :)

They were nice but the environment was dark they didn’t have me pick my color until they were almost done and they put two different tips on my hand and they were rough and it took two hours just for a fill in i enjoyed my first visit but thesecond time I didn’t so I don’t recommend this place

I am not allowed to have my nails done very often so when I do it is a treat. I did not enjoy my experience. We were rushed and bullied. After we left our fingers and toes burned, my nail polish only lasted one day and chipped off. When I removed the polish from my nails, they were yellow and bent outward. Now that they have had some time to heal. All my nails have divits were the old nails were damaged. Also I have to file my nails alot because they are brittel and still want to turn out.

Below average pedicure. Very rushed and bare minimum manicure. I felt like I was on an assembly line. I was offered a beverage so maybe the complimentary wine will make you forget you just spent $ on mediocre services.
