I went to Oasis salon for a manicure today and can honestly say that this is the best my nails have ever looked. Stephen did my nails, and they turned out beautifully. They were exactly what I was hoping for when I went to the salon. Highly recommend scheduling an appointment with him! if you are looking for a place in the Charleston area, you won’t disappointed

I had an appointment for a gel pedicure and full set with gel polish. The appointment cost $90, AFTER a $40 gift card was applied. Not sure what that was about considering the level of service I received. The nail tech was very nice, but my nails just look sloppy. She cut me on three separate fingers with the nail drill. Zero cuticle trimming was done and a LOT of excess acrylic was left behind around my nail. The right thumb nail is also completely crooked. I usually do not leave reviews on businesses, but I’ve had my nails done many times and this was by far the worst set I have ever had.

I had gotten a great manicure with regular polish in Norfolk that didn’t chip until 11 days after, so I decided to stop here for a polish change. She removed the polish, then filed and buffed my nails so much that they are now paper thin and very weak. The paint color is shadowy and looks awful. It chipped after a day and my nails feel like tissue paper now. On top of a horrible polish, I was charged $20 for a polish change, I paid $30 total with tip for ONLY a polish change - regular polish change - no lotion, no manicure of any kind, no cuticle cleanup…just shadowy polish. According to their website, a deluxe manicure with collagen hands is $35. I have never had such a horrible polish change, I have never left with weaker natural nails than I walked in with, and I have never been charged that much to change polish colors on my hands only. I will NEVER come to this establishment again, nor will I recommend anyone there.

The services I received were good; however, no better than if I stopped at Walmart after shopping. The setting was much nicer, but then people less so. It was high pressure sell during my entire visit. Additional services were recommended at least 7 times during the hour I was there. There was also pressure for a large cash tip, not on a card. The employees also talked continuously among themselves in another language. While I understand English is not their first language, it feels very uncomfortable when it is constant chatter. This was not the relaxing spa experience I sought. I will not return.

Just recently had eyelash extensions, my eyebrows waxed, acrylics, and a gel pedi done for my upcoming wedding. These ladies did a PHENOMENAL job! Extremely professional and so sweet! I love Oasis Spa. Vee (owner) runs a full compliment of spa services. I go at least every two weeks for a pedicure, but have had other services. My facial was amazing. Very relaxed atmosphere. Clean facility. The techs are first rate and very friendly. Highly recommend!! You can make appointments online, which are recommended.

The new Kim is very professional, funny and does a great job. My feet felt amazing. She took her time with the stones and didnt rush like some. I will definitely return

I always come here for my nails, eyebrows, and lashes. Yesterday I had a facial and a back massage that was also amazing. Vee is the best! Also knows I work a busy schedule and opened up shop early just so I could have time to get my lashes done! Kelly is the best at lashes in the valley! Can’t imagine going anywhere else! I can depend on her to fit me in if at all possible! Her attitude is always upbeat and positive and I love the quality of her work. I highly recommend this spa.

I went for a mani-pedi with acrylic nails. I wanted a fall design. Nails turned out GORGEOUS! I also got an eyebrow tint and wax. WOW! For the first time in my life, I have actual eyebrows (natural blonde, so I have naturally invisible eyebrows) and I am getting so many people asking me what is different and telling me how good I look. Next up will be eyelash lift and tint!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. They used their different language to make it look like we asked for more expensive things that did not come in our spa package. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option.

My mom, sister, and I made an appointment for 11 am and as soon as we walked in the door they sat us down and started right away. They were so nice and talkative and it was the best pedicure I have ever gotten. They made us feel very welcomed.

She was not willing to work with me on the situation also, my nails didn’t look good when I left and they were nothing that I asked for. They always rush and never do things correctly. The guy used two used nail files on my nails. Just dirty and nasty. Strongly don’t recommend.

I went in for my first hair color ever and Cindy was amazing. She was able to find a shade that met my desires while also meeting my employers requirements for a professional appearance. I was nervous about coloring my hair but Cindy put my worries at ease and after the color and massage, she sent me home feeling like a new woman, ready to take on the world.

I have never given a bad review to anyone prior to this. The last two most recent visits that I had to Oasis, I had waited for over an hr, once almost 2 hrs before the technician that I had made an appointment with, was available. Nobody came forward to tell us about the delay, or apologise. Not even the owner.In April, I had made an appointment for both my daughter and myself for the same time with two different technicians. One was not there at all, and the other took care of both of us after almost 2 hours of wait time. The two hours became 4 hours by the time she completed both our Pedis.When we entered the store, the owner rudely said that they are very busy for Prom. Ok! But we had appointments which means that our technicians should be ready at our appointment tome. I don’t mind a short wait time for them to finish up, even if it was 30 mins. I understand bad days, delays and short staff issues but not sacrificing your time to just be sitting there waiting. The reason we waited was because we were going on vacation.This past Friday, my daughter had a appointment for a Manicure. We sat there for 1 hour, and again, her technician was busy and never came out to tell us how long she will be. Owner was very aware, because she confirmed the time of our appointment when we arrived. The minute my daughter stood up to leave, two technicans rushed out to her saying that she’s just finishing up and will be ready for her in a few. Seriously! My daughter was going to a wedding the next day, but we were fed up, so we left. It was already 7.30 PM.The Technicians are very sweet, but the owner has no respect for anyone, especially their time. It’s all about how much money she can make by the minute. If you prefer to go to Oasis, don’t sit there waiting politely for your technician. Because if you are polite, you will sit there for hours waiting and then more by the time you are done.And I agree with the review below, there is a sign up asking for cash tips for staff. Our tech offered to do a flower pattern on the big toes like she was doing us a favor, and we accepted, after all we waited almost 2 hours, but only to find out when paying that it was $10 per person additional charge.

Charged my daughters for services not rendered, would not provide itemize receipt. Did HIGH Pressure sales for an eyebrow wax that my youngest had repeatedly turned them down. Another employee came over to team up on her. She relented and paid $18.00 only to jave to come home to fix their work.

I went and got a refill on my nails and within a week I had 2 break and then 2 broke off completely. I went in to get the first 2 fixed and they done it for free BUT DONE SUCH A POORLY JOB. If my toddler could do nails then I know she would’ve done them better. They didn’t make sure the shape was the same or even the SIZE of the nail! If I knew how to post pics on here then I would. Fast and great service. Cindy is an amazing masseuse. And Cyerra did a wonderful job on my diabetic pedicure. My wife loved her birthday spa treatment as well. I would recommend them to anyone. Though we didnt really get anything from the salt therapy room, YMMV.

This place is great! I got my nails done and a few days later i chipped it. It was all my fault and i went in, they fixed it for free and gave me a fresh layer of paint on all my nails! Helps that its a 100 foot walk from my place too!

Prices are lower than any options in the area. I was in and out in less than one hour. The gel color selection is quite vast but I usually stick to nudes and reds so I might be biased. Again, fast service. Nails and toes done at same time.Highly recommended!

Ive tried every nail salon within a ten mile radius of my house and Oasis Spa is by far the best. Very reasonable, dont make you feel uncomfortable about getting the basic pedicure. The massage is amazing! Friendly smiling staff!

I had a great experience at Oasis Spa. My friend and I went together and were able to get pedicures at the same time. The ladies did a great job and really dug in if you know what I mean, which is hard to find. Both of us came out looking and feeling great! They offer both regular and gel pedicures. I really enjoyed the Salt Room. I was with a group of people and they all enjoyed it too, but we all have the same complaint. They have a large window that needs to be covered and make it where you can relax and concentrate on your breathing. Once they cover that window I can give it a five-star. But it is not very sound proof or private. Noises could be heard from the hallway and front. It kind of takes away from the experience.

Wow this is the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to just got a pedicure and they even use disposable bags over the pedicure bowl first time I seen this love it super sanitary. My tech didnt rush took her time and did an excellent job. I would totally come back here. They said they are super busy so make an appointment we came in for a bride squad party and we made an appointment got right in.

Nothing fancy with a chandelier and wine, but this is my favorite nail spot! I have been looking and looking all over town for years to find a regular place and this is it! Van and Thuyen are amazing. I actually fell asleep in my pedicure chair because I was so relaxed!!! My nails look great and it is not over the top expensive.

Ive been coming here for a few months for a shellac. Before that I would come for a manicure and pedicure. shellac lasts about 3-4 weeks for me., I think its worth it to have nails that look this good all the time. *****

Wonderful staff unless you get Megan, the front of my hair it looked good while the back was a different story. She cut my baby hairs in the front without asking me, and she cut the back far to much up the back as well as very uneven. The back left of my hair is at least an inch longer than the right. When she washed my hair she didnt put a towel under me for comfort or to catch the water from getting my shirt wet.

I have always been very pleased with the staff and services. Once, I pointed out pain in my big toe and the manager came over to take a look. She removed the obstruction and then told me not to wear closed-toe shoes as much if I could. In days, the dilemma was resolved. I highly recommend them!

The only place in town that I trust for a good no chip! I moved out of the neighborhood, but will always make the trek down because I know it will be worth it! My current no chip manicure has lasted 3 weeks without chipping.

I dont live in Charleston, but were visiting for a few weeks, and I was in dire need of a mani/pedi. I called the spa to ask about the prices, and went there the same day. I walked in a little after 1pm, and there was no other customers in there - not that I mind, had the place all to myself!I asked for a shellac manicure, and my tech did a fantastic job! So immaculate and precise! She listened to what I asked for, and made my nails look spectacular.She took a great deal of time to cut, buff and shape each nail, and I got a great leg/foot scrub and massage before the nail polish was applied. Too bad Im only in town for a bit, I wouldve definitely became a regular at this place!

Ive been to Oasis Spa twice now and have had great experiences both times. I was able to call and make an appt a couple hours prior the day of with 0 wait time when I arrived. The facility is very clean, lots of color choices, and everyone is super professional. I am very picky about my SNS (I am a nurse I like it to be very thinly filed not too thick) and lush has exceeded my expectations both visits.

We had a wonderful and relaxing experience in the salt therapy room. Steve was excellent answering questions and explaining the benefits We will definitely be using the SaltTherapy Room again.
