My nails are always super cute. I go to Lisa and she always does them fancy with bling and they are always fierce. Julie did my last pedicure and was nice as well. Love adore nails. I won’t ever change. They are always busy cause they are so good.

This nail salon saved the entire day! I left the other nail salon that’s in this mall so upset and with awful looking nails. The other salon’s nail tech left my nails looking like a school kid attempted to do them- no joking. I immediately went to Adore Nails and their sweet nail tech (which seemed to be the owner) was determined to fit me in their already busy day. She did such an amazing job cleaning up the mistakes, and when she was done it looked soooo much better and something I was proud of. I can’t thank her enough for her willingness to fix my nails. She did it without saying anything bad about the other nail tech too which speaks volumes of their professionalism. I would recommend this nail salon 10/10 everyday all day long. Thank you Adore Nails for taking on my disaster and turning it into a beautiful set of nails. I’ve received many compliments on them in just a couple days

I have had my nails done in fairmont, Bridgeport, Morgantown and Clarksburg WV and I have never had a set I like more ❤️ Everything about the experience and the place was wonderful! I love my nails every time I go here! Ken does great on my nails and he pays attention to detail. Every time I leave, I cant stop looking at them....and I get compliments everywhere!!!

They don’t ask you if you’d like gel nails or NOT they just immediately assume you want them. They take advantage of teenage girls and over charge them. Last time I was there they cut my finger and we’re being way too rough. Ive been multiple times alone and each time I received terrible service. I was charged $40 for regular short acrylic nails with a regular clear top coat.

I went there without an appointment to see if they could remove two acrylic nails. They quickly took them off and didn’t even charge me. They were all caring and sweet.

Very rude and unprofessional.I wanted to get the powder fill but they told me the gel is better so I changed my mind because of their suggestions but after that she got angry and told me OH NOW YOU WANT A GEL in very rude way, and I told her yes because you told me to get that one! And she left me for 20 min, with dirty, uneven nails. Until the owner notified it and apologized me but after that she was hurry angry and cut my finger with her nail file!!!!I used to go there but I will never ever back there again!!!

The first time I went, my nails were okay.. not the bestIve ever had but I was decently happy with them. Simple but pretty. After a few days, I realised they must not have been cured all the way because there were big dents in the thumbs. They were also too big for my natural nail but overall, better than some of the other places around charleston. I went back for a fill in & to get a different paint. They were AWFUL & Im not a very picky person. none of them were the same size or shape. They were oblong, crooked, lumpy & nothing like what I asked for originally but I was okay with the color & glitter being different than what I asked for because they didnt have the exact stuff I wanted. So I cut the loss & it was okay I thought. The mall has HORRIBLE lighting & after leaving & looking at them outside... It was just completely unacceptable. I called & explained this & the woman was nice enough to let me come in today & she fixed the acrylic around the cutlicles & filled them properly. Im very happy with the shape & she did a similar look to the first time I went, which I am happy about. I got them done & left at 5pm.. at 9pm I went to pick up my remote & literally just poked my table (didnt smack my fingernail, didnt hit it hard.. just a tap) & it chipped. Id love to give 5 starts for the employees, especially the woman I saw today (Im sorry, I forgot your name) BUT I feel like the quality could be so much better. She really took her time & made sure I was happy when I left & I was! But Im just not going back if I have to go back 2 or 3 times every time to fix it or something. Really a bummer because I loved the idea of just me & my 4 year old daughter getting our nails painted/done together as a quality girl time thing & alot of other places dont work with children under 10 & this was a once a month thing for my budget (so I have to keep them for a month before fixing again or just have them taken off) You have good prices & wonderful people there but the quality is not so good.

My husband and I went in for a pedicure. Clean, polite and relaxing. I Recommend for couples or just yourself.

Worst place to get your nails done !!!

I have been a customer of Adore Nails since it opened and have always received excellent service from them. I am a large woman in a large wheelchair and they always go the extra mile to ensure I have easy access to the shop and the stations for my manicures. The team is also sure to take customers with appointments prior to walk ins, which in my opinion is how it should be done. If I make an appointment, I expect to be seen at my appointment time. If I walk in then I understand Ill be seen as soon as possible and if the shop is busy, I can come back.Ive been very happy with my acrylic nails and fill ins. On the one or two occasions Ive needed a correction, they have been happy and quick to address the issue.

Pricey but they did a good job they take a long time though so a min of 2 hours in the seat is needed

I have been going here for years. Today my debit card fell out of my hand into the cup holder of my car after paying for parking.at the the town center. I didnt realize it until time to pay for my pedicure. I was treated like a criminal instead of a loyal customer. Of course I did pay after finding my debit card in the cup holder of my car, as well as leaving a generous tip

We have gone bi weekly to this shop for years ( now under new management n the physical shop has been upgraded). The service is exceptional. The price is VERY reasonable. No one in the USA does a better pedicure ( unless you pay double) than Julie who is a long term employee and guru of the EYE BROW.Many good techs, in ten years I’ve not had a bad experience. HOWEVER Julie is my fave.Great value. Clean. Good sanitation.

My wife was there 2 an a half hours not counting the time waiting and the cheap polish is all ready coming off. If you go there dont make plans rest of the day.

I had the mani and pedi for my birthday Jan 29th. I had the sweetest woman. We laughed and had a great time. She did an excellent pedi with gel polish on my natural nails. She did a amazing mani with gel polish and accent finger and went out of her to make sure that chunky glitter looked right! It going a week later and my polish has not chipped. its shinny and I will return not because i loved my outcome it was because I felt welcomed and at ease with the lady who done my nails.

I went to Adore Nails to have a basic pedicure today Sept 23, 2019. After I signed in & really looked around I was hesitant as the salon is not very sanitary. But I decided to stay & give them a chance. The older gentleman that did my pedi was courteous. The quality of work was subpar and disappointing. He knocked my cuticles on 4 different toes, did not throughly buff my nails nor property exfoliate my feet, & the polish application was not neat at all. I myself am business owner & would be mortified if our employees did such underwhelming work. I am completely disappointed and won’t return. This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience with receiving a pedicure. I’ve visited Christina at Fluer de Lee’’s, Coco Lu, Michelle at Prestigious Nails, Jenny at Lovely Nail, Andy at Diva Nails,& Ann at Pro Nails and all of those experiences, quality of work, hospitality, and cleanliness was as it should be. I have no clue of the higher reviews of this establishment but maybe they treat certain people better than others but it wasn’t at a pleasant experience for me at Adore Nails.

The only good thing about this salon was Julie! Even people who work at the mall told me not to go to this salon - AND THEY WERE RIGHT! My daughters got manis & pedis which were done in 20 minutes. They left with polish all over their toes - NOT ON THEIR NAILS! They didn’t even do a base coat! And my one daughter got her manicure in the pedi chair bc the woman was too lazy to take her to the mani chair. Save your money - don’t go here!

Staff is RUDE- laughing and talking their language while working with clients side by side is totally unprofessional and makes your customers feel very uncomfortable. Went in to get a gel manicure with a lady who would not quit shaking... she got mad at me and lightly hit my hand because SHE smudged my nail and had to clump on more nail gel polish... the end results were horrifying... lumpy nails with dried gel color around my fingers. They DO NOT sanitize their nail tools... She splashed the cuticle clipper with water and put it back in her bin... this has got to raise some red flags... not worth the $35 I paid... Will not be going back- EVER.... very disappointed.

Stopped in while visiting Charleston last week. Requested a dip manicure. Staff was friendly, but process used in manicure was very different than what I was accustomed to, including the use of the UV light to set the product. In a matter of days, the top coat is cracking off multiple nails. Very disappointed, at my normal salon I can get 4 weeks out of a dip manicure. Frustrated to have to spend another chunk of change and time to get them redone.

I was visiting and went in for a set of dipped/healthy nails. Honestly, my 8 year old niece could have done better. I was near tears because they were closing and my nails were hideous. Thick lumpy and just terrible ugly. I had a special event the next day and kept my fingers curled because I was embarrassed for anyone to see them. Maybe it was bad luck for me to get the tech I did. I’m not usually this harsh but she should never be allowed to do anyone’s nails...paying customer or not.

Its just trash. They have a lot to work on. Being a college student I have few choices to choose from and had I know about this place before Id do my own nails.
