I have visited this establishment 3 times prior but my experience today was by far the worse. I did a walk-in for a gel manicure and the quality of work I left with was unsatisfactory. I had not noticed until I examined by nails in my car how carelessly they had been done. Shaping uneven, gel polish on and past my cuticles, uneven and bumpy coats, and my previous BLUE gel still being visible under my new set of a LAVENDER color. Allowing me to leave the salon with this quality of work not only showed me they didnt care about me specifically but also how their business would be advertised to others who inquired about my nails in passing..

Lavish has become my go-to nail salon! All of their nail techs do a wonderful job, but Elvis never disappoints! He is extremely meticulous, pays close attention to detail, and takes his time with your services. Their cleanliness is top notch and customer service is great. They are slightly more expensive than your average salon, but it is worth every penny! Their clientele has increased tremendously in the past few months, and walk-ins are hard to accommodate (even for one person), so make sure to call a couple days ahead to schedule an appointment.

It depends on which tech you get. None so far do a thorough pedi. They don’t cut and shape the nails the way you want. Also, Dip is not filed down around the cuticle so when it grows out a little you have sharp edges that your hair gets caught in. The shop is beautiful and clean, though.

Extremely clean. The pedicure massage chairs are amazing. Friendly staff. Average price. My pedicure lasted for over a month. Will definitely be back.

This is my new spot to go to. Very clean establishment. And the nail tech Giao is very good and very down to earth. She makes you feel like family and I have enjoyed each time I’ve been here. The price is worth it because they take their time and do a good job. Its the experience for me everytime.

Ennis did my gel pedicure and Bryan did my eyebrow wax and both were fantastic! Ennis really took his time with my pedi and made sure I was satisfied with the results. They go out of their way to please the customer and are very detailed. That was the best pedi & massage I had ever received combined with the most comfortable massage chairs around! Thank you Ennis & Bryan I will be back!

Elvis and Emily are a married couple that work here and they did an amazing job! Elvis did my Dip and he took his time and did great! Emily gave me the best pedicure I’d had in years! Not to mention the pedicure chairs here are THE BEST! I feel like I’ve gotten pampered and a massage all in one 💚

The staff fit me and my fiancé in last minute tonight after their competitor (Luxia) didn’t honor my reservation for two pedicures. I was extremely frustrated after being turned away at the original nail salon but Lavish came to the rescue and helped this tired mama out. Ennis and Emily were wonderful. Unfortunately, we kept everyone past closing and had a crying 8 month old with us but it didn’t hinder their professionalism at all. We were so grateful and happy with their accommodating service and professionalism. Oh, and now my toes are pretty, I feel pampered, and my fiancés feet are no longer sandpaper. :) They won us over as new loyal clients.

I would give a 0 but I wasn’t given the option. My nails were loose after 1 week. I came back to get it taken off and they charged me $18. To do so. Saying that it is not their fault that my nails were loose. And said that it was due to my real nails. My real nails are super short. No one told me that due to the length of my nails that I would have loose nails. They took my money x 2! I paid $133 within a week! They did even have the courtesy to take them off for free! Plus the men in this shop don’t know how to shape your nails. This place is trash and they treat right who the choose to treat right!

Absolutely loved Lavish Nail Spa! Just moved here from Arlington, VA near Washington, DC area and I have found the perfect nail spot for best quality and cleanliness and relaxing environment. Super clean upon entering, wine and beverages offered. Tons of great colors for sns and regular polish. I had Elvis doing my SNS manicure and Emily doing my pedicure - $45 for a paraffin signature pedicure, which is an incredible deal and both services were PERFECT. Massage chair was comfortable and relaxing, I normally dont even like having my manicure done while my pedicure is being done simultaneously, but they made it so seamlessly relaxing I barely noticed. Please go visit them you will not be disappointed - I have had nails done in Atlanta, Washington, New York City, Richmond, VA and Athens, GA and these is one of the top spots across all cities in terms of quality, cleanliness, professionalism and affordability! Love it!

Make sure you tell the nail tech to start painting your nails from the cuticle. I was chatting with a friend and didn’t realize he started so far from my nail bed. Also, gel polish is 25 extra on a pedicure which I never heard of. The decor is great.

I’m not sure what I got but they are verrrrrrrrrry expensive I got a basic pedicure with a design one toe and a full set of nailsWith a design on both ring fingers I paid 188.00 I normally pay 120.00 ! It lessen learned they are good I may go back not sureL

I have been searching for a nail salon here in the Charleston area that is not only luxurious, but where the environment is friendly and clean. I had a horrible nail job done on me, I came in for a polish change to correct it and ended up; not only getting my nails done over and beautifully, but I gained a new nail home! My fiancé and I came in for pedicures and we left more than satisfied! They are truly professional and they take the time to work on you! I love this place!

I love Lavish Nail Spa! The salon is SO CLEAN. They have every color you can imagine in SNS, gel, and regular polish. I have never seen so many colors and such organization. Highly recommend!

Chose to try this place because its new and close to the house. Right when you walk in they ask you to wash your hands. Everyone was wearing a facemask. They take their time with you and you dont feel rushed. Fantastic job and will definitely be back!
