I am a new tenant here and my experience with this community has been more than exceptional from the application to the present. Matt made the application process a breeze even though I’m not very tech savvy. I was approved within minutes. Samantha stayed beyond her scheduled work hours to receive my car keys when it was shipped after hours. Rhonda greeted me on arrival not only with a most welcoming smile but honest and transparent information. My neighbors are friendly. My view is AMAZING!! My daughter loves her new school. This was definitely the right choice for me.

I’ve lived here a year and a half now! Love everything about this community. The apartments are very spacious and up to date ! The lake side is beautiful and nice place for exercise! Everyone is super friendly. They have all the amenities you need in one place. And the staff Matt and Samantha are great ! Always ready to help at anytime ! Maintenance is always quick to fix anything needed ! And This place is the perfect location by far ! Close to all freeways,malls,bars and shopping etc! I highly recommend Reflections !

The floor plans were inviting and comfortable-looking. The staff were very helpful. I loved the grounds which were gorgeous and well taken care of.

Great apartment complex! The park is beautiful. Lots of bird watching. There’s a path through the park. The pool is clean, the neighborhood is friendly.

I love this area of town. So close to shopping and there is a lot to do around here. The staff is so welcoming.I recommend it.

I will be wrapping up 2 years at this complex in the fall and wanted to be sure to write a nice review. for them I chose this place for a few reasons. Lovely location on a linear park with walking paths, lake, lots of trees and greenery. I use this several times a week.It is within a very short hop onto the 10 or the 202 to get anywhere in the valley but also has a lot of businesses and services within a few minutes walk or drive. It is an older complex but well maintained. My unit was not fully upgraded but the initial rent reflected that. It is quiet - both in location and current resident population. Any maintenance request I have placed is done the next day. When the AC required a repair it was done within a couple of hours on an emergent basis. Office staff are extremely nice and professional. Unfortunately as is the case with much of the greater Phoenix area - rents have been rising prohibitively over the pst 2 years and I am choosing to relocate out of Maricopa County. In deference to a fair review the only annoyances the past 2 years were the periodic water interruptions for repairs. We were always given email notice but as a professional with irregular work hours it was occasionally inconvenient. The other bother (not their fault) is the seeming non stop construction on Kyrene which I hope will be wrapped up soon.

This is truly a great place to live. Samantha and Matt at the office are always so kind and helpful. Maintenance is also great and prompt. The place is pet friendly, has beautiful landscaping, and is very quiet. Honestly, we couldnt have picked a better apartment complex.

Staff was always friendly and scheduled work orders in a timely manner. Didnt have any problems with the apartment. I like that they let you do short term leases.

He was very professional, prompt and new exactly what the issue was and informed me what he would be doing to resolve the issue and he did.Thank You!! Thank You!!

We recently moved to Reflections, and we are really enjoying our new home. The leasing office is prompt to help with any request, and they even offered to walk my dog if I was running late from work 🥺. They are a joy to speak with every time (and Samantha is awesome!). Maintenance is also quick and very understanding. Not to mention: the price isnt half bad for the area. All around a great place to call home ❤️

Ive lived at Reflections for many years now and have been quite happy with the unit, grounds, and staff. The complex is on a park with excellent views, lakes and a running trail. Maintenance is excellent and staff has always been kind and attentive. Not for the budget-minded renter, but very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The office manager is always very friendly, helpful, and Ive had a fantastic living experience to date.

I have been living here for little over a year now. This is a nice and friendly community to live in with family. The lake inside is nice, specially during the winter season. Shout out to Samantha and Matt at the office- both of them have been very helpful so far.Will recommend my friends about this who are planning to move to Chandler.

We have been living here for almost 1 1/2 years. I live the office staff. They will respond and take care of any issues you may have. The maintenance staff is very prompt and professional. The property is clean and quiet. I look forward to signing another lease in April. I would absolutely recommend this complex.

I had been living here for over 2 years and this is the place I will call a home. Absolutely love the lakeside living and friendly neighbors. The maintenance guys are prompt in fixing the repairs. I never had any big concerns during my stay here and its just been a great experience. It is a nice community with wonderful staffs plus the location. Rhonda(the manager)has always been sweet since the day I know her. Great place for kids too.

A friend lives here I recently visited for first time and man is it beautiful! The layout if apartment was great, the outside was VERY well maintained and gorgeous with all the landscaping done. The pool, MAN...I wish I could afford to live here, visiting is good enough for me, you wont be disappointed at all!

I would like to take this time to personally thank Mat, Rhonda, and Samantha as well as corporate for helping me resolve an issue that I was absolutely freaking out about. Its a wonderful feeling knowing that in this day and age that there are people who actually care. The constant reassurance, the call backs, and most importantly the time and effort it took to resolve as well as my peace of mind! I could go on and on but the bottom line is they took care of the issue in a timely manor and I truly appreciate all you did for me.Next, Ive been here since mid Oct., and I can honestly say I absolutely love this place. Its beautiful, quiet, and I feel so secure here. Reflection is not just an apartment but a place that Im proud to call home.I would also like to thank maintenence for their service when I had a request. Had a repair done by Edgar Ramirez, he was very professional did quality work and went above and beyond expectations and did additional repairs to some appliances while not creating an extra hassle. Showed up on time and worked diligently to not only replace my broken appliances but to make sure everything was correct, this however not limited to him but the whole staff at this apartment complex, I have been a resident for about 3 years

Everyone here does their best to make your living experience a positive one. The maintenance staff is prompt and efficient, and if they cant resolve your issue within 24 hrs (weekends notwithstanding), they let you know why and will give you a good estimate on when things can be fixed. Ive been here over 3 yrs and its been my best apt experience.

Be sure to review your lease and the charges for each month, BEFORE signing. There are several small fees they add on each month.There is a pet deposit and a pet administration fee when you bring in a pet, along with pet rent each month. The pet administration fee is non-refundable of course, however does not apply to any charges when you move out.If you walk the upgraded unit make sure you confirm whether or not your unit will actually have the upgraded appliances. Luckily we caught this before moving in.As always, document everything before moving in by talking pictures. Keep reciepts and confirmations for every payment you make, for any reason.

Was alright a couple years ago when I moved in. Now it seems like little India. Im not sure what happened but there are so many indian families with 5 to 8 people per residence that have moved in. They are scared of dogs etc it is just awkward when I go outside seeing everyone circle away from me and my tiny little dog. Its kind of shocking how sudden it happened too. This might be a turn off for some people so I am just sharing my honest review.The grounds and nearby park are beautiful. Management seems friendly. I just wish they would give some thought to the community here. Some of the newer residents are playing rap music really loud to the point that the bass wakes you up. Please be mindful of how many people are coming and going from individual units because I really feel that the rules are being stretched here. I have seen this problem absolutely destroy communities and start all kinds of infighting at other complexes I have lived in.

Our rent went up 100 dollars and they changed the water plan to a more expensive one. In the past year the quality of residents has plummeted and they seem to be bringing in a lot of shady, noisy residents living 4 to 6 people per unit. My next door neighbors car was smashed by another resident and there have been more vehicle break ins as well as nasty water issues in the nearby lake. My first couple of years here were great but they are really lowering the bar now. A neiggbor playing super loud rap music inspired me to finally write this review. They will probably hike our rent up again this year. Absurdly expensive

Two faced, passive aggressive, and ultimately worthless management. Will smile at you and throw a knife in your back when you move out! Beware!!! Document everything with photographs and use ACR recorder to save audio of all phonecalls. These people are liars and con artists.See reviews for PB bell, the management company. People are trying to warn you.

Regrettably i have decided to update my review to one star. A neccesary repair came up and the leasing office made it an absolute nightmare for me to schedule- including ignoring my emails and phonecalls to set a proper date for the 8hr repair (i am a working adult). I was forced to contact PB Bell, who in turn ALSO gave me a very hard time. Very childish and gangster like behavior from both parties however it seems we are finally reaching an agreement.Worst customer service i have ever recieved and i just want to warn other potential tenants. Record your phone calls, and request everything be sent via email and/or in writing because you dont want to go through what I just had to go through.

Be nice if i could go to work without walking through a poisonous cloud of leaf blower gas, co2, allergens,cockroach feces and vulcanized rubber that is blown up into the air by these squads of do-rag wearing lawn warfare agents. Lets just walk around in circles blowing dirt around and ruin everyones lungs. Genius!! Ever heard of a rake???? Too much work??? Oh ok. These people are killing their lungs and all of the residents lungs in the process, i guess that makes more sense???Please research how dangerous these leafblowers are and use some common sense. At least warn us before you start the chemical warfate
