We have had the privilege in living at San Valencia for over two years. The grounds are well maintained, nice people at the office and we cant say enough about our maintenance crew. They go above and beyond and do it while still maintaining a friendly and professional manner. Great place to live.

I would give this place no stars if I could.On the 31st of July, I called the office. They told me that they had 1BR apartments available. I scheduled an appointment for the 1st of August. At the appointment, I asked quite a few questions, for I wanted to be well informed before deciding (there were two other properties that I considered). The base rent for the apartments was in the $1700-range. They also offered a special promotion.I took the map with the available apartments that were marked on it and walked around the property. Two of them are close to the highway. I decided that there was too much noise there, so I applied for the third apartment when I got back home. This is what they told me to do. When I applied online, I saw a different base rent. It was in the $1600-range. The application went through. On the next day, I got an e-mail. I was prompted to pay the application fee and the administrative fee ( a total of $305). I paid. One day later, I got another e-mail from the Leasing Office. I was prompted to e-sign some form. On that form, the base rent is in the $1800-range. I called the office to discuss this matter and was told that the base rent has changed since my appointment, that I had to pay the deposit two days ago to lock that price. A bunch of lies. I was told to apply online. The fee request came one day later and the form two days after the application.Not only did they increase the rent, but they also halved the special promotion. I have never seen people of this sort anywhere else. I told them that I needed the money they took from my bank account and was told that I would get the money back in two weeks. Well, I need it now, because I need to apply for an apartment somewhere else.If you look for an apartment, look elsewhere. These people are a bunch of irresponsible money-grabbing nullities—a bunch of people with no morals and no scruples.

My boyfriend and I moved here from Orlando, FL and fell in love with the huge dog park San Valencia has. So glad we picked this awesome community.

This property is one the nicest and cleanest apartment complex around. Staff is always friendly and helpful. However, the place is over run by “gypsy travelers”. They are rude and feel entitled as rules don’t apply to them. They take over all the parking with their unmarked “contractor” pick up trucks. The pools aren’t enjoyable with 20-30 kids literally screaming and sometimes with no parental supervision. They have no regard for others and will literally call you an “outsider”. San Valencia this is hurting your community. A beautiful place ruined by a group of people who think they own the place.

I moved here from the District in Scottsdale. What a nice change the staff is always super helpful. You always see people cleaning around the area and even the trash areas. This Mark Taylor property from my experience is very well managed. I would highly recommend living here. I feel that when I come home here I can actually relax.

It’s like living on a Resort! Top notch amenities, pool, gym, clubhouse, etc.

My boyfriend & I moved out together and this is our first apartment ever. Yes, the price may be a little high but it’s a beautiful community. I am so proud to live here! From the very first day the staff has always been helpful. They always try to understand your concerns and address any issues you may have right away. I’ve been living here 8 months and it still feels like my very first day. I can’t get over how beautiful this place is inside and out. Our apartment is so spacious & we love the open kitchen. I appreciate how the staff really tries to maintain a clean community. I always see them picking up any trash outside. We are so happy that we picked San Valencia as our first place together!

Oh boy, where do I even start with San Valencia?!San Valencia is such a wonderful, beautiful community, with knowledgeable & friendly staff! San Valencia has exceeded my expectations as a resident from the landscaping, to their sense of urgency and lets not forget about the apartment itself! The space that you are given in the square footage is bigger than any other apartment that Ive ever resided in. Thank you for all that you do San Valencia! And if you are thinking about residing here, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?! Youll love it!

I absolutely love my apartment, and this complex. This is a beautifully constructed complex with beautiful apartments, painted inside, crown molding, stainless steel appliances.. very spacious. They are very quiet apartments and everyone is so friendly that lives here.The staff is wonderful and helpful - the maintenance crew is awesome...They are conveniently located with easy access everywhere, plenty of shopping and great schools nearby.

My husband and I have loved living here! The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The apartment itself is beautiful. We have two dogs that are Australian Shepherds and they love it. We are looking forward to the HUGE dog park that is in the works to take our pups to. The pool is always clean, and even when we had a run in with a scorpion, Britt, one of the staff members. Came right outside right away to help us find a way to get it out of the pool. The apartments are amazing at staying cool and are surprisingly quiet, we live on the first floor and have never heard our neighbors once. The two bedroom is perfect for our daughter as well and she loves having a fun little sidewalk that loops around the apartments for us to walk the dogs and her to ride her bike. It really is a great place!

I chose the property for a long list of reasons, the first being it’s managed by Mark Taylor. They are the best. Second, Jillian the manager. Jillian was my manager for awhile at a different property years ago. I know what a complete rockstar professional she is, I know she cares so much about the residents and properties she has managed. I love her, her spirit, her willingness to help, her direct and capable attitude, how smoothly things run with her (in my experience) and she is a completely amazing human being. On top of that she is just one hell of a manager.Let’s talk about the apartment. I’m in the 2AG model. Absolutely mother loving gorgeous. The thoughtful details put into this place are so appreciated. There are the ‘usual’ luxury features of deep sinks, vinyl plank flooring, lovely fixtures, immaculate painting - and then there are the super important features. Like GOOD INSULATION so you don’t hear neighbors and have crazy electricity bills. Or the fact that cable outlets are on BOTH sides of my living room. Or that electrical outlets are everywhere. Or the ah - maaaaaazing water pressure in my gorgeous walk-in shower (perfect for shakin it while I’m having my shower concerts). There’s even crown molding in my garage, people. The whole property is wired for fibre, so you can choose amazing internet speeds. The details are just incredible. The main blinds in my living room, are actually two sets of blinds that open bi-directionally so that I can get to the patio door with ease. I have a doorbell. My apartment came wired for security. It’s like living in a home, one you don’t have to pay to maintain. Every single detail of these apartments is top notch. Period. I love love love it.The community. Uh hello? GORGEOUS. The landscaping. The flowers. The beautiful trees. The immaculate cleanliness (because the staff is also as top notch as the property). The amenities.... the huge 24 hour fitness center. The 24 hour resort pools and hot tubs. The pool area has cabanas, TV’s, lots of lounge chairs - everything you can think of. Trash Valet. Yeah, you don’t have to take your own trash to the dumpsters. The amazing people at Valet Living do that for you. You can even hire Valet Living to walk your dog and clean your apartment. Really? Yes really. Speaking of dogs, enormous dog park on site. Uh, woof? Sand Volleyball courts. How about that we are right along the canal (with multiple gates to access it) and there is a paved path along it for jogging, biking, walking, and being fabulous. The organized activities, like food truck nights, yoga classes, cooking classes, trivia nights - did I mention kid versions too? I don’t even have kids and I appreciate that. The app, Henri, that the community uses. Yeah, you can pay your rent with it ... BUT you can also talk to your neighbors, via a Facebook like feed, making an actual COMMUNITY. There’s a dating section (you can choose to opt in). You can even setup pet play dates with other pets. How freaking cute is that. You can schedule maintenance. You can manage your life on property via the app. It’s so useful, so helpful, and so great.The staff. I LOVE them. For ever ever? For ever ever. Every single one of them I have come in contact with, from initial inquiry through today, has been professional, courteous, kind, helpful, and awesome. That means everyone, including the parts of the staff who clearly work so hard to keep the property beautiful. Always a smile, a wave hello, a how are you. I adore the staff. Absolutely adore them. And I appreciate each of them immensely.I really can’t say enough outstanding things about San Valencia, or MarkTaylor management in general. I legitimately had to delete three paragraphs to stay within the character limit. Thanks a lot, Google. I think this is a super dope place to live, and if you also appreciate living at a super dope place, I hope you’ll join us here.

San Valencia is a beautiful community that provides very well designed living space, attached garage, ample amenities, business center, security, wonderful friendly and efficient staffs for all residents. It meets all my living space criteria and a great fit for my lifestyle.

A nice, quiet community with well maintained grounds and common areas. The staff is wonderful and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

I don’t know where to begin with these apartments. First off, we lived in Arizona for three years & NEVER had a power bill so high. The insulation on these is horrific & our walls were hot to the touch inside the apartment. We even put up white paper to block the sun which we have never ever had to do before. This was not what we expected when moving in to these apartments. During the winter the rain broke through the ceiling & cracked the wall & crown molding where water was pouring into our apartment, ruining pictures & furniture directly below. The crack was still there & visible the day we moved out. There were bugs ALL THE TIME. Even when we got sprayed! Once again the way these were built was so cheap. I have never ever had bugs in my house like I did here, I understand a spider or cricket here or there. BUT dead crickets maybe 30 at a time coming in the window & the sliding glass door. Silverfish etc. Our AC broke & was pouring water & it went up to 100 in the house. The hot tub would be freezing cold, the office told me they didn’t have packages when they did have them & told me they had already been signed out. The gates were always broken leaving so many cars lined up when we had to get to work. The dishwasher would break. The dryer had the most awful alarm in the world that I can’t even explain that can’t be turned off. Honestly the list goes on. I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone, go across the street to the other apartments in the area unless you want to pay $200 in power bills a month for a small one bed & have disgusting amounts of crickets in your house.In response to management-I did bring up every single concern we had. Even asking to switch apartments in the first month when we realized how hot the bedroom & living room walls were to the touch. You can’t fix cheaply built apartments.The bugs etc. Good riddance.

Staff is excellent, the floor plans not only spacious but if you are lucky enough score one of the coveted above garage units, you essentially have no neighbors! Great community and facilities. This is my first apartment in a long time and I have to admit, this is rental living at its finest!A couple of points to note for the serious shopper who wonders these things like myself;1. The sound dampening between units is EXCELLENT. the only adjoining neighbor I have is a professional DJ with the means to make a whole lot of noise and yet I have never heard a peep and he has assured me he is living his life.2. Mark Taylor spent some money in the actual insulation of these units. I prefer to be comfortable so I ran the A/C at a pretty steady 72 degrees all summer, with 1450sqft, and the highest bill I saw was for $170.3. See Amber, shes the best...

Although a little pricey the Apartments are modern and spacious, well maintained landscaping and pool makes it recommend

I love living at San Valencia! From the moment I drive through the gates, its everything I want to relax. I park in my garage, walk through the garden-like courtyards, and into my beautiful apartment home. We have a spacious kitchen with granite countertops and endless storage, wood floors, huge master bedroom and walk-in closet, and spa-like bath. What more could I ask for? Oh, wait, I didnt mention the outdoor living spaces with televisions and fireplaces, gas grills, and valet trash pick up. I enjoy ending my night with a quick dip in the 24-hour pool and a soak in the jacuzzi.San Valencias front office staff is friendly and helpful, and they always answer the phone! Any work orders are completed promptly by the qualified, polite maintenance crew and the grounds are immaculate. Close to shopping and moments from the 202, San Valencia is a quiet oasis in the city. I cannot recommend this Mark Taylor property enough. I am spoiled from living anywhere else!

I dont live here but I live in the houses next to these apartments and its so annoying 😡 people act like they dont see the damn STOP sign!! Ive come close to hitting people because they dont want to wait at the STOP SIGN !!!!!!

Always such a treat dealing with the office staff, they make us feel like family. Couldn’t imagine living anywhere else in the desert

Unfortunately I can’t say very pleasant things about this place, I’ve lived here a year and I think their is a bit of discrimination. All girls are “attending” tenants questions or concerns are not to cordial, now I have this ongoing issue with me not wanting to renew my lease, on Feb 15/19 I spoke with Andrew Lopez (new employee )( the other employees and manager never approach to the front desk and support me with my questions at all) ( everything it is in the video) and advise him that I will NOT RENEWAL my lease, but what I had to do in case if I need an extension ?, Unfortunately he didn’t put any notes in reference of our conversation in the system (he remember that I was there and talk to him, I just talk to him one time and the whole year that I live in this place) and now I am getting accused (from some of the female employee and the MANAGER Sherrie Mcgrane was accusing me of not notifying them when I know they should have a video of my conversation to confirm of me going into the office and requesting this, now Mrs Mcgrane is trying to charge me 2 more months as a the 60 days notice ?? she want mer pay their mistake !!?? =((( . After that very bad and low treatment to my person, I tried to contact Michael Wilson the Vice President ? over the phone and e mail but he never return my e mails and messages at all; still trying to contact Mark Taylor as well, so embarrassed situation in a “deluxe Apts”??!! =(((
