This community is a great one to live in. The Office team is always quick to reply to questions, the maintenance staff is helpful, professional and courteous, and the property is kept up nicely.Multiple grocery stores within walking distance, several nice restaurants are across the street, and there is quick freeway access to I-10/101/202...each about 8-10 mins away.Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home.
Sherry with maintenance is wonderful and always goes the extra mile. Really, the entire maintenance staff is great.
I’ve lived here 5 years. Great place. Quick fixes to utilities. Kind staff. Great apartments. Beautiful facilities. Quiet. My wife and I really enjoyed our time here and all our trips to the Cold Stone Creamery (which is walking distance).
There are both positives and negatives with my experience living here.First the positives: it is a great location, close to shopping and the freeways. Second, its a modern and clean complex. Now for the negatives: First, if you have loud and obnoxious neighbors like I had, you will hear everything they do and say. I was on the bottom floor, so every time the people above walked (more like stomped) around, it came right through my roof. Second, if you need something repaired, expect to wait a while. I had problems with the washer and dryer when I moved in and it took weeks to get the problem fixed. Finally they replaced the units which they should have done to begin with. Third, the office is never open. They are using the Covid thing as an excuse, but many other businesses are open, so this seemed like more of an excuse to be less available to me. Of course, in fairness, I find the entire Covid nonsense to be just that...nonsense. Third, they will nickel and dime you for everything. They bill you every month for things like grounds maintenance, pest control (and no one ever sprayed the place for insects) and other admin fees, along with other monthly fees that were small, but just seemed to be Nickle and Diming to me. Why am I paying for outside complex lighting? I would think that would be part of what I pay rent for. Expect to pay more than what the monthly rent will be and if you want a parking space will be more also. Maybe its just me, but I think rent should be inclusive of things like parking. If I live there and pay rent, I should not have to pay extra to park, this is just a scam to charge people more so it looks like the rental price is less than what it truly is. There are worse place to live I am sure, but there are also better places....three stars.
Sherri val is a hard work and keeps the place looking great. Thanks for your hard work. Keep it up.
Sherri val is one of the best maintenance staff that mira Santi has. She works all the time to make sure the residents and the pool area looks great.
Joanna was great with helping me with everything I needed and someone is always available to answer my questions. The staff is so welcoming and friendly and the property is very nice and clean. If your looking for a place to live make sure you stop by and see her she’s awesome.
I have lived happily at Mira Santi over three years and it has truly been a good place to live. Leasing Office staff does exceptional customer service. Always pleasant and accommodating. Quickly responds to repair/service requests. Grounds are immaculately kept and all notices to residents efficiently provided. I would recommend this community to anyone.
I moved in last year and have really enjoyed living at Mira Santi. The office and maintenance staff are very helpful and friendly. The apartment that I moved into was recently renovated and has really nice cabinets and appliances. The floor plans have high ceilings and feel really spacious. Unlike a lot of apartments in the area, Mira Santi has lots of parking. It also has the biggest gym that i have ever seen with a lot of equipment, along with a great pool. As for the reviews about security, i have never seen a police car here or felt scared. The security patrol seems to be around when I walk my dog at night. I would absolutely recommend it to my friends and family.
Excellent customer service . Apartment is very clean.I can suggest all my friends.Good location to live.
I LOVE this apartment place. Everyone is very friendly, and addresses any issues quickly and promptly. The units are very nice and renovated, and they are very prompt with maintenance issues. Twice now in the two years we have lived here we have had middle of the night maintenance emergencies (nothing that the apartment could have controlled) and the on call maintenance guys were so friendly and helpful. Everyone in the office is so nice as well and quick to answer any questions we have. There is a lot of dog poop around the property (negligence of others, really) but they do a decent job and getting it picked up if the owner does not. The only thing I dont love is all of their cabinets. They are cheap and break pretty often :(Still, would highly recommend!
I lived here for the 2 years I was in Arizona. I moved in without ever seeing the property as I was still in Texas at the time I signed the lease. I will say that the office staff are really awesome and friendly and that was the only consistent thing while I was there. When I 1st moved in the property was awesome I couldnt have been happier. The issues I did have were pretty major and do effect my overall experience living there1. My AC went out 4 times the 2 years I was there. Each time it went out was during the hottest time of the year. The last time it went out I asked it I could get it replaced because it obviously wasnt being fixed it was just being patched till it went out again. I was told I could pay out of pocket to have a professional come look at it if I wanted and then depending on what they said a decision would be made at that time. I didnt follow up with that only due to the fact that I soon found out I would he moving out of state. Being told that I could hire someone to come look at it was pretty much the final straw for me. If an AC goes out 4 times I think thats enough of a reason to replace it especially in the Arizona heat....which brings me to #22. The building I was in was starting to look pretty old. Normally thats not an issue but it had cracks all around a few of my widows which did effect the temperature of my apartment. Also my door didnt seal properly at the bottom and air was constantly escaping which it turn caused my unit to consistently be hot. I told the office about it multiple times and to their credit they did have someone come out every time but the issue was never fixed they would replace part after part and say its fine when in reality nothing changed. I finally gave up on asking for it to be fixed.3. As time went on I dont wanna say I didnt feel safe there but there was a definite change in the quality of people and what seemed like the safety of people living on the property. I only went to the pool twice while I was there due to the fact that it may as well been a nonstop high school party with the same people always at the pool drinking, arguing, being loud, and fighting. I hated having to walk by the pool because of these people. It was so annoying and I generally feel bad for the people who live near the pool. The last month I was there I wanna say over a 4 day period I counted at least a total of 10 different police vehicles around the property. Also I understand theres medical marijuana in Arizona but its one thing to do it in private and another when a bunch of kids are smoking outside and in their car and security drives past them without saying anything.4. The rules of the property really werent enforced and if they were it wasnt consistent. Theres dog waste everywhere from people not picking it up. People have multiple dogs and dont pay pet rent cause they dont tell the office like they should. People have breeds which on the lease say youre not supposed to have. Some people have their patio decorated but others are told they cant have theirs decorated. Theres the pool situation Ive already spoken of. Generally it felt very inconsistent as far as rules being enforced.5. When it came time for me to move they told me someone would come and do a walk with me around my apartment. The day came when they were supposed to come and nobody showed up. I let the office know and it was rescheduled. That time and day came and yet again nobody showed up. I was told a 3rd time it would be scheduled and to expect someone. My move out date comes and nobody ever showed up. Cut to about a month later and I receive a letter with a almost $800 bill showing things that needed to be replaced and/or repaired. While I did expect a bill of things I didnt expect one like that. When I received the letter of everything that was marked I definitely felt like if someone had come and did a walk around with me like I was told someone would I could of taken care of some of the issues listed. That definitely solidified my overall opinion and experience at this property.
At first it was ok. But than my favorite Manager whom was very understanding and helpful was taken to another community and well after that everything went down hill. Dog Poo everywhere, boring community events, they bring food trucks and charge you full price, they mangers are not one bit of understanding its like they turn into robots and no longer have a heart. After our 2 year stay we were forced out only because they wanted to renovate our unit and if we decided to stay with them our rent would go up by $400 so ofcourse we chose to move. so once we left we were charged for for paint and carpet (Which was already 2 years old when we moved in) even though they were going to rip everything out and obviously paint the walls due to renovation. So therefore they will charge you everything and anything they can get out of you oh and the additional utility fees change monthly its never the same, Dont trust them.
What a great place Excellent customer service ask for Madison.
Quiet and friendly community. Lovely place. Management is been interactive and good with tenants, introducing fun activities, football events, food carts and free yoga classes.!
I moved into Mira Santi last November and have nothing but positive things to say about the property, the office staff, and the maintenance crew. Everyone is delightful and professional. Were very happy living here.
Theyre forcing our neighbors to move so they can renovate, but are not willing to accommodate them in any way. Wont terminate the lease so they can leave early, and cant/wont extend leaving them with limited options.Very rude.
This place has really declined in quality of living due to the increase of residents leaving dog waste all over, loitering, fighting, and all sorts of other poor behaviors. This could be improved through enforcement of guidelines present in the Mark Taylor lease, but there is nobody employed at Mira Santi willing to do so.When you report these issues to the staff, they say their hands are tied by law, and that I should defer to the Stand Your Ground Law if I should feel my environment is threatened, or to call the police and make a report. The AC went out multiple times in the summer and took forever to repair. The community abuses the pool and hot tub to the point they break and need repair regularly.Management takes feedback personally and fails to recognize that an improvement could be made, or perhaps couldnt care less about improving.
So my wife and I have been living here for just over a year now and have been extremely happy overall. Now Im not going to say there has never been issues there have. Our first experience was actually walking in and finding our remolded apartment with parts still in it and paint dust not clean. Management rectified the issue immediately and no longer use that contractor because the quality of product was not very good. We have had similar experiences over our year here and every time management has been amazing.Overall I would say neighbors are quiet but at least at my part of the complex we are all very cordial, smile at each other and are friendly. Overall I would recommend this complex in a heart beat without a second thought. Any negative reviews on here I can pretty much promise you are from people that expect you to deliver the moon in their bedroom if they ask.
I have lived at Mira Santi for 4 years and I am very satisfied with the complex as well as my home. Helpful staff and hard working maintenance/cleaning crew
If I could give this apartment complex no stars I would. The management is awful and they dont keep up to there word. You must not believe a word they say. If it didnt cost an arm and a leg to even do the application I would have went somewhere else to begin with. But never did I think I would have such an awful experience at a luxury apartment home. They might all seem nice and be very welcoming but thats just the cover of the book. Dont be fooled like I was and please spend your money elsewhere and dont get trapped into a lease you wont love to be at!!!
Staff was not helpful when i asked them that I have to move my stuff into my apt and walking ramp is blocked by gate and car is blocking to get stuff in, staff said they will check with maintenance but they never tried. I moved in apr 27 and when I asked for $750 incentive that Mark Taylor is doing, staff did not even care. Staff atleast did not even walk me through the house when handing keys for the first time. Too much sounds upstairs even @ 1AM middle of the night
I first had moved in when the place was owned by the old management when it was call pinnacle queen creek. The staff was super friendly and I got a good price on rent. Towards the end of my first year of living there the management had changed and I renewed my lease another year. They were going to raise it almost $100 for my second year but I told them I cant do that and they had called me later saying if I signed another year lease I can stay at the same price. Which is a crazy jump in monthly rent for nothing being changed and they tacked on a $10 monthly fee for maintenance. Upon moving out I received very little of my big deposit back because they try to find little things to charge you so they can get every penny they can. They also charged me for a $100 ozone treatment which I called and asked them what that was and they had told me I had smoked in the apartment and I dont smoke and nobody that I had over smoked inside my apartment. They said that they were going to talk to their corporate and get back to me and they never did and I called them multiple times and left voicemails but they had never gotten back with me.They are beautiful apartments but its not worth the hassle.
Ive been living at Mira Santi for about 3 months now. I mind my own bussiness, walk around with a smile and keep to myself therefore no problems or issues with neighbors which arent very frienly by the way. Lol The staff is real friendly from the Ladies at the office to all the maintenance Men, no matter what my need or concern is they are always willing to help. I have a two bedroom apartment which I must say is quite cozy and homey. Im sure Ill continue to enjoy the remainder of my stay here while searching for a home.
This property was owned by a different company. mark taylor bought it out and right before I renewed my lease. The agreement that I had wheb I renewed my lease is getting my carpet cleaned and getting an accent wall painted in ny living room and $100 credit. Mark taylor bought it out and they didnt give me my carpet clean nor the paint. I moved out few months later and they charged me over $200 carpet fee claiming it was really dirty. I told them I was supposed to get my carpet cleaned when I renewed my lease and they are saying that they dont see that in the system and there is nothing they can do. What a rip off. The old management were way better . I am sorry I have nothing against mark taylor prorties but this one is bad. They increased the rent just because its mark taylors. Nothing was done to the apartment . They just added some pool furniture. A year later they are redoing the pool area and the grills. Not worth it . They will take your depostie . I didnt clean my carpet before I moved out because we spoke with the manager and the assistant manager about the carpet and told them this carpet needs to be replaced and I was supposed to get it cleaned and washed when I renewed my lease but that never happened, and they both said dont worry we are going are going to look and check it out and we dont charge people like that. And I finally got my deposit and its only $90.I lived in apartments for 12 years.. This one was the worst. Only after it was bought from the old management. My first year was good.DONT STAY HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT
Best apartment 👍👍👍👍
Im a current resident and it is pretty sad that this apartment is getting bad to worse.. The Police vans are called to the property at least once a day. Seems scary.. I want to get out of this Property ASAP.
