Teri who is the assistant leasing manager was such a pleasure to work with. She help relieve so much anxiety and stress from the situation we were in and came up with a very easy solution. I am truly grateful to kind hearted people that love to do their job. You can tell Teri really has a heart for helping people and I truly hoped she is valued as an asset to your team. I cant say enough about the front office staff at Arches! Friendly & proficient! Inquiries are responded to promptly & maintenance requests fulfilled in a reasonable time! Arches is also in a great location! Just minutes away to AZ major freeways - a MUST have for someone that commutes!! Not to mention, all of the nearby services & great amenities.
A great place to live!Ive been a resident here for some time now, and I am amazed to see how the property management staff cares for the residents so much! From social events like Food Truck nights to Snow Cones on a Saturday, to the way theyve made the entire property smoke-free, it is clear that the staff truly keeps the residents well - being a top priority.
The management team at Arches at Hidden Creek is one of the best. They are professional and personable. Communicating with their residents is one of their top strengths. Theres a lot to like about this complex, and its definitely one of the better ones Ive lived in considering the price. The maintenance crew is great, people at the front office are awesome, the neighborhood is generally fairly quiet and friendly, and I havent really had any bug issues at all. However, I am moving in just a couple weeks, specifically due to my neighbors completely driving me crazy.As nice as this place is, if youre unfortunate enough to have loud next door neighbors, depending on what apartment style you have -- Im currently in a 1-bedroom -- be prepared to hear absolutely everything they say and do from anywhere in your apartment. Even as I type this in my bedroom at 12:30 AM, I can hear them talking and clanking things around in their kitchen. Its almost like theyre just in a separate room in the same house, I can often hear their conversations so clearly.My particular neighbors are definitely the exception as opposed to the rule around here, it seems. I can easily walk to any given area in this complex and be met with either quiet or low volumes, and its only when I start getting near my own part of the neighborhood that it sometimes suddenly starts getting noticeably loud. The design of the apartments for 1-bedrooms makes this worse by placing each apartments kitchen window a mere couple feet apart from each other, and in between the front doors which face each other, making it incredibly easy to hear what your neighbors are doing especially if they decide to open their windows. I wont put here which apartment Im in, but I genuinely feel that the complex should warn potential future tenants that the next door neighbors from here frequently fight, curse, yell, slam things, and set off their smoke detector, and it can just as easily happen in the middle of the day or at 2 AM. Considering Ive been the sole tenant of my apartment and therefore paying every expense to live in it, I just feel like trying to stay here is no longer worth it for all the stress theyve been causing me. They werent even here for the first several weeks after I became a tenant, and once they moved in, I thanked my past self for not signing on for an entire year lease.Its a shame because I really like everything else about this place. Definitely ask if a unit youre interested in has had nearby noise complaints, because you might wind up in the same situation as me before too long and regret picking that apartment.

Editing because I’m honestly tired of requesting help and they tell me that there’s nothing they can do. When we moved in there was MOLD in the toilet and it’s especially bad in the master bedroom. We’ve requested for them to replace but all they tell us to do is to just keep cleaning it. We were told that it’s a very inexpensive and if it persists then they’ll replace but we have to put in multiple requests. We requested that they replace it since the mold keeps returning no matter what we do but all they told us is that is something we have to “repair” ourselves. All my years living in apartment I’ve never had a toilet that had MOLD. Stay awayPhotos attached shows the condition of this toilet. We’ve scrubbed and scrubbed also added the Clorox toilet bowl cleaner yet the mold is not going away.
I honestly didn’t think good leasing/ maintenance people existed lol but the staff and the maintenance people here are amazing. I’ve delt with awful staff and it makes it incredibly hard to want to stay in a place like that. Definitely don’t feel that here! Everyone is so sweet and respectful. The leasing staff communicates very well! Making sure they call to follow up and make sure you are all taken care of, and the maintenance men are professional and great at what they do! And fast!! Although we may be moving after the lease is up due to commute issues, I would recommend this apartment just because of the staff/ maintenance! Thank you Arches for making our first year in AZ a breeze!!

I live in Houston tx. Im here visiting my son for three days help babysit my one year old grand daughter because her mom has covid. I ordered some plates, box of pots,silverware and it was delivered to another apt in same complex. It was a surprise for my son. I called the main office and asked them how far was the other apt. Amanda one of the employees there stayed little far away. Can you believe this Angel Amanda brought all the boxes to my sons house. Beautiful and amazing property management.
Have only been here a week as of this posting. Had some minor hiccups the first couple of days but management was on top of everything. Quick response and friendly people. Its a great area with plenty to do, all within walking distance. The few tenants I have met have been friendly and polite (which is a BIG deal to me considering I am a single father of 2).All in all, I have no complaints.

Have lived here for years. Management staff is average at best. Chelsea is the only decent one in the office staff. Maintenence team is rude and snippy when you have issues with your apartment. Especially Troy. Steer clear of this place.
One of the better complexes Ive lived at. Front office staff is friendly and helpful. Only thing keeping the complex from a five star rating is the old water heater that had been sitting on my patio for nearly a week before maintenance came to retrieve it.

I’ve only been here for two weeks but so far I am loving here at Arches. The office staff is always helpful! They respond so quick and all the request and repairs are done right away. I also love that it is super close to everything! ❤️❤️
My kids 5 and 8-year-old love this place. They love the trees, the playground, and getting to play with the neighbors kids. Everyone here is so friendly and welcome. I also like the fact that its a gated community crosser to the shopping centers.

Anytime I put in a service request, the staff response is always in a timely manner. Staff is nice and polite with a smile every time. The location is everything to me. Im currently a resident here at Arches at Hidden Creek, my husband and I have been living here for almost a year now and we love it here! Our neighbors are nice and friendly. The staff members are VERY understanding and knowledgeable. The maintenance gentlemen are SUPER hardworking and getting things done in a timely manner. Love this complex. Was worried about moving into a complex that is so big but everyone here is so nice and keep to themselves. Only thing that would make it 5 is if they had assigned parking.

Lived here since August and any service repairs are done in a timely matter, very on top of things. Service is nice and makes sure the job is completed to your standards. Complex is always kept up nice. Very nice and quiet complex.
I have been here over three years and the maintenance and staff have been really good. My apartment is nice and the patio and rooms are a good size. The location is close to lots of good things. Maintenance is quick to help with any issues. They also maintain the grounds well. There is a nice park right next door so for walks, or walking the dog, you can’t beat the convenience. Susan Davis
I have lived at this complex for a little over a year, and I love living here. The staff and residents are very pleasant and friendly. Terri and Chelsea from the office have been very helpful, informative and are always so pleasant. They have been great at making my move and transfer so easy, as well resolving any issues that come-up and in a timely fashion. The same goes for the maintenance staff. Very prompt and very pleasant.This property is clean and very well taken care of. Its a great location and theres even a park at the back of the complex (Maggio Park), which is perfect to get some exercise and walk my dogs. I have recently transferred to smaller unit (downsizing), and I was comfortable in both units. I especially like the wood laminate flooring through out the unit (except for the bedroom(s)), which makes the clean-up easy and looks a lot better than carpet. I highly recommend Arches at Hidden Creek.
If I could give this apartment 10 stars I would ...the staff, the location, the apartment and the environment just awesome. The staff was very fast and efficient....they checked on me when we moved in. I couldn’t be happier...would highly recommend moving here.

My family and I havent been living here very long as we only moved in 2 months ago. No matter when or why I call the office they are super helpful and extremely nice. I have had to utilize their maintenance a few times and each time is as good of an experience as the next. The emenities that are offered have been very usefull from the valley trash to the bulbs and AC filters, when you need something call the office talk to someone or leave a message and it gets taken care of right away most times same day. There is a way to get services by going online but I havent figured it out yet. I see and deal with maintenance on a daily bases, sometimes just passing by and I always get a hello or just a wave when their skooting by going to the next job. I love how The Arches at Hidden Creek/Security Properties are so in tune with community, I feel it keeps us all safer. I can have a package delivered to my door or have maintenance leave me something I need and it is always there waiting for me. I am very happy with my home here and the experiences so far.

..This is a revised post and one star is a fail. I have owned rental properties and will publicly state that Arches@ Hidden Creek Apartments is a horrible property. I would never let my tenant live in such roach infested water damaged overpriced units. I have requested issues be fixed since April. It’s now July . The apartments were painted over to conceal damage. Because it was not fixed and or replaced, Its caused more damage, with questionable health risks. They have lost all credibility. Better places to choose from in chandler.
Assigned parking would be nice. I see a LOT of commercial vehicles that park in parking spaces... they should be parking on the street.
My fiancée and I have been here for a little over a year now and we are Very grateful that we could find a place right smack in the beginning of the pandemic Big shoutout to Chelsea, Amanda, Karma and all of the wonderful ladies + the maintenance team for always helping us when we need it and for always being nice and personableTHE PARK RIGHT BEHIND THE APARTMENTS IS SUCH A FAT BOUNUS TO BEING HERE! We have a large 60 lbs emotional support dog and have access right there to the park is absolutely wonderful and was a surprise when we moved in!Most of our neighbors that we encounter are nice and usually fun to talk to! Very grateful that it feels pretty safe walking around day/night as a petite woman!There have been a few crazies here and there but the leasing office ladies were quick to address any and all issuesALSO NO ASSIGNED PARKING SPACES BIATCHHHH WHOOO HOO!!I do wish that the designated dog area was 1: BIGGER SPACE would be very helpful considering there are quite a few dogs living here2: create more shade over the enclosure for the hot months Bc our dogs paws are super prone to getting burned and itd be great to lessen the chance of that happening3: perhaps find a way to enforce picking up your dogs feces, I always pick up some other dogs poop along with my dogs poop, for the sake of everyone, but Im not their momGenerally speaking with having a dog here, Id say its pretty great overallAs an PSA To everyone: as long as youre kind and considerate, this place will treat you well (like most places/things I believe)

Ive experienced nothing less than exceptional service from them. I would like to thank Terri, Chelsea, and Karma from the office and Trevor from maintenance for all of their exceptional work. When I visited the complex I enjoyed the large mature trees. The lake was beautiful.
I stumbled upon this property when I was driving around one day and decided I liked it because the show apartment looked STUNNING! I do have my complaints though (as everyone does) to start, I’d like to mention the kitchens are TINYYY! No storage space whatsoever! When I moved in, my washer smelled off and ran funny, when the property manager Christina heard about this, she was quick to order me a new one. (When I say quick, I literally mean she responded to me and I got it installed the next day.) however, I have had maintenance come here a few times, and Trevor is ALWAYS amazing! So upset that they can’t accept tips because he deserves one! The AC has always been nice, and the apartment itself is actually pretty well insulated, so your electric bill doesn’t shoot way up, which is awesome! One of my biggest issues with this complex is that the WALLS ARE EXTREMELY THIN. I mean, I can hear people talking normally outside, and I can hear everything word for word. I can also hear my neighbors downstairs and to the side of me as well all the time, so privacy is a bit of an issue here. Ive communicated all of my issues to the office but their communication is AWFUL. While the office staff is very kind, (especially Chelsea), I feel that they could be MUCH better at communicating. Would I recommend moving here despite some of the issues, sure! (:
The staff was very friendly informative and helpful every step of the way during the move in process they handled any issues or concerns we had prior to moving into our unit and checked on us afterwards to see if we needed anything. Great staff great area would recommend to anyone who has plans to move into the area.
I am a senior citizen (age 76) and will be homeless with this next rent increase. I have lived here 16 years and Social Security is my only source of income. I have had no upgrades and only one appliance has needed to be replaced. The microwave after 16 years.. Every year they raise the rent and I dont know how they justify it since nothing is ever done to improve the apartment.I will have to put my belongings and furniture in storage and sleep in my car. Management knows my situation but they dont really care.They are very nice but they know I stay awake all night worrying about being homeless..

Let me tell you a little bit about arches at hidden Creek apartments... And full transparency, I did not ever live here. And I dont think anyone should ever waste their time living here.First things first, my partner and I we drove to Chandler to see this place, the only up that I like about it, is that its tucked away from the main road and kind of surrounded by a little bit of trees. Unfortunately when you walk in and you expect to see certain places, they fail to tell you that the places youre about to see are the exact units or even look like the units that youre going to have. As we are walking the grounds, I noticed several people crawling through windows, seeing animals defecate, and no ones picking it up... On top of that, the amount of sketchy interaction between other people in the complex is just odd.Once we got to the units, it was jaw-droppingly ugly. The moment you walk in, you are told that if you fall in love with any of the white furnishing apartments, that please dont, because its already taken and those units are very rare when they do come up. Then why show units, if theyre not fully renovated yet? I understand the concept of wanting to make your entire complex full, but its also kind of productive when you advertise on your website that all your units are fully renovated.once we got to the units, it was jaw-droppingly ugly. The moment you walk in, you are told that if you fall in love with any of the white furnishing apartments, that please dont, because its already taken and those units are very rare when they do come up. Then why show units, if theyre not fully renovated yet? I understand the concept of wanting to make your entire complex full, but its also kind of productive when you advertise on your website that all your units are fully renovated. The biggest thing is the fact that they run debate kitchens. But dont think that those cabinets are actually renovated, just in fact think that theyre just the old cabinets, that are painted over and that are dramatically stuck to each other and hard to open because of how wet the paint was. When we were looking at the balcony, it was completely covered in cat s***, as well as the laundry room, the washer and dryers handles were both snapped off. When asked if any of these things would ever be replaced, they said we dont replace anything unless its completely broken. So youre going to charge someone $1,400 a month for a one-bedroom apartment, but youre not going to make sure that the amenities that they want are actually included in that price? And also, if you charge for valet trash, why is it that you have an absorbent amount of trash bags outside of every unit that you have, which is causing your entire complex to smell rotten.Overall just dont move here. Dont look at these apartments. And dont even think that just because you see a good deal, that theyre ever worth it. Plus theres a blonde lady in the office, that is extremely short and extremely temperamental when walking with her. I dont know her name, but avoid her at all possible. Its a decent place to live at, the lesser pricing is appropriate for what you are getting but I was very impressed with the staff. They were always so kind and willing to help. Chelsea, from the head office, always went above and beyond for us and made me feel welcome! The Arches staff will not disappoint.

The maintenance guys Tarven (Hope I am spelling that right!) and Martin were fantastic! Fixed our issues super fast and were very friendly and professional! Very happy worth the service! The front desk is also extremely helpful and responds to issues quickly. Was a little nerve wracking moving from across the country but they made the transition much easier. So far everyone here has been great!

Rent are reasonable beat apartments of chandler Arizona. No complaint so far with staff and management they are always above and beyond there services . Whenever we put the service request they are on time . Though we call at midnight is always someone to answer the call .Now we come to apartments complex it’s very clean inside . We have 3 bedroom we love it . All the unit are updated not once a year it’s all the time . Yes if someone move form other starts or inside the state if you looking for family and friendly environment this is the apartment you wana. Lived this is my six year at this apartment. Just recently renewed my lease for the 3rd year and I dont have a single bad thing to say about the complex or the management here. Any maintenance requests are handled timely or even immediately, everyone at the front office is extremely friendly, and even with unprecedented times with the pandemic they are still doing great! Also the grounds are kept very well managed and clean and the maintenance guys are always friendly and wave. Its also a very safe feeling and quiet community. Glad to be living here!
Alright complex a little tucked away gym is big and could use some more equipment. The HOT TUBS NEVER WORK AND THE JETS ALSO NEVER WORK.I don’t have to say much more.

So super super hard to get food delivered to us.✅ Maintenance AMAZING always polite. 🔴 No one picks up after their dog. 🔴🔴We have contacted the office several times with noise complaints about the upstairs neighbors. 🔴Almost a year later it’s just as bad as ever. So loud!!!!! Hopefully corporate can assist us because it is outta hand at this point. 🔴I’m writing this at Almost midnight listening to the neighbors noise. It really will wear you down mentally listening to it your entire stay here. Never a moment of peace.
This is a very peaceful area .i moved here for 2 years and I do not have any regrets. I ensured I checked the rooms before moving in and liked it. The only issues I have is when they are scheduling for maintenance it is hard to book a time of the day. It is very rare that you will get the maintenance done on the same day.
Jim From the time 11/27 at 8:45 a.m. I called the Arches emergency number and left a message, of finding a puddle on floor in front and side of toilet. I immediately received call from Jim, and he said hell be over In 10 min. Jim did an excellent plumping job in a timely manner. Replacing toilet o-ring and ending up replacing the whole toilet. He also solved the problem in second bathroom-needed new flapper replaced.
I saw the renovated apartment and loved it! The staff was very professional and friendly as well!
I would give this place 0 stars but I gave it 1 star only for the leasing agent Teri! She was a pleasure to work with but as for the apartments themselves- ew. Yuck! No thank you! They are poorly done, they smell like bleach and mold. The “upgraded” units look nice but are very poorly and cheaply done. The walls are paper thin & the neighbors look ghetto. There was music blasting, smelled like weed - the apartment next to the one I viewed had weed plants in the window - in plain view! I really thought I would like this place but I went a few miles down and found a better, nicer, quieter complex! The apartments are not worth the price. Definitely would not recommend moving here when other places are renting for the same, but look more classy & high end compared to this trashy place! The floors are uneven. They definitely rushed to get the apartments “updated” and you can tell. The kitchen is nice - but everything else is the same as a classic unit. The larger unit is spacious but again, very poorly done. Not a place I would want ok to rent with my child. Does not look or feel safe. The Neighbors do not keep their apartments nice looking. I had someone watch me the whole time I was doing my self-guided tour.. made me feel unsafe. I wish this place had nicer upgrades & looked and felt like home but it just doesn’t..
Been living here since ether end of February 2020 and I dont have any complaints. When we moved in, we saw the 20+ year old dryer in our closet, it didnt work. They checked it out and ordered us a new one, then the washer broke. They replaced that shortly after. Pete in maintenance has been great, hes been over here several times. Very nice, talkative and knowledgeable. Pete has been here more than the rest of the maintenance crew but the others that have been over to help, theyre respectable and nice as well! The office personnel are great too, they communicate well and if anything needs to be addressed, theyre on top of it! I was told that this complex is under new management and the previous management did not take care of the units and the appliances. Understanding that, weve been patient on issues that arise because were not the only ones who are dealing with the previous managements lack of maintenance.
I have lived in the apartment for 1 and half years and so far, the services are great. Issues are addressed same day and when parts are to be ordered the next day or later in the day. I have not faced major issues so far, the normal small issues which are addressed as they occur. Staff and techs are good to interact. Thanks.

Staff is great here! Everyone that works in the front office is super nice and accommodating. I really love how smooth the initial process was prior to me moving in. Apartments are also a good size and were located in a good location close to everything. Downtown Chandler is a 5 minute Uber down the street with great food and good drinks.

Has been a good apartment to live at. It’s quiet and clean. Can always get a hold of someone at the front office if somethings needed. Maintenance is great Peoro (Pete) has fixed issues at our apartment from small to big and we haven’t had issues with him.Martin has come to replace our washer and was so kind and professional. Cleaned everything up after himself.

I have lived at the Arches now for going on 3 years. I have found that the property grounds are well kept and so are the interior of your units. Whenever I do have a small maintenance request, I have received the highest quality of care from Pete the maintenance man. He is always very polite, and resolves the issue in a timely manner. One of the things that I like the most, is that he follows up with you after the repair has been completed to ensure that you are satisfied. This was my Husbands and Is first apartment as a couple. My husband and I could not have had a better experience with an apartment complex. The staff was very friendly and most helpful whenever we had something that needed to be fixed or even when answering basic questions about the apartment. We lived at Arches for 2 years. We left because I was starting ASU full time and not working. We miss our apartment home, and hope everyone can find a home @ Arches at hidden creek!
I’ve struggled for the past year and a half with different issues. Some were emergent. But all issues regarding maintenance were handled in a very timely manner.I would give 5 stars if this review was only for Peter from the maintenance crew who has bent over backwards making sure we are satisfied with our service. Not only is he very professional and friendly but he’s very good at what he does. If you’re lucky enough to have him answer your requests, you’ll be quite pleased with his efficiency!
The apartments are worn and old, but the maintenance crew is fantastic. And the front desk and administrative staff are highly responsive and empathetic. Im glad I live here.
Chelsea Schlater has been nothing but helpful with me and keeping my resident stay at the arches nothing less than wonderful. Anytime I needed help or had maintenance issues she got it done right away for me! and constantly kept me updated with the statuses. In addition, she worked so hard to find me a 1 bedroom apartment that would be within my budget and was so cognoscente of it. She has been pleasure and absolute Rockstar at her job. I cant thank Chelsea and the lovely staff for making my stay comfortable and pleasant.
Pete is the man let me tell you!! I put in 3 different maintenance requests yesterday at 4pm and he knocked on my door at like 11:30am and fixed everything super fast! His customer service skills are amazing and he’s extremely professional! Someone give this man a raise please!! :)
Great place to live. We have been in this apartment for a year now and this is a kids friendly place with kids park right next to the apartment complex. We love the heated pools, park. The grocery store and adult and pediatric clinic is on walking distance. Maintenance team does really good job on fixing any issues. Specially, maintenance guy Pete is Very prompt on fixing any maintenance orders and is friendly with kids. Highly recommend the place.
Pete (aka Pedro) was great! He sure knows his stuff and was efficient and respectful. He found a problem that I had no idea to look for and cannot express in words fully how much ease he has made for me. Super appreciation♥️
I am a satisfied resident here in this community and I have had many requests to fix things and Pete has always done a great job. He is professional and provides excellent customer service. I would Arches at Hidden Creek to friends and family to live here in this great community. Pete is the best handy guy I have ever encountered in any place that I have lived, coming from New York. Pete was way more than helpful! He had all his safety gear on for COVID-19 he was very adaptive to my home and had good energy- he made my day. He fixed my garbage disposal in no time with LOTS of confidence. Very happy to know he is here to help me.
Thanks Pete and front office staff for taking care of all work requests. We understand that not all can be done at once due to Covid. Been here since start of summer and we are enjoying living here. ✌
Just had a problem with my toilet overflowing after hours in a 1 bathroom apartment. Jim and Brian were here within 10 minutes and had everything fixed asap. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Ive lived here for about two and a half years and overall have had a good experience. There are a few annoyances, like your packages always getting delivered to the wrong apartment because of the numbering system of the apartments (they have a package service, but it takes an extra day of two longer than normal delivery) and the fact that there is only one entrance gate, but those are minor inconveniences. The staff is always helpful and friendly. My apartment was cleaned and upgraded before I moved in, and maybe its because Im on the 2nd floor, but I have never had a problem with bugs. All in all a nice place to live.
Pete is an outstanding guy. Hes friendly and good with kids. He fixed our washer and dryer in a timely manner is and always on top of things. The management is very nice and the apartments are very well equipped. Theres a park close by for my younger brother and baby cousin.
I moved in a month ago. The office staff was friendly and efficient with the application process. The dishwasher as broken on move in and within 24 hours a new one was in place. The apartment was clean which is a big help with moving.
I really enjoy living here, staff is attentive and every thing we have ever needed done has been done in a timely manner. Pete the maintenance guy is awesome, we have had minor issues as most do when moving into a new place and this guy has been great. We had a minor issue with a leak in the bathroom, and Pete made us top priority, you dont find that everywhere you go. My wife and I moved in this apartment 6 months ago and have really enjoyed living here.
They do not work with you when times get tough. I lost my job just days after signing a lease. Turned in the keys well before my first month was even finished, and I had already paid that months rent. If they got somebody else in there, they easily made a profit. They didnt stop there, though. They insist I pay over $3,000 to break the lease. Given the circumstances, I obviously couldnt afford that. Now collections is harassing me and my credit has taken a huge hit. Wheres the compassion or mercy? Dont sign a lease with them unless you have thousands on hand if something goes wrong.
My apartment complex has been amazing!!! It was an easy process, and every single time I needed something done, Pete the maintenance guy has been right on it!!! His crew and himself have been seriously the best!!! Got a leak? No issues, hell be right on it! Im so happy we live here, we are going to stay a few more years!!!! I definitely recommend this place!
Living at Arches at Hidden Creek has been awesome! The staff is so polite and everything is addressed in a timely fashion. We have never been happier. Pete was just here and fixed everything to our satisfaction; he is very professional.

Had a problem with our dryer and the next day the maintenance man name Pete came and fix it. I was so happy with his service. I love where I live the property is very clean. The staff in the office are always super nice and always respond quickly when a service request is needed.. 100 gold star to this place😀
Pete, our main man on the maintenance crew, is a great guy who truly cares for the community! He came out on a Friday, right before he was supposed to be off, to fix our dryer. Super personable guy! The community is better because of Petes care for it, as well the residents!
I’ve lived here 6 months and it’s been great. The move in process was easy and they were very accommodating to myself and my service dog. I haven’t had bugs or any issues with the apartment. If something does break maintenance is always here within a few hours! Paul has fixed a few different things in my apartment and I’m very grateful for his professionalism and workmanship.
Been here a few years just renewed a third lease, lots of options, several pools. Service is always fast and done right the first time. Pete is fast and thorough and always takes care of me. Always prompt with service and friendly. I would recommend anyone moving in to this complex.
Trevor has been sent to our apartment about three times in the last half a year. He is a very skilled handyman and very respectful. He goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done and CLEAN afterwards.
We have lived here for a few months now and everything has been great. The people in the office have always been great. We recently had a problem with our washing machine which was dealt with quickly and effectively. We really appreciate the work that Pete did to fix it, fantastic service.
I have lived here for about 6 years (since it was los arboles), and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience while living here. I have lived here through different management, and the management now is honestly the best since I’ve moved in. Everyone in the office is SO nice and helpful. They are the most understanding and accommodating office staff I have ever dealt with at any of the apartments I have lived in. I cannot say enough good things about them. When you call them or go into the office, they are NEVER rude, and always listen and talk to you like they care what you have to say.It is located in a a great area, and it is a very quiet and calm place to live. I feel safe walking around by myself at night. The maintenance people are friendly and knowledgeable, and I cannot say enough good things about them either. They respond to service requests so quickly, and get things fixed right away! I know right now many people are at home or working from home, so their requests are sure to be high. But if your issue is something high priority, they get out to you in a very reasonable time! This is by far my favorite apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I honestly never hear my neighbors, so the walls are thick. Which I know that is a big issue with a lot of apartment complexes.I would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone! I have been here for so many years, and although I eventually want to move into a house, I am totally content staying here for more years. My apartment is very nice on the inside and I don’t even have an upgraded version, I have an old version. The upgraded versions are beautiful! I have lived in many apartments and this is NOT a bad place to live, AT ALL. The negative things I have ready in reviews I have never experienced in my 6 years here. I think if everyone left a review, then there would be a lot more positive reviews then bad. But angry or grumpy people are quicker to leave a review than satisfied people.Also, this complex has been more than accommodating with their residents who are struggling or have lost income due to COVID, and I think that is something that really speaks volumes about them..
We have been here for about 6 months and are very happy! Anytime there have been issues the maintenance team and the people in the office have stepped up to the plate! We had issues with our washer and Pete came and actually fixed it! We really thought it would have to be replaced so that was great work by him!! Thanks Arches for making this a great choice to live!!
Arches has been pretty good so far,quiet family friendly living. Pete the maintenance guy has been very attentive and if anything goes wrong hes right on it. He really adds to the way of life here at Arches to know you dont have worries about maintenance.
This is my second time living here for a total of 5 yrs altogether, this management is good people, there are some issues with my apt at move in but the staff is working on all of them and they respond quickly to my requests. The location is great and so are the schools. Ive never had a safety issue or vandalism here. Im happy to be here and think well be here for a while again. They deserve 5 stars because I believe they are doing their best to keep me happy at home.😊
I lived here thru many management teams, and many maintenance teams as well. While I wouldn’t give the office staff a 5 star review overall, I’d give the maintenance guy Paul a 5 star. He is one to go above and beyond to make you feel at home and make sure the work he does you are satisfied with. The complex itself is okay, we’ve had more than our fair share of issues. The bonuses to living here- it’s close by for your school, shopping, and medical needs, and has a nice park close by as well.
