These people are so dishonest! Make sure you insist on seeing the apartment unit before you move in, they showed me an entirely different type of unit from what I’m currently in now, the whole apartment was dirty at move in, I can’t even use the dishwasher, the washing machine is so small, this is the most expensive and dirty apartment I ever lived in.
If you like scorpions, cats and trash then this is a perfect place for you. Scorpions in the apartment and cats and trash all over the parking lots. You are guaranteed to not get your money back. I have lived here on 2 separate occasions in past 5 years and both times moving out they screwed us with move out bill. Live here with high price and high risk. Way better options in the area.
June 28thI love my apartment, but it wasnt clean when I moved in. The staff is great, Im sure everything will be fixed within a week. Im OK with that.------Ok, so its September now. This has been a difficult situation. Ive gotten a lot fixed/cleaned, but they just stopped working on my list of issues. The cockroaches are about to do me in. Its gross.I really wanted this to be my last move, but sadly Im already trying to plan where to go when my lease expires. Such a bummer. 😪
Vanessa and Ashley in the office were absolutely amazing and made the leasing process so easy. The complex is very nice and well maintained, I absolutely love the apartment unit.
New Property Manager, Tina and her wonderful staff Vanessa, Ashley, and Michelle do an exceptional job managing things and making sure all my needs as a tenant are taken care of. I’m extremely grateful to have them here at 2150.
Horrible experience! Never have I ever been so frustrated with the people who “manage” an apartment complex. We went in for a tour and were told a bunch of lies by Vanessa, one being that we could be on a corporate lease with my husband’s company, as we are in town for him to work for a few months. We later found out they supposedly don’t allow corporate leases all of the sudden. Second of all, we were told a 4 month lease was no problem, and then later told AFTER the application was turned in that they were looking for someone to lease for 12 months. We were then denied after paying the application fees with the THIRD excuse that it was our credit, when we’re not even the ones paying the rent, his company is so why should our credit matter? We literally own our own house among other things and are obviously responsible in making payments, but for some ridiculous reason can’t rent an apartment?? No one should ever have to deal with these people, they lie and take your money. Please don’t ever waste your time with these people or this place!
Quick and easy to make a request for service and they did it simple fast and efficient
I’ve been living at 2150 for 4+ years and am super happy about it! Specifically, my washer/dryer unit needed to be replaced and it happened within days. Even during the initial phase of this pandemic. Thank you Lisa and staff for making my life at 2150 so much easier. I highly recommend 2150 if you’re looking for a great place to live for you and your family!
This place is absolutely horrible. Yes, they have the amenities, but it is NOT worth the price. You better hope you aren’t on the second or first floor because you can hear every single thing above you, including conversations.Lisa and the management team seem great, but they moved us into a dirty and broken apartment when we came all the way from Indiana. The cleaning sheet was not signed off on, the fridge and light fixture were completely broken and wonky. The dishwasher and washer/dryer sounded like it was a plane about to take off. So we had to move to the apartment next to us after moving all our stuff into one apartment. In our new apartment, we noticed that our feet were black because the floors were so dirty (after being professionally cleaned?). It felt like they absolutely took advantage of us. Our internet didn’t work for 3 days and when we moved into a new unit, there was no modem and they made us go to Cox to get a new modem. We also paid for a garage and they couldn’t give it to us the day we moved in because the manager Lisa wasn’t there. We had a U-haul full of stuff we had to move out but they didn’t seem to care.Don’t make your move to arizona more stressful than it already is - avoid this place at all costs.
I am happy with this apartment and the service provided. Pet waste station was very close to my apartment and on my request, they immediately moved it from there. I really appreciate for understanding the issue and quick resolution.
Lisa, the “manager” in the front office is the rudest manager I have ever dealt with. She has a nasty attitude, reeks of smoke and is consistently unhelpful. She literally stands out by the mailboxes smoking and giving everyone dirty looks as they enter/leave the main gate. Getting maintenance requests to be fulfilled feels impossible most days and when they do come it’s hit or miss. The boys are always bickering or playing around, very unprofessional. For the price of these apartments you definitely do NOT get what you are paying for
Complex is great. Maintenance great!Office staff especially manager horrible!!
Quick to address maintenance requests. Michelle, especially, is very kind and professional.
DO NOT RENT AT THIS PROPERTY..1. They try to attach fees anywhere possible.2. The Gym isnt anywhere close to being a gym. Its always dirty and has no weights.3. They have stray cats that out number the pets. (One attacked my Maltiz-Poodle)4. The Manager Lisa is untrustworthy. She lies.5. They will send your packages back if there are no parcel lockers.6. They wont allow delivery drivers for parcels through.7. They try to keep your tenancy and then try to attach fees when you leave.P.S. I can assure you that Lisa did in fact LIE because she reneged on our verbal agreement. She had the 30 day notice changed to have us charged for 3 days extra. We turned in the keys on the 1st. You should pay attention to your staff. I was a property manager for 8 years and I know what Im talking about. We never tried to impose charges or tack on wherever possible, we were greatful for our guests tenancy.
Would give a zero if I could. Applied to this apartment complex with them knowing that our move out date was coming up soon and they did not communicate with us in a timely manner. We had to keep calling them to get information and it was vague and not helpful. We finally called on the day we were supposed to move in and they finally tell us we were denied. So we complained that we were so poorly informed and got transferred to the supervisor than the SUPERVISOR hung up on us after explaining what happened.
Where to start?!?! Alyssa, you can get rid of her. She has NO customer service skills. Called to ask a simple question about if the community is currently doing tours and her response was “what’s going on, no you can go online”. What, that doesn’t even make any sense. Good way to get people to rent at your community. Needless to say will be going elsewhere. She is not and was not helpful at all. Needs a major attitude check!
My daughter moved into a 2nd floor apartment in February 2020. She keeps her place very clean. She has killed 3 adult scorpions, 2 on her balcony and 1 inside. She has also killed 2 baby scorpions inside, 1 of which actually stung her sister while she was sitting on the couch!!! 5 scorpions, 5 different times in less than 6 months. She reported this to the office management and supposedly her apartment was going to be sprayed weekly. So now she is also finding small & large cockroaches just inside her doors, not dead but alive. Management is working with her to increase both types of spraying and trim back some trees overhanging her balcony, plus repairing the weatherstripping around the doors.
We thought we were moving into a nice apartment that had cleaners and a walk through but when we got into it it was dirty, smelled like smoke, grime in the window and closet tracks, toilet broken, and some of the appliances weren’t installed correctly and presents a danger. Needles to say we went straight to management and if these issues aren’t resolved we will be looking elsewhere for a place to live.
Excellent customer service. Friendly and attentive staff made the moving in process clear and easy
Admin & Maintenance Staff are very diligent. I have been living here for around two years and I always have received a quick response and a good service. Keep up the good work!
Move in Process was the best, due to moving to Arizona from another state. When I arrived to the office my new home was ready and Alyssa had everything pretty much together. Thanks, you all are the best and I love my New Home/ Community .
I wanted to take a look at the 2 bed 2 bath, called like 3-4 times & no answer.
My experience has been very good with the move in and application process. At first there was a bit of confusion as to my expectations of what the apartment I was renting would be like. However the staff took care of the situation and made the effort to correct the situation. Final outcome is I am very happy with the apartment and with the service.
I personally liked this complex for the 8 months I stayed. Overall its placed in a good spot and the complex looks nice, there are some negatives about it, but this place is affordable and comfortable.Pros:-Free gym (not the best gym but its something)-2 pools and 2 hot tubs-Whole place is gated so its safe-Apartments are cozy-Pool table in main building with TVs and fridge-Quiktrip and sonic right next door-Shaded parking-Full basketball court-PlaygroundCons:-Right next to major roads so it can be noisy-If you have neighbors above you, youre going to hear footsteps-There have been noise complaints in the past-Do not get century link in this complex, a very high amount of residents have it and the connection speed slows down a ton in the evenings-Sometimes difficult to find parking near your apartment at night-Possibility of scorpions if youre on the first floorTips: stay towards the middle area of the complex for less traffic noise and be on the second floor so you dont hear neighbors above you (this is almost a must).
😞
My wife and I have only been here for 2 weeks and we love it so far . The staff and maintenance workers are very attentive to the needs of the residence here . We’ve had a few issues durning our move in process but they have all been addressed in a timely manner . Although this is our first apartment experience I’m glad we made the right choice moving here . Can’t comment on the future, but I will keep posting these reviews when asked for my opinion. One thing that I realize is out of the staffs control is that some of the residence Do not pick up after their dogs .I’m hoping that the staff put in place measures that enforce the rules and make people accountable for their lack of the adherence to them.
The only good thing about this place is the location. Other than that, not a great place to live. The management is poor. The front desk woman never knew the answer to my questions. I saw the maintenance man driving around the complex drinking a Mike’s Hard Lemonade two different times. The water is constantly being shut off, often without notice. The common area fees are ridiculous because half the time the pool is dirty and the hot tub isn’t hot and our parking lot was flooded for a week. Put in a maintenance request for a broken toilet and it took 2 WEEKS for it to get fixed. Poor place to live, so glad our lease is up!Update: Management has now charged me $230 “finally closing fees” that includes cleaning when we spent and entire day cleaning. I asked for a walk through upon leaving and was denied of course so they could charge us. They are so desperate to fill their empty apartments that they are trying to charge us ridiculous fees.
Very nice, quite and cozy apartments!
Arizona Ave yep I here doing it boi
Submitted a time sensitive repair, garbage disposal had stopped working causing the whole sink to be useless. After 2 days of nothing being done stopped by the front office for an update, and they resubmitted the issue, told me either that night or next day which seemed reasonable. At the end of the next day the issue had not been fixed, despite the promise and 2 service orders. It was finally fixed the day after, but maintenance did not clean up the mess. The bottom of the sink had become wet from the issue and was left that way when they “finished” the job. Instead of returning the area to how it was before the issue it was left for us to clean up.
I would not recommend this apartment, within the first few weeks of living there I was stung by a scorpion and despite having a pest control person come we continued to have issues with scorpions and other pest. Maintenance requests take a long time to be fulfilled. We were without a dishwasher for a month and the drum in the laundry washer ripped up a blanket and several sheets and that took a while to be repaired as well. Along with a mysterious leak that occurred multiple times in the living room from a neighbor wall that was never resolved.Upon moving out do not bother cleaning your apartment, despite giving the entire place a thorough cleaning we were still charged $100 for cleaning of the apartment even though the lease says you should only be charged if damages above normal wear and tear or cleaning charges are incurred. So, you could give it the best clean of your life and theyll charge you regardless. Since my lease ended around New Year’s Eve there wasnt anyone there to do the walk through so make sure adequate time is available if the walk through will even matter. Be prepared to be charged for touch up paint as well once again even if you ensure everything looks good.If you intend to receive packages from Amazon prime you will be charged a monthly fee for those packages to be delivered to a box in the front office.Lastly, you will be charged for the last two months of utilities after you move out. Its not well stated at move in or even in the lease for that matter, but their utilities fees run two months behind and on a 3-bedroom apartment run an average of $85 a month; $32.95 in common area maintenance, $5 service fee, $9 in trash, water and sewer fluctuate from there and are split with other apartments.
The absolute worst place Ive ever lived. Management openly does not care about you. Put in a call for anything to get done and they will never follow up on it, ever. Scorpions in your kitchen, your bathroom, and your clothes. They dont care. Appliances break, not their problem. Seriously, run far away from here.EDIT: Finally moved out of this dumpster fire and they are charging me $1700!!!! $700 to replace the carpets!? $300 to resurface the tub?! I just cant help but wonder if theres a correlation between this and the fact they are upgrading the unit after move out. Does anyone know a good lawyer?
I haven’t moved in yet, but the office staff was very nice. The complex was clean, the apartment was nice. Everything looks brand new around the complex and my apartment will be brand new with stainless steel appliances. I am excited to move in. If there was a scorpion problem, the management said it has been taken care of (I asked because of the reviews) I looked at 5 properties before this one and this one blows the others out of the water. I cannot wait to begin my new life at this complex.
The place is very nice, I complained that the floor was very dirty, but since the cleaners were already done, I was told that the best I am going to get, well I had to wash the floor several time before I could move my stuff in. The first water in my pale was completely black. this picture is from the second wash. The closet and outside sliding door rails were just as filthy, bathtub had dirty hand prints on the wall, some of the light bulbs were burned as well as flying insects collection was still in them. In all the apartments i have rented over the last few years I have never seen such an unprofessional cleaning. I sure hope they dont keep a part of my deposit for professional cleaning when I move out.12/15/2020 I had my garbage disposal replaced, & bathtub drainage problem fixed on time. My bathtub has never drained this fast since I moved in here, they didnt need to call a professional plumber, there was something stuck deep in the pipes, which I believe was there before I moved in. So thank you maintenance crew job well done
Worse Apartment to stay in. Staff at first are nice and friendly but once your leasing starts you will get to see the truth. Scorpions everywhere no matter how clean is your place. Be careful with your pets and Kids.
Ive lived here for about 3 years, and wasnt thrilled at first but stayed because the rent was really good for the square footage and location. its off the 87, perfect for me. When I first moved in it was a little rough living here, the office staff was so rude and there was a major scorpion problem. But they have since gotten some really professional office staff as well as an exterminator that actually kills the bugs. Package room is legit during Christmas, never worry about punk a** porch pirates.
I had taken my review down in 2016, but after they had the stupidity to send me an e-mail today asking for my opinion I have decided to go ahead and support many of these reviews I just read. I moved out in the middle of 2017. Yes there is a massive scorpion problem! The pest control wasn’t doing their job I made the mistake to point that out to the office the next week the pest control guy harassed me in my own apartment I started spraying and handling the scorpions myself at that point and that was on going for 2 years. I would come down stairs with them in plastic bags showing the manager nothing. The harassment from down stairs neighbors I can also support ours threaten to hurt us and the office said that they couldn’t do anything without proof so then the cops started to show up every week. I feared my life and my parents were concerned as well to the point that they bought me pepper spray for my keys. It was terrible. Then I had a down stairs neighbor that was a drug dealer and we had the cops knocking on our door all the time because of it, did the office do anything no. I didn’t have to notify them of this one considering the weed is coming from the apartment right next to the model apartment they show people all the time. Still they did nothing about it. The lease is a joke to the point where they sent me over to collections and lost because they broke the law and I was able to prove so. This place is awful please take my review and others seriously, you do not want to live here.
I have been here for the last 2 years. The maintenance team is fast and very responsive. Couldnt give them more praise. On the other hand, the management here is the absolute worst team I have ever had to deal with. They just started turning away amazon, ups, USPS, and FedEx drivers with packages in an attempt to strong arm the tenants into paying a monthly fee to use their lockers. (Sidenote amazon offers free lockers). These buildings are on scorpion and termite breeding grounds. There are termite mounds in multiple spots all over the walls. The attempt to fix it is to spray and paint over it. The office staff / management are a couple of the most rude people I have ever had to deal with after I was locked into a contract. My father passed away in a unit on the other side of the complex and I went to give them one of the extra keys I had in my possession. The managers response was I dont know who you are so Im going to have to ask you to leave the premises. I replied to that I am also one of your tenants, nice to meet you. Her response was, He left that apartment dirty....My response....Im sorry my father could not vacuum before passing away. I am counting down the days until my lease ends, and will continue to educate everyone that I come in contact with to avoid this horrid establishment.
The worst 3 years of my stay. One thing after another. Maintenance ability to fix things in a timely manner, then 99.99% of the time its not fix properly, basically put a bandage over it is the attitude. It was to the put I didnt want maintenance in my apartment for anything taking up valuable space. Also the managers Lisa and assistant manager Maria behaved like thugs and gangster. If you dont agree with what they say, high steep penalties are imposed on the residents (when and if staff chooses to) Threats of lawyers and eviction to the point where I had enough just looking at them, let alone speaking with them. Office communication was horrible where they tell the tenants not to come back in the office or to call the office if residents dont agree with them. Non professional and unhappy staff except for one of the maintenance guys. I dont know his name but he really did his best. He knows how to communicate and get the job done. I had plenty of opportunities to refer future tenants to 2150, instead I would simply state, it will be better to find some place else to rent or even own your own home someday. Choosing to live elsewhere will spare your peace of mind and sanity. Also, as tenants and future tenants let the Regional Manager Kerri Pease hear your valid concerns. You can find her info on IG or even ask the office to give you her number. Good findings on your inquiry.
Google keeps after me to write a review for your Apartments, Our Son lived there for a while and we visited him.The Grounds looked okay, at the time of day we went, the Landscaping Company was doing various parts of the grounds. The apartment was larger than many I have lived in or seen. The person he was staying with was a member of the Maintenance Staff, we met him briefly on his way to a trouble call. I know he is fairly sharp. I know also the owners were supposed to be sending him to training to become certified as maintenance technician, I hope they fulfilled the promise.Information for you to consider. After having read some of the reviews, then having been a Local Guide for quite a few years I know a couple of things which I am happy to share.5 Stars with no explanation really means nothing, with around 600 of my own reviews. I have given a 5 Star only once, the company really did go above and beyond the call of duty.A review of 3 is good, meaning you did things correctly just not great.A 4 means the customer had a very good experience, they may say something you also need to watch. If you have reviews of less than 3 you should be copying them to a File to find what the common problem is, then fix the problem. You have responded to 5 Stars (almost Cut and Paste), you have responded to some the less than perfect ones. For myself I would have responded identifying the problems they spoke to help fix the issues in my mind so the company can address them, It shows you got the message, what the issues are. However it is just me.Yes having been in business I know you can not please everyone all the time. I can/have Learned from the less than perfect reviews.
Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. The unit looked so clean.
Edit: We just found out we have termites living & nesting in our walls of our apartment. They told us that they will call pest control, & paint over the little holes the termites have created. Please read all of this!!!!This apartment complex at first looked like home to me & my boyfriend. The grounds were well kept up, and the “model homes” were neat and smelled good.We signed a 12 mo. lease with 2150 & by far we absolutely despise this complex. While driving passed the gates, there is trash EVERYWHERE. They have maintenance work every Wednesday, and when I say work I mean they blow everything around & actually don’t pick up the grounds. We have had trash, and leaves blown into our back patio & front enterance to our door. We have cars that have needed to be towed SINCE we’ve been here. The lights are not lit at night, so it’s difficult to see the around blind spots when driving. We have a reserved parking spot, due to my boyfriend’s disability. People keep parking in it, so the office gave us orange slips “to make threats about towing, & if they’re still there in the morning we will call a tow truck to get them towed.” In the meantime there is limited parking (considering no one has reserved parking spots like a normal complex would). We paid for an “upgraded” model. Only about $100 more than what we originally would have paid, not bad actually. We were sold on the “stainless steel” appliances (which are not stainless steel, due to RUST STAINS in our sink). We were sold on “marble countertops” (which is actually just paper glued on underneath, which is coming off I might add). Lastly, would be the all-white kitchen cabinets. Although, there is nothing wrong with the cabinets, however they do fall off the handles of the railing. So then they wont shut because they were not put together correctly. There are other appliances that were not installed before we moved in. Including a shower head. Our first shower head was coming out of the wall, thus causing water damage. After getting it replaced, we were told that the NEW & IMPROVED shower head should have come when we upgraded our apartment. Our toilet is constantly running - for no reason. The chain breaks, so I or my boyfriend have to fix it. Constantly. Lastly, our walls are becoming a huge problem. First there cracking?? What walls crack!? Next they are filthy. We bought a blacklight to see if we could find any gunk on our walls so we could clean them. Instead we found words & doodles from the previous owners, that were simply painted over & not properly cleaned. While living here for 7-8 mo. We have made SEVERAL noise-compliments for the tenets who live upstairs. There is always cleaning around 3-4am, running, screaming, and kids walking up & down the stairs. One night around 2am, the cops were called to this complex due to some drunk man literally SCREAMING & BANGING on an apartment door claiming he wanted to “kill her”.We have noticed cockroaches in & outside of the apartment. We are pretty clean people, so when we see a roach or earwigs (oh ya we get earwigs too) I have my boyfriend spray around the apartment. Have only seen two cockroaches since we’ve been here. Also, don’t get me started on the crickets LIVING in our dining & kitchen room lights. This morning while making pancakes, me & my boyfriend noticed dead & live crickets walking around in our lights. Disgusting. Absolutely appalled by this complex. The management is rude, especially Maria who is constantly emailing me telling me that I owe more money, even though our FULL RENT WAS PAID. Appearently we owe $15.86?? Even though we have in HER HANDWRITING the expenses needed for payment. I have read through comments of other tenets who have to deal with her as well, & now we have become one of them.We cannot wait for our lease to be up so we can get the hell out of here.
Staff is very polite and helpful! Any problems get fixed promptly without issue. Kaitlin and Arielle are great! Would highly recommend living here.
Thank you.
SCORPION INFESTATION!! This place is out of control. My senior citizen parents moved in her on a short term lease while they got settled in Arizona. They had more than 30 scorpions inside in less than 4 months. They taped up every possible wall opening, had tape pads set up, bowls around their bed and drains blocked. They had to spray multiple times because the apartment complex wasn’t acknowledging the severity of their issue, and that still didn’t help. The office staff was zero help!! I am extremely disgusted with this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I only gave one star because I had to in order to post this.
We moved in on the 5th, its now the 23rd.My husband and I are thrilled with our apartment. We had a few issues on move in, and each time they came same day to fix them. Have had no problems with pests yet, which i honestly expect, considering we live in the desert. Pool is very well upkept and areas are maintained very well. Office is super friendly and helpful.Update- its now march 14, 2020. We are still very happy here. We have has 2 scorpions in our apt- one dead already, and one obviously dying. Their upkeep for them is very effective in apartments, though poolside is a little harder to judge- they really like the waterfall, and the wet nature over there makes it much harder to control them. The local cats also do a pretty good job of killing them ive found.
Crime was terrible even after my life was threatened and the courts asked them to let me out of my lease for mine and my children’s safety they refused. The grounds were poorly cared for rules were never enforced there were numerous aggressive over the size limit dogs using the dog park and attacking other digs, they did nothing. When all public areas were closed due to the virus they offered zero compensation for the lack of amenities.
I miss this place. It was home for 2 yrs. Compared to the place I am now, 2150 community was great! Grounds was kept clean and maintained. I had to down grade apts due to financial situation..its true what they say, you get what you pay for! Wish we didnt have to leave.
I was in my apartment from 2009-2014. When I first moved in the original owners allowed residents the option of having one free accent wall. The unit I had consisted of one already, so they allowed me to have another for free. There was no problem and mangers had been in and out of my unit for inspections and such. It was then sold to some rancid company in late 2013 early 2014. My lease was up and I didnt renew it. I had to go out of town during my my move out date. I had everything out and while I was gone I had the carpet cleaned from Sears, a far more reputable company than the complex used. When I got back to collect my deposit, I was told I was charged for carpet cleaning and for maintenance to paint the walls. I told them the walls were in the contract from my original lease and showed them the paperwork. According to the male Boyd (I believe that was his name) I painted the walls myself and they didnt have on record me having accent walls from the original owners. Then tried to threaten me to not take their ignorant behinds to court for my deposit. Why would I pay $150 for the carpet to cleaned then you clean it again with my deposit? Thenaccuse of me of painting walls myself when I know if that wasnt the original state of the apartment I would be liable for it? Needless to say I got my full refund because I wasnt going to allow them to just walk over me and keep my money. They arent luxury and anyone who is hoodwinked into leasing there because they remodeled, well good luck to you.
Beautiful amazing & gorgeous place 2 live alotta beautiful woman can be found @ the pool hahaha 🤣🤣🤣
My name is Fred Borden I have lived at 2150 Arizona ave south for almost 3 years. In that time I have had a fantastic experience living here. The office staff are always helpful and willing to help with any issues that have come up.In my time here Robin the maintenance supervisor is the best they have ever had on property. For a while there was a shortage of maintenance staff due to people being let go and for a short while the staff were overwhelmed, but have since hired new staff and are back to full operational capacity.I HAVE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER Fred BORDEN..
I would Not recommend living here.. the first issue is they have scorpions. The day we moved in our neighbor had to warn us and give us a black light, in the first week we killed about 10. The A/C unit was terrible.. Arizona summers suck already as it is. The air couldn’t seem to keep up to get to the temperature we set it as. As a result we ended up with $300+ electric bills in the summer. Lastly don’t bother cleaning the place when you leave they’ll just charge you anyway.
I would leave no stars, RUDE MANAGEMENT. Try to Frustrating to talk to no respect shown when trying to pay rent or ask questions regarding my senior fathers on a fixed disability income lease and why they was charging him 500$ + in late fees when rent was paid on time and lease needed renewed head manger Lisa cut me off said she was speaking.said my dad shouldn’t have been on vacation? What business is it of hers. What property owner wouldn’t want rent collected or leases? Telling me can sign at anytime but not at anytime what sense does this make
Great pool. Courteous service. Decent appartments. Not amazing, but nicer than expected.
Very accommodating and safe.
MANAGMENT DOES NOT CARE. They are so unorganized and have no protocol so work orders don’t get fixed unless you call repeatedly. They don’t actually fix anything and say they’ll be back but never refturn. AC hasn’t worked properly for over a year. Did I mention MANAGEMENT IS DISRESPECTFUL. Now it’s time to move out and after reviewing my statement over the past year I see they have been charging me for something I went in to cancel. They said they don’t have any proof but I watched the women write it down myself and I’m almost positive they have cameras so they can review the tapes but refuse to. It’s not my fault she didn’t submit it properly. I did exactly as they asked me to do if I wanted to cancel. I can go on and on about the problems with this place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in.
Started moving in on August 9th, 2018. Experience with it was good. Only thing so far noticed was a noise coming from somewhere around dryer area. Not totally moved in yet and havent been there much yet since just started moving yesterday. Maria was the person who showed the place and worked with me and she was very polite and helpful all the way through the process of getting the apartment. Didnt really like that theres air conditioner units right outside the patio so is noisy sitting outside. The appearance of everything seems really nice. I think this will be a happy home
Thanks. In and out. He was quick. It was easy and done
The apartments over all are great. Still living here currently. They do suck at maintenance. When i first moved in i opened a drawer, and underneath that drawer was FILLED with dead roaches and egg sacks, i called to have them remove them and they never did, so i had to. My washing machine constantly stops working, fills with water and then won’t run or drain again. They came to “fix” it and somehow got it to drain. Now I’m running into the issue again and requested to have it replaced so it doesn’t keep happening, was told “we will see what we can do to fix it again, we won’t replace it until we try everything first.” The thing is so old, would it hurt you guys to replace the damn thing when it’s obvioulsy run its course?
Maintenance is respectful of tenants property..they give you an idea of timeframe for task completion and follow thru ..kudos to them ! Ive seen many improvements here and if youre looking for a nice environment with respect for tenants concerns ..this is Home!!
Expensive old appliances, walls are thin, i can hear every step and voice from the apartment above me. Do not live here if you work nights. Thin walls and zero warnings from when they test the fire alarms that are blaring with ear bleeding noise. I cant wait til this lease is up!
Beautiful
Since I cant review this place on the only site that actually matters, this will have to due. When an EMERGENCY work order for no A.C. comes in 4 times in a row you dont keep driving home and then call your resident and say Welp. I just got home. Ill be there soon. I saw your call while I was driving but decided not to look at it until after I got home Are you serious?? In my 12 years of working in the apartment industry Ive never seen this level of attention or lack thereof to service requests. And Ive seen it ALL. The first time I called after the FIRST time they looked at my A.C. about 2 days after I moved in, they didnt even bother to return my phone call on the emergency line at all. Im going to live here for a while unfortunately so this should be interesting. Oh. Its been over an hour. Still not here. No A.C.
I will have been at this complex a year in February 2018. Front desk staff is friendly, everyone has been friendly for that matter. We rarely have maintenance issues but when we do maintenance has ALWAYS been great and fast to fix the problem. The office always checks in after problem is fixed. When I was apartment shopping early 2017 I read horrible reviews about this place, they almost scared me away, but I truly love it here. About the scorpions... personally I have yet to see a scorpion in MY apartment. I have a baby and that was my biggest fear when moving in...so I’m so thankful for that.I will update my review if anything changes buuuut NO complaints as of now.☺️
Ive been here about 20 months and it seems like I have to tell the office about things that maintenance has to fix. But other than that its a nice place to live. The staff is always a comendating.
I like the basketball hoops. Just seeing if youll fix the other hoop
Response to the owner- We had two visits from two different pest control reps. Your office log is incorrect. Our lease was 40 plus pages and an inaccurate cover page. The amount of money involved was not worth pursuing legally and I did try to discuss with staff. I stand by every word posted in this review.MASSIVE SCORPION PROBLEM. We were there for just under 4 months and had over 30 scorpions in our furnished apartment. We quit counting at 30. Four different ceiling light fixtures had dead scorpions in them. Three scorpions in the kitchen fixture alone. Two in one overhead bedroom fixture. At least they did not fall out on us. Live scorpion in the shower, in the kitchen, the bathroom floor, both bedrooms and in the corner of the ceiling over the washer/dryer, in an ice chest left on the patio. We sealed ourselves in at night with blue painter’s tape around the door cracks as we found 25 more scorpions crawling on the exterior walls outside one night. Those scorpion flashlights are worth gold. We never got out of bed at night without checking the floor. And our slippers. We had square glue traps along every wall baseboard and found adults and babies caught regularly. We had the unit sprayed twice per the recommendation of office staff. They will tell you you can sign up for weekly spraying if you want. We watched the first guy who came out sort of wave the spray around the baseboards. We opted for the major spray which means that people and pets need to get out for 4-6 hours. We were told by the office to empty cabinets but the exterminator did not spray cabinets. Only baseboards again. And warned us that if we came home and got a headache -open the window till the smell is gone. Still the scorpions came. Management said they were aware of the problem and planning to have the new exterminator spray the exterior building walls and the block wall around the complex. We never saw this happen. We talked to other residents who were outside in the evening spraying the building walls themselves. We set glue traps on the counters too and caught many little cockroaches. We never ate off of any dishes without without washing them before and after. The maintenance guys were nice and tried to be helpful. The office staff ranged from “surprised” there was a problem to condescending. I told Maria about a broken bed frame in the extra bedroom and her response was “Well no one else has ever complained about it”. The bed frame was made up of 3 parts clipped together. We fixed it with screws we bought at Home Depot. Check your contract closely for what is a “deposit” and what is nonrefundable. The 45 page lease is vague about that. Our leasing agent, Christiana, made errors defining those on the cover page. We wasted our time and money cleaning the apartment before we moved out. They kept our deposit anyway because Maria said it had not been “professionally cleaned”. If we had not signed a lease we would have left this place within about a week. My husband had his knee replaced and we needed to buy a house in that3 1/2months. We did not have time to find another place to live. We could not wait to get out of there and get away from the bugs. On paper this complex sounds nice. Our daughter took the tour of the demo apartment (past the pool) and thought the grounds were nice. The grounds are attractive, excepting the dog poop which is the responsibility of pet owners. Management does have plenty of stations with poop bags and trash holders. There are green spaces and a dog park to walk dogs.
I WISH I didnt have to give this place 1 star because they DO NOT deserve it! My first of many problems began within the first month of my downstairs neighbor banging on my door constantly every time I would have family and friends visit. Then he would take his broom and bang on our floors EVERY SINGLE DAY! If that wasnt enough we called Bowen about it and he did absolutely nothing to resolve this matter so it resulted in me calling the police @fter he yelled swears at me and my 3 year old son threatening us. Second problem was our fridgerator kept leaking onto our floor and it took me 10x of calling and reporting the problem until they finally replaced my fridge. Third problem is when we had moved out at the end of our lease September 2015 we had cleaned everything in our apartment immaculate, spackled any holes in the walls, and scrubbed any stains on the carpets and I just received a collections notice in the mail for $2,000 stating they had to replace the carpets, vinyl, and paint!!!! So I will be seeing this scumbags in court very very soon!!!! Beware people, do not live here.
Worst place Ive ever lived it was a waste of time and a good amount of money...not worth the hassle, the management was awful rude and inconvenient the only good thing I can say was the maintenance staff was absolutely wonderful and most on the property can admit that as well but the management was just pathetic and the place was basically overrun with scorpions and pests pool site was dirty the list goes on no offense its just sad oh well lesson learned
Not nearly as nice as advertised but its an okay place
