For my first solo-living experience, Camden Chandler was the best experience I could have asked for! I did a LOT of research beforehand, and Camden was at the top of my list. No complex is perfect, because people are not perfect, but I was happy with my time at Camden. I felt like the noise issues were much less than Id heard horror stories of at other complexes; I was admittedly in a quieter area (I was far enough away from either of the pools that I didnt have to worry about it), but even the instances where there was excessive noise were not too frequent. I thankfully didnt have very many maintenance issues, but when I did, the maintenance team was very responsive; Zac actually even helped me when I thought a wasp had gotten into my apartment (it ended up being a huge moth, which was just as bad for someone who has panic attacks over the smallest of critters!). As I said, no complex is perfect; there were issues here and there (pet owners not picking up after their dogs; parking sometimes being a little scarce, but I didnt think it was terrible; the front gate broke down quite frequently, which also allowed solicitors and other more questionable folks to get into the complex; I read on the community board about people having vehicles broken into, but I dont know the full story of how that happened, so who knows what the actual situation was...). But I personally never felt that these ‘issues’ were big enough to be a major deterrent to living there. I generally felt safe, and honestly would have stayed if life situations had allowed for it. Also, towards the end of my lease, I was working pretty closely with Anna and Mari, and I wish I had gotten to know them sooner! They were both very pleasant and warm, helping me with all of my move-out questions and concerns while making me still feel like a valued member of the community, even though I was leaving it. All-in-all, a good complex, a good experience, and a place that you should consider when trying to find someplace to call home.

Camden Chandler has a lot of awesome qualities and down falls as any apartment complex would.I started looking for an apartment around December of 2020 and Anna was extremely helpful and patient throughout this process.After months and months of looking, I finally came to the conclusion that I would stick with Camden Chandler. From the outside, Camden looks about as good as it gets. From the bright colors, palms trees & poolside along with its many other amenities.The management team is pretty responsive when it comes to things and quick with providing an answer or update if you reach out to them via email.I moved into Camden back in early May of 2021, the application process & move-in was about as easy as it gets.As time went along, we noticed an influx of issues from vehicles break-ins and our main entry gate always being open. It took a moment but when they were able too, the management took the proper actions into getting it resolved.My most latest issue is that I had reported an issue over 2 months ago regarding a wasp nest that was forming in my building, and to this day they are still growing and building. This is definitely a safety concern that should he handle promptly & efficiently.One last thing, if you have a lot of cars, Camden may not be the place for you. Camden lacks parking spaces & car ports/garages are an additional monthly expense.Also don’t wanna miss that they have FOOD TRUCKS, most Wednesday evenings, always the best.I have 100% enjoyed my time in the community and would recommend it to most. Anna along with the rest of their management has been awesome & flexible.Best,Jayden

A very nice gated community. I like that the streets are kind of grid- like and apartments are easy to find. The area is clean, neat and the lawn and other outside areas are thoroughly kempt.

Pros: The maintenance staff is excellent and always willing to help as are those who work in the office. They respond very quickly to various forms of communication. The apartments themselves are beautiful. There are many amenities including the fitness center and a pool available for use. It is located close the many main roads. The internet is high speed and great for working from home. Our electricity bill is always very manageable even with daily a/c use.Cons: The overall safety of the Complex. The front gates are never locked and often are malfunctioning. Chandler PD is often called to the residence for various reasons, many times due to personal property theft. They have a C3 program but its only use is letting people know to call the police is case a crime has occurred. They increase the price of rent by a minimum of 6% per year, for us that added an additional $100 per month.

I recently moved from Nebraska to Chandler. I am absolutely in love with the experience in these apartments. They have so many amenities included in this complex. I love how efficient & quick of a response you get from management, the employees and maintenance with anything. I was looking for a complex that had these efficiency without calling multiple times like my last apartment complex. They do such a great job in maintaining the complex clean. The area outside the complex is very nice and I feel safe honestly. I definitely recommend this complex to anyone.

Only lived here for a year but loved it. Maintenance is always timely and come on the same day you submit a request. I live in a one bedroom and I feel like I get a lot of space for what I’m paying. I’ve never had any issues with stomping in the apartment above me or noise complaints in general. As well as this, the complex is only a few years old, so overall it’s in good condition (never had issues w bugs or exterior looks). They also just introduced an app that you can use to open the gate which is very handy for letting guests in. I do wish there was maybe more guest parking, however it’s really only an issue after about 8 o’clock at night. They also assign individual garage spots for each apartment, which is included in rent. Lastly, they include valet trash in the rent too so you can leave your trash in front of your door and someone will come pick it up for you. Only reason I’m leaving is to be closer to my work place.

I have been at Camden Chandler for a couple months now and it has been a great place to live. The few times I’ve had to reach out to the front office I received very prompt responses and if anything needed to be resolved it was resolved that day. Maintenance is very professional and respectful. The one and only time I’ve needed a repair, it was done within 24 hours of submitting my service request and I was very pleased with the outcome.The food trucks that come each month have been excellent! Anything to bring the community together even if it’s just for a few minutes is appreciated.I love the pool, great place to just relax and hangout whether it’s by yourself or with friends. Having the amenities open 24/7 is a bonus because there is no restriction on when you can and can’t do something.I’ve lived in a handful of apartment complexes in my life and honesty Camden Chandler has been one of the best yet.

They are not only respectful but so kind, and the speediness of a request is exceptional! My family is incredibly impressed with the entire maintenance team and how efficient and professional they all are.When searching for our new home in Arizona, Leah and Kathryn were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond answering questions. They were a fantastic first impression! Amanda and Anna have excellent attention to detail, being upfront and accurate in any information they provide and making sure we clearly understand.We feel very fortunate to be part of this community and absolutely love living here!

FANTASTIC - the entire maintenance team at Camden Chandler Apartments is without a doubt not only magnificent, skillful, and stating the obvious a FIRST CLASS team!I witnessed Miguel showing Zack the ropes while fixing our garage door, and it was refreshing to see the main point taught was to spend the time making sure the work is quality and done right. Im very impressed with the high level of integrity and importance of quality instilled in Miguel and the team! I only wish other companies would have this critical trait instead of asking their employees to do more in less time.Thus, Miguel has presented Zack as newer to the maintenance team, an excellent foundation to excel and grow with the company. Working together, it was refreshing to see the coordination Miguel and Zack have as a team. This is possible because of the respect and patience each showed one another. Zacks proactiveness is an excellent skill, along with his thrive on learning and remembering quality and taking the time to do it right the first time.In todays world, its not my job is built into too many. Being a resident at Camden Chandler, it is stimulating and invigorating to know the maintenance team takes the opposite approach and over-delivers, making them shine in the process!

My boyfriend and I moved to Camden Chandler and we were only here for about 6 months because his job called him back to LA but this was a wonderful experience and a great complex. The staff is super responsive. I would email Anna about legit any question I had big or small- and she was very responsive. The pool is amazing and the gym is great. We loved our unit so much we had a great view of the alfalfa field across the way and perfect view for fireworks during 4th of July. Trash pickup was so convenient and it was nice being able to pay rent online. No noisy neighbors and I just thought the staff was fantastic. We love Anna she made our living situation much easier cus she was always responsive and sweet. We will miss the complex i’m definitely going to miss the pool!!

I have been a resident here for 5 plus years and am not planning to move anytime soon. I have referred many friends here who also like to call this place home.Leah Grove and Eryn Proctor are the best managers of this beautiful, well appointed luxury apartment complex. They are one of the main reasons I enjoy living here. They always are willing to help and respond in a timely manner. The maintenance crew is always professional, trust worthy and do a great job with positive attitude. The property is clean and well maintained. The amenities including the resort style pools and gym do not disappoint. The valet trash and technology package they offer are fantastic.Ask for Leah and Eryn when you come to preview and rent at this gorgeous place. You will not be disappointed and they will take great care of you.

We do not currently live at the Camden apartment homes. We are visiting from out of state looking in the Chandler area because we will be relocating in June 2020. Leah helped us and she was beyond amazing! She gave us great information about the property along with information about the surrounding area. Leah was very informative and kind. The great customer service makes me want to live here. The property has outstanding amenities. The property has an amazing gym, beautiful pools, nicely landscaping and it makes you just want be outside and enjoy all of these beautiful amenities. We looked at two different floor models a two bedroom, and a three bedroom both were very up-to-date modern clean new appliances and really good size rooms and living areas. It is a little on the pricey side but it does come with cable Internet a garbage valet that is five days a week and you paid your utilities through the apartment. We are considering living here we are still doing research but again love the great customerservice. Thank you Leah!

On a recent trip to see my friend, I stayed with her at these apartments. During my visit, I found it extremely difficult to walk throughout the complex without stepping in a pile of dog feces left by negligent owners. This is very infuriating and gross. Also, trash bags would be left out for days on end when it wasn’t trash day, and nobody would do anything about it. See photos attached for more details. I don’t live here, but I feel sorry for any of the poor souls who do. What a shame.

Im someone who uses yelp and google for literally everything. I hardly leave reviews myself, but after viewing this complex I felt compelled. Im new to the city so Ive been looking all over for an area that is safe, affordable, easy commute, and fun! After weeks of searching Chandler seemed like the best fit. Camden seems to have all around great apartment complexes, but the one I toured in Chandler really impressed me. I was greeted by all members in the office as well as some friendly residents. The complex was super clean, and you just get so much more bang for your buck in apartment space and upgrades!I was looking for a place to call home, and I can say that this place definitely gives you that vibe!

Hidden fees. Manager Amanda very untruthful, tells you one thing and then denies she said that. You need to ensure you get your important information in writing from Amanda. Maintenance is poor quality took multiple in a month to get ice maker working.My bill was paid in full on move out from camden to ensure there was no further scandulous activity.

Camden is really quiet and the residents are all very nice. I enjoy the car wash and I love to walk around the beautiful community. The team is good at picking up the community and the office is good to visit. Eryn, Kathryn, Leah and Amanda have all been nice to work with. I like to workout in the exercise room, too.

I called multiple times and waited for 10 mins+ each time with nobody ever picking up. Lost a potential resident

We visit our daughter here often and love the community. The grounds are clean and well kept and the office staff is caring and helpful. We love going with our grandkids swimming in the pool, too. We highly recommend this awesome location to anyone.

Our stay here at Camden Chandler has been very enjoyable! From the staff to the maintenance everyone is very accommodating. I cannot say enough about the assistant manager, Eryn Proctor, she has been so helpful. Whether it’s asking for added gym equipment, specialty coffee, sending a fax, reordering bags for corn hole, getting TV’s outside working, or her starting a Camden book club, refreshing our gym towels and offering extra air filters for our apartment, she goes the extra mile to make sure our stay is enjoyable. Eryn is always friendly & willing to chat. The entire staff including Amanda & Danielle along with the maintenance crew are consistent, reliable and resourceful with residence needs. I would highly recommend Camden Chandler on the quality of service alone! Not too mention the landscaping is beautiful. Thank you Camden team for all that you do!

What a beautiful property! Everything from the pools to the fitness center is absolutely stunning. I use to drive by this place every single day when it was first being built and it’s even prettier on the inside then it is on the outside. The staff here is so friendly, helpful and always willing to lend a hand. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to live with a resort style feel this is it! Thank you Camden Chandler for making this such a great place to call home.

I have been living in the Phoenix area for 10 years. I moved to Camden Chandler a month ago. So, far this has been the best place I have lived in.From the time I came to see the apartment, to my move-in and until now, the staff has been great. Thank you for doing a great job.There is nothing you can complain about the community. It is well maintained.My apartment is awesome too. I was lucky enough to get an apartment with all windows NOT facing east/west. That, my friends, is something priceless in Arizona. The apartment came with good stainless steel appliances and upgraded washer & dryer. No complaints et all.

My parents moved here from out of town and absolutely loved the apartment and staff. The grounds are well maintained and everyone is very helpful. Plus, the gym and pool are awesome! Would definitely recommend.

I have been touring a few different communities in the Chandler area recently and Camden Chandler has been nothing short of amazing. It was nice to see a complex so clean and organized. I love how spacious the floor plans are and the high end finishes. The pools are open 24/7 which is a plus for my family. My favorite part is the gym, it has everything you need and a cool plus is the complimentary protein powder stations inside - I’ve never seen that before! Camden Chandler is in the top two!

I am business owner and my company Moving by Professionals does a lot of move in and outs for Camden chandler. This property is one of the cleanest Camden’s we do work in. The staff always welcomes us with smiles and even brings us water as we move a resident in or out. I’m not a apartment type person but if I was this is where I would stay.Thank you Camden Chandler for always be kind to my guys work on your site and always keeping them hydrated.

Rip off business. they start with a base price and you end up paying more for services they picked for you if you like it or not. there is no way you will get hold of any staff during work hours by phone at this location. i really dont recommend this place and dont make the way they treat you once you have appointment with them fools you! moving to this apartment complex was the worse decision i have ever made! just wasted a lot of money with them.

So I just barely moved in and let me say this is by far the worst experience ever. So there is an issue with a neighbor and the noise is unbearable. So I do what I am supposed to and report it. The noise does not get better it gets worse. It’s so bad that I have complained to the office over 10 times had to call the police and everything. So the complex tells me the will seek legal matters and tells me 7 days ago they have initiated it. Then I check back and I’m told oh their lawyers were busy so they haven’t gotten to my request. What? But you have no problem taking rent and telling me that you handled it but you really didn’t and now I have to wait longer for an outcome. I have not sleep more than 3 hours a night since I moved in 3 weeks ago. I am paying for a place that I am not enjoying and the complex option is I can move out without penalty in the first 30 day. Why would I move out inconvenience myself pack everything of mine and my sons because you don’t have a better process or your legal team doesn’t do their job. But there is no problem issuing late fees and taking rent. So then to top it off I ask for the reginal president or someone from corporate to call me and she call the office to call me. I have an issue and the head person spends more time to call the office which cannot help rather than call me. I see that as a tenet I don’t matter. She couldn’t spare 5 minutes to call me. They claim to be a wonderful company and believe in their tents and their happiness. Not true just another number. Beware of moving in here if you have any issues don’t trust it will be resolved and corporate will not help or give you the time of day.

I haven’t moved in yet, but I honestly cannot wait until the end of April!! I spent 10 years in property management and managed countless properties. Camden was always our biggest competition and now I know why! The entire process from tour to approval has been so unbelievably easy and enjoyable! I love that you can always talk to someone with any questions even if the office is closed. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and I cannot wait to cook in that kitchen!!!! It is so hard to find a large kitchen in a one bedroom like Camden has. That’s what sold me even before I toured the property. If this quality of service keeps up I may never move!

Management is great. Everyone is helpful with great customer service. Always helping with a great smile and making the community safe and clean. Chandler Camden is the most safest and cleanest place since day one since Ive moved in.

WARNING! WARNING!When we 1st moved into Camden, we thought this was a great community. We recently moved out for several reasons. There is no parking, and management does nothing about it. You cant have a guest over its so bad. People are parking in front of the garages and on curbs. If you have young children, you cant take them to the pool on the weekends. Its filthy, trash overflowing, restrooms not clean, and theres loud in inappropriate music being played. The gym equipment is terrible, and the radio, workout TV, and regular never work. Work orders are never completed. The dishwasher doesnt clean dishes, the ice maker turns to a sheet of ice, and they wouldnt listen to us. After living there for 3 years we had 3 small golf ball size stains in the walk in closet in one of the bedrooms, and they replaced the entire carpet and charged us for it! I took pictures because I had a feeling they would take advantage of us, and Im not paying. They dont take care of their residents. If I had to do it all over again, I would have never moved there. I would have done a walk through with them at move out so, they did not charge for damages that didnt happen. Good luck if you chose Camden Apartments!!!!

Danielle and Angel were AWESOME!!! They answered all of my questions and were so helpful with explaining how everything works. The property is so beautiful and everyone is so happy! I love the pools, gym, clubhouse, and how they are all open 24 hours a day. My favorite part of the tour was how big and clean the townhouse was. They also told me the valet waste picks up 5 days a week which is super cool. I’m so happy my daughter decided to live at community where the people care.

Great place to live. Lots of amenities. Great customer service and response times. They really care. Not without some negatives, but that is mainly due to human nature which is not in their control much of the time. Money well spent.

Although I am not a resident just yet, I wanted to give a huge shout out to Angel. I came for a tour of the property about a week ago and he was just simply wonderful. I am relocating from out of state and Angel was extremely patient with my many, many questions and answered all my questions eloquently. Angel was very personable, kind and just made me feel at home. Throughout my search for an apartment I could call home I can definitely say there isnt anyone that compares to Angel and the level of service he provided. Angel not only shows professionalism, but actually cares about your needs and wants. Thank you for such a great experience and making it easy to make a decision! I will be back when it comes closer to my move in date.

NOTE: This review is NOT about Camden Chandler staff - It is directed toward Camden Corporate, and the developer who built this community. I also previously reviewed this community 5 stars, a few months after we moved in. I have since removed because it is not a 5 star community by any means. It never can be. Its fate was long decided when Camden Corporate and the Developers decided to put shareholders first, and make lazy decisions.We lived here for 3 years. First year, great. Last 2 years, pure nightmare. We lived in the 3 bedroom town homes. There is NO insulation between units. None. Nothing. Two pieces of drywall, thats it. The master bedroom of each unit, sits on the other side of the living room of the neighboring attached unit. Neighboring unit, has vinyl flooring all throughout the floor area with the sound no where to go.We had 4 sets of neighbors. 1, quiet as a mouse. Last 3 neighbors in a row, all had dogs that when they barked, ECHOED throughout our entire townhouse, especially the master bedroom. Constant barking. It never stopped. Ever. Last set of neighbors, ON TOP of dog that did nothing but bark when they werent home, had a powerful bass sound system that we could never escape from, nor could we sleep. That was even after talking to them 3 times about it. Any noise from next door, you can hear in your unit. When the door leading from the house to the garage door auto shuts next door, it slams SO HARD, your entire unit thuds and shakes. Everything that happens next door, happens to your unit and you can never escape it. You want a dog? Well, high chance your neighbor might. If it barks, it will be like its in your home. Want to know when your neighbors are home? When the door slams, your pictures shuttering on the walls will tell you. Want to take a quiet relaxing bath in your luxury apartment home? Nope, sorry you cannot relax due to the echoing barking and music coming through your $2000 per month walls you pay for.On a happier note, the office staff here REALLY works to do the best they can. They have their hands full. I have never lived in a community like this, and the people that live here, are special to say the least; the unrealistic expectations, the constant whining and complaining about their first world problems on the Community Social Board, and a variety of other things. If the staff didnt have to deal with people ramming the gates (tenant was CLEARLY drunk), not cleaning up after their pets on a daily basis, OR tenants actually READING the lease and fully understanding that the garage is for PARKING, and not for storage, then they may have more time to do other things that the 80% of the other tenants complain about.Leaving this community and breaking our lease, even with the awful lease breaking fee, was the best decision we could have ever made. I now feel at peace, and that is something I havent felt in 2 years. Before this apartment, I lived in 4 other apartments in 3 different communities for about 10 years. I UNDERSTAND multifamily living better than anyone else. I get it. I like general outside and living noises. In my other apartment experiences, in 10 years, I NEVER experienced noises such as this due to the faulty construction. Ever. I heard noises yes. NORMAL noises. Nothing to this degree here. No words can describe the noise here.The Assistant Manager here is beyond words, the best person for this place. She is the FACE of Camden Chandler and quickly needs to be promoted to run this place. She is kind, helpful, and does her best to understand. I am forever grateful for her being there during our residency.We had good times here, yes. Lots of good memories. It is a beautiful community visually, trees are starting to come in nice, and plentiful of amenities. Awesome location. Some other downfalls yes (NOT including the constructions issues noted above), but not important enough to list.Take a look. But you are forewarned, if you are looking for a calm and quiet community to call home, Camden Chandler IS NOT for you.

My sister and I moved into Camden Chandler at the beginning of August and have loved every minute since moving in! We drove past these apartments often and had always wanted to live here! Finally, when our lease was up on or last apartment we came to check out Camden. When we came to tour, we were greeted by Angel. He is seriously the absolute best! He answered all of our questions and even let us come back a second time to tour and ask more questions! All of the staff here have been amazing since the start! We cannot say enough great things about where we live :) The apartment complex is well maintained, neighbors are friendly, and the finishing touches and amenities in our apartment are top notch! The guest parking can be an issue, but we are still able to find parking (sometimes it just takes a while). Overall, we love where we live!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for 2 months. We were very impressed from the first time we visited and Samantha Carr helped us out and gave us a tour. The grounds and amenities are resort style and very well maintained. The complex is quiet for the most part and is beautiful with lots of outdoor places. We rent a 3 bedroom townhome and it is beautiful!! It is very roomy with great layouts.A huge shout out to the staff. Heather, Ashley and Samantha are always smiling and ready to answer questions and help - they go beyond to make you feel at home. It is a brand new build and so maintenance has had to fix minor issues. They are such a great team and are you quick to resolve issues and go above and beyond.Colby, the assistant manager and Sabrina, the manager have truly been amazing!! We had some issues after moving in and they have worked with us so well to get them resolved and help us out. This staff is what makes Camden feel like HOME AND not just another apartment complex!!

Camden is great and have awesome employees, always there to help and answer any questions you have. They have special days and special things that they do for the community. Everyone is so nice and kind here. The community is really beautiful.

Worked with Sabrina and she was great- very helpful and gave me lots of info about the place. She mentioned that cable/internet and parking is included which is awesome, would save me a bunch overall. The apartment is modern and has the upgrades I look for in my home. All the extras were looking good, grounds were really clean. The pool also looked clean, gym was super stocked, and they deliver packages to the front door which helps cause I order from Amazon often. Overall seems to be an excellent value. Still waiting to see if I end up in Chandler but was glad for the great customer service regardless!

Great place to live. Starts out cheap but gets more expensive. So if you are renting, ACT FAST there is a very high demand for these great apartments. But I see why due to the great Amenities like protein powder in the gym and free coffee in the office.

I came in to see 2 bed apartment, but the rudeness of leasing lady made it quite apparent that they did not want to lease to us. She would not talk at all and literally shut the door on my wifes face. They did not bother asking our contact information, and we never heard from them either. What a shame.

Amazing experience so far! Im new the to area and now Im only minutes from downtown Chandler. The community is clean, well maintained, modern, and the staff are super hopeful.

This place is amazing!!! The neighbors are friendly, the community is gorgeous, the front office staff is amazing. Isaiah in the front office helped me throughout my whole moving process on multiple days and always greeted me with a smile. I can honest say I fell at home here. Plus their gym is open 24 hours! You can’t get any better than that!

I have lived in my fair share of apartments and I rarely write reviews but I felt the need to for this complex because I am just so excited about it and the staff! The location of the apartments in chandler couldnt get much better, and the complex itself is very clean. The dog park is definitely a plus since I have a puppy and as we all know its nice to have a place for them while living in an apartment! I love that I can just drive into my garage and walk up the stairs INSIDE, being a female on my own makes me feel so comfortable knowing the hallway/stairs to my apartment are inside leading up to my front door instead of outside. Ive also never had valet waste before which is awesome especially being on the second floor, its nice that someone will come pick my trash each night during the week so I dont have to carry heavy bags down to the dumpster. This is also the first complex Ive been at where the pool and gym are open 24/7! I seemed to always want to go swimming when its too late so this is definitely a plus! Everyone that works there seems to love what they do which I think is great to know that theyre there to help and take care of you. Very pleased! 👍🏻

I just took a tour with Angel and Jasmine at Camden Chandler. It was a absolutely beautiful property, I do say Im excited to move in with my cousin!! Loved the tour of the gym, pool, and the CAR WASH!!!!! The property was very clean and Im so excited to invite my friends over ASAP!! I cant believe we are actually going to be living here!

I visited a friend who lived at this property and it’s beautiful, and the amenities make you feel like you’re on vacation. The apartment units are so well designed, I loved the updated appliances, and the kitchen counters...amazing, loved them.

Camden Chandler is amazing! I have never been so pleased while looking at apartments! Sabrina and Angel made the experience amazing and their customer service skills are off the charts! Rented the apartment on the spot!

Very bad customer care. Eyrn, from management is very rude and does not put any efforts to help resolve any issues. You are better off finding another apartment than to deal with her. Worst person to talk to in management. Beware.

First off, I want to say living here for the past 15 months has been a very special place for myself and my family. Angel and his team have been nothing but great from the very beginning. I love everything about the property from the floor plan to the amenities. The pool is usually not crowded with the exception of once in a while on weekends. Everyone is so friendly, I can’t even tell you how many awesome people we’ve meet. Maintenance team is great they always respond to service requests right away. The Fitness center is always clean and all the equipment is updated. If you compare this property to others you’ll see that it’s definitely cost effective since the cable is included, and they’re very updated. I also LOVE the fact that they offer Valet waste that will come and pick up ur trash from your front door! I would highly recommend Camden Chandler to anyone!

Just recently moved into my new home at Camden Chandler. First thing you will notice is how friendly the staff are. The management group also does a great job greeting residents and guest. My new apartment is amazing, feels and looks like a town home. Great space for me and my family. And the amenities are Grade A.

Ive visited the apartments here and they are by far the best complex i have ever seen! There customer service is excellent! Angel was extremely helpful with all of my question and I cant wait to find a roommate so that we can move into Camden at chandler, there pools and fitness center are beyond amazing, and are open 24/7!

I’ve had a fantastic experience working with Angel here at Camden. I’m a first time renter and Angel made sure I was informed and answered all my quiestions clearly. I’m so excited to move in!

Isaiah was very interactive with all of us. That was very cool he was cool with us and every thing. One thing you guys can improve is getting a vending machine with drink in it.

Havent lived here, but cleaned windows for quite a few of the residents. I have seen all the different floor plans and how well they keep things up. Gotta say that its a nice place and you can tell the staff cares about the place. There is a nice little park for the kids and even dog washing stations and little areas for dogs to play. It looks as good as it did right after it was built. Id live there for sure. Probably would be my first choice of any place similar in the area if I was looking to relocate to the area.

So let me start of by saying the property is absolutely beautiful. The pool, the amenities, location, community, building, an absolute gorgeous complex. The appliances are basically brand new and fit in perfectly. The space is not the largest in comparison to others in the area for the price but still quite big. Amazingly, the community feels like its own utopian city.I had come to look at this place after receiving glowing recommendations from other Camden properties. It had evrything we wanted. A town home feel with garages, open concept kitchen and floor plans, newer location, up to participate with technology. Needless to say I was very excited, and immediately loved it as soon as I came in.I immediately loved it as we came in.But what really drives our decision was how it much it makes you feel at home. And that was the issue we didnt feel welcome at all. Our leasing agent was not interested interested at all in us. We were greeted with a face that said you cant even afford this, always trying to find the cheapest possible for us. Wish it were different, but we just werent wanted there

My wife and I recently toured Camden Chandler and met with Heather Folk. After touring a few other nearby communities, we had pretty high expectations and were almost set on moving in to another community. But after comparing apples to apples, and speaking with Heather, we just simply couldnt turn away from this community. We absolutely loved the overall design of the entire community. It reminds us of a master-plan community for homebuilders. It doesnt feel like an apartment community at all. With the unique amenities, features, and included options in the unit, we just couldnt pass on the opportunity to move into a brand new unit. The location cant be beat as well. Just right in the heart of Ocotillo. Great schools, great shopping nearby, and the Loop 202 is just a couple minutes away. Were excited to move in to Camden Chandler soon and wed definitely recommend anyone to take a look at this beautiful community. Ask for Heather if you do! Shes very knowledgeable of the area and Camden. Just a wonderful person and had a great experience meeting with her!

Looking to relocate from out of state. My fiance and I really loved how clean the property was. We like that had 24 hour pool, gym and business center. I really appreciated the customer service that Angel, Eryn, and Sabrina gave me and my fiance. They were all so friendly and helpful in the office. The coolest part about the experience is that they have cable and internet included in the rent, as well as valet waste service at a great rate. I think Camden chandler is on my top two. The determining factor might be the single car garage they are offering which is included in my rent. It was probably the best apartement tour that i have been on. Thank you for all the help and making it so easy.

Under new management the things are getting better here.

Im not sure where to begin or what I love most.. The drop dead gorgeous apartment buildings, (exterior and interior) the friendly and attentitive staff, or the simplicity of the whole process of finalizing Camden Chandler as our place to live. From day 1 the office staff seemed pleased to help in any way and was very knowledgable about the community. I am so happy and excited to call Camden Chandler our new home.

You can’t even bring a guest to the pool without getting kicked out, very unprofessional and mismanaged

First off, this property is incredibly elegant. I went in to tour and basically shop for apartments due to my lease coming to an end at my current apartment. I came across Analicia, leasing consultant, and she was absolutely fantastic. She was very prompt, attentive, and cut right to the chase with pricing, showing amenities, and building incredible value to make it an absolute “no brainer” to move in. While touring, I met Joey Latsch, the assistant maintenance supervisor, who also had amazing attention to detail when it came to the build of the apartments. He demonstrated that he knew what he was doing while he was talking about turns, which gives me great confidence that he’ll be able to perform perfectly if a service request was needed. Angel, community manager, was also very polite and warm welcoming. With a great staff and product to represent, Camden Chandler was a wonderful choice. Bar none.

Angel is great he helped us get all set up to move in. We are very excited to move in he definitely took the stress out of moving in.

I cant wait till our lease is up . This apartment complex is crawling with spiders, roaches, crickets and ants everywhere . I have found at least 50 spiders in our apartment . This isnt acceptable, we have a 8 month baby girl crawling around . She has numerous bug bites on her face and body . We have talked to management about all the bugs and they have done nothing about it . This complex may be new and updated but absolutely filthy .

Angel Ball has offered an extensive hand of help along the way with my stay here at the Camdens. Isaiah Slucher another awesome Leasing Consultant whos done nothing but help accomplish everything I need to with a dream appartment​ along with Danielle.

I moved into this complex in July after looking at what felt like hundreds of other apartments. I love the quartz countertops that are contrasted with tall darker cabinets. Everything is brand new and up to date. They have stainless steel refrigerators that have the freezer drawer on the bottom. Theres TONs of storage in the kitchen and the walk-in closet in the master is super roomy! Its such a great complex and I couldnt be happier. P.S. See Jessica A in the leasing office and you wont be sorry!!

I want to start off by saying what a wonderful experience i have had at this location! As soon as i walked through the door i was kindly greeted by Analicia and TJ both leasing consultants. Analicia immediately introduced herself and offered me a seat at her desk while TJ offered me water. In my short few minutes there i was greeted with a smile by a maintenance man passing by, and the other team members in the office. This was the first place where all staff members made me feel welcomed and i appreciated that after a long day of tours. We toured the community, and it was just beautiful. I loved the floor plan that she showed me and it even came with a garage! The amenities are beautiful as well, and look well maintained. My tour lasted a while and Analicia answered all my questions, TJ the other leasing consultant even chatted with us and gave me some great restaurants to try in the area. Even though i’m not looking to move until January of 2019, i cannot wait to move here! Camden’s customer service has been the best i’ve seen so far, and I wanted to say thank you to the team!

Im not officially moved in yet for a few more weeks but just coming to Camden and first impression towards the place i was extremely amazed!! This place is definitely woth the price and i am looking forward to calling Camden Chandler my new home!

They took my money for a holding an apartment and then came back with a denial after they took my money.... as I make enough money and have plenty of job stability as I have been in the military 8 years. Now they are telling me I cant get my money back until it is processed and then will write me a check. Being a single mom in a bind to move this is ridiculous.

Worse customer service ever!!!To be fair the apartment are new, but the office people show no care or interest about the residents, that was clear during multiple interactions with them throughout the year I spent as a resident, thought I recruited 3 other friends families who currently live in Camden with out having any incentive as I wasnt keen to have, the last horrible interaction I had with them was at the due of my contract, I wanted to have only 6 month renewal...they said we have only 8 month ..either you take it or leave...I asked why no other options ....answer..its the system who decides ( no human feeling or common sense!!!) any way I started looking for place and found one Craigslist, interestingly enough ...was another family who had an emergency and wanted to leave and have 6 months remaining contract after leaving...this family actually told us they ask the office staff multiple times to let them know if any one interested and the answer always was ..No...so we decided that we take over their contract and finish thier lease, this family has 2 bed room and my family has 3 bed room, so I asked the office staff ; lets assume that those ladies wanted upgrade to 3 bed room and our is available after we leave, wouldnt you just upgrade that......so pleas can we stay in our 3 bed room as (( upgrade)... they say No...if you to move to 3 bed room ( which is ours / available) you have to sign 8 month contract...,isnt that crazy....no care or feelings...I havent seen worse mangement ... I can reassure them that I will never recommend them to any one ...also this is the case with other family....

**Update**I received the check by UPS on Wednesday, July 5th and guess what - its not even the correct amount. I have to laugh to keep from being upset. Im just over this whole situation. Godspeed to those who have to continue to deal with Camden Chandler!-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------**Update**I continue to receive the run around about the refund of the $310 admin fee. So after my initial review I received several different time frames, ranging from 7-10 business days to 10 to 16 business days to I would receive the check by Friday, June 23rd. I gave it until Tuesday, June 27th - nothing. Mind you I was told everything was completed and processed as of Tuesday, June 20th. On Wednesday, June 28th, after a very frustrating conversation with Sabrina, I was assured that a check would be issued on Friday, June 30th because the initial check that was issued had to be stopped and reissued. FYI this check that was supposedly issued the first time...still havent received it. Honestly, I dont think it was ever issued. Anyway, back to Wednesday, June 28th...after I explained the hardship this was placing on me and it was their issue for setting the incorrect expectations to begin with, Sabrina advised she was able to have the check sent to me by FedEx and assured me it would be delivered today, Monday, July 3rd. Guess what? No check. No FedEx envelope or even a note from FedEx that there was a delivery attempt. Sabrina told me she was going to track the package and make sure it was delivered. I know $310 may not be a lot of money to some but I need to be out of my current residence by the end of the month and since almost every apartment complex requires the admin fee in addition to app fee upfront, Im stuck waiting to apply at another property. This is absolutely ridiculous! As a veteran, who just had back surgery - 6 screws, 2 rods and 2 artificial discs - and just getting back to work full-time, every dollar I have is going towards moving and I cannot afford to have $310 just floating around. Tomorrow is the holiday and there is no way for me to find out the status and its another day waiting to apply for another property.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I wish I would have read the reviews sooner. The property itself is great, but thats about it. I went online to complete the application and pay the application and admin fee, only to be denied and out $360. I contacted the office and was told it would be anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks before I could expect to receive a paper check by mail for the admin fee. It took all of 30 seconds to take my money and now I have to potentially wait up to 8 weeks...2 months to get the admin fee back?!?! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! $310 may not be a big deal to some but Im trying to move and this is putting me in a bad spot, especially when Im not going to be residing at Camden. I need those funds back ASAP! Next phone call I make is to my attorney.

First, the property is absolutely stunning, the apartments are pretty and the appliances are great. On the other hand the staff and community updates are as well as hidden fees charged are ridiculous. The office staff is on the same page. The driveways are too small, the garages are also way to narrow for just a normal midsize car you literally have to drive a compact small Yaris or scion or smart car to park easily. The complex also is filled with kids who are constantly running thru the hallways. It reminds me of loud dorm rooms. We moved into building #9 and we were the first people in our building for the first 4 months of our tenure there however shortly after more people started renting the peace ceased to exist. In addition to the neighbors and children being extra loud and disruptive to the community, there is a neighborhood Paseo Place being built right next door. We were on the 3rd floor with an amazing view but the construction started at 430 am daily and made it hard to sleep no matter night or morning. Walking 4 flights of stairs daily several times a day mind you is exhausting. We were attempting to possibly move and break our lease and they were going to charge us $4800. That was outrageous so we decided to stay till then end of our 15 month lease. Since living there the rent increased from $1050 for a 1 bedroom (not including any amenities) up to $1400. If we would have renewed our lease our rent wouldve went up to $1600, OUTRAGEOUS FOR a 1 bedroom apt. You rent total includes cox cable+internet, valet trash they only pick up sun-thurs and they never come on time so you never know when to put out your trash and you have to keep it in the trash can or you will get a $25 fine.. I had to call the office but it forwarded to the call center because the front gate was malfunctioning. My car also got scratched and dented while living there because so many people move in and move out of there. It has been about a month since we have moved out and we received a bill explaining that they had to replace the carpet in the apartment because they couldn’t vacuum it clean. Like I mentioned previously the staff is all over the place with different information. When we signed out notice to vacate papers we had to pay a mandatory cleaning fee of $100 which covered literally a counter wipe down and vacuuming. However, we asked if this included shampooing the carpet and we were told yes. That was not the case. The bathroom is located in the bedroom so every single person who visits had to walk thru the room into the bathroom so there was moderate traffic dirt on the carpet. They ended up charging us $233 to replace the carpet because they didnt want to shampoo it. Mind you there were no animals, no stains no burns no rips at all, they just wanted us to foot the bill to replace trash carpet. I included a picture so you can see 15 months of foot traffic dirt and they claimed they tried to shampoo it and it would come clean so needed to be replaced but NO other damages. I vacuumed the carpet and put down arm and hammer carpet freshener when we moved out in addition to painting all marks and accent walls back to the white origination color. When we first moved in it was so great but rudely things changed for the worst, before things got bad we even referred people to move into a sister property. They had issues as well and ended up moving out I should’ve learned then. In conclusion be aware of this place it’s all glitz and glitter looking but another story once locked into that lease agreement.

Dont plan on getting your security deposit back regardless of if its in writing. I hate wasting my time going to court but it looks like its going to take that to get this resolved. Frustrated beyond belief!

By far one of the better experiences I’ve had renting an apartment. The transition I made from moving out of state was difficult but the team at Camden made my experience here one of a kind and was there to help me every step of the way. I also enjoyed the charging ports they have located on the property. This was very beneficial to the environment and also helped reduce the carbon footprint of some of the vehicles in the complex.
