Montage at Pecos Ranch is by far the best run apartment complex I have ever lived in! The maintenance is fast, the area is quiet, and things are kept clean and running smoothly. There really is not much more you could ask for! I recommend this place constantly.

Do not believe all of the fake 5 star reviews. Do yourself a favor and pass on this complex. you may get one good staff member but the rest are trash, rude and unprofessional (especially Paula).They will bet very nice and easy to work with in the beginning but BUYER BEWARE!!! Once you move in you will regret it and they will retaliate against you if you make any complaints.

Been here for 3 years now and can not be happier! Management and the maintenance are friendly and very helpful. The grounds are well maintained and they are always making updates to improve the community. Very nice place to live!

I can honestly say that Montage @ Pecos Ranch is a wonderful place to live. Its professionally ran, Things get repaired if needed very quickly, Bill in the office is exceptionally helpful, we are always aware in a timely manner of any work being done and when completed, it is clean, and I have always felt safe and at home since Ive lived on the property. I recommend living here to everyone. 😀

Beautiful Community perfectly managed by a wonderful staff. Walking distance to favorable restaurants, cleaners, Yogurt shop, bars and grills, plus many more services. Excellent amenities for all age groups to enjoy with a very clean environment and friendly residents. Grounds are well attended to and manicured. Its a delight to take morning and evening walks around the grounds where you fell safe and welcome. 5 Stars for sure.

The staff here was very knowledgeable of any questions I needed answering. They communicated very clearly and thoroughly and they are well informed of their apartment complex. Janett was very helpful in the process and very professional as well. Looking into apartments can sometimes be stressful but this experience gave me a different perspective. I would recommend this place to family and friends with no hesitation. :)

Very quiet community. My patio faces the greenbelt, which is very nice. No complaints thus far. Bill and the staff seem genuine and have been very helpful throughout my lease process (I havent leased in 10 years). I had about 1000 questions, but none were left unanswered.

We have lived here 2 years now. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and quick to respond. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Parking has never been a problem, and the community is quiet and friendly. We enjoy our apartment and living in this community.

Nice quiet complex with a fantastic location. Staff have all been very pleasant to work with. Well insulated apparently because I hardly ever hear my neighbors upstairs or next to me.Only thing less than positive is that I wasn’t allowed to use my own washer and dryer so I’m having to store the set.

Montage is a high quality apartment with responsive staff on the very few times I have had an issue or concern (2 in two years, and they werent related to management). Having an attached garage in an apartment is amazing.

Its only been about 2 weeks so far but we are very happy with our decision about living here everyone has made the process easy to signing the lease to answering all of our questions and even helping us out day of move in to get our keys early matinence requests are done in a great manner relaxing by the pool is great a nice quiet community David and I are very happy to call this home I hope we stay for a long time I truly cant be any happier here thank you bill and everyone in the leasing office for everything so far.

Ive been here for two months and I love it.....wish there was a playground, but still lots of grass, a dog park, two gyms, and responsive staff.Weve been here for 6 months now, and unfortunately as the weather has warmed up, the pool and other common areas have suffered. Weve only been able to use the pool and spa a handful of times because it has not been cleaned and the chemicals are lacking. Hopefully the maintenance staff will taking care of the common areas. After paying $1550/month, we would really like to be able to use the pool and spa rather than drive to the Chandler Public pools and pay admission...But after we all got very sick from a dirty pool, I cant take the chance again :(

I lived at Montage for about 3 years and loved it! The only reason we left was because we moved into a home so our kids could have a yard. Bill, Whitney and Josh in the front office always provided excellent and timely service. Any maintenance issue was always taken care of promptly as well. Community was clean and quiet and my son especially loved the Kona Ice truck days! I would 100% return if I ever needed an apartment again.

Janett was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the property and its surroundings. Although I did not end up renting at your property, it was a pleasure touring and will refer anyone I can to your location.

Great apartments, staff provides amazing customer service!

In my 5 years of residency at Montage at Pecos Ranch I only have had a few occasions on which to seek service from the Maintenance Department. Most recently in the past ten days.That said I always have found the online/telephone service request systems to be easy to use, the follow up, scheduling, and coordination by the Management/Leasing Office Staff (Janett and Bill) to be prompt, effective and thorough, and the service - repairs and replacements- to be performed (by Micah and Chris) in a timely, efficient and professional manner! Kudos and Thanks to the entire Montage at Pecos Ranch Team for a job well done!

My boyfriend and I were able to tour this complex while relocating to Arizona. Janett answered all our questions and was very professional and helpful! She made the process effortless and hassle free. It was very easy! 10/10 would recommend!

Stayed here a for 2 years, while my house was being built. Everything got delayed due to Covid. Bill made it pretty seamless on what my best options were. Id still be here, if I didnt by my first home. Thank you Bill, id come back just because of him honestly

We lived at Montage going on 2 years and we just love it here. We are very comfortable. I think Montage has handled this COVID situation in a professional manner and communicates very well. We love our apartment unit....wished all units hard wood floors vs carpet but that is not here or there.Maintenance staff is quick to response. I remember our master bathroom was flooded when we got home from work and we made that call they were there within minutes. Very professional and nice.

I have to say that the leasing agent Janett was very knowledgeable and professional. She made the self guided tour very easy for me and my family. She answered all of my questions over the phone and was very nice. Thank you!

I’ve been here for almost 2 years, and have no real complaints. The office staff is great, they are super responsive and very nice. They’ve been very easy to work with and answer my questions in a timely manner. Maintenance is very quick and very polite.My only critique is the apartment itself. The upgrades were done quickly, so the carpets need to be re-stretched already and the floors are very uneven. You can also feel nails and bumps underneath the carpet. The windows are old and not energy efficient, and the door doesn’t seal well. Even with those issues though the apartment is pretty quiet. I don’t hear my neighbors too often. The community itself is very well kept, and pretty peaceful.Overall, I’m very happy here and highly recommend this community.

I relocated here for work about a month ago and because of COVID, it was more difficult to search for a complex and get my questions answered. I came across this complex and I am glad I did. Janett answered all my questions and made my transition here so effortlessly! I love being a resident so far, the front office staff is so friendly and awesome!

I been looking for a place to rent out in chandler. I stumbled across this complex. I called and spoke to Janett. She was super helpful, quick, and straight to the point. I was very happy with my experience.

I am a new resident and Janett was so awesome about helping us move in given the COVID restrictions (everything has been virtual). Our apartment was clean and they really care about the residents! The maintenance and office staff go out of their way to make everything great and are really friendly.

3rd year here: Nice quiet place thats actually affordable, with no strings attached. Lots of grass, trees. Location is right off of the 202. So getting to work is a breeze. Dog park is a must, and its shaded. I enjoy the close walking distance to nearby restaurants.Like Share

I wanted to extend not only a THANK YOU but a huge shout out to the Montage at Pecos Ranch! I have been a resident here for 7 years and not only is the staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable, the maintenance team is out of this world..AWESOME!. No matter what I may need, a filter change, a light bulb changed, a mini blind fixed, a battery changed in my fire alarm, they are here in moments! Just recently, my water heater went out and in a matter of 20 minutes, I had that replaced with professionalism, instructions on what was being done as well as a courtesy follow-up the next day. The grounds here are keep pristine, the management team is so amazing and all staff members are so friendly, kind and really offer a hand to answer any questions that may arise. Its hard to imagine that after seven years I am still in a place that I consider safe, clean, family-oriented, but most importantly, a place I am grateful to call my home. The community is quiet.; I have amazing neighbors and we all look out for one another and have become long time friends and family. Never, in my seven years have I experienced anything but professionalism, expeditious service, quality and most importantly care from the staff to make sure my home is always taken care of. I lived at Montage for the past 3 years and loved it. I was recently forced to make a move out of state or would still be there. Both the office and maintenance staff are very professional and courteous. Paula was very kind during this whole Covid business and I appreciate her taking the time to put me in contact with other residents when I could not find supplies during the shortages. I will miss Montage and the people there.

Great location and attentive staff!

Nice property but PLEASE DONT move here!!! You will be RESPONSIBLE for all repairs. Our overhead cabinet fell out of nowhere while getting my two year old some snacks, hit me while trying to block it from hitting my son and they say we caused the damage although cabinets were never replaced prior to us moving in (mind you, weve been here a year). They never even asked us what happened in the situation or cared about our son almost being hit by their heavy falling cabinet. They just assumed the damage was caused by us. Management communicates through her employees, so you never get real help or a solution to the problem unless you go to corporate. I normally dont post reviews but it is the principle of the situation. Being taken advantage of, blamed & charged for something we did not do is wrong. They say the cabinet is inexpensive but yet they are refusing to replace it. You are treated like a monthly payment & not a human.If this review helps at least one person decide not to move here, then that is worth the money they are charging us for this cabinet.

Nice friendly apartments very clean they do keep the grounds well maintained the pool area is very nice as well..Love the fact they have barbecue pits throughout the facilities for the residents to use.... my only complaint on my visit there was the people that lived above my hosts apartment sounded like elephants running around at all kinds of hours..Would think there could be better sound barriers between Apartments ..but thats not the managements problem

Montage actually more affordable than a lot of the other properties in this part of nice part of Chandler. My work orders are done in a timely manner, and the staff has been great with handling my needs. Bill and Paula have been fantastic. Veronica is very nice as well :)

Ive lived here for the past 9 months and honestly could not have been luckier to find this place. No noise concerns and no bug concerns. Space is pretty decent for what is in the area. I like that I have a washer and dryer, storage, and my own parking spot. Any maintenance requests I have had are answered quickly and there is also a emergency maintenance available if needed after hours. Staff is very responsive to emails and generally helpful when available in the office.Community is a mixed groups of ages and demographics: young adults, couples, families, and seniors all live here. Community is very well kept, nice amenities, has a nice little dog park, and residents are generally friendly. Its very close to restaurants, gas stations, and the grocery store. They also have a package locker system similar to amazon locker for any packages you may receive. Its worth checking out if you are looking to live in the area.

Montage awesome, the property and the staff! The Assistant Manager, Alex is so pleasant to work with, remembers you by name and always takes the time to make you feel important. Paula the Community Manager is always willing to go the extra mile to address whatever the issue is! Just having a simple conversation with her you can see how she takes pride in her staff and community! The maintenance staff is quick to resolve issues, keeps the grounds and amenities looking great and always is friendly when you see them out and about the property! I just renewed my lease for my apartment. I love this community. It is close to everything that we need (groceries and shopping)! We are close to the 101 and I10. The office and the maintenance crew is amazing. Customer service is above and beyond. I love my home the apartments are very spacious and the laundry room is HUGE!! I will probably be in this apartment until I buy a house.

Bill and Paula were great and super helpful during the application and paperwork process. Apartments are nice. No not everything was perfect but I have to say the staff here jump to make it right. I had a couple things I noticed in the apartment and the staff got a hold of Matt who cam over within a couple hours, was great to talk with, friendly and had majority of it corrected right then.So far I can only say nice things about the staff and the facility. Id have to say of you have an issue here with staff or facility then you need to sit back and rethink how youre going about the issue. It takes both sides to make it work...Update- This place has became a joke. Very unprofessional office. Bill is the only one with any sense. Do yourself a favor and do not rent here.Move in is easy and great. Move out not so much. I gave several options for me to stay and start a new lease when that couldnt be worked out they all of a sudden said oh well we cant find a notice of you wanting to move. Stated my emails do not count. Ill be taking these people to small claims. More headache than I wanted and more than it needed to be.Do not move here

I have always had a great experience with this complex and the management. Any time I had an issue it was always resolved quickly. I was sad to move after being here for over a year, but work forced me to change my living situation. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking to move to the Chandler area.

5 stars? Wow! I dont see it. A friend of mine stays here and Ive noticed its not a very nice complex. The apartments are cheaply remodeled but the location is nice.

Ive lived her for over 2 years. For apartment living this property is one of the best. My experience has been that of a quiet and professional community. Of, course there can be problems anywhere we live and unfortunately, there are. I, highly recommend this complex to anyone. Location is perfect for anything needed within a 3 to 4 mile radius.

Been living here for 4 months now. The place is well kept, and is in a great area. Bill and the rest of the office staff are great with handling your needs. It’s close to freeways and a frys grocery store. You can walk across to the neighboring plaza with Oregano’s, which is a 2 minute walk. The vibe here is super nice and quiet unlike a lot of other places. That’s what sold me. Love this place.

We have been residents with Montage for 2 weeks now and have had an overall great experience! The facilities and grounds are well maintained, the complex is so quiet and peaceful, and working with the office staff has been a pleasure. We had a few maintenance requests upon move in, and most of them were taken care of in a timely manner. The dishwasher had a TON of hard water buildup and we were told to just run vinegar and baking soda through it. We ended up having to take it apart and scrub it since the vinegar and soda did not work. No big deal, just something that should have been taken care of by maintenance. Also, surface level everything appeared to be clean in the apartment, but we ended up having to clean light fixtures as they had months worth of dust buildup, and kitchen cabinets were left with sticky residue so we had to scrub those as well. We did end up replacing all the light bulbs to LED lights, as the ones that were provided were producing a lot of heat and were not energy efficient at all. Aside from all of that, we are enjoying our new place, and utilizing the very nice workout rooms/pool area!

If you have other options, DO NOT RENT HERE. This place is so ghetto. The gym is disgusting, the pool is gross, and maintainence is awful. They need to be called back 2-3 times before something it actually fixed. Cars are always getting broken into and some were even stolen. Whitney is extremely forgetful and would never put in any work orders and also neglected to tell maintainence NOT to enter our apartment when we were out of town. When we came back home, things were moved around and we could tell someone was inside without our knowledge or permission. Kids are also very loud and run up and down the stairs. When you complain about the noise, nothing changes.

Apartment community is nice and quiet and super peaceful. It’s not just a cookie-cutter type of place which is amazing. Bill helped me out for the most part, and made my move in easy.

Liked the place at first but moving out sucks. I lived here for 5 years and my rent has gone up by $400. Bill is great so I won’t take anything from him. After moving out, they are charging me for a “tub resurface.” Any tub will need to be done after 5 years of use. We were great tenants never late and never had issues, however Paula or whoever is charging us won’t budge on removing the $260 charge for a tub resurface. I don’t recommend this place. And the building area always smelled like weed.

The recent amount of 5 star reviews is hilarious and suspicious. This place doesnt deserve 5 stars let alone 1. The staff: Paula and Veronica are unfriendly and tend to not make residents feel welcome. The only male is fake friendly to guests. The apartments are cheaply built and upgraded: crappy cabinets, crappy backsplash, and fake wood floors that come in one piece. The garages are loud so if you decide to rent here then dont rent an apartment above any of the garages. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors. The smell of weed is abundant in the complex at night. There are plenty of other nicer apartment complexes in the area that are not overpriced and cheaply built. Oh and they have staff that are genuinely nice.

So, some of these reviews lack any logic, especially the 4 and 5 star reviews. Frankly, Im extremely surprised that there are any 4 or 5 star reviews.The lady that stated the problem are the residents that give one star is beyond silly.Hmm..so its the tenants fault that the office staff has such a horrible attitude and yes Im including the community manager in my assessment.The staff can do no wrong and never apologizes for their actions or lack thereof. Part of working is taking responsibility for inadequacies that may or may not be your fault. Its called managing properly. The staff could definitely use a couple of classes in how to deal with the general public.I guess, its also our fault that the walkways are not clean. There are spider webs. The walkways should be cleaned on a monthly basis, not whenever maintenance feels like it.Its also our fault that the property has cheap, crappy upgrades.I feel bad for people that live above the garages and have to hear their neighbors garage open and close constantly while the floors vibrate. Ive lived at other complexes above garages and I could barely hear them. The reason you can hear them at Montage is because everything they used to build the place is cheap.For $1200 plus per month, a renter should expect more.Its so easy to blame the residents when the real problem resides in the front office.

WARNING: DESERVES NO STARS!!!!!This place is awful! Its so loud all the time kids always screaming and yelling at the pool, loud neighbors, grounds are messy always trying to avoid stepping in dog poop or dog urine on the side walks. No place to park ever then people never park in their lanes when they do park. They give you the courtesy patrol info which they do not do anything. They dont address noise complaints ever. Then there other option is you can transfer which sounds great until your told you have to pay another deposit and higher rent. Why? Because I asked for it to be loud and woken up or cant get to sleep because of neighbors and kids screaming and yelling at the pool all hours of the night. Me and my husband are heavy sleepers but this is ridiculous especially when my 2 young kids cant sleep through it . So not only would I have to completely pack up root my living space and have all my bills re-connected, set up and address change I also have to pay another deposit and more monthly. What a joke. Steer very very clear of this place its not worth it what so ever!

These are definitely the best apartments I have ever lived at. The people in the Front Office are very friendly and helpful, especially Whitney. She made the whole move in process very quick and painless for my Family and I. I would highly recommend Montage at Pecos Ranch to ANYONE.

Terrible customer service. They laughed in my face when I went in to discuss a 50$ fee I got charge for having more than one bag of trash. (they offer valet trash which is included in your rent). The grounds are disgusting dog poop every where. Grass is never cut seriously I lived there for 11 months and I only saw them cutting the grass 3 times. There was dog poop thrown on my porch several times. I woke up many times to kids playing on my porch with out my permission. I went into the office to speak to them regarding the fine. Veronica was extremely rude had no empathy or any emotions to my concerns. The manger the older white women did the same thing laughed in my face. Then gave me a number to their corporate which I have called mup times( still have not received a phone call back). Oh yeah they also told me not to come back again into their leasing office when I told them I wanted to cancel my lease. So basically they are forcing me to rent from there. I have no choice but to file a complaint with BBB. I strongly encourage anyone having similar issues to file a complaint with BBB. So who ever is in charge can clearly see they need to train their staff better and do a better job with keeping up with their grounds. I pay 900 a month in rent. I have lived in chandler for 4 years and I have NEVER experienced this type of behavior from a business.

So I had lived at Montage for a long time about 8 years was and I say was a great place when owned by Mark-Taylor. Recently the property was bought out by PB Bell, OK thought not a big deal but quickly staff was replaced by a very, VERY unpleasant staff. The ASSISTANT Manager is extremely rude and has no consideration for others they seem to always have a chip on their should and make it seem like a pain when you need their help. The complex is understaffed all the time. If you ever need anything no one is there to ever help you, cause the one person that is is always walking around instead of answering phones. The new cleaning crew does not keep the landscaping up, always seems like grass is over grown and leafs are always left never picked up. The main issue is the staff which is a big deal cause if you ever need anything you have to go through them......So Im now a resident of another Mark-Taylor community pretty great place. Im writing this cause I recently went back to pick up mail that was not forwarded to my new place and the staff was still as rude as the day I left. I really couldnt believe it. Literally the lady was yelling at me and Im not exaggerating this. I told her I had spoke with the post office and they stated my packages were there I was just looking to pick them up. She said they had been forwarded back already I proceeded to tell her I had just spoke with them that morning and they said it was there, but she still did not want to look and told me that Montage was not responsible for lost mail. I couldnt believe how she ridiculous she was acting. Anyways please just take into consideration the staff working there. I would consider being homeless before moving back there

I toured the complex with a friend of mine who needs a place to live soon.We walked in and had to wait awhile in order to talk to a leasing agent. They really need more staff on duty. The lady that we talked to didnt seem as though she wanted to be there. Her body language and attitude pretty much said it all.The pool area was okay. Its kind of weird that they only have one pool. The fitness area is split into two separate rooms. The equipment seemed old and extremely outdated. I would think that management would realize that they need to update these areas.We were shown an apartment that was a decent size but the upgrades seemed really cheap and tacky. One of the cabinet doors seemed to have water damage.We walked the property after the tour and noticed that the courtyard had chalk markings all the way around which is tacky. We also noticed dog feces as well.So, my friend decided against living here and after reading a few of the other reviews, Im pretty sure a big bullet was dodged. We went down the street to another apartment complex and were promptly assisted and the upgrades were nice and not tacky or cheap. My advice would be to pay a little more especially if you value your surroundings and want to live some place nice.

I have lived at Montage for almost 12 months now and the quality of these apartments are not luxury by any means. Low quality kitchen cabinets, the tile flooring is starting to peel, the the microwave has cut out randomly and no longer works and the water constantly drips in both bathrooms. Every time I call to schedule maintenance the office is always busy and my calls are never returned. For what I pay in rent we should not be having all of these issues. Furthermore, the customer service Veronica provides me anytime I walk into the front office is utterly ridiculous. She does a great job at belittling me and making me feel worthless when I step foot into the front office. I try my best to only encounter with Bill being that he is always so friendly and provides me with exceptional service. My lease is coming to an end and it’s saddening that great tenants like myself I’m re thinking moving elsewhere just because of how one person constantly makes me feel.

Super close to my work. They are renovating all of the fitness equipment, so I’m stoked for that because often times im in the gym, the pool and landscape is always very well maintained, and Bill in the office is amazing! What else can I say? Hes always there ready to help if i have any concerns,and really went the extra mile to help me find the one bedroom with no body below me. Its so reliving to know that theres still people like Bill in this world, that arent just in it to take your money. Would recommend.

If I could give them negative stars I would. If you are looking to rent here, DONT!It is not well kept. There is cobb webs lining almost all of the walkways. The flooring is cheap. Veronica and Paula in the front office are rude.They once tried to penalize me on my rent because THEY screwed up an amount that I owed for rent. They will not help you if you have any time of situation.

So, its pretty clear that Ive had issues with this location which all started when I moved in because management/maintenance clearly dropped the ball. I wrote a few reviews to warn other potential tenants. One of my reviews was on a popular site. Well a few days ago, I received a prompt that stated someone had voted my review as funny. Unbeknowst to Bill, one of the employees at Montage, the site states who voted and how, for each review. This was an upgrade that occurred a few months ago. A message was sent to all users regarding the upgrade. I dont know, maybe he did know about the upgrade and he just didnt care which seems to be the attitude at Montage.Bill had the nerve to think my review was funny. Unfortunately, I dont see anything funny about the problems that Ive had at Montage. Furthermore, I never had an issue with Bill until now. It seems that he was never sincere each time that he apologized for their service or lack thereof.He also took the liberty of voting on other users reviews of Montage as funny. This is clearly a conflict of interest on his part. Its also poor customer service skills and makes me question his integrity. After looking at the reviews on google, I noticed that he also gave Montage 5 stars. (This is another example of a conflict of interest and lack of integrity.)There is no need to respond. Im sure I wont receive an apology especially from management.Also, I added the screenshots as proof (Click on the photos link near my pic for the proof), so...no one can question my integrity.Three more weeks..cue the final countdown music :)

I came here to visit a friend and I didnt like it. Apart from a story about his car getting unjustly towed away simply because he parked in the wrong spot, the rooms seem small and its not as glamorous looking as it appears in the photos. The general area though is very suburban and nice.

We were only here a year, while our house was being built. Nice place. Kept it clean and well lit.

This place is super beautiful, and staff is so professional!

Bill gets the job done! Customer service is alive and well!

The other day I walked in to pay my rent, and Veronica was dealing with a resident that had not paid her rent. She literally got cussed out by that rude resident simply because she couldnt waive her late fees apparently.5/5 stars for the staff simply having to deal with that alone. Aside from that. This community is nicE. Some of the 1 star reviews here are by my guess, not so great residents. Its a 2 way street if you want a good experience with apartment renting. My neighbors are lovely luckily. Not all residents are the same! Most of the residents here love this place, and have actually been here for quite some time.Yes, sometimes there are problems like appliances going out or not working, however that is APARTMENT LIVING. The beauty of it, is that maintenance fixes it FOR YOU. You dont have to go out and purchase a new dishwasher or whatever the case may be. Speaking of, maintenance is fantastic.Management is just fine. They handle what I need, and when I need it. I wish there was more than just 1 pool. Garages are attached to my apartment, which is neatt. If you work at Wells Fargo they waive your application fee.

Id give 0 stars if I could. Do to the staff. The manager Paula is extremely rude. Assistant manager Alex also rude. They make it almost un livable. They all need to be fired & new staff needs to be hired. If you ever need anything they are extremely rude. Ive worked customer service for many years & the customer service here is awful. Paula is the most rude women Ive ever met in my life. If youre late 1 day on a movie she will call and call and harass you. I couldnt believe that I had to deal with Paula for an entire year. The only friendly Staff they have are the new hires and Scott a previous worker that moved to another complex due to Paula. I would never recommend living here. Nice property but staff is horrible and it is infested with mosquitoes everywhere. I wish I could upload a picture of my 5 year old daughters legs she has about 20-30 mosquito bites.

The new management will rip you off at every turn. They get you in at a reasonable rate then raise rates considerably. Mine went from 1220 to 1550 in 2 yrs. Kiss gour deposit good bye they report false damages to keep it. Now after paying them everything they said I owed 6 mos later i get a letter from a collection lawyer saying i owe them another 100. No prior notices or reason just that i need to pay $100 or they will put it on my credit report! They are liars and crooks I would NOT sign a piece of toilet paper with these crooks!

Ok apartments but service requests are slow, gym is small and smells awful from cheap air freshener. Dog park is cool.

I was originally upset today to find that my AC went out for a third time in my three months of living here. On top of the AC not working, other appliances of mine have been acting up as well. I must admit, Bill in the leasing office did a great job of ensuring everything was fixed that I requested to have fixed within a couple hours of my angry complaint. Despite my anger over email, Bill continued to stay professional and worked towards doing the best he could to resolve the issue. Aside from that, Bill has always been pleasant to come across in the leasing office. Overall, not a bad complex. Appliances are out- dated in some models depending on the price you are willing to pay, but there are hardly any bugs and it is a comfortable place to live.

Lived here now for 3 months. Veronica and Bill are both easy and great to work with, they make sure the property is always meticulously maintained and any service request are responded to within 24 hours. Property is in an excellent location. Tenants are all very polite and friendly. Property is always quiet and enjoyable, even with tenants that have children, the children are all well behaved while having loads of fun even on movie night at the pool or on werkends. Could not be happier with the choice Ive made. Thank you for being such an amazing property, never change. Yours truly, a very happy resident. 😀 Athan Nipirakis

Well lets say say this I dont write bad reviews unless I felt like I was taking advantage of. Dont move into this apartment complex. If you want to be disrespected, not cared for when issue came up, and or get your money stolen from you... then go head and move here. In all the three years I have lived here, I have seen the manager once and she was just walking by. So lets start with how me and one of my neighbors was helping this orderly gentleman on a day and day out base because he was falling in the walkways, was running out of breathe where he would call for help, and not able to bath or feed himself (I know because I had to help him with both). When we went to the office and complained about having call his emergency contact, they said they were able to do that. WHAT! So we are just going to let this man suffer.Second. The manager hiring skills... SUCK! One to the employee lives right next to me and they are walking around the complex smoking a blunt. I think thats illegal! And a gentleman in the office always had an attitude like he didnt want to be there and sometimes didnt know what he was doing. When I would walk into the office. There is always one person in the office. Why? Any time I planned to go, I would make sure I didnt need to be somewhere else right after because I knew I was going to be waiting.And last they stole money from me! They accused me of owning a dog and it had made markings in the store. Not possible... because I believe in animal cruelty. Meaning I bust my butt at work. I was at work from 5 sometime 4 in the morning to 11 at night or on a good day 10pm. Why the heck would I leave an animal in my place (that I only called a place to sleep) for more then 5 hours in a day. And on top of that animals are like child they need attention and loving. I dont even have time to feed myself so owning a pet is out of the box.Montage you can keep my money because I have said what I needed to say.Once again any that is looking DONT move here.
