Absolutely loved how my nails turned out and they look almost identical to the picture I showed of what i wanted, i will be coming back!

Long story short I wanted regular polish but they charged my boyfriend for gel after I already expressed that so I had to get it or wait days for him to get a refund and the gel polish that they forced me to get didnt match either color polish on my toes and they never even applied the clear coat to my boyfriends toes. I was highly disappointed I left looking like I needed a fill-in😒 I havent even had these a full week and he paid almost $200 for 2 pedis and a full set. NEVER AGAIN!

David and Lee were great! Both were very friendly to my daughter and I. We got great service at an affordable price, our nails look fantastic!!

I got charged $20 extra just to have nails a little longer. Full set and basic pedicure came to 150 and my toes arent even gel polish. Ridiculous!

Mia the nail technician was great. She was very pleasant. The pedicure I received was relaxing and the best I have ever had! Thank you Mia!

She took great of me. My daughter treated me to the royal treatment hot rocks and all and it was well worth it and overdue !!! She took her time with my feet and all thank you !!!!

Don’t go here!!! I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I was in the area and needed a pedi. I was told $67, ($42 for the pedi + $25 for gel, more than normal, but whatever) for just a pedi but was charged $72.05. When asked why was I charged a different price, the guy said tax! When I asked why didn’t he tell me $72 he responded by saying he don’t know how much the taxes are. So if I paid cash it would’ve been $67, but because I used my debit card I was charged tax. I normally pay that amount for a mani and pedi. NEVER AGAIN!!

The price point is not on par with the service you get. My pedicure was okay, but not worth the price ($45 for a regular polish and exfoliation). Got a ombré dip mani and the technician did a beautiful job blending the ombré but lost significant points for service (she would be talking to other people and then get mad at me when I didn’t notice she had started talking to me) and for the unevenness of my top coat (it’s far from smooth and the shine coat doesn’t go all the way to the edge). I’d be willing to give them another shot on a day they’re not so busy, if they drop their prices a bit. $115 is way too expensive, I used to pay $75 for the same thing in my home town.

It was amazing! The people were all very nice and did a really good job. After my feet felt extremely smooth and they got all the dead skin off. The even have massage chairs to lay in while you wait! The wait was a bit long, but they were very busy and it was nice of them to fit us in. I highly recommend this place!

1 day of my nails being done & it’s chipped & no one could fix it . Person who did them is on vacation very poor customer service & rude

I made an appt at 130 and wasn’t seen until 210 which I get things can happen. But when the nail tech got to me he rushed the entire process. He kept pulling my arm and fingers and was using the mechanical tools too rough to the point it broke my skin on several different fingers... all because he was in a rush to be done with me. I was on edge the entire time getting a fill in and I always enjoy getting my nails done. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place it was not enjoyable.

Nails weren’t what we asked for. We were cut several times. My nails are uneven and were not ready or dry when they said they were. My nails weren’t painted all the way, or the right shape. My toes were done pretty well, but they rushed to do our nails.

Got my nails done a couple weeks ago, and they’re still in perfect condition! Not sure who did my nails because I don’t get them done 24/7, but she was very nice and made sure I was happy with the outcome.

Jacki is the best! He was gentle with my nails which were ruined underneath, he fixed them and my new set is perfect.

Never thought I would have to give a bad review.. Im very unsatisfied with my nails. I just got them done at 1:30 this afternoon! The gel polish is already chipped and there are little bubbles in the polish.

I loved my services but I did suspect the older gentleman making fun of my feet while he was doing my pedicure. I get it, my feet are dry, its winter and Im a mom and dont get out often so they are a little rough, but be professional at least until I leave. Just because you are speaking a language I cannot understand does not mean I am unable to realize what you are talking about.

First time at this salon. I walked in with a picture of what I wanted and was told they couldnt do it exactly like the picture but we came up with a similar look. David did my nails and he did the best fill-in Ive ever had. My nails turned out great. I will definitely come back.

Don’t waste your time the oldest guy that works their did my nails and he rushed, he would get upset quickly even if you told him to fix them and he was very rude. I went back because my gel polish was chipping the next day and he did my nails again even though I said I wanted someone else and Again they were terrible and the service is bad he would keep saying “ I don’t have time for this” when I told him to fix them and we pay them to take their time and to have good service. His station is number 15 don’t go to him if you want good looking nails.

I will never be returning to this place. I went to get my nails fixed two of them were broken within a week and he told me it would be eight dollars which I agreed to pay Even though I thought that I shouldn’t have to. Then as we were getting the color he said it was a certain shade and it looked like it matched so after he put it on he tells me it’s not the same color. And it clearly isnt it is way darker. So I asked him if he could just put one coat on the rest of my nails so it would match and he said it would be $20. That is unbelievable When he is the one that picked the wrong shade!!!. I shouldn’t have even had to pay to get my nails fixed when it hadn’t even been a week. I told him forget it I am not paying $20 and I said you guys really should care more about your customers and making them happy I come in here all the time I said I will never Never be coming back and he said good I don’t care and laughed in my face. And then talked to the girl next to him laughing. I shouldn’t have even had to pay the eight dollars. I proceeded to go up to the front and talk to two other employees about how he treated me and how unacceptable it was and they backed him up and said that it was $20 to get the color and They don’t care to lose my business.this place is a joke it’s unsanitary the guy was eating cherries the last time I was in there and spitting the seeds on the table with his hands and I never saw him wash his hands. There has also been employee sleeping in their chairs how unprofessional. Do not go to this place!!!!!!UPDATE: the owner is lying under this review. The oldest woman that works there did my nails the previous time and she knows that. I came in there every single time with my daughter they know who I am . Their employee laughed in my face And said that they “don’t care” that I would no longer give them my business. But instead of commenting on the poor customer satisfaction they want to lie about what happened. The Amount of one star reviews should say at all. The owners response speaks volumes.

I got dip nails done here and it was ridiculous. The quality was terrible and my nails are thick and lumpy. It took almost 2 and a half hours. They charged me $95 dollars for a standard pedi and dip nails. It was absolutely terrible and I will NEVER come back. (I don’t usually write reviews and I don’t mean to be a Karen but it really was terrible)

I used to come to Venetian quite often and was always pleased with service before. However, I went for the first time in a while last week and it was very unpleasant. I have acrylics and needed a fill, and I really needed some attention because the salon that put them on was a new one I wanted to try but they didn’t do a very good job. Well, Venetian was no better. The gentleman that filled my nails seemed to be in a hurry despite it being 10:30 am and only one other customer was in the salon. He didn’t file enough off the ends even though I asked, and gave me a little pushback so I gave in and let him leave them longer. I can’t have long nails, they need to be no longer than the edge of my fingertip due to artwork and clay projects that I do. I only get acrylics because my nails need strength. When he was filing around the nail bed, not enough cuticle was removed, and he hit hard on my nail bed several times and it hurt terribly. I tried very hard not to flinch too much because he was giving me exasperated looks. It was overall a painful, frustrating experience, and when all was said and done, you could clearly see the edges of the old acrylic beneath the new (I get French). I’ve always had fills before where you can’t see the line, but this one looked awful. A few days later, my acrylic was lifting. Luckily I have acrylic, gels and a lamp at home so I fixed it myself and filed them down to the length I wanted in the first place. I often don’t do my own acrylics because it takes so long to do on yourself, but it saved me from having to go back. From now on I’m going to the high end spas because I don’t have time to fix my own nails every time or deal with someone who gets annoyed when I experience pain.

This staff were very friendly

Ive gone here for years. The staff recognizes me when I enter. I like to get the signature pedicure. There are several good people, but I request Eric if hes available. They always provide a small bottle of water and the massage chairs are nice. Appointments are not required.

What is an hour and a half and nobody got back to us

I just went Wednesday 1/22 (mani/pedi) and noticed toe nail polish missing Friday 1/24 morning. I dont get it. More was missing from other toes 1/26 and I had to find a matching polish because I was headed on a trip. Now, 1/30 I noticed my GEL nail polish was raised on one nail (similar to an acrylic) and to have matching nails I peeled off the remaining 9 and its gel .. How do you easily peel off gel ? Highly disappointed and wont be back. I do NOT recommend!!

I have been going to Venetian Nail Spa at the Dayton Mall for 5 years. They have ALWAYS done a fantastic job. I do get solar powder done on my nails and not very many platforms have that or the color selection they have. I pay $50-$55 each visit. Mind you, my nails are real. I do not have acrylic nails put on, these are my nails. I just wish they had a coupon program, where after 5 visits, the 6th is free. Overall, I love this place.

Kelly is definitely the one to see here! She always does a great job on my nails, but the salon keeps raising their prices. Definitely recommend, just be ready to spend a little cash.

My first time getting nails in a really long time and they were nice and did a thorough, really nice job!

I’ve been going to Jackie for years and I absolutely love him! But the other nail techs in the shop are terrible and very rude! One guy made my pedicure water and it was extra hot I asked him if I could have cool water added and he was very rude and nasty to me telling me he’s not here for me Jackie is and I told him he was being rude and he rolled his eyes and added cool water then kicked the water off with his feet! Terrible service

Horrible customer service, was on the phone the whole entire time he was doing my fill. Didn’t ask to have any of my nails trimmed down so they are way longer than I normally get. Didn’t talk to me at all until he needed me to pay and charged me $43 for a regular polish fill! He got loud with me when I showed him their brochure that said fill was $20+ and asked where the extra $20 came from. And to top all of it off, I have bubbles in my nail polish!

We had a party of 5 and they tended to us and were very friendly and professional!

I have been a regular customer mostly because it is in the mall that is very close to me. I love the inside, it has nice chairs and warmth color perfect for a pampering ambiance. The quality of the manicure and pedicure however depends on who is doing your nails. I dont make appointments and just always walk in so i pretty much tried every one there to work with my nails. Some are pretty good at what they do, very detailed. Some are just rushing to get done. Their prices are a bit higher than the other nail places outside of the mall.

Although I live Davids style of nails, Rose is Bomb. Theyre more natural looking

I had went to Venetian nail at Dayton mall for a girls day and I spent $45 just on my finger nails to get powder dipped and within a week 1 of the powder nails were loose and i did not pick at them at all. So I went back and she fixed all of them for no additional cost and she explained to me what was wrong and why they were falling off!! I will definitively go back! 🤩

Worst gel mani and pedi I have ever received. The gel started to peel within 3 days and had peeled off every nail within a week. The polish on my toes lasted only a few days as well. The polish on my fingernails was crooked and uneven too. I called the salon and asked to speak to a manager- was told to leave a message- no one ever called me back. I went to the main website and filled out a contact us form with my complaint and requesting a call back- no one ever contacted me. Biggest waste of $ ever. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst place ever!!! My nails where crooked! There where spaces at the bottoms of ever nail to the point when I went to another nail salon 3 days later to see if they could fix them, they said they thought I got my nails done 2 weeks ago by the amount of space at the bottom! My nails take for ever to grow so I know that wasn’t the case. And when the lady was taking off my nail polish she showed me the bubbles under my nails and said in a few day they will probably start coming off!!!! I only had my nails done for 7 days and they all started coming off!! I spent 70$ for nothing. I will never go back. I’m so angry it’s unreal! I should of read all the bad review before going their!

Horrible place to go! Can not stress enough about it! My cousin went there and she came back the next day because her nails were yellow and they told us she didn’t understand and that we weren’t nail people. So we asked for a refund oh god no they don’t do that but we had to pay $10 more for gel when she already paid for it! Then they started hollering at us! I work at a fast food place because I’m 15 and we even get trained to treat people better then they treated us

Had a pedicure today. It was about 45 min to hour long. He really did a great job on my legs and feet. I felt great. Had strong hands and tools his time. Couldnt understand his name. But I will be back to see them again.

I did not like my service. I got a mani and a pedi and ended up having to give myself one when I got home. She didnt let me soak, she poked me with a cuticle stick, didnt scrub the dry skin off the bottom of my feet, I did not like anything about it. I am turned off from services like this because I feel that they rush you out in a hurry. They are not here to please. Oh well. I had my name and number on the list and they never called me. I just ended up coming back around 6 to see what was taking so long. Should have kept it moving... maybe she was just tired.

Had a few good ones, a few bad ones with one man shorting me a dollar. Who does that? Most of them were pretty good but one guy just acts like he does not want to be doing white womens nails. He hurt me 3x after I told him to stop.And now they installed cameras because peoples jewelry is getting stolen.Some of the girls are very catty/chatty and competitive with each other.I think I am going to switch places. One thing I liked is its open Mondays.And you dont need an appointment.It all depends on who you get as too quality.

I came here a while back and when I got seated the nail tec didn’t even bother washing his hands and took my directly after the person in front of me. Then he was drilling my nails and drilled and cut the skin around my nail/cuticle. He told me to stop looking and focus on the tv. First nail broke when I was pulling my blanket from my brothers hands. 30 dollars that could’ve been spent some other place. Don’t be fooled by it being at the mall

Horrible mani and worst full I’ve ever seen on my daughter’s nails. Five days after a gel mani the polish/base/ topcoat pulled up from the cuticle. The color did not even go all the way across the nail; it looked like a kindergartner painted my nails. My daughters fill was so high on her nails it was embarrassing. My daughter showed the tech the color she wanted and the color she applied was NOTHING like the color she chose. My daughter is 15 and even after asking twice to be sat together we were sat two rows apart.The day after we had our nails done my daughter had to her nails redone before we went on vacation because the original nail job was so horrendous. We will never return to this chain of salons.

My daughter and I went to Venetian Nails in the Dayton Mall because it was close to where we were, and it was getting late in the evening. I promised my daughter a, girlies evening with me, and wanted to keep my promise! We were only going for a, mani/gel polish! We both had unpolished, natural nails when we went in. We were there all of, maybe, 20 minutes. No personal interactions with myself or my daughter!!! I was charged an UNBELIEVABLE $100.09 (for only 2 sets of gel polish!) ...and my daughter left with 2 bleeding cuticles!!! We did NOT have on any polish, etc.! RIDICULOUS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!! NEVER, EVER AGAIN!!!

Awful. I have given this place several chances. It is very close to where my daughter lives which makes it easy as she’s very busy mama. But the quality of service is subpar. That’s being kind. There’s a very rushed feeling, no offering of beverages you have to ask even for a water. The polish is all over my cuticles on my hands and my toenails and it’s very thick and obviously old. Additionally, their policy of cash tips only does nothing but hurt the nail techs Most people don’t carry a lot of cash. They do have a cash machine that you can use there but a lot people now will not use offsite ATMs due to fraud and a three dollar service charge. When I told him I would not use that machine, he was highly annoyed as he ran my card a second time for the tip. I’m sorry that you have to pay tax on a tip but it’s income. It’s simply part of running your business. Much room for improvement!

Been here twice now first time Eric did my fill in and gel second time today Miy did my fill In and gel.. Both times they did good job.

SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.Came in on a Sunday evening for a mani & pedi. The gel manicure bubbled and chipped the next day. Went back to complain and after the staff argued with me, they offered to fix the polish. The VERY NEXT DAY the polish chipped and bubbled AGAIN (today). I am sitting here now and they told me I would have to wait 30 minutes even though I called ahead and showed them the areas of concern. They are again, very rude..& basically blayming ME for their work!? I have ALWAYS gotten gel manicures and they usually last 2-3 weeks chip free! The workers are rude and unattentive. They put my nails on crooked and they painted them lopsided. I’ve had them done for a week and they are already falling off and even the nail polish is chipping off.

My best friend and I went in for pedicures. We decided to do manicures as well after we showed the designs we wanted and the technicians confirmed they could do what we asked for.Once it was time to do the designs, they could not do them. Mine was simple. To look like the seams on a baseball on one nail. After three or four failed attempts I said never mind.The cost was double what Ive paid at other salons for my mainicure.I feel that we were told they could do what we wanted so wed agree to manicures. By the time we realized that none of the techniciams could deliver, nails had already been applied. We felt obligated to pay for the service. Although neither of us left with what we asked for.We were also so distracted by the situation and the exorbitant amount of time the services took, that we didnt notice until later that some of my friends nails were not straight at all. We both have cuts on our fingers. I have one on almost every finger. And neither of us received any chri cal treatment at all.In my opinion, the cost was unreasonable in comparison to every other salon I have been to.

Id rate it 0 stars if I could. My neighbor and I went to get acrylic nails and the woman I had was rough on my nails and it hurt, a day later my cuticals and nails felt ingrown. My neighbor got it to and she has naturally shakey hands and the man she had kept yelling at her because of this. The woman I had, when she was done with mine she replaced the man and had a hard grip on her hand. Then when we walked over to dry it, she smudged her nails because she couldnt see where to put her hands. We then talked with another customer who was also drying their nails and they also said that this place is terrible and more expensive than most places for just a terrible mani.

I got the 30 minute pedicure and it was terrible. It actually took about 15 minutes because the lady doing my feet rushed through it. She didnt scrub my heels completely, either, and my toe cuticles didnt look any better. At the very end, she only painted my nails with one coat of polish. Waste of my money and Im annoyed I didnt get the services that a 30 minute pedicure was supposed to have.
