My friend and I literally just left and will absolutely be coming back! Lana and Karen were freaking amazing. Made us feel so comfortable, had fun conversations, laughing and more! They took their time and made sure each nails was to perfection!

First of all, its a beautiful, clean white space and the whole place seems really clean. I got a pedicure, and it wasnt the best Ive ever had - there was still some cuticle that I would have preferred gone, and it was a touch slow. But I had a great chat with the girl doing it and it was an enjoyable time. I would probably go back to see if I have a different experience. They seem to be more into gels than just regular polish and dont have as many colors to choose from as other places Ive been to.

Walked in today to get an Acrylic Full Set. From the start, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Kelly and the owner did such a good job doing my nails, they paid attention to every detail and made sure that everything being done was exactly what I wanted. The results were amazing and I couldn’t be happier with choosing Lux. I will definitely be coming back and recommend anyone who is looking to get their nails done to go here!

My husband and I are from out of town and I messaged Lux Nails about getting an appointment while we were visiting friends. They were prompt to reply and set up appointments for us. Staff was absolutely incredible and friendly once we got there. Salon is very clean and organized too. Hands down one of the best pedis Ive ever gotten and this is a definite stop for us on future trips to the area.

Karen is amazing. I got a full set with gel polish. When I was visiting Atlanta, I received so many compliments on my nails. The set lasted a long time before a fill was needed.

I didnt want to share because I want to keep this gem to myself. But today was lovely. Our pedicures were relaxing and nice. TASHA is my daughters favorite and we will not go anywhere else.

I called and asked to get in within two hours of closing and she made me feel welcome on the phone, I got there right away and she had me seated right away with sooo many gel colors to choose from! Their prices are beyond reasonable and the sugar scrub was delightful. The tech even popped my toes and got my ingrown toenails out, that’s a gem haha. Just an overall impressive job! I also watched people come in one hour before close asking for a several services and the woman was doing her best to accommodate with very few staff.

I used to come to this nail salon in the past till I had a very bad experience and stopped going there. I decided today Ill give them another chance and try to get a pedicure one more time. And I wish I hadnt! The girl was nice but I could tell shes not that experienced and she took for ever to get my pedicure done. They also dont tell you whether an extra step in the pedicure process could cost you more until its time for payment and you question them why! And the staff is not that friendly. I normally dont like to leave reviews and dont complain but this time I had to say something.

I got my nails done last Thursday, this is gel polish, they were so kind to stay and do them due to me being late to my appointment. Furthermore I called them Friday stating that my nails were already chipping, they told me to come in. I work and my only available day is Friday of this week. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional stating she cant see my nails over the phone and its been over a week I let her know that I called when it first happended and wasnt able to make it and she was still really rude. I was loving the service until now. I drove 20 mins when there is a nail salon right next door. Im very disappointed. Photos wont post!

I’ve been regularly going here for over a year & they never fail to amaze me! Quality is always consistent no matter who the nail tech is. Also, the environment is very personable—they really care about you & the service they’re providing!

My favorite nail salon! The owner and staff are nice and they really take care of you. I always get pedicure and dip nails and every time I go there, I’m happy with the service I get. They have reasonable prices, $35 for dip nails and $30 for regular pedicure. The salon is clean and it has relaxing atmosphere.

I dont get my nails done often but I do love a great pedicure and Lux Nails & Spa are the only place Ill go. I started going there when they opened and ever since the staff has always been accommodating, courteous and professional. I was in yesterday and the manager trimmed the toe nails of an elderly widowed gentleman for free - it was touching to see how well they took care of him. I highly recommend!

I went in for the first time 2 weeks ago after a co-worker had talked about how much she loved going there. After my experience, I can see why! Everyone is friendly from the time you call until the time you leave. Karen did an amazing job and I cannot wait to go back for my next visit!!

Lan went above and beyond to fix my nails when I had an issue with my French tip. She made sure that as she did each nail that I was happy with the final result. I am now happy with my nails as I head on vacation tomorrow. I highly recommend this shop and their attention to customer satisfaction.

Wow!! Everyone was nice and welcoming! As a gift to my sister, for her birthday, we decided on last second pedicures. Literally, no one was open or they were booked solid. However, I took a chance and called Lux and they were able to get us in and started before our appointment time. It was not over booked or loud, just a perfect relaxing place to get a pedicure. I’m so glad we found this little gem!!!

The woman who did my my pedicure filed Ridiculously my nails at an angle.and painted like a toddler. . priced at 35 $ she had the nerve to look offended when u gave her a 3 $ tip.

I could go into great detail about this salon, as I’ve been going there since summer, however I’ll keep it short. The service is extremely nice and pleasant (most of the time) Although the rudest lady I encountered actually did the best job on my nails. I had gotten an ombré French manicure with acrylic and gel done at a salon before this and she “did not do it before and couldn’t do it”, when I went for a fill. Apparently it was out of her skill set and she only did powder ombré. I was so uncomfortable I almost got out of the chair. She however warned up to me after a bit of convo but like what!? How should I, as a customer, ever be obliged to appease someone I’m paying good money for a service? Ok, whatever. Fast forward three weeks, none broke off or lifted. I’ll take it! Thank you! But lately the work is pretty sub par, I have a busy schedule so I can’t make appointments and usually just get whoever is available. Big mistake. I think they let an apprentice do my tips last time. They all lifted at the tips. The acrylic and tip lifted from my natural nail. Almost all of them. My nails lift and break here and I haven’t had that problem literally ever. I’ve had my nails done CONSISTENTLY since 2011, almost a DECADE! I tip well. The owner did repair my thumbnails which both broke off COMPLETELY after THREE DAYS so I supposed that’s worth a mention, she’s exceptionally nice but MAN it’s insane how horrible a job the young lady did before. I have another broken nail now after work and it’s been ONLY a week! Not to mention 4 are lifting so bad I could pull them off lol. Ive had to get my nails repaired 2 times in the last three weeks. (Not even a fill) And I get regular fills.. I should not be having to visit a salon every week... I’ve lost count of when I should actually get a fill/polish change bc I’ve had to get repairs so much! The integrity of my nail beds are extremely compromised and it there’s been numerous times I’ve had to pull my hand away bc they let the drill get so hot! I just feel like the money I spend on my nails I shouldn’t be having to spend MY LIMITED FREE TIME going back for them fix it. It’s very unfortunate bc it’s the closest to my house but I’m at the point I’m looking for a new nail salon in Centerville at this point. Go in very firm, I guess to this salon, bc otherwise they treat you like chopped liver and don’t care about you’re nails no matter how well you tip.

So I went to Lux nails to get a dip manicure done, my nail person was named Karen she was kinda friendly, but her quality was not to my standards at all my nails are all lumpy and super sharp.I got red and white on my nails some red got on the white nail so she sanded it in and now my white nails look pink, I wanted a nail design with just lines and she made them super thick and not straight one hand is decent the other hand is terrible, I would not I repeat not be coming back here!

Jasmine is one of the greatest nail techs out there. She is the greatest at what she does, been going to her forever. Love the way she works with her clients and helps them on what they actually need. The best nail shop, highly recommend this place.

FIRST let me say that I am EXTREMELY PICKY when it come to my acrylics!! I am very particular when it comes to the shape, acrylic consistency, and durability ( just to name a few ). Over the past year I have bounced around from nail shop to nail shop only to find establishments who’s employees were rude, operating in extremely unsanitary environments and that were severely overcharging for far less than satisfactory work. I was literally about to give up and go without until one day I decided to give LUX NAILS & SPA a try... On my first visit immediately upon entering I was greeted with a friendly smile and asked how I could be helped and with no waiting time I was seated at a station discussing my intended service( by the wonderful owner I might add ). The place was and is always immaculate almost sparkling and everyone is always so friendly!! ... I was so pleased after my fist visit ( especially after paying nearly half of what I was being charged at the other places ) that I continued going to LUX, and have since met Karen( another wonderful employee/nail tech )who is also a master at her craft !! 💕 I just can’t say enough about this place from management to cleanliness, etiquette, knowledgeable & highly skilled .. there’s no doubt in my mind that this place is here to stay and I am beyond thankful for all the wonderful women at LUX NAILS & SPA ❤️

My daughter and I checked on the price of a pedi and were told $30. At the time of check out the price was $58. Be sure you are checking the prices before services provided going multiple times. They do good nails but prices are always different. Be ware.

Lux Nails was a small and relaxed atmosphere, the staff and owner very friendly and followed the COVID guidelines. My nails look great and I love the color they helped me choose. Prices are great compared to other nail salons for the SNS with full set.

I love this place!! The owner of this Spa used to be in the Dayton Mall which is where I met her about 6 yrs ago. Im a customer for life & will follow her whereever she goes! Her techs are friendly & skillfully trained. Shes competitively priced and they give you premium treatment. I encourage everyone to go here, they will not disappoint.

I’ve been going to Lux for a little over a year now. This summer I’ve been going frequently for pedicures and getting dip powder done on my nails. They always do a fantastic job. I had an issue after getting dip powder on my nails about a week ago. After a week, my nails were chipping and cracking, which had never happened any of the previous times I had gotten dip powder on my nails. I stopped by the salon to see if they could be fixed. Lan soaked the old dip powder off and completely redid my nails for free, making sure at each step that I was satisfied with them. They have an excellent staff and great customer service. Their services are fairly priced and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Had an appt at 630p drove an hr to get my nails done. When I get there I am told I am at 7p which when i called the word 7 was never mentioned in the conversation. So as 7p rolls around and 730p comes and goes 8p approaches and Im still waiting on my manicure and pedicure. They close at 8p. Lets say very disappointed. Never been to place so disrespectful. And then they laugh and talk about you in their language. I would never say anything good or step foot in the place again.

I’m usually not one to complain about nail salons since each one is so different. But long story short it’s $40 for a mani pedi and they charged me $20 EXTRA just for a gel upgrade on my fingernails (total cost was $64.35) which is outrageous. When I call to get a quote back the next day the lady told me $50 for everything I got, then when I asked why I got charged $60 instead she started stumbling over her words and saying because I got a massage on the manicure it was an extra ten. When has a one minute massage been an extra $10 on manicure?! Then I called back today because almost all my gel polish is peeling on my fingernails and the lady told me no refund. It’s not stated anywhere in the establishment no refund OR on the website. I’m so disappointed

Absolutely loved my visit here I was a walk in on Sunday with 2 kids all of us wanting services they take 2 of them back right away as I soak in the pedi bowl. They were very quick but clean and I’m in love with my end results Jackie is amazing ❤️ Usually I always have issues after getting a full set uneven, acrylic build up underneath or just plain messy and not one complaint do I have with my full set my nieces nails are cute and to her liking which is awesome since she’s picky and hard to please my daughters mani is so cute and clean she’s obsessed with them. The only complaint I do have is I think my nail tech that did my feet forgot the top coat on my toes my polish was a dull finish but nothing too major I went and purchased top coat and they are shiny now.. price is very affordable I paid less for 2 full sets and a mani and pedi than I do at magic nails just for a mani and pedi 🤷🏻‍♀️ def found my new regular nail salon
