I never leave disappointed from this salon! Always a quick and relaxing experience and they make sure I’m happy with the services before I leave. I’ve gotten designs and the most PERFECT French manicure I’ve ever received. No matter the request of design, it’s always exceptional work.

Mr. And Mrs. Kim are always the best. Their services are priced great and you get more than you average services. Call ahead and get great service, they are ready as soon as you walk in.

This has been my favorite nail salon ever since my first visit to it. I havent been to a bunch, but I didnt feel like I needed to try many others after visiting here. They take time with your services and offer some extras that other places may not. The hot stone massage with a pedicure and paraffin wax included with a manicure leave you feeling extra pampered. They also can do some lovely designs on your nails for a little extra cost.

I didn’t have an appointment so she wasn’t sure they would even be able to see me. Thankfully Miss Kim was available to do my gel manicure. She took off the previous dip I couldn’t remove & trimmed my cuticles to perfection. She gave me a nice hand massage with warm towels & paraffin wax. I have been here before with not great results, so anytime I go back I will only see Miss Kim. Very happy for the outcome & the price!

Went for a mini girls birthday trip and got in on their happy hour prices. We will all be back!!!!

I will never go here again. I spent $120 for a mani (dipped nails) and a pedicure. I noticed that she used cheap glue to put the nails on, then insisted on a dip (I normally do acrylic and gel). She said “dip is stronger and lasts longer). Literally, one day later my nail pops off. It’s been less than 24 hours. I’ve paid less other places for MUCH better quality. I will never return here. So upset at the waste of money.

The staff is very friendly and does a great job. The salon is clean and inviting.

I used to love coming until many of their staff members left to go to another salon. Mr. Kim cut me about 4 times and my gel nails came off within a week but i figured I’d give them one more shot. Mrs. Kim cut me numerous times and kept making comments on how my hands were. (I have larger thumbs and had a lot of cuticle this trip). Im finally done with putting up with the rude comments and paying money for just an ok job that come with many cuts.

Mrs. Kim did outstanding work on my toe nails and finger nails. She meticulously trimmed my cuticles and flawlessly painted my nails. To top it off, I was pampered with hot towels, hand massage, paraffin wax dip and a shoulder massage. Thank you, Mrs. Kim for an exceptional experience! ~Molly McPhie

I was there for a simple manicure while my Mom got a pedicure. There wasnt any other customers in the shop. Yet my mani was rushed. He pushed so hard on the very 1st nail that I pulled back, it bled and 2 days later is still red AND sore. He was sooo rushed to finish and get back to the breakroom. He didnt remove the cuticle from the sides of my nails, or polish the sides either. NVR AGAIN!!!cleaning under my nails. Never again!!!

Very nice manicure!

The salon was understaffed for the day so service was rushed - understandable and not a big deal. I wasnt happy with the results but was more unhappy with how I was treated. I was told I was done and to let my nails dry for a bit. I tried to tell and show the nail tech that my nails were cloudy. He ignored me and took the back of the chair, turned it forcefully and I felt like I was being dumped out of the chair because he wanted me to move to the dryer area. Then while waiting for my friend to finish I was scrolling through my phone, the same person approached me, took my phone out of my hand without asking, grabbed my wrist and yanked me out of my chair and told me to wash my hands. Keep in mind I had never been there before and I was told I was done so I had NO idea what was happening. He grabbed my wrists to put my hands in the paraffin wax quite forcefully. I had seen other people get shoulder massages after their service but assumed that was part of a package that I didnt get. I also saw that everyone else who got a massage was asked or told what was happening first. When I sat in my chair this person did not ask, but started with a very forceful shoulder and neck rub that was painful. I am absolutely shocked that a person, let alone a customer, would be treated this way.

The BEST! Mrs. Kim and Jessie are excellent, they take pride in their work and give all the extras at a great price. The only nail salon I go to.

Miss Kim is do nice and Ive never had a problem. My toes always look fantastic! Would highly recommend.

Amazing service and results!

Very unprofessional don’t seem to know much about doing nails. One tech started mine and then moved on to another person next to me leaving me sit there. She had someone else do mine which totally ticked me off. We had at least 5 of us there to get our nails done for my daughters wedding we made a very poor choice going there. Total waste of money. Polish was not shiny my old nails going in looked better very disappointed. Nails started chipping 4 days later and I had gel which usually last 4 weeks and never had a problem with them chipping. Also charged to soak off old ones and I have never been charged anywhere for that. Never ever going back there. Would not recommend anyone to!!!!!!

Been going for years. Staff is friendly and down to earth. lots of extras included that other salons charge for. very reasonable prices and the work is top notch. If you have any problems they will fix them not only that day but the next week. All you have to do is tell them and they will make it right every time. I will never go anywhere else. It is a family owned establishment and they treat you like family.

Always get a great pedicure when I go here. The most relaxing ending to a work day. Ive been going to this place since they opened. highly recommend

I have been going here the last few months and I LOVE IT. This salon is a little different, people doing your nails are hilarious, they all do a very quality job. Salon could be updated, but it is very clean! Get a great massage and paraffin wax with each manicure/pedicure!

Best nail salon in Dayton! You will never wait long for a service and the staff is so nice and friendly. They truely want you to have a good experience. Your hands are dipped in warm paraffin wax and your back is massaged while it dries. Great place!

Walked in for a full set, they dont do acrylic, which is fine. (Sign just says Full Set $45) They do silk. I asked how it is different; employee asked to see my hands, said ohhh (I have short, undone nails) and made a very hesitant sound, like a moan..sounded very discouraging. Did not answer, just repeated that they have silk, and moaned again. It was clear she was not enthusiastic about having a walk-in at that moment. I was willing to try silk, and my money spends just as well as anyone else. In fact, I am a very generous tipped, too. In the hunt for friendly, welcoming service! :)

Clean, professional, great value and service

I had a gel manicure which began to chip two days afterwards. Disappointed! If you plan to come to this place, I would suggest bringing your own polish and gel polish. Their products and color choices could use an upgrade. I saw them adding nail polish remover to thick polishes to thin them out which means the polishes are too old to use. Bright side the place is clean and staff is courteous.

Overall unimpressed with my experience at Picasso Nails. Staff was inviting and making my appointment was quick and easy, but the whole atmosphere seemed very inexperienced and unprofessional. Several staff members had audible arguments and gossiped during my pedicure. On a good note, they had a wide selection of both polish and gel polish colors. Many extra things were included in my pedicure for only $35. Nails look okay, but will stick to my main salon in the future

This was my husbands first time getting a pedicure he loved it and its very important that he takes good care of his feet since hes on them all day long I have been going there for several years and have been happy every time Ive left I love Picasso nails and everyone there is friendly and does a great job

They add a lot of extras for the price. Their coats were thin and sheer, so the color was uneven, and it took twice as long as every other salon Ive been to. Biggest complaint is that the staff were EXTREMELY immature and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

With one exception, Jill the nail tech doesnt get the sides of the nails! Ms.Kim and Sam are Awesome!!! The other problem I had was that I just had gel done and I was there from 930 until 1120!!!!! Usually Im there no longer than 45 min!!!!

The service at Picasso nails is top notch. The staff is always friendly, they always fit you in, and the hot stone treatment is my favorite part of the pedicure.

The only reason I did not complain about my nails while at the salon, was my boyfriends mother paid for it & I did not want her to feel bad.My nails looked like I painted them with my non-dominate hand, with polish left on my cuticles.The professional only put on one coat of my color & physically made my nails hurt when pushing back my cuticle beds.The same cuticle cutter was used on my hand & then directly taken to cut my boyfriends mothers, wasnt even rinsed or wiped with any kind of disinfectant.The polish I had on before looked better than how my nails did leaving the salon.the photos with purple polish were taken of my nails immediately after getting them done at Picasso Nails.Plus side- there was a nice polish selection & a Marshalls a few doors down

I highly recommend Picasso Nails and consider this my first visit of many to come! Asina was my friendly tech, and she took great care of me during my *luxurious* mani/pedi, which was an awesome value! Included in the price is a massage chair, foot massage (which Asina took care as to not hurt my fractured foot!), neck massage, hot stone rub, warm lotion rub, paraffin wax dip for both my feet and hands, and your typical mani/pedi treatment. I definitely will be visiting her again, and will refer her to my friends!

Place was as good as the Springboro location! The staff is friendly, and all those lotions were amazing.

Completely unprofessional staff. Lady started working on me but two other customers walked in and she got up and started working on them and told the girl already working on someone else to do my mani/pedi! I was so appalled, i got up, feet wet and WALKED OUT. Never go there again.
