I received the incorrect price on a trim and deep conditioner, by the manager (Brandi). The matter didn’t even get resolved when I took the time to arrive at the salon to get a refund. Even though we’ve talked on the phone about what I needed to get a refund for, she refused to acknowledge we’ve talked about it, while she was on the phone with Trinity. I feel like I was being cheated out of money.

Not worth what they charge. Products are great, stylists are not so great. Every time I come out of there, I look like 1998.

Hope at JC Penny in the Galleria Mall in Warner Robins did a wonderful job on my hair. She did a relaxer and cut! Hair looked amazing!!!! I will be going back!

Customer service is rough. They do not make right wrongs that are done with haircuts unless you put up a big stink involving store management. Salon manager is just as bad as stylists. Double triple check hair and have them style it before you leave or you may be in for a big surprise when you get home. Cause getting them to fix a bad cut could take days and a lot of stress.

Touch-up relaxer & cut resulted in chemical burns at the nape of my neck. The stylist shaved me THEN applied the relaxer resulting in burns. Besides this, none of the stylists seemed to have the know-how on trendy hairstyles, nor haircuts.Save your skin/scalp, your time, & money. Warner Robins & Macon Ga has many Black haircare specialists/professionals...you just have to ask around! Lesson learned

Seems like I can’t ever get someone on the phone and when I do manage to make an appointment, I show up and they always give me a wait time of 45-60 minutes. Unprofessional business, I don’t recommend going here.

Sade washed, deep conditioned and straightened my hair and she did a great job.
