Cs does an excellent job, from diagnostic to repair through payment and pickup, they are always friendly and honest. They are also integrated pretty well with technology, providing updates and allowing text correspondence with the front desk.If you have a European car, and you want someone who doesnt act like theyre reverse engineered from alien spacecraft, the crew at Cs are your guys. They are equipped for and familiar with many issues and procedures that most local mechanics either shortcut around, or ignore entirely. I had a recurring problem with a wheel alignment that was checked and rechecked at no charge until it was right.All around a great experience working with them, Id highly recommend their services to other out-of-warranty Euro owners.

Wish I could give this place a different review. I have called twice about my classic VW Bus (once about an engine overhaul and once about bodywork). Both times a very polite employee answered and promised to get back to me. Both times I never had a call back and ended up taking the bus elsewhere.

I have been taking my Audi TT to Cs for several years now. I tried a couple of other local places but after finding Cs, I have never gone anywhere else! Old TTs need a lot of loving care and when I have a problem, Cs tries to give me options rather than just proposing the most expensive fix. Brian is knowledgeable and Cs mechanics are top-shelf! I highly recommend this company. You wont be disappointed!!

I got my TTS staged 2 here. Brian did an excellent job communicating every step of the way where the parts where and getting everything setup. I originally found Cs Autohaus online, after another shop had failed to give me an estimate multiple times and Brian got me an estimate by lunch time.Once the parts came in, I dropped off the car and the experience was really smooth. Im very happy with the results and would go back for more work.

Audi dealership said it’d cost almost $5k for new wheels since mine were so bent. Brought my car hear after calling and talking to Brian who said they could get my wheels repaired for less than $2k and they did just that! My car drives so smoothly now and I am so happy with it. They do a great job here and are very friendly as well as knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming here again!

So the parking situation is interesting. Tiny lot that was completely full. I parked at the bottom of the drive in front of their mail box (the street was also full of cars).But everything was great! Friendly service, a couch to wait on and updates straight to your phone (when theyve started working and when theyve finished). I went for an oil change and when it was done they texted me a link of other things that needed my attention. Since I was there with an infant, I didnt have the time or interested in someone trying to up sell me. This gentle approach was perfect in that I can look at what needs to be taken care of in my own time (when my baby isnt crying). I will definitely keep this place in mind for future service.

C’s does top notch work at very reasonable prices. I do most of my own work on my car because I don’t typically trust other people with my pride and joy, but this repair was beyond my skills. I can say with confidence I have found a place I truly trust with my car for anything from maintenance to major repairs. Even though it is a European specialty shop, they were exceptionally knowledgeable about my Japanese performance car. They also take great care of their customers and are very friendly. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be bringing my car back here next time a repair that I am not comfortable doing comes up.

I have been coming here for nearly a year now, and both Brian and Dan have been nothing but helpful since I started coming here - this isnt your typical lets nickel and dime people when they come through kind of shop. The work is very well done, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and best of all, they have great prices to boot! If youre not taking your vehicle here, especially if you have a European import, youre doing it wrong. I dont live in the area anymore, and I still make the drive to take my cars here.

Did a performance upgrade with them in Nov and no problems. What really impressed me was when I needed brakes done. First, the quote was $500 less than the stealership. The car I was purchasing was well maintained and on the surface one wouldnt expect any issues. Very friendly and helpful. They preformed work on my vw gti. The work was done well and exactly as promised. There was problem with a new factory part and they moved there schedule around to get the part replaced as soon as the could get a new one and worked with my schedule. Great staff, fair pricing, quality work, everything I could ask for!

Normally I feel pretty disregarded because of my age or maybe just the way I look when I take care of anything related to my vehicle but the mechanics as well as the woman at the front desk were nice and talked to me like I wasnt a child. I cant say enough great things about this place and the staff. Very thorough and knowledgeable, and very fair with pricing. They dont just try to squeeze as much money as they can out of you, as they have even talked me out of doing certain work to my car before as they said it wasnt needed, when they could have easily just done it and made the money from me. Ive used them twice now for major services (upwards of $5000) and will gladly use them again if I need any further work or maintenance done.

Excellent service with reasonable prices, worked with them for over two years and have never had a problem with them. I started dealing with them when i bought my 2001 jaguar. I had a transmission replaced and have been sending it to them every since with no regrets. no job too big or small for them, they fix it with no problem and quickly.

I went there with my 1 year old for my oil and filter change for my 2012 Kia Soul, and they helped me understand what was going on with my tire and my check engine light, what can i do to fix it and how much. Theyve worked on several cars of mine and have always been there for the random parts needed when Im doing my own work. They specialize in euro but will work on anything and are competitive when it comes to price. They get work done in a timely fashion and keep in good contact with the customer with updates on how the repairs are doing. Would take anything on wheels there to get looked at.

2009 Audi A4 Quatro 3.2. This was my first experience with Cs Autohaus. I gotta say right from the start the were professional, and you could tell very knowledgeable. also communication was great! I had a quote emailed to me within mins. They even took the time to pull maintenance records for my a4 to let me know what recommended maintenance needed done.I described a problem that I noticed with my A4, and Brian was able to guess all the other symptoms, which just goes to show you how knowledgeable this company is. He even took the time to explain how and what needed done for this particular fix. For someone that doesnt know a lot that definitely helped me understand, and it shows they care about there customersAs a person that has been screwed over by dealerships and local mechanics my experience with Cs Autohaus was refreshing. Outstanding customer service....!! Had the staff perform an APR tune on my 2015 VW Beetle today. The power increase was way more than I could have anticipated. The staff was extremely professional in explaining the process and what I should expect afterwards. I have been to 8 Volkswagen Dealerships over the last 2 years to have my vehicle repaired, and serviced. If you are tired of getting the run around from your dealership, I suggest you take your vehicle here. I went in thinking I had transmission issues, bad tires, bad breaks, bad suspension, and an oil leak. By time they had finished my oil change just an hour later, I was informed me vehicle was 100% fine, I did not require any of the repairs that the dealerships had suggested to me, and my tires were not even close to the end of their lifespan. The oil change performed on my vehicle cost me less, and the customer service was superior to that of the dealership. My vehicle was treated with care, I have an ivory interior, usually when I take it to the dealership I find stains on my seats upon picking it up, that was not an issue here. I highly recommend this business.

Have been bringing my MK6 Jetta to this shop for several years now and could not be happier with the scheduled maintenance and work that has been completed on my car. I dropped off my VW Golf to Cs to have some maintenance done. I was originally told that they would have my car for about a week due to the shop being very busy. However they got it done and back to me in only three days. Customer service was excellent, as they were able to communicate with me via email about the work that was being done on my car. They are extremely fair with their pricing. For the work I needed done to my car I was quoted over $600 by the larger chains such as Tire Discounter, Firestone, etc. Cs had me out the door at half of the cost. I would recommended anyone who has a VW (or any Euro car) to consider taking it to Cs for repairs/maintenance. As long as I own a VW Ill be taking it there. Thanks again to the guys at Cs. Youve gained a life long customer!

Good bunch of mechanics. They took a look at an odd noise from my engine. When they said it was engine related I was concerned. Because it was still under warranty they recommended to try the free fix with a VW dealership. Turns out the repair was covered, and they saved me a bunch of money.A few months later I was doing a home repair on my VW and ran into a snag. The owner gave me some pointers and they worked! Cs Autohaus is a bunch of real professionals that are not out to rip you off, but they are out to make a good name for themselves by doing an honest job. I will be using them in the future.

Took my stage 2 wrx here after everyone else turned me down. Plan on getting ALL future work done here. Highly professional staff!! After going from dealership to dealership numerous times, I came here and felt WANTED instead of an inconvenience like everywhere else. I dont know anything about working on cars, but I can read people like a book; You wont be taken advantage of here.I dont have children, but id imagine this is how it feels when you drop your child off at a respectable daycare.

Terrible experience. They charged nearly $300 diagnosing our GTI then claimed the battery was dead causing it to stall. After replacing the battery for the repair the car was driven about 10 miles and stalled on the highway. Had to have it towed back at our cost to have it repaired correctly. It was then diagnosed with bad timing chain quoted at another $1500 for its repair. Is it electrical or mechanical? We quit while we were ahead. Go here to spend a lot of money for nothing.

Dan and his crew are honest, hard workers! Ive been going to Dan for almost three years, and Ive been impressed with his work from day one (my 02 VW New Beetle TDi has 238,000 miles on it, so theres been a lot of work)! Dan has an amazing memory (he remembers things that I mentioned about my car in passing AND all of the work hes done on my car); he is a good listener (and problem solves based on my observations of my cars behavior as well as using high-tech diagnostics, if necessary); he can actually FIX things (unlike my experiences with dealerships, where they just replace parts until the problem goes away); if there is the slightest issue after a repair, he will happily take a look to see what the problem is instead of making excuses (hes honest); he helps me prioritize the work that I need done (I have a laundry list of repairs and few resources); his prices are great; he takes the time to explain what actually is wrong with the car, why it happened, and what needs to be done to fix it; he is a teacher… from what Ive seen, he educates his techs, his office staff, and his customers, never making you feel stupid, etc. I cant recommend Dan highly enough, and I will be sad to have lost such a great resource once I move away.Thanks, Dan and crew for all of your hard work and dedication! Did a great job with my coolant system, had a slow leak they were able to identify and fix for under $100. Then a part later broke as part of a factory defect and they fixed it under warranty and I got it back same day.

Stopped by today at 4:00 pm to inquire about an oil change for my Mk IV Jetta. Dan said that he could do it right away. When I returned to pick up the car, he said that one of my battery terminals was pretty corroded, so they cleaned it up. They also found a couple of vacuum lines that were cracked, and he replaced the one that he could get to without having to remove the intake manifold. All of this at no charge. He said that he would price all of the lines that should be replaced and would have a quote for me tomorrow. This was my first time at Cs Autohaus, and I left feeling confident that I had found my new VW mechanic. I usually do my own periodic maintenance, but at his price, Ill let him get his hands dirty! I am taking my B6 Passat there tomorrow for an oil change as well.
