They did my nails so short when i showed a photo of what i wanted i am so disappointed they look terrible i even made a comment about how short they were and she told me she couldn’t do them longer i feel Bad the customer service was amazing just the nails did not look good

Love this shop! Always upbeat nail techs, who are cheerful and always ready to take a walk-in; even at the last minute of the business hours. Student discount up to agree 22, I believe. Prices are right in line with all other local shops. Clean, bright and comfortable atmosphere.

They were busy and my wait was only 3 mins. Jenny did an awesome job on my pink and white full set. She took her time and was very gentle on my sore finger...

Always a great experience! Have gone here for years. They almost always can take walk-ins within minutes (which i love) and I’ve had experiences with most of the staff- all have been positive!

I have been in a few times and each time my nail polish seems to chip faster then other nail salons. This last time the Gel Manicure I spent $32 on, didn’t even last 3 days, without it coming off on multiple nails. I have had regular polish last longer.

Lily was very meticulous and thoughtful when she did my dip manicure and pedicure. I dont know if Ive had better results or service like that anywhere EVER!!! I recommend the firewalker(?) pedicure. My boyfriend got a pedicure too and they let him sit in the massage chair for the duration of my manicure, so he got a 2-hr massage.

A bit on the expensive side, but they are gentle and dont yank or pull at delicate skin around fingers or toes.

Turbo nails must mean they do your nails at turbo speed and don’t even check to see if they did them well or not. I left with nail polish on my skin, not a smooth finish and two of my fingers were bleeding. Very poor quality!

I went to this place today for the first time and I loved it! A nail salon that understands customer service! The staff are very friendly and fast. They always listen when I tell them what I want. The place does not smell and the air is not suffocating. Just got home & I love my nails. Will definitely be booking with them again.

First time customer & also the last ... they were able to fit me in for the day but I think thats because they were more concerned about the quantity of services they were able to do in a day . The whole time, the gentleman working on my full set was ringing people up, getting them checked in, and also was on the phone will doing my nails . I asked for a pointy almond shape and left with each nail looking completely different . One side was straight and the other was round .... most of my nails look crooked .. and he also decided to file my nails AFTER putting gel on top .. AND not re apply the gel .. I wouldnt recommend anyone spending their hard earned cash on people that could care less ... wish I knew before, But I am new to the area .Also beware of them cutting you with their tools . He was so unaware of what he was doing that he cut Me with the finger nail clipper on 6 of my fingers !!

Have not been happy for the last 2 years. I give it “another chance” each time. Tbh my polish is the only part I’m happy with. The pedicure is terrible.... feet are in no better shape than when I came in. I kindly asked for her to “scub outside of heel” and said she couldn’t.the massages are weak. And the warm towel was placed on legs for 30 sec tops!!!! In and out of there in 30 min!!!Will not go back again. And I have gone to the Chanhassen location for at least 10 years!!!

Phong is the BEST when it comes to pedicures. This shop is beautiful and clean! I highly recommend it

Visited many times and they always have availability almost immediately upon dropping in. And every single nail tech has done a great job on my nails. Prices are reasonable, as well. Definitely recommend it!

I went here because my normal salon wasnt open. I think I have a new normal salon. I tend to have a lot if cuticles at the sides of my nails (making painful hang nails later) but they never get cleaned up in a manicure. My lady took great pains to do a perfect manicure, followed by a perfect polish. Im so impressed!

Ive been dying to try this place. Theyre vigilant for each of fingers. and talented. & worked on my mani and pedi at the same time. Very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere! I highly recommend this nail shop. Best place to get my nails done!

The staff is either very nice or aggressive and rude. The rude ones rush thru and put minimal care into the service outcome. Then if you ask them to smooth rough edges or refile they respond rudely. Every time I go I always say...why did I do that?

Came in and the staff here made me feel at ease. The staff are friendly (no uncomfortable yelling in foreign languages around here). Its been a week since my first visit and my mani and pedi still looks perfect. Trust me, give them a try!

Came in at 8am. Very pleased with my first visit here for a mani/pedi. The girls were friendly. And really made me feel at home. The prices are super reasonable here. My manicure has literally never looked better. Ill definitely be back, and would gladly bring friends!

I am giving them three stars for clean environment. My first index finger that was replaced doesnt look like my other nails. I like that my nails feels soft and smooth. The only problems is the nail tech didnt listen to my concern and what I needed her to correct. She didnt put enough powder on my thumb nail. She said she gave me a discount off of a broken nail when it was time to pay. I didnt wont a discount on a broken nail. I had told her I didnt wont the gel white polish on my power nails. She polish my nail anyways. PLEASE LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER! I know it was closing time, but when youre hurry up, u make mistakes. I can see the difference from white powder and gel nail polish. She should have listen to what the customer wanted and not what she wanted to cover up her mistake. She didnt line the white nail polish with a brush on my nail tip. Gel nail polish and pink and white powder is totally different, no matter how you try to cover it up! Pink and white powder cost more than gel nails. The powder last and its thicker. My nail should be looking georgous for the price for pink and white. 55 bucks and fill 44

Worst experience. I have been getting my nails done at a number of places for years and I have NEVER been treated so terribly. I believe I was profiled upon going in because I wasn’t a middle aged woman getting her nails done so they thought that I wouldn’t tip, after I tipped service changed 100%, but my nails still look terrible. I honestly think I was brushed under the rug because they were trying to fit as many people in as possible. Every single one of my nails is crooked. Polish isn’t even on any nail, and there are bits of acrylic all over my fingers. The worst full set I have ever paid for. Serious quality and service issues.

Just moved to the area and got a coupon. I dont know if it was because I had a coupon but the this was the simplest manicure I have ever gotten. Bare minimum

Ive been going to turbo nails for pedicures for a couple yrs and have found the service has declined over the last several visits. Last two times Ive been the they have drawn blood and the last time they actually tried to dig out wart area. Nice thought but did not ask and when I complained what they were doing they kept at it. Cant believe it! To top everything off the length and shape of my toe nails are uneven some short some long some squared off as the should be and some rounded way down into cuticle area cut the way that leads to ingrown nails. Although Im not positive the warts I have may have come from turbo nails the use one of the foaming bubble spray products to is infect their bowls and just splash water over it to rinse off. Beware

They overcharged me and my mother and lied and said they gave us a discount. They also did a poor job painting our nails my nails have already chipped after one day. My moms toe nails were smudged and they did not fix them after her pedicure. The prices also didnt match up with what was on the website and what was in the store. Even the prices painted on the windows outside were different then what they charged in the store. They were quick but i would rather them take their time especially with the amount of money we paid for crappy nails.

I have been going here for years. My pedicure lasted a total of 20 minutes and the massage lasted 3 minutes. David was who did my pedi and mani. His hands belong on a construction site and no where near my hands or feet. The service is going down hill. Sad to say it is true. Lots of other options.

The people there were very helpful and squeezed me in! They did an excellent job and I left with superb nails and not drips on the skin!
