Great service, fast and professional. I do wish they had more gel nail colors but very friendly and they did and excellent job. Glad the other salon I tried was booked. This place is a hidden gem!

Not sure how this establishment has so many stars. Made an appointment for a pedicure and manicure. The technician who polished my toes did a terrible job-she had to remove the polish and redo them. She did such a poor job with my manicure, another technician had to stop working on her manicure customer to redo my manicure. Since I had already been there 2 hours, I decided to leave with only my toes polished. I now have to get a professional manicure from another salon.

I really liked this place. Made an appointment for my guests and I, and got in on time. They took time and did a great job on all of us. Would definitely come back again.

Danny was amazing! He is very welcoming. The one thing I liked was he actually held a conversation with me. He saw my vision with my nails and make it a reality. I 100% recommend this nail salon. First experience and will absolutely be coming back!

Angie is my girl! Ive been coming here since they bought the business, and her quality still is the best! Shes honest and gives her input on what would look best for me which I appreciate so much! In an oversaturated market its hard to find a nail spa for sure, but Angie and 2T have been such a gem! Everyone is so nice and welcoming, you can see the pride they take in their work! Truly part of the neighborhood! ❤️

I love coming here! So far, I have had my nails and pedicures done with Danny, Angie, and Christine and have really appreciated how detail oriented they are and the beautiful results! Everyone here is friendly and the salon is exceptionally clean and relaxing. It took me three years to find this business after moving back to Austin from Nashville...not planning on going any where else!

This place is okay, it really depends on when you come and who you get. The young owner guy is terrific hes a perfectionist and a real artist. The younger female (his girlfriend I think?) Not so great.... Ive requested things that Ive had done there before only for her to tell me they cant. She also does a pretty sloppy manicure if she does decide she wants to do your nails. Ill probably go to one of the other 10 places within a one mile ratio from now on.

He takes his time to make sure that I am completely satisfied with his service. While I am there I also noticed others customers that are as satisfied as I am! My mother, sister, and I come here all the time and it is really the best shop in our area. Staff is super friendly and sweet. They do a wonderful job every time. My nails always last at least two weeks and that’s even with working in retail where they could chip pretty easily. In addition, the prices are fantastic and they have mani/ pedi combos that would be an extra $20 at the other places. 100% recommend.

I just received the best manicure & SNS to date. I forgot to ask the name of my manicurist, but he took such care not to miss a single detail. He spent time to make sure everything looked great, it was not the usual rushed manicure Im used to from other places. I am so glad I stopped here on a whim. Ive never been happier leaving a nail salon!

Nice clean nail salon. Sandy is my fave but all nail technicians appear to have happy customers. I have had both a mani and pedi in addition to shellac polish that lasts for about 4 weeks before I need a re-do. On a few occasions some very elderly woman have been escorted in for nail and foot care and the staff are extremely respectful, kind and attentive to their special needs. I was very impressed with the extra TLC the staff displayed. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Started off good but ended horribly. The girl massaging my feet didnt think to take off her rings to do her job. They caused a lot of discomfort during the massage. They ended up charging us for services that they dont even offer anymore and over charged us for services they didnt even do on my husbands feet or legs. Would not recommend this place because this is just dishonest service.

My shellac chipped after 3 days :/

Went in for a pedicure when I was asked to sit, I was told that someone was going to put water on to start my pedicure.. I go to the chair I was told and the lady sitting next to me had her purse in my chair and her soda wallet and phone on my arm rest. The worker moved her purse with attitude and continued to work on the customers nails as another work was working on her feet. So I sit (pregnant) with not much room at all as the lady next to me still had all her stuff on my arm rests I have my purse on my lap holding it so it wouldnt fall and my feet to the side of the bowl since there was no water in it. After sitting there for over 10 minutes and no one telling me anything and still an empty pedicure bowl I get up to walk out as the coworker not customer seen I was pregnant and struggling with the little space I had and didnt try to move their stuff and no one attended me until I got up to leave everyone wanted to help me. I left in tears to think I could be treated the way I was. Horrible customer service!

I made an appointment but when I arrived, the nail tech I requested wasnt available. I was ok with a different tech but right after she had me sit me in the chair, a walk-in for eyebrows came in and I was left in the chair for 10 minutes. No explanation, no apology. Whats the point of making an appointment when they will make you wait to give service to walk-ins?
