I really love this spa. the lady was very nice and did good on my acrylics and helped me out when i had hair in my face. my friends recommended it to me, and i definitely recommend them too!

Pros: The very nice couple there this morning were absolutely wonderful. Very kind and pampering, even gave my husband and I bottled water and Asian coffee to try. It was yummy. I received an excellent pedicure with circulation massage in lower extremities. They were sweet and let my hubby use a massage chair to relax next to me while waiting because they were not busy yet.Cons: I just wish I could have waited longer for my manicure to dry. My thumb and middle finger on left hand lasted 10 min before they smeared even though I sat with them under dryer. The other 8 nails on hands are okay. I would go back, but insist on drying longer so nails will last the 40min drive home.

What can I say? I have different experiences and they all completely opposite.The pedicure they do very good and I gave them 5 stars but manicure was horrible.I did it several times and did not like it. Last time it was awful. The polish laid unevenly even after several times applications. The service wasnt good as when I came for the pedicure. They didnt offer even a water to drink compare to other clients who got water, juice or soda. No light hand massage or moisturizer after the treatment. I was shocked.Definitely will go to another place for my nails.

This shop is by far the worst in Austin. I went for a SNS coffin shape and instead of listening to what I wanted upon my arrival Vicky over talked me by saying, I know how to do nail, I do many nail. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and regretted it soon after the process began. When she dropped the file on the floor she picked it up and proceeded to use it until I pulled my hand back, she said she was distracted and will get another one. None of the customers are instructed to wash their hands upon arrival and there isnt any hand sanitizer in sight, no temperature check and stations were not sanitized between clients. There is absolutely nothing spa like about this old and out dated nail shop. My nails were too thick, too square and I was too through. This poorly managed, unprofessional nail shop gets 0 rating, just horrible customer service.

Lyn was very professional and proficient! My nails look amazing!! The environment was extremly clean and all staff members were so friendly. I will definitely be making this my regular go to place!(:

Vicky never ceases to amaze me! I’ve been going to Queen Nails for about 7 years now and Vicky is the best and whenever I need a nice relaxing pedicure, Maria is the one to make that happen. Queen Nails has a loyal customer in me.

My fiancée took me here for my first pedicure in 40 years… though the entire experience was not my cup of tea they did a great job. While I likely won’t be back, my fiancée is a frequent customer and only has positive things to say about them. The facility is nice, clean, the staff is very hygienic and wears gloves and face masks the entire time.

Great pedicure, good value and nice ladies. Everyone is masked and all tools sanitized.

Best service in town. They work hard and go above and beyond. I can always get in and never have to wait. Prices are good. They take really good care of you. Its the only place Ill go to now. They keep the salon very clean and are using bags to line the tub for your pedicure. They are using masks. They also have rewards program. I wouldnt go anywhere else. The service is so good for the price you pay.

Before a vacation, I decided to go to my usual nail salon; queens. I had a mani pedi and before hand I told them not to file or cut my fingernails (growing them out) and the worker was filing my nails down, even when I told her to stop! The filing wasnt even done right. It was sloppy and unprofessional. My nail shape went from almond-round to a very bad squoval (the basically filed off the tip and left it there). The person who was doing my nails was also very rushed. This isnt the first bad encounter with this nail salon, I like nail salons that are better caring for their customers and take their time.

Came into the salon today for my nails the staff was very friendly and professional. They have a wonderful spa, nice and clean. Great quality of work, would recommend. They provided me with great customer service and I LOVE my nails! Overall it was a relaxing and great experience will defiantly comeback.

I have been a customer for years! The staff genuinely care about the health of your nails! A rare experience!!! They take their time and do a fantastic job every time. If you do encounter an issue, simply go back and they will make it right!!!

I would not recommend this place. The staff is nice, but the quality of their work isnt great. I got a hot stone spa pedicure and a gel manicure. The pedicure felt nice at times and overall could have been great, but the technician was so rough with my feet, he filed not only the rough parts but the middle part of my feet too where the skin is so sensitive and cut me and didnt even apologize. It hurt to walk for a few days and the cut still isnt healed. As for my nails, aside from being thick they look fine. However the most important part to me is the actual manicure, meaning removal of cuticles etc so that the fingers look neat. The lady spent about 15 seconds on that, then put some oil on my fingers and said it was all done because oil made my fingers look better temporarily. So basically I didnt get an actual manicure only gel on my nails. On top of that, she cut like every one of my fingers with the square file. She was extremely rough and just kept cutting them. My hands hurt for days after.

Ive been coming to Queen Nails and Spa for 8 years now and the customer service is absolutely amazing and so warm and friendly...it is a family run business with a group of very skilled and attention to detail workers that work hard to please their clients from the moment you walk in to the minute you leave. I highly recommend this establishment. Very very warm towards kids as well.

The owner should go back to school and learn how to do nails properly.The first time she did my nails she cut me and didnt know how to shape the coffin nails. The second time I went there looking for a different nail tech that was on vacation. So lucky me the owner came over to do my nails and I thought I would give her one more chance. She cut me 3 times and was bleeding. Then she again couldnt do a coffin nail shape.If you dont know how to do a particular nail style just admit it instead of saying yes just to get the money.I was extremely mad and said I will never go back to this place again. I then thought this was a blessing in disguise because the place is so dirty and started to think what if I ended up with some infection from the dirty tools. If your place is so filthy makes you wonder if you even clean your tools properly.

Queen Nails is the best. And Ivy always takes care of me. Tomorrow my friend and I are celebrating our birthdays there... Cant wait.... They are awesome and totally understand customer service. (with a smile)

A very nice clean environment; however if you are a walk in beware. There is a such a difference between technicians, you will not get the same service or the same quality each time. I want to receive good quality and service every time Im there and this salon does not have that continuity.

I went to this salon a week ago after a referral from a friend. The nail tech was extremely rude and very rough. She told me that I had ingrown nails which I thought seemed strange since they had not bothered me at all. She started trimming away at the sides and then got a stick and proceeded to ram the stick around the edges of my big toes. I told her it hurt 3 times hoping she would be a bit gentler. I think the nail ended up splintering off, because the next day my nail was very red and started to ooze. It has been one week and now I have to go to the doctor for an ingrown nail that was caused by her. I will not be back.

I like coming here but today I was asked if I like this base or that base so I said it doesnt matter, come time to Pay I was charged & $5 dollars. Expect me to know it was going to be More$$ & Expect me to be Okay with it I was not Okay with it !I want a $ 35 pedi - not happy ! This is not the 1st time, Ill come back again but Ill make sure I sress how much I want to spend before I start

So I normally would go to this place with my mom, first time I went there they did a good job, but as I kept going there the same ladie that did my nails got a lot more ruff. Last time I was there I got dip nails and the lady who did my nails didnt even shape them before she put the powder on she shapes my nails when the powder was on she filed my nails so hard after when I got home like to go on my computers check stuff it would hurt whenever I press one key Im not lying Im not over exaggerating it would hurt like your nails just got done getting smashed.

Best nail salon! This is the only place I go! Yes, I have gone to other places, because I was not in town. Every time I have done that, I get very upset because no one is up to my standards. The ladies are very nice and amazing at what they do.

They did not do a good job painting my nails. They were quick and sloppy and I didnt have time to complain ( I had an hour which should be plenty of time for a basic mani) there are uneven spots all over my nails. My 7 year old daughters nails however look fantastic. (We had them done same time diff people)I would not go back here.

Extortionist at best, had my wife take her sister and our daughter here. They completely ruined her sisters nails, did a horrible and sloppy job of painting our daughters nails. They burned my wifes nail bed with the dremmel, and the white French tips are turning yellow. Then they kept changing the prices on them. They were quoted one price in the phone, another when they arrived to the shop, and a higher still price at the register. Not to mention they took 2 hours to get this horrible work done.

Love them so much!!!! Been going for years they are the only salon I let touch my feet!! Everythings always clean!!! Staff is awesome!!

I received a gift from a friend to Queens Nails in Cedar Park. I went there on New Years Eve and got a French Manicure however, it was a terrible job. I even informed the girl but she didnt say anything- just smiled. I dont think she understood me. They were more concerned about the neck/shoulder massage that frankly I did not enjoy. The lady put her hand half way down the back of my shirt- she didnt even wash her hands prior to the massage. I had to ask her to stop. The next day I went to Bally Nails and showed them my nails. They agreed that they were thick and even noted that I had so much cuticle that needed to be cleaned up. Ballys did a terrific job and I would not ever go anywhere else. The place is clean, friendly, and professional! Queens does not even compare to Ballys standards. Ballys does not know that I wrote this review or that I even posted this on Queens site. Do yourself a favor and go to Ballys for a professional nail job.

I took my daughter before a big vacation to get her nails painted and the lady there by name Mia painted them in 10 seconds and On questioning she was rude and she started bickering in her language to the staff . She messed up the nail color which started chipping up in 1 day, pedicure was done horribly. I had cuts on multiple places

Tino is terrific. The whole salon is friendly, efficient and courteous.

Employees should refrain from speaking in their native language as it sounds like constant bickering. Service was good.
