We were on vacation traveling through Casper and needed an alignment on our Honda CRV. It was almost 5pm and we didnt have an appointment. The team at Car Care got our information and squeezed us into a full schedule as soon as they opened the next morning. The repairs were made and we were on the road again before 8:30. The staff went out of their way to help us, the price was very reasonable and the service excellent. It doesnt surprise me theyve been in business for 50 years.

Unfortunately I have been having alot problems with a high mileage truck. Everytime I have an issue I take it to Ron and crew at Car care. The people there are very professional and courteous. One issue I had was with some bad wiring in the AC system which its never easy to find an intermittent wiring problem, they kept at it until it was found and repaired. I highly recommend Care Care. They have always been a great shop for me.

Rant to Car Care.. My car was leaking radiator fliud and needed the water pumped replaced.. Called around, asked for recommendations and was referred to Car Care. Called and made an appointment to get my water pump replaced, oil changed.When they were replacing the pump and changing oil the said I had a seal that needed replaced, so they fixed it. (Its still leaking)3 days later it was ready to be picked up...Before I left, checked the oil an radiator fliud and they were both very low! So, went in told them a guy came out and put more fliuds in but, as he is doing it he laughed and said hehe this was the first time theyve worked on a Subaru like mine before. Which was completely shocking to hear.. I felt very uncomfortable driving it home after hearing that! What makes it worse, it started leaking radiator fluid more than before! Come to find out they put the wrong thermostat on an it cracked my radiator! We took it in the very next day, they knew what they did, they said my radiator wasnt cracked it was a hose that needed tighten, hmmmm no they lied! We saw where it was leaking!Just checked my radiator fliud its a little low an its clear to see the just put a bunch of gunk in the radiator to stop the leak temporarily... so they didnt have to admit it was cracked, an didnt have to replace it...They told us my Subaru was a complete nightmare to work on! (Or they just arent very good mechanics) The nightmare was going to them!🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I feel taken advantage of. Dropped off for an oil change and inspection of the cooling system. $300+ later, when questioned, Ron says “I guess the little things add up.” For example, I was charged an hour of labor for something THEY broke. As a first time customer, it is disappointing to receive this kind of service. I learned a lesson though,... get firm estimates and require approval once a dollar threshold is reached. The pricing is predatory here. Avoid this business.

Fantastic service here, the owner was great and shuttled me to my area of residence after I dropped my vehicle off, got the oil leak and coolant system leak fixed and very quickly at that. Always hard starting new relationships but will continue to bring my vehicle here as long as the work remains solid and does not go down to these low reviews. Big leap of faith here.

These guys were my family’s mechanic for years. They have done a number of repairs on my car and my family’s cars. They did my timing belt and water pump. I liked them until I moved out of state. When I moved away my Subaru needed a new head gasket. When the engine was removed there was a suspicion that something was wrong with the two year old timing belt. After the engine was removed it was found that the tensioner wasn’t tight enough due to improper installation. The whole system was incredibly close to failure. I was invited to inspect my removed engine and see the failing timing belt system, as well as given pictures to my email. Super thankful that the mistake was caught before the timing belt failed. This was a serious enough issue that I can not give a better review and will not go here again if I move back.

I swear every time I take my car into this shop they break something else. Over priced, poor quality, im better off doing it myself. $200 for a battery. Come on.

I write not necessarily to continue the strain of criticism on this business but to reinforce what is already known in the community. If low expectations and cheap, unreliable service is what you seek, please do not go here because first they dont bulge on price, and depending on the work alone, labor at Car Care is incremental running for an average of $90/hr for each service (i.e front end inspection, brake job, etc).

They had our car fixed, with no appointment, in less than 2 hours and for less than the original quoted cost. I think we found our new mechanic!!

Poor quality workmanship. They find the cheapest way to fix a vehicle but charge you a higher price. I do not recommend Car Care. I am a local and try to support local business. This one I can not anymore.
