It was the best pedicure Ive ever gotten. My daughter said the same about her manicure!! She can be very specific about color and shape and the lady working with her was so patient and they turned out exactly like my daughter wanted for her senior prom!

Great experience at Tre Nail Spa! Friendly, welcoming, professional team in a clean and relaxing environment. Made an appointment and was taken right on time even tho it was a busy Friday. Kent did my pedicure - and not only did he do an excellent job, I enjoyed chatting with him and sharing some laughs too! :-)

I went to Tre nails in the morning time, after being greeted and sat in the station I would be getting my nails done in, the nail tech began to take off the acrylic nails by taking finger nail clippers and peeling it off, which was stupendously painful. When I expressed that it was painful, she looked at me as if I was the one that was inflicting pain upon myself. I finally asked, if she would be able to use the machine to shave off the remaining acrylic and she acted as if she didnt want to do it and and acted as if I was wrong. In the end she broke my natural nails and split one so far back it was near the middle of my nail that she tried to cover by buffing it. The nails that dont look terrible are the ones I asked her to use the machine because I was in pain from her peeling the acrylic off.( Look at the pictures) Then when she did the dip manicure, she half way did it. Based on this experience I will not be going back to this nail salon. Urban Chic Nail Designs in Cary is way better and the service is better than here!

I typically do not leave bad reviews but in this case I need to show the poor quality of my acrylic nails that I got a few days ago. I got both a pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails. The pedicure nail polish was very sloppy and the acrylic nails you can see through the fake nail and you can clearly see my real nail underneath and that is not supposed to happen. I have had acrylic nails done before for many years and I have never had this happen and the total cost of my appointment was $150 which is insane considering the poorly done job. I did not notice my nails until I left the salon and I did not have time to go back and get them fixed before I had to go to a special event I am very disappointed and will not be returning again.

I’d suggest going elsewhere for the amount of money they charge. The service and quality is hit or miss. May is nice and does a good job but good luck getting in with who you want to see. My last visit 3 of my nails were chipping less than 24 hours afterwards. For over 60$ I expect a few days. I also don’t expect to be rushed in and out like this is a some type of McDonald’s drive thru. I felt like I needed to remind them my fingers are attached to me. There’s another place that does dip/sns nails in Cary off of Cary parkway near the railroad tracks that is a lot more pleasant, relaxing, and reasonable.

This is the most amazing nail salon you will ever go to. They have put ALL Covid19 safety precautions in place. They have safe distances marked on the floor, they have shields in place at every station. If your hands and feet need some extra attention then this is the salon to go to. The entire staff is friendly and always do such a great job with all their services. They are operating on an appointment only basis right now, I made an appoint for myself and my 2 daughters, we had a much needed day at the salon with manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxing. Neither of us was red after having our brows done and our fingers and toes were gorgeous. Make an appointment, you’ll be glad you did!!

Clean and they always do a nice job

I had an appointment for 11am for 3 little girls (mani/pedis). They did not start until 11:36 am—do you know how hard it is to keep kids occupied? Very disappointed. This is also not the first time this has happened. I will not be going back.

Appointments don’t matter here, which is incredibly frustrating. The quality of their service doesn’t justify the wait, manicures and pedicures only last a few days and their colors are limited. Sucks this is the only place in waverly, but there are great options nearby! Don’t waste your money.

Ive been choosing this salon for the past 10 months, its the first time Ive consistently returned to any given nail salon and I dont even live in Cary--so hopefully that speaks to their talent. I have had at least 6 different technicians and they all do such high quality work in a timely manner. Everyone is friendly, the salon is clean, and in a great location. Highly recommend

Best place ever! I used to go to other salons and when I started going here I have never gone anywhere else. Everyone is very kind and they all seem to have the same quality of work. The only thing I wish is that every manicurist would give a small neck massage while your nails are drying. Some do and some dont. Other then that - best nail salon around in my opinion.

Been going here since I moved here in 2013. Totally disappointed in the last two visits. Nails cracked within a week of getting them done. I ask the technician to please soak my nails (although they are supposed to as part of the manicure). She then acted like she didn’t know what I was asking. When I finally got through to her she stopped speaking English and started talking to the man who owns it. They continued in another language and started laughing as this went on for a few minutes. I should have gotten up and walked out at that point. My bad. Never ever going back. All the money I have spent there. Never again.

My first time going was a rush job & I had to do a U turn to get them to fix it within the time it took to walk out the door to get to my car. I tried them again recently and the service was still the same! Another rushed job and my nails still look terrible! Not to mention their quality does not match their prices ... the shop is nice and fancy but the quality of work is terrible! I don’t even want them to fix the recent mistakes due to me feeling like it’ll still be a half tail job!

I have been going here consistently since I moved here for school. I waited patiently for an hour as the receptionist helped those that came in AFTER me with no appointment. I showed him on the sign in sheet where I was before others he seated and he was very unapologetic. Will spend my money elsewhere from now on.

Been coming here since they opened. Never had a bad experience! Always attentive and friendly and they do an amazing job. And it never smells like chemicals because they use products that are more natural. Will never go anywhere else.

OVER CHARGES! I went it for a fill with my mom after her gel nails fell off after a few days. They charged me extra for “reshaping” my nails when I got them filed down a little. Then they charged me $5 for another nail because one of mine fell off. Gel nail polish was an extra $15! Then they charged me $10 for getting my cuticles clipped. I left a $7 tip and found out she left herself a $17 dollar tip instead. Total cost for a fill was $68!!! This is crazy and when I called to ask them about it they were rude and told me the prices are justified. I will not be going there again. I do not recommend it. Crazy prices!

I had a group of six get pedicures, celebrating birthdays of my daughter and daughtet-in-law. The spa was prepared for us with chairs side by side with 6 technicians. It was perfect and relaxing! Thank you!

One of the best Pink and White fill-ins I have ever received. When I called and scheduled my appointment I was told that the price was $35. Then when I went to pay I was told $40. I did have a nail that was broken so I asked if that was the normal price or the price because I had a repair. The tech said oh that is the regular price. As it was my first time there I grabbed a salon menu. The menu specifically states $35 for a pink and white fill-in. While I loved the work I hate when people are dishonest. No sure I will go back or not...sigh.

I have liked this place for a long time. I recently got my nails done for an upcoming wedding. I went home and one nail chipped the same day. I went by to ask them to fix it (absolutely willing to pay for the repair!), and one of the lady technicians asked me what I needed. She looked at me like I was insane and told me to sign in - very rudely. I did and sat for a few minutes. They were very busy, and I had another appointment, so I left before getting the repair. But her attitude did not sit well with me. I needed the nail fixed for the wedding - and I won’t have that done. Not the end of the world whatsoever, but there are many many nail salons that will help with this without having a bad attitude. I never write reviews. I just felt this was awful. She was so rude, and she made me very disappointed in this business. Hopefully it is just her.

I was extremely disappointed at the end, I went in for a pedicure, and the lady that helped me (her name is DEE) did an okay job trying to take out my in-grown toe nail, she didnt succeed my expectations or do anything out of the ordinary. In fact she was very cold and didnt say a single word through out the visit. As I was paying for the service, which was $28.00, i left her a tip that she apparently didnt appreciate, she crossed it out on the receipt and said I dont want it, you can keep it! I said why not? She didnt answer my question and turned around and walked away.What a way to treat your first time customers.... Definitely not going back, especially when Im paying this much for a simple service, the least you would expect is for the employees to appreciate that their pay check happened because of you.

Terrible. For what I paid, $60 for a mani pedi I expected better job. Terrible. I have my toe nail infected next day. Besides, I did not feel that my feet were even soft when I walked out.

I usually have a good experience here. But today a new worker was very rude to me. I asked her for help in choosing a color and she sat back and crossed her arms and told me to go figure it out myself. She was snippy and really made me feel uncomfortable. I couldnt wait to get out of there.I am really disappointed with her attitude and it made me not want to go back here anymore.

Very Impressed!! Very clean environment with friendly staff. I got my first pedi done there today and will definitely be back again. Each tech performing pedis were gloved, a clean sterile tray with wrapped equipment was placed at each new clients area. So you know they are adhering to the safety protocols. My tech, Kathy, was quick and proficient; friendly and helpful. I didnt have a ressie but they had a decent amount of staff and werent over busy. They took me right away and the experience was very pleasant. Overall I was very pleased and felt safe getting a pedi done here.
