This is the best nail spa I have found in the Triangle! Each person who works there is so detailed and talented at what they do. They put extra care into achieving your nail art dreams. Bella is my girl and every time I go in there I know I’m going to experience a great atmosphere with great people.

I am definitely making this my “go-to” nail salon! I made an appointment for a full set gel manicure and gel pedicure - it was the best quality salon experience I’ve had! I came in with a complicated nail art request from the internet and my nail tech Kevin nailed it! I am so happy and cannot thank the staff enough. Everyone was very nice and friendly! The salon was clean as well!

Couldnt be happier with the service here. Tech took the time necessary to do a good job and was pleasant as well.*Update* its been 3 weeks and everything still looks amazing. This is definitely my go to place now!

Bella is AMAZING. She did exactly what I asked for and they came out beautifully. I am extremely picky and Ive never had a complaint. Bella always remembers how I like my nails and I feel confident I will get the same quality service at each visit.

I came here 30 minutes before closing and the service was the best I’ve had at a nail salon. The work they did was flawless in my opinion and they did not rush even though I was there 40 min past close. The attention to detail was wonderful and everyone I encountered was very nice. I’ll be going back!

Always consistent with how they do my nails. I ask for designs on my nails and they always make sure they get every detail. I get so many compliments on my nails wherever I go. The dip is never too thick but never too thin.

Bella did an amazing job on my nails for my wedding. I went in for a dip powder french and they turned put amazing. It was my first time getting dip as I always got gel, but I love dip more after this experience. The only thing I wish after looking more closely at my nails after I left was that they were more uniform in the coffin shape. Other than that, Bella did AMAZING work. Id definitely recommend to others.

I don’t typically go to nail spas and I do appreciate how they took our appointment fast and we only did basic work - cutting, cleaning and the workmanship braised my cuticles, leaving behind cuts.

After trying multiple salons and not being happy with the results, I can finally say I have found THE spot. All of the techs are friendly, have quality work, and clean regularly. Due to wanting nail designs, I have consistently been seeing Bella, and her work is beautiful. I have never walked out disappointed wearing her art.

Highly recommend this salon! Got SNS (dip powder) nails and a pedicure. They were super busy and asked me if I would mind waiting I said “not a problem “ I knew they looked busy so I had no problem waiting. They actually called another nail tech named Bill from another salon owned by the same management located in Raleigh (TM Nail Spa) which was super kind of them! I was very surprised when Bill arrived and approached me saying he had came from the other salon just to do my nails and toes! I’ve been to many nail salons that I have even made an appointment for and arrived on time and still waited 30 mins, so I was very impressed with their customer service! They were still very apologetic about the wait even though it was a very short wait and the duration of my wait I was picking out my colors. Everyone at the salon was very friendly and social. Bill made sure my nails were the length and shape I wanted and did a fantastic job on both my nails and toes! This was my first time going to this salon, but I’m sure all techs at the salon are wonderful.The salon is brand new so the pedicure chairs are newer and in much better condition than most salons I have gone to which makes the pedicure more enjoyable in my opinion :) the salon itself was a great atmosphere. I was very impressed with the amount of colors to choose from for regular polish, dip powdered and gel polish. I will definitely be back!

I just went to Bliss Nail Spa for the first time, and they made a lasting impression! I asked for gel acrylics with a cloudy sky design and I could not be more enthralled with how they turned out! My technician was very personable and sweet. She took her time making sure they were perfect, and asking me if they were the right length. They’re more on the pricier side, but you definitely get what you pay for! I will recommend them to anyone looking for a place to get their nails pampered.

Great service. Good work. Nice customer service.The business was beautifully designed and decorated. The ceiling lights were very chic and they have lovely fixtures. The accent wall was gorgeous too. Overall the atmosphere is A++.We took advantage of the massage chairs while sipping on complementary beverages of our choice! The space was relatively quiet, even with music and we had a very relaxing time.As a treat from my husband, my best friend and I made this business one of our activities while in Macgregor Village for the day and we were not disappointed. The technicians took great care while executing our pedicures. I felt respected, well cared for, and very comfortable from start to finish!Come here for your mani/medi services because you wont be disappointed! I will most certainly be returning soon!

So I just stopped by this place yesterday (Saturday) and while this place is “new” and had new amenities....I still left this place highly unimpressed. For me, it’s truly unacceptable for these nail techs to NOT know and understand how to accomplish simple nail designs or how to describe services they offer. I asked one of the nail techs to describe the difference between the liquid gel and regular gel and the only answer he could offer was that it “looked more natural.” ...okay...but what else?Fast forward to my nail design, I asked a different nail tech for a “marble” design AND showed him a photo of how I wanted it to look and he literally had no clue what to do. It was like he was experimenting on my nails and kept messing up and restarting until another nail tech came over and still didn’t know what to do either. At this point I had been there for nearly 3 hours and really had to go. I ended up with chicken scratch on my nail instead of the ‘marble’ design I wanted. And these people had the nerve to charge $100+ for mediocre work. And didn’t offer to take anything off for me wasting my time and receiving that horrible design. Pathetic!I feel like these types of nail salons truly need to invest in TALENTED NAIL ARTISTS and not just regular nail techs that have no clue about the latest hot nail designs. Please do better!

I used Bliss for my wedding and took my bridal party, mother, mother in law, and grandma with me! The technicians were friendly, professional, and quick! I had emailed to make appointments and they quickly responded. The salon was extremely clean, so cute, and very organized. They had extra precautions in place to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. Their prices were also good! I would recommend Bliss to anyone in the Raleigh/Cary area!

The care and consideration you recieve here will ruin you from going ANYWHERE else is ludicrous.The parafin treatment is all you could ever want. The white wine is easy drinking and it will remain full all one has to do is request a fresh glass ....no hesitation. Do yourself a favor and come through!

By far the best nail experience I’ve ever had! My nails have seriously never looked so good. The staff is friendly and accommodating, they take their time, and they’re beyond talented. I also appreciate the Covid measures they had in place - plastic dividers for manis and pedis, gloves, and of course masks. I can’t see myself going anywhere else in the future, I’m so excited to return.

Absolute best mani/pedi I’ve ever had. Such attention to detail and very knowledgeable. I had never considered the difference between gel and dipped and learned something new! Also got a design nail and am IN LOVE with how they look. I don’t live in the area but I almost want to drive the 6.5 hours back every time I need another manicure. Super clean and great COVID policies. If you want a design just bring a picture and they will replicate it perfectly. *chefs kiss*
