Had one of my worst haircuts here. It was free with a coupon, but I still had to tip of course. Not neat at all and very poor scissors skills, the lady seemed completely lost. The massage they include is like 10 seconds with a vibrator thingy. You get a hot towel treatment, which is nice I guess. Lot of tvs everywhere you turn. Great clips is a better option, not worth paying 30% more for all that extra stuff.

Shouldve done more research, apparently they are more for white males I guess because my haircut was jacked you bad. The girl cutting my hair was lovely and very friendly but I dont think Ill ever go back.

Getting a haircut is a personal experience and it’s important to note that you must have an idea of what you wish your hair to look like before getting a haircut. Otherwise the experience will be rushed and your disappointment misdirected.That being said I think the stylists did a great job here, were professional and took their time. Additionally, they ended the visit by giving you a card with their name, which many stylists at other places forget to do. This is quite important because a person gets a feel for the cut a day later when they are styling it themselves. By having the name of the stylist they can easily go back and get a similar cut.Nice job, I would recommend.

Not to mix the service quality and customer service, this place deserve 0 in the service quality, but the customer service, also 0!Jasmine did not do a good job at all and when I told her that both side are not even, she didnt like what I said and just started to act like she is fixing it, and she started to cut more from the shorter side!!! I stopped her and she was like ok what do you need now!!! I decided to walk away with my hair as is before messing it up moreFor the customer service, she was grumpy since I entered the salon even before she started with me, she didnt smile for a second, to the extent that forced me to ask her what was wrong!!I was willing to add one more star as her colleague Slater seemed nice and was smiling and welcoming customers all the time, until the very end when Jasmine left to the register to get my check ready and my hair was not even combed, so I asked her colleague if this is normal in the store, she told me the comb is here but I saw her combing your hair and insisted on that, even though she was speaking very politely, but having my hair to the back direction doesnt mean it is combed.

Fast and easy. Just a clipper cut, they did well.

They got me in and out pretty quickly. But pretty blase on the haircut. Had to ask for eyebrows to be trimmed. Had to ask for the wash. Basically self service.

Excellent quality and professionalism. I recommend Slater, she is very professional and did a great job today. Sport Clips is clean and their staff ensures they are sanitizing all the surfaces before letting customers sit on the seats before haircut. I will visit again.

Made appointment online for 550. Got there at 550. They said they close at 6 and I need to come back. Very rude. Didnt even give eye contact.

Had a good haircut. Place is good, neat and clean. The manager and the staff are really friendly and professional. Even though its past 8o clock, the closing time, they honored the last customer in waiting. I felt the price is little high when compared to the near by saloon for the same services they offer. The staff should have been more active and do the checkout process faster, felt like they are taking more time in between even the people are waiting.

I had a great experience here. Needed a quick hair/beard/mustache cleanup for a family funeral and my stylist understood exactly what I wanted and achieved that look very quickly and efficiently. Conversation was great and the atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. Certainly made a bit of a hectic situation a bit easier.

The single best haircut experience Ive ever had! You get a wonderfully done haircut, shampoo + massage (with a hot towel and vibrating massage chair), all done by a professional, for the price of a haircut at most other places! Highly recommended.

The experience was great. There was about a 1 1/2 hour wait 9i did not have an appointment), but I was able to leave, shop around, and return within that time frame and got right in. I love that they have a continual display on a screen of the wait time. My stylist was very good, assuring she knew what I wanted. She also made a recommendation for an excellent leave in conditioner which I purchased.

My experience was fantastic.But the rating site which my phone was directed to was horrible. I said excellent, it responded that I’d had a bad experience, and then unceremoniously put me here.If you’re going to ask me to spend some time rating your team, give me a quick, efficient, and informative way to do it. Not something which leaves me scratching my head, wondering if my feedback got mangled.

Was eating at Chuys and searched for nearby SC. We usually go to Crossroads. Slater did a great job on the cut, was very friendly and pleasant to chat with. She and the other staff all greeted each person coming in, asked about product interest (shampoo, etc) and upgrades without being annoying, and were very clear about understanding how I wanted my cut done. Like Crossrods, store was clean. The electronic check in is great. Well done.

We are African American so we were unsure if the barbers there would be able to service us. I walked in and saw pictures of fades. I left my son there and went to get my nails done. When he came to the nail salon. His hair looked untouched. The barber didn’t tell him until after she had started that she wasn’t able to cut his hair. So I waste $15 and a day. So today I pay someone else to do a job I paid for yesterday . Very unhappy!!!

Sport Clips is a wonderful place for a hair cut. I love their MVP haircut. The MVP haircut includes hot steamed towel and message. Friendly staff.Defiantly recommend it.

This location is convenient for me, so I am always tempted to give them another try.I have been repeatedly let down by the stylists capabilities. I have come away with several haircuts that have not been blended and have left patches of uncut hair.I dont care about the motif, i just want a solid place to get a standard hair cut. They will not be getting my business in the future.

Two visits have been quite satisfactory. Quick and thorough.One problem, if SC is going to do women also, hairdressers need proper brushes for blow drying.

Definitely recommend using their online check-in as they are usually busy no matter what time I decide to drop by. This was my first time stopping by this location so I was treated to a complimentary MVP. I usually get the MVP so it was a nice surprise to be free.

They are very rough on your hair and cannot shape the hair on the back of your head and they always cut your hair to short. This place is not worth 20 dollars it’s not even worth 15 probably not even 10 i don’t recommend this place to anyone who is trying to get a good haircut.

Great experience at this location, Kristina was very professional and mature, im only giving 4 stars due to the characteristics of other levels within the shop, jokes, games etc, some of the other stylists were younger and showed their immaturity while on the job, overall Kristina was def a 5 star ***** stylist and really cares about the job she does and explains everything in full detail of what she doing and makes sure you get exactly what you ask for, shes a perfectionist. After finishing this im gonna change to 5 star owner and manager should take note of my review tho. Everything should be a full 100% professionalism while on the floor at work, not jokes or games that they do to compete for the best haircut. *eyeroll*

The people are friendly, but the service quality varies a bit. This probably applies to most non-salons. Would recommend.

Two bad experiences!!! 2 Worst haircuts I have ever had in my life. I should have learned my lesson the first time itself, guess I paid the price. My 11 year old niece would do a better job if I give her a pair of clippers and let her cut my hair. Never going back there ever!

I tried to show the stylist what I wanted, she looked at the picture and proceed to ignore what I askedShe didnt even bother to ask how I wanted the back, she just started cutting .. way to short and not what I asked at all.

This place is awful. Ive been three times with my son, and received poor service every time. Stylists act like they are working a government job. They take their time sweeping, preening, and checking their nails and iPhone before they acknowledge your presence. The TVs are always up too loud and are obnoxious. Last time, I just got up and walked out Found A Guys Place which is a much more pleasurable experience.

Many times the wait is long and at one visit one of the staff made the wait 15 minutes longer, Im guessing because I requested a specific stylist.Update. Wait times in the evenings are usually 15mins +. Stylist just diaper with customers still waiting. May have to find a new place.
