All good experiences here. They were nice, great bedside manner. Made us feel welcome. Love how our 4yr and 7yr boys hair cuts turned out just what I wanted. My husband really liked his. But what really made the experience more then just a normal hair cut visit was when our 2yr baby girl wanted to get her hair cut like her big brothers. The young lady said she would pretend to cut her hair so she could feel special to. Our little girl loved it and it just made this mamas heart happy. Vs is always clean and welcoming. Bruce has been my go to for over a year now and I have yet to be disappointed. He is meticulous, methodical, professional, and kind. This is the first time getting a haircut AND a shave. What a relaxing and enjoyable experience...definitely wouldnt be able to recreate it! Certainly worth the extra time and money. Got a fantastic hair cut this morning with Bruce. After moving from out of state it’s been hard to find someone who knows how to truly translate what I wanted for my hair. My fiancé went to Bruce last week and he gave her a brilliantly blended haircut that was both professional and attractive, and even was able to blend out her cow lick to flow better with her hair. When I saw her cut I knew I had to try him out. I was sick of the undercut look and showed some pictures as well as gave him the freedom to do what he thought would look good and I came out of the barbershop with one of the best haircuts I’ve had in my life. Gorgeous blending, fantastic detail work, and just a very pleasant experience at a fantastic price. I won’t be going anywhere else, they’ve won over my family for sure.

I have been to numerous barber shops and hair dressers across NC but this one takes them all. I sincerely appreciate how well the barbers treat you when you arrive and they always talk to you so its not awkward. I have never once had a bad moment with Vs and I enjoyed it. Unlike most people I have alopecia areota and these guys know how to maneuver around it to cover it up. All of the negative reviews really shouldnt be taken for granted these guys spend hours of their lives working nonstop and they deserve better customers. I love Vs and I will probably never stop coming here.

Nice looking place, nice people working there. However, no disinfecting of chairs between customers and they allowed people to be inside without masks before and during their service. A bit irresponsible in my opinion.

I unfortunately had to get a haircut at an inferior barbershop due to a scheduling conflict. That turned out to be a mistake resulting in a very bad haircut. Luckily I was able to get int to see Bruce at Vs in Cary, NC and Bruce saved the day, and saved me from having to start over from scratch with a shaved head. Bruce is great. Ive been going to him for years, and still go see him even though I live a few hours away now.

Bruce did a fantastic job cutting my two-year-olds hair - even though it started with a lot of tears from a scared toddler. Bruce was calm and gentle and my son took no time to get comfortable with the getting his hair trimmed. Highly recommended!

Was not a good cut. Fade wasn’t the correct length, top wasn’t cut with any shape, no razored neck shave, which feels standard in this day and age. Will look elsewhere for the next cut.

Most of us search online these days and browse based on reviews. It’s hit or miss sometimes- ever go somewhere rated close to 5 stars only to be disappointed? I know I have.Well, I’m here to tell you that my experience at V’s Barbershop wasn’t one of those, thankfully. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and felt welcome. The layout and decor is very professional, and the chair was comfortable. I didn’t have an appointment, but they accept walk-ins, and it seemed like a lull on a rainy day.Will was my barber and he gave me an incredible haircut with outstanding service. Just moved to town and Vs was the first place I visited. Maybe Im lucky but my experience was excellent. My son got a fade with a lightning bolt and thinks hes the coolest kid now. I had a cut with beard and of all the barbers Ive had over years, Im very impressed with William. The shop is comfortable and being able to reserve online is one of the reasons I gave them a shot. A hot towel before and after straight razor plus a cold towel at the end, perfect.

New post August 2020. Still the best! Lots of social distancing and concern for others.I believe this is an older post from 2019; Bruce has been my go to barber for a long time. He is always pleasant and efficient. My haircuts by Bruce always please my biggest critic, my wife. If shes happy then I know he has done a great job.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This was my fiances first time visiting this barbershop as his old barber of 3 years moved away. My fiance made an online appointment for 9:30am with Diane earlier this week hoping that this could become his new barbershop. He arrived 10 minutes early for his appointment. A gentleman who works there greeted him and told him to have a seat and wait. My fiance did as he was told and waited. Diane asked if he wanted anything to drink and he stated no. All of this occurred while he was still sitting in the waiting area. At 9:50 another client walked in and sat in Dianes chair as he as he had an appointment as well. While sitting in the waiting area, my fiance received an email stating he missed his appointment. He clearly did not miss his appointment as he was 10 minutes early for his appointment.My finace saw Diane walk in and out of the back and around the shop all while he was waiting for his appointment. I highly recommend that Vs learns some front end management and better communication skills between their employees and their clients. Needless to say, he will not be returning here.

10 out of 10 would recomend!!!

Best haircuts Ive had from the Raleigh area. Great atmosphere, and both of the gentleman Ive used have been very professional. I took my 8 year old with me last time, and my wife said she thinks it was his best haircut yet.
