This location does not have consistent hours. I have found a stylist that I prefer but only at that location. Always closed when going to check in through the website despite being normal business hours. This has been going on for two+ weeks.

If you are reading this, you need a haircut from Ariel at Sports Clips at Millpond. Have been in the area for a while and looking for the right place/stylist for a haircut. They run a tight ship given all the Covid-19 challenges and have earned my business. Will be going back.Thanks for the great service and running a safe shop!

Now adeptly, skilfully and efficiently managed by Ariel, a genuinely extraordinarily gifted professional stylist possessed of an engaging, genuinely caring personality - the value offered at the Millpond location is simply remarkable! Mike, like Ariel is a highly talented, meticulous professional stylist who carefuly listens to his clients concerns and this attention to detail shows. Beards of all kinds are particularly well attended to, hair and fragrance products are clearly of high quality at reasonable prices. The foremost reason to recommend Sports Clips of Millpond Village is that every stylist at this location manages to consistently exceed expectations to the extent that every haircut feels like an extravagent indulgence!

I really didnt know what to expect. I have never been to Sports Clips only to my own hairdresser who was out sick.Sue was my hairdresser and she was fabulous. She knew exactly what I wanted. Though they specialize in cutting mens hair, she did a great job on mine. They dont style or color hair, but the cut and dry was just what I wanted.Great price and I even got a special with a warm face towel and shoulder rub!Very clean, very professional. I will definitely return.

Enjoyed my first visit and Mike did a great job. Really close to regency office park and wake tech to make for a convenient haircut spot during lunch or after work. Highly recommend if you are in the area and looking for a good haircut.

My boys have received haircuts from Sports Clips and prefer to come to this location. Mike did a great job most recently with one of my sons cuts. However, when we went to the back to have my son receive the VIP treatment (massage chair, hot towel, hair washing), another stylist had stepped out the door and began smoking with the door propped. The smell of smoke was overwhelming and made the experience less appealing. We will return to this location, but prefer to skip the VIP treatment.

My stylist Brittany, talked me through the whole process and made sure I was happy with each stage before she moved on. Very knowledgeable and courteous. The whole shop was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing 100% likely to return.

Overall a great experience! I used online check in for my son and I. We were seen right away and the service provided was as expected. I would recommend this location.

Very nice people. The haircut was horrible. I ask for a simple cut with clippers. I asked for a #2 on the sides and a #4 on top. She did a #3 everywhere. I had to get my clippers at home and fix it myself. Long hairs everywhere and it was uneven. Sideburns were so uneven a blind person would have seen it. I saw the previous bad reviews but hoped it was just picky people. Apparently not. Ill drive a little further and get a better cut from someone else.

I had my hair cut by Maribel who was personable, funny and charming. It is very rare that a haircut isnt a horribly mundane experience. I highly recommend both Maribel and this SportsClips location.

Terrible haircuts. I felt like the fundamentals of barbering escaped the barber. Either I asked Mike to cut & fade beyond his ability level or he isn’t a confident barber.Really nice people tho’.‘If’ I return I’ll ask the lady to cut mine & my son’s hair. Son’s hair was thin and uneven in the top & front after Mike finished and I literally had to show Mike that the lines he made on my kids hair weren’t even at least three times.If you don’t Really care about how your hair is cut, then come see Mike.

My 11 year old left there last night loving his new cut and raving about the MVP treatment from Kim. This was our first time in this location and we will definitely be back.

Had a free haircut coupon so I thought Id try them. The stylist asked me how I wanted it cut, and how I normally combed it, then did a great job. Couldnt be happier.

New manager at this location. I did not have a great experience when it first opened, but have been here with kids and myself several times recently and it’s worth checking out. Take the few minutes to check in using the App and save yourself some wait times.

High turnover of employees and the quality of haircut is hit or miss. The last time I went the staff was unusually unfriendly and the stylist left entire patches of hair longer than the rest.
