I’ve spent a lot of money on my hair at times hoping to find someone that really cares about what they do and I haven’t really found anyone until now.Ana did a fantastic job. I told my wife that this was the first time I truly remember loving everything about my haircut. She did a great job, educated me on what my hair needed, and was extremely kind. I will ask for her moving forward.

I went to this salon for my kids hair styling. they did very good job on that The perfectly cutting hairs in size also recommended a few cuts before cutting. We went to it with their suggestion and absolutely loved it after. I definitely recommend this to my friends and family. Also their store is very clean and tidy. In the same shopping complex you may find Best buy Marshall pets shops which will give you more kind of a shopping mall experience. Online chicken was also simple and quick.

Michelle is my go-to! Always a great cut, great style, great attitude! All the staff is friendly, and welcoming. Facility is always clean. I recommend the MVP package.

I’ve been going to a more expensive place to get my haircut but one day I ended up having to go to sports clips because I was pressed for time. I got a really good haircut from a thoughtful stylist who stopped me from doing something stupid with my hair. I went to my old place the next time and the stylist did something stupid with my hair. When I went back to sports clips and showed them my sad haircut, they were able to rehabilitate my hair after really thinking through what it would take. This is my new go to place. Glad I found it!

I use the app to check in so that it limits my time in the waiting area. I check in and have about 30 minute window. It only takes me 15 max to get to the store. When I get to the location I get a text that I have about 15 minutes till I am ready. In the less than 1 minute it takes me to get to the door I get another text that I am up. I look at my name and see I was placed on a 1 hour wait. This is the second time this has happened first time was with a first available, this time was after choosing a stylist. I was told it was due to the stylist going on a break, and I get that they need to take a break but it feels like I was not even provided the time to show up to the appointment and I was just push to the back of the line right away. I did not want to take the offer to be next in line after I brought this up cause I did not want to push everyone elses times back as well

Good to go. I use this sports clips when I have to take my trips to Cary.

I normally get my haircut in Holly Springs. Ive gotten used to getting cuts that Id rate around 7 or 8 on a 10-scale, maybe an occasional 6. I visited this Sport Clips for the first time about a week ago and got the best cut Ive gotten in a very long time. Leilani cut my hair - she nailed it. Im coming back here for haircuts from now on.

Great haircut experience. A little bit more than the other generic chains but they had good notes from the last cut I got years ago. So everything from contactless entry to getting haircut was smooth.

This store did an awesome job for a first-timer at Sports Clips! I felt right at home. The service was absolutely phenomenal! My hairstylist, Leilani, did an excellent job at treating me as if I were one of her regular customers through conversation and her enthusiasm! I HIGHLY recommend this location and will definitely be returning!

My child got the worst haircut at this location. I got home almost in tears. He had long, beautiful hair and we decided after several years to finally cut it short and I absolutely regretted that decision. Desiree was kind but my son was not given the cut I asked for and the cut he was given was horrible. I took him to a “professional” for a good haircut and it looks worse than if it would have been done at home. I wish I could share pictures here. Anna and Leillany did a fantastic job with my other children.

You guys track how I like my hair cut and my preferences. This makes it easy to go in and just get a hair cut, without having to repeat instructions and hope for the best each time I go in. Good value cut with an entertaining interior theme and some decent hair products (try the Tea Tree hair and body moisturizer). Wait time is reasonable and the stylists are personable.

The hair stylist here was extremely flexible. Because the place was absolutely slammed, I told her she could only cut my boys hair for 7 minutes. We are off to see a show and we were running way behind. She probably took about 12 minutes but did a really nice job and used some leave in conditioner for my sons hair. The atmosphere here is wonderful.

Interesting and dynamic ambiance. Although the establishment appears primarily geared toward short mens cuts, Michelle did am excellent job with my long ladys hair. All of the staff with cordial and inviting. The head massage during the shampoo was delightful, the cut was the best Ive had funf any shop in years, and my hair felt fuller and healthier when I left. Im pleased with my experience and will be returning.

Walked in not really knowing what I wanted to do with the mess on my head. Gabby did a great job of listening to my thoughts then came up with a stylish, easy to manage haircut that fit me. She was personable without being too chatty. The experience was quick and efficient. She did her job of pitching the products they use without being pushy.

The hair stylist I had doesnt know how to cut mens hair. My first haircut here was bad. I decided to give them another chance and it was even worse this time. Hairstylist was more focused on selling me after products then cutting my hair. Maybe the other hairstylists are better but the hairstylist I had needs more training.

Gabby at sport clips provided phenomenal service from start to finish. I was very pleased with her attention to detail before during and after the cut. She did a fabulous job making a positive name for the sports clips family. I will be back for my next hair cut forsure.

Nadia is absolutely amazing. She cuts my hair perfectly every time and has a great personality. I am so glad I found her. She even trims my eyebrows and beard sometimes. I have gone a few times when she was not there and the others were great as well. Jasmin, Ana, and Ariel have also cut my hair and all make it a good experience. Ariel usually cuts my son’s hair and she always has good conversation with him. This is a really good crew at this location and I highly recommend it!

My son has been trying out different hairdresser, including a very expensive barber, but could never get the right cut. His experience here has been outstanding. He loves his haircut and so does everyone in his school. I highly recommend this place.

Staff was very friendly and the haircut was pretty good. However I was scratched and cut several times with the clippers. It hurt initially but not too bad. It wasnt until after I got home and noticed my neck burned when I touched it that I looked in the mirror and saw really bad scratches and a few minor cuts all over the back of my neck and head. I liked the haircut style but could have gone without the pain.

My stylist was tentative & showed confidence in her abilities. Did not beat around the Bush & went straight to work with an appealing attitude. Was obvious that she enjoyed her job.Hate that I live out of town or I would be a regular there, No Doubt.

Took my two sons to get hair cuts. First one came out looking fine. The second one came out with a mini mullet and on the front his hair touched his eye brow on his left eye and then was a 1/2 inch higher over this right eye brow. The stylist didnt seem to know what she was doing and had to bring someone else over to help her out. Now going to have to get him a second hair cut to fix it.

No nonsense service and they did exactly what I asked. Super chill. And yes I am a chick if that changes things.

I have visited the Cary location for a haircut. I did not receive the services that I had asked for, I asked that the outside of my ears to he shaved, I asked for my beard to he trimmed, I asked for my mustache to be trimmed and none of these things were completed or completed incorrectly. I have a double crown and my hair was not cut to adjust for this, This is my third bad visit to this location, there will not be a 4th!

Haircut with Tera. She is awesome. Great cut, great service. Im a big fan! I travel for work, so Ive been to many Sport Clips around the country, but the Crossroads location is the best Ive ever been to. Everyone Ive met there have awesome customer service and they never rush like some of the other shops.

This was my first time to sport clips. It was a wonderful experience. I had no wait time and my stylist was great. I had the MVP treatment. I will definitely return.

This place is fantastic. just moved to NC and tried out a couple places, and SportClips has met the mark. Been here three times without three separate stylists (Michelle, Ana, and Jasmine), all of whom are professional and artistic and extremely skilled. Always walk out feeling that I got what I paid for and that my hair is looking as good as it should be. Plus, if you ever want to change up your style but don’t know how or what look you actually want, these folks are extremely good finding the best new look for you.

I’ve been to this Sport Clips once before, best experience. I came in the other day, and had an emergency I had to leave to handle, called and came back in a couple days later to get my cut finished! They took good care of me! Kiara is great!

I was several months overdue for a haircut, but they were up to the challenge. Ariel didnt rush me out the door, made enjoyable small talk, and greatly exceeded my expectations! Given the amount of business the shop had while I was there, this place might be one of the areas best kept secrets.

I used to like sports clips. I would get good haircuts. Until I went to this place. I said nothing off the top because I like to have long hair. But here we are with two inches on the top. It is so short that it cant be styled correctly. So now I have to pump it full of wax and gel just to get a bad looking haircut. But the sport clips atmosphere is great.(except when I went the only thing on tv was bowling). So 1/10 would not go again.

I received a haircut and beard trim from Michelle several weeks ago. Im 34 years old and literally got more compliments on that cut than all my other haircuts in 34 years combined. Great job! For the first time in my life, I now have a preferred hairdresser.

Worst place Ive gotten my hair cut. Theres maybe one or two stylists there who are nice to talk to but in the two years I went there I had maybe one or two good experiences. I kept thinking that there would be different staff or more friendly people the next time, or the next time but finally had to switch to great clips.

Three trips so far. No bad experiences. Great, friendly staff. Thumbs up.

Awful experience. There was a wait, then they called my name, but there was a guy before me so I said let him go first. Then I waited 1/2 hour. Finally I looked up and my name was #13! I talked to 2assoiates and neither would help me, the said they had to follow their (faulty) computer software. I left and will never return. All that was needed was a little common sense!

Not a bad place to get a haircut. However, this place needs to have friendly people. I was greeted by the manager who looked mean a little bit. Every time I would tell her how I want my haircut to be done, she would say what do you mean? or It is good the way I did it She was trying to rush to get the next customer, and she really made me feel uncomfortable. I really wouldnt go there again.

Dont let Tera cut your hair.Dropped in yesterday because my normal barber is on vacation and I have an interview tomorrow. I tell her I want a fade with enough ontop to push to the side and to follow the part.End result: a fade thats higher than I asked which she says sorry, its higher than you asked. I forgotA fade thats UNEVEN and noticeably higher on one side.A uneven cut on top where all that was used was scissors.I had to try and fix the fade myself. If she already screwed it up then first time, Im not going to trust her to try and fix it. Overall, probably the worst haircut Ive gotten in years. Dont let TERA cut your hair unless its a buzz cut.

The hairdresser asked me if I wanted a MVP, and I said no, just a regular haircut. When I was about to pay, she charged me first for a regular haircut, then she said wait a second and changed the price to a MVP. I had previously said that I had never been to a sports clips before, so she definitely tried to exploit that - I paid the price for the MVP but gave lower tip, so hopefully she will earn less than if she had charged for a regular haircut (but more tip).
