I moved in to a new place almost a mth ago and the entire process was very professional and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you so much to Franchelle, Julie, Jennifer, Lindsey and Shane. From the owner, to administration, management and maintenance everyone has made me feel welcomed. Very great company to work with. I feel very blessed to have come across them and to finally have a great place to live for a little while. Kudos!!!!

I have had a situation and Franchelle has been nothing but helpful. She was very patient in this process by working with me regarding needed documentation for everyone. She went over and above to get me in this particular house. Although I did not get into the house, she was amazing. She was sympathetic and empathetic with me. She tried everything she possibly could to get me in this beautiful home. Not to mention, Todd, the owner of the realtor was so humble when I met with him in the beginning. He never gave me that, “you can’t afford it “ look when I met with him. He answered my questions with a smile and you never forget those people. Franchelle, was quick to reply and apologetic if she didn’t get with me in a timely manner. I’m not a tenant, but I was one who was searching for homes and it’s nice to be nice with words for everyone to see. I just want to give them their flowers so that they can smell them just to let them know how much I appreciate the both of them.

STAY FAR AWAY - DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!Franchelle filed a claim against my credit report 6 years after I vacated her home. Just after my daughter died! She thought I had a life insurance policy I guess. Good thing I kept all my records and emails that proved she is a liar! Who files a claim on someones credit 6 years after they move out of the property? Franchelle Stevens does!!!! She is a terrible landlord and just plain EVIL!!!

I have been leasing from Steven’s Realty and Relocation for many years, and it has been a pleasure working with them. The entire staff is thorough and highly professional in how they run their business.Throughout the years, they have displayed a prompt and courteous approach in how they handle their clients affairs. In addition, they are a highly professional management company with skills that exceed ones expectation. Throughout the years, whenever a problem came up, they were prompt in handling our request.Just recently, I was asked to vacate from my place of residency, and I had five days to find another house, or my family and I would be homeless. Franchelle, Todd, and her staff were diligent in getting me transitioned into another house in a matter of 5 days!They made the impossible; possible! They literally worked day and night to ensure that my family and I weren’t on the street. I’m forever grateful!Again, this team is the best! I recommend all homeowners and potential renters to consider allowing them to manage all your real estate needs!

We have lived in a house rented through Stevens Realty for three years. They have been a shining example of how a rental company should work with their customers. They are easy to get in contact with and their responses are prompt. If you have an issue they will work with you until it is resolved. We could not have asked for a better experience while renting their home.

Stevens Realty & Relocation is The WORST rental Company in the Triangle. These people will do anything to keep your security deposit or charge tenants unnecessary fees. The worst mistake I made was to rent one of their properties without reading their reviews from other tenants. The owner Franchelle is rude and disrespectful. I rented one of their properties that had ants coming out from under the hardware floor, an ongoing problem since I moved into that property, took pictures and videos of the ants send it to them, and they wanted to charge me for the ant treatment that was done and sent me an invoice, when I vacated the property I took pictures and videos of the entire property before returning the keys, This company wanted to keep half my security deposit claiming I left nails on the wall, payment of the ant treatment, and other stupid charges that I couldn’t believe and which were all lies. I had to take legal action to get my money back. I blame home owners that will allow a rental company such as Stevens Realty and Relocation to manage their properties, these people are money hungry/greedy and don’t care about their tenants, they will do anything to keep your security deposit or charge the tenants unnecessary fees, Rip-offs is what I call them, DO NOT RENT FROM STEVENS REALTY & RELOCATION.

When I read other reviews, I was nervous to lease with the company but brushed them off and proceeded. I usually dont post reviews but I would like to warn anyone that may end up in the position I was in. Todd is not aware of fair housing laws, and was condescending to me in his emails when I mentioned my assistance animal. Even after providing documentation of disability and need for an assistance animal. I hope by now he has received the proper education regarding the ADA and FHA. I am sure if he replies to this review that he will somehow try to turn the blame, as it looks like he does in the other reviews. I was nothing but kind and respectful, I just wish I got the same in return.

This is one of those reviews that are long overdue. Ive known Franchelle and her team for almost 11 years now and am so grateful for her knowledge and experience along the way. I have trusted her recommendations on tenants of our Holly Springs property and the tenants have been appreciative of her consistent and friendly approach to property management. Recently a new tenant application came in and we discussed the information and I didnt hesitate to accept her advice based upon the professionalism and knowledge that she has demonstrated over the years. Thank you Franchelle for dedicating yourself and your team to standards that other management companies must now reach. And, I have yet to meet another management company whether in Boise or in San Diego that has earned my trust like yours. I hope your work in this profession continues to drive you many more years into the future.

Franchelle and her team have been truly professional during our time working with them. Maintenance requests and administrative concerns are handled promptly. Although representing the owner, rental pricing and agreements have always been fair to the tenant.

We moved here from VA. The house we rented was a brand new house and had 1 renter before us who trashed the house. They were supposed to change the carpet, paint and fix the microwave according to our walk through before we moved in. We packed up our truck and moved and when we arrived, they did NOTHING...not even changing the batteries in the smoke detectors. Then they had the audacity to try to charge us for these items after we moved out. I told them and I still have the documents showing that these issues existed prior to us moving in. We moved out at the end of our lease 2 years later and bought our own home. No eviction, no courts or anything like that. But then years later they just decided to place a credit collection on our credit 5- 6 years later without any notice to repair those items that they were supposed to have fixed to begin with. How can they do this?!!? Deplorable!!!!! I would NEVER recommend! I am still friends with the neighbor. She has told me what kind of treatment all the new residents received, too. Looks like I am not the only one.

Stevens Realty & Relocation has worked with me through every aspect of the real estate industry. I have been working with them since 2008 and have been a tenant, home buyer, Landlord, and seller. While I was a tenant, I was treated respectfully and they were nothing less than professional. All maintenance items were taken care of immediately and they were always there if I had any questions or concerns. My husband I eventually decided to purchase a property and we chose to continue working with Stevens Realty. We were first time home buyers and did not understand the process. Franchelle helped us find a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. With her guidance and experience it was a wonderful experience and stress free. After a few years Stevens Realty became our property manager and their expertise in property management makes being a Landlord very easy. They marketed the property immediately and found great tenants in only 10 days. This process was also stress and worry free. Finally, we decided to sell the property and the Stevens Realty team went to work making our home show ready. They helped us spend a small amount of money in the right areas, to increase the sale price of our home. Franchelle and her staff became friends over our 7 year working relationship. They are real estate professionals, but more importantly they are fantastic people who worked very hard for my husband and I.

Led us to believe that it was between us and another applicate — but gave it straight to the other applicant because that applicant moved into another property of theirs that had plumbing problems.If you knew that you were going to move this person into this new property and you weren’t even going to consider other applicants WHY WOULD YOU WASTE EVERYONES TIME?!??!?!Then Todd had the nerve to suggest I look at another property that was more expensive...Todd obviously is a smooth talker and will say whatever to have a back-up plan to make $$$. Applicant beware. All communication isnt necessarily truthful and Todd will say I dont even recall you asking that question...

As a Realtor myself, my experience with Stevens Realty and Relocation has been absolutely stellar. The negative comments, which I do read, unfortunately show a lack of understanding the laws in NC, as well as Real Estate practices nationwide, (not Stevens Realtys law) and the lack of understanding of everyones rights. It is unfortunate that ignorance is allowed to make negative and untrue comments about a very professional and top-notch company. For those wondering, NO, this review and comment was not solicited by anyone and actually, this company is unaware that I am writing this until they read it. Please do yourself a favor, whether you wish to be a tenant or property owner, learn the legalities PRIOR to blasting someone or a company merely for following NC laws. Thank you, Jan Thomas.

Don’t trust Them! Beware. Sneaky company and terrible with business. Horrible attitudes and will blame you for everything .

Staff is horrific. Rude and disrespectful. They say one thing and then do another at the end of the lease, and then blame you for the error. NEVER rent with them. Take your money elsewhere, there are much better Realtors out there.

Terrible service, Todd is a shady individual. Hidden charges and very unprofessional. Investors do not do business with them!!!! Tenants stay away!!! I will never rent one of their places again.P.s. look at all the fake 5 star reviews. Smh.

Terrible management company that couldn’t manage their way out of a paper bag. They allowed tenants to ruin my property & lost a lot of money.

I hate the day I moved in one of their units and the best way to communicate with them is through email or text. I asked for the carpet to be replaced in the unit and I told them if they would or could as the landlord if I stay 2 more additional years If the landlord agreed to putting carpet in the entire house. I have a witness that was there when they came that day.I hate this staff at this place EVERYBODY whoworks for Stevens Realty are always right.They waited to after I signed my lease and told me well not me but my friend that was there when the carpet guy came to measure the rooms.Franchelle Stevens must be the companys dog because she thinks her bark is scary and suppose to scare people. She always want to give somebody a 60 day notice because they know they did me wrongSince day one when they approve me to move in they wanted first months rent $1,395.00a double security deposit $2,790.00 which totaled $4,185.00 (the house isn’t that nice but I still live in it for now) but any way think twice about renting from them. I would never advise my-worst enemy to rent from them. So think twice for this scam they have going on with them.
