The least professional auto service I have experienced. Communication was totally unreliable and it was hard to even speak to my service rep for an update. Took 3 days to get the car diagnosed and the timeline kept getting pushed back. I eventually went to the location and waited in person. Repairs were significantly more expensive than quotes from other dealership service centers, not to mention I had to rent a car for an unspecified amount of time. Wish they had been up front instead of stringing me along.

This location coming straight off the exit ramp was interesting, not a good setup. Parked in the lot and walked over because it was a bunch of cars parked and no real directions. Made an appointment the week before for a oil change and a sound when turning. When arriving, drive manager got my all of my details but there was no indication that my appointment was actually in the books. My appointment was for 10am and at 1pm I got up to go look to see what was going on because nobody approached me about what was found. They changed the oil and said they didnt see anything but they could drive it around to see if they heard anything. I didnt even have words! If I wouldnt have checked on it then nobody wouldve said anything?! Absolutely unbelievable! I have never experienced anything like this when interacting at a dealership. I walked the entire carlot to see what options were available as I thought about trading my vehicle, nobody asked how I was, if I was interested, or anything so Ill go elsewhere. New to this area, very disappointing.

This place is AWESOME!!!! Each and every Employee is very professional, courteous, friendly and very helpful. They explain exactly what your visit will Intel. I have Loved them since I purchased my new 2019 Tucson. Driving it has been spectacular.

I cant say enough about this place. They always provide over the top service;speaking as a women I trust and see how they are honest and treat me any different because lets be honest some places can treat you differently for business. Not my Van Hyundai thank you.

Worst service ever. Don’t bother making appointment. Means nothing. Wife went in for broken gas cap cable. They would not order until they saw car. Appointment at 3:30 but not taken until 5:30 and had to order part. Waste of time.Part ordered and arrived. Had appointment for 7:30. Appointment never made the books. Don’t worry we are slow today. Finally get car back at 11:30 am. Why make appointment. Go elsewhere and avoid these guys. Sad way to treat a client.Go to Huffines. Never an issue there.

This guy seems clueless and I dont know of they have a lot of work or what but my car spend the night over there and nothing was done, they dont have rental cars making more difficult my life. Always new people on front desk.

Made appointment early in the morning. Dropped off car and was promised somebody is going to work on it. Called at 5 PM asking for status, have been told that nobody even started working on it. What is point of making appointments?

Although the service was fast, I did not like the fact that they did not put the sticker on my windshield that indicates the information of the next service.
