My nail tech was awesome! She was very detail oriented and my nails turned out great! Very fair prices too. Would highly recommend.

Friendly staff and nice place. Super untidy job on the gel coat and didn’t cut cuticles properly, even after I asked her to do it nicely.

Not sure why this place has bad reviews. I’ve been going here regularly for the last few months and they do an awesome job every time. I have gotten SNS dip powder, gel, and acrylic manicures and they always look great. They are very skilled with the acrylic and do a great job fixing up my nails no matter what condition I come in with. The staff is also very kind and polite. Also the prices are so good confused why people are saying it’s over priced! Will be returning regularly and highly recommend !

This nail salon is amazing! I have tried multiple salons in the Burlington and St. Albans area, and Jennies comes in first. I was helped by a younger male and he took his time (over an hour) and gave me the best manicure I have had. Definitely would check this place out if you’re looking for an affordable mani/pedi! I’ll be back again for sure

I got gel nail polish the fake nails and they started falling off and breaking in half for no reason the same week I got them. I got them on Monday June 15th and as of today I have no nails left because they all fell off. I do not recommend here at all

I came here on Sunday around 11:30am and was able to get a pedicure right away. A young male did a fantastic job; Im a huge critic when it comes to pedicures because some places rush you out the door but this young man took his time, was very meticulous, and made me feel very relaxed especially with the massage. Im not from the area but if I was Id be a regular. Ill definitely be back next years weekend getaway!

While the woman did a nice job on my toes, she was sneaky when it came to pricing her services for me. It was upsetting when I questioned the amount I was being told to pay for services I didn’t get; her coworker responded with “sorry she doesn’t speak good English”. This was surprising since we just talked about gardening prior to pricing, not to mention couldn’t the coworker help if it was a true communication challenge? I saw this happen to two other ladies who were already getting their nails done about their gel pricing during my pedicure. I asked to see their pricing as it isn’t hung anywhere for customers to view, they never showed me. I would have been happy if they just said “sorry for the misunderstanding”. I left feeling as though I was tricked into paying for services I didn’t want.

Not sure how this place got so much hate Id come here all the time for a gel manicure, only $25, and they never failed to do such a great job and treat me exceptionally well. The manicurist always does exactly what I want and have no problem with sudden demands. Ive been to a fair share of both good and bad places and this one will always be one of my favorites.

I have been getting my nails down here for seven years. They do an incredible job. A lovely group of individuals. It is an extremely clean place--I wont go anywhere else.

DO NOT GO HERE! Ive been a loyal customer for four years and as of recently, i had to stop going to this salon. while all the woman and the one young man are always nice to me, there is one older male who works there and he is ALWAYS extremely rude to me! as of recently, he gave me a refill once, and the next day my nail chipped, so I came back the next morning and him to fix it. Not only did he do a TERRIBLE job, he rushed it, kept glaring at me, and threatened to charge me for the fix! What made me stop going is when one of the nail techs glued down the acrylic on my nail that was rising, rather than taking it off. And when mold began to grow (a week later), the same male saw the mold, didnt say anything and out acrylic over it anyway! And then got upset when I asked him what it was and told him to remove it. He threatened to charge me more, but YOU SHOULD HAVE SAID THERE WAS MOLD THERE BEFORE YOU PUT THE ACRYLIC OVER TOP OF IT! I have officially switched from this salon to Coco nails and stopped recommending this salon to all of my college friends.

Great pedicure and nice tech. Not so sure they sterilize their instruments properly . No individual pkg and bowl wasnt filled with disinfectant and flushed through pipes which is recommended

Ive gone here for a bunch of group pedicures.. i really like the people who work here and the massage chairs are awesome.. Im not a super picky nails person, so Ive always been happy..

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Wildly overpriced for slow terrible service and an awful manicure. You are better off not getting your nails done at all than waisting time and money here.

Great service. Dip nails are supposed to last for about 3 weeks. Mine are falling off after a week.

It was horrible. Way over charged. I took my friend and the lady started my nails a good 15 minutes before my friend and I finished 20 minutes after. None are the same length or shape. Two have chunks missing from not being filed properly. Not to mention they all have a it bubbles in them. Had to go back 5 minutes after finishing because the gel didnt set and now have to shell out more money to have them fixed somewhere else.

Great place for a pedicure! They really take good care of your nails. Excellent! Will be back again!

I dont even know where to start... I have given this nail salon benefit of the doubt four times now... Im finally 100% sure its the worst nail place i have ever been to. The first time I went the owner did my nails, they looked great-- then three of them broke in the first week. This has never happened to me before. She also charged me extra money to have them in a pointed shape... Which also has never happened at the 5+ nail salons Ive been to. I went back to get them fixed, and the hours posted online were apparently not accurate because I showed up an hour before closing and they told me to come back tomorrow, they were closing in five minutes. I usually go to another nail place but its a two hour drive, so I again went back today (on a separate occasion) to have one broken nail fixed. The younger gentleman (who is very nice) put me through excruciating pain to remove the excess nail left over-- not even using proper tools. He then proceeded to do a TERRIBLE job on the one nail. It looks NOTHING like my other nails, isnt even relatively close to the same length, shape, or color, and also is all clumpy underneath because he didnt remove the excess acrylic. It cost $6.00 to have one nail put on, and took over an hour... for ONE nail. What a rip off... DO NOT go here.

First time going to this salon and I must say I am NOT impressed. I received a Mani and Pedi. For both, I had a light pink polish painted first, then over it a sparkly color. The lady doing my toes and nails was wonderful, however she had to leave, and the man there who says he is the manager, took over. He did my nails.. he globbed the sparkly nail polish onto my nails.. unsure why he did this method. He did all my nails and as I was waiting with my friend for our nails to dry, on one of my nails, the polish came right off! just like that! I went to the man and showed him. So he redid them painting all my nails pink. I go home, didnt smudge or bump my nails, and 2 more of my nails had the polish literally just fall off. Then as I was getting ready for bed I look down and 3 of my toes had the polish fall right off. Unbelievable. I pay $40+ for a mani and pedi and it doesnt even last 24 hours!? I went today to explain I am not satisfied and the Man would NOT refund me my money. He made a scene, made it seem like it was my fault and did not care that I was an unsatisfied customer. Who does that! Even during my nail appointment he lacked customer service, would sigh, and wasnt friendly at all. He said he cant guarantee the nail polish and he doesnt know what I do with my nails. Excuse me? I told him in all of my life, this is the first time this has happened and he wont work with me at all? As a manager or owner, you usually work to make your customers happy and at the very least refund their money for a poor job. The nail polish didnt stay on, its not even 24 hours! Unbelievable! Do not go here. You will be wasting your money and they dont care if you are satisfied or not. Worst customer service I have seen.
