I love this place! The environment is clean and Nicole and Mark are extremely nice. I usually come alone but today I brought my 76 year old mom who has difficulty hearing. Everyone was so patient with her and made her feel very comfortable. She really enjoyed getting her pedicure here. So did I. I recommend this spa to everyone because the work is good quality and the service is fabulous!

Best place in Burlington to get a pedicure and nails. They take good care of you and the service is supreme!

This place is fabulous! Mark and Nichole are very professional and kind. I had a pedicure done (felt wonderful), and my daughter and my sister each had pedicures and full sets of nails. Everything turned out perfectly and we really enjoyed the experience. I would recommend this salon to anyone!!

Its a shame I cant deduct stars for lack of friendliness, crooked filing, outrageous prices, and unwillingness to please a customer.Never have I ever been told I was going to be charged $7 for someone to FILE my nails while getting a set filled in.Never have I EVER been charged an ADDITIONAL $15 TO HAVE MY NAILS PAINTED WHEN GETTING A FILL IN.And, NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD MY NAILS SO CROOKEDLY FILED THAT THE NAILS HAD TO BE COMPLETELY RE-FILED AND RE-SHAPED!I will never return to this establishment. Now I understand why there wasnt anyone else in there.

Been coming to this salon for about 3 years and I had tried at least 6 places before I came here. My SNS is done well, and worth the money. Everyone has been friendly and accommodating.

This place is fantastic! I get SNS about every three weeks and Nicole does a great job. She’s very thorough and attentive to what I ask for. I take my friends here and would recommend it to anyone. Try and make an appointment first though, that way you don’t feel rushed and they don’t feel rushed trying to fit you in. Great place!

The worker was very rude and the price didn’t match the final product again very BAD customer service did not want and will not spend money here again.

Super friendly staff and my pedicures always look great. I also get dip nails with Nicole, they look great and they last me about 3 weeks.

This is the best nail salon Ive ever been to. Nichole and her husband are so nice and friendly. Shop is always clean and neat. Free parrifin with pedicures each Monday through Wednesday. This salon is quiet and relaxing. Good atmosphere. My daughter and I love to go here and highly recommend it. 👍👍👍👍👍

They made me pay before they began painting my nails when I went in for a manicure but the woman beside me paid on her way out which is how they usually do it just like everywhere else. My guess is they they judged me by my clothes and tattoos and pink hair and thought I couldn’t afford it. It’s not like I was getting the most expensive services available I was literally getting a $15 manicure. I wouldn’t put racial profiling past them either. I feel extremely disrespected by the way I was treated there and they will not be getting any business from me or anybody I know ever again.

It was great. I had the begining of an ingrown toe nail which no other shop had been able to fix, she did. I also had a finger nail which I had almost cut in half with a knife. She dusted it, glued it and dusted it some more. It looks as if it will stay together until it grows out . I will go back. Thanks

Helpful, experienced staff. Prices are reasonable. Go at the first of the week and paraffin will be included with no charge. Clean and relaxing!

Nicole, Mark and this team does an incredible job. Very thorough and takes their time to make your nails and toes look sharp. I highly recommend them.

The person who did my nails was very rough and when the nails were done they were all different shapes and sizes and the polish job was very poor

Just one person does SNS and if she is doing my nail and more people come to have SNS she rushes to finished, I went twice there but Im not going back, also the old man is very rude with Nichole in front to everyone

Came in and waited almost an hour when told they’d be right with me. This was my first and last visit. I stayed cause my friend was already here getting a pedicure. 3 other people were attended before me that came in after I had already been waiting - I ended up leaving. Big waste of time! Incredibly small selection of colors to choose from.

Theyre so nice and do an excellent job! They have so many color options in gel and sns. Its in a spa setting with really clean environment.

I asked for gel nails when I got here. My daughter does acrylic and I do liquid gel, only. After waiting for about 35 minutes, the lady starts doing my nails and I notice the top says acrylic. I learned at that point this shop does NOT do liquid gel. Give me what I want....Not what you want me to have.. if you want me to pay.

I hate this place. would not recommend. i Couldnt even get my nails done because the rude manicure take that was there decided he wanted to go home. He was rough with my hands and cuticles. do not get your nails done here

First time here. Water for my pedicure was too cool. I told them it was my first time here, and they didnt explain or offer anything. I read on the menu they offer complimentary drinks, I guess you are supposed to ask because no one ever offered. I had to ask for the wifi password. The technician cut my toenails too short. I had asked for a certain design on my toes and they put the whole wrong color on there! Im sure its because there was a lack of understanding. I just wouldnt recommend this place and I wont be going back.

This place was really nice, i liked my results. Not packed like most places which was a little sketchy but I am definitely going again. My nails, brows, and toes look good. Wish they had more colors in SNS... i guess im a little spoiled from the other nail place i used to go to. Oh also you get free drinks! Overall nice and clean!

If I could give it zero stars I would. I just went in for a polish change with gel polish it said in their book take off gel polish is 5 and and polish change for gel is 10 that’s just 15 so why the hell dis they charge me 25 dollars. I would never go there again I had been before to get my lashes done and waited hours also but this time I’m over it they just money hungry and over charge ring ppl for no reason.. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
