I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over 2 years and they never disappoint. The owner, Hannah, usually does my acrylic nails and she’s a sweetheart and always professional. If you’re thinking about coming to Sexy Nails to get your nails done, I highly recommend it!

First things first. I’ve been here before and the time before last was a bad experience too. I just figured my nail tech was having a bad day but after the way I was treated yesterday it’s literally every day it seems. The girl who did my nails was upset that I don’t cut my acrylic nails, slamming the box of nails down and not listening to anything I was asking her. She overcharged me after the owner told her my set was $75 and I still tipped and she cut my finger with the drill. She was being extremely rough as well with my hands and rushed the whole process. I wouldn’t be surprised if these nails break. I’m giving 2 stars because Hannah, Sean, and the girl with the blonde hair who only does pedicures are the best to get services from every single time. But this shop needs to evaluate the kind of people they have working there. Instead of taking my money to give me a rude service and bad experience, just turn it down and take the next client, I promise it isn’t that serious ….

Nice Salon that was clean with plenty of workers. The guy I had did not introduce himself, barely spoke to me, which Im ok with. I dont feel he did a thorough pedicure, not enough attention to detail, i.e. scrubbing & buffing the rough spots & he didnt clean out the corners of the big toe. I am pleased that he didnt round out the big toes because that causes ingrown toenails. My gel manicure was ok, after my polish was dry I did have to find him so that he could file 4 of my nails that were rough.

Jassy did what I wanted for my vacation nails! I am very happy with her service! Temp checks and sanitizing done in between each customer! However, cant get in touch with her. She is always busy. And the receptionist that swiped my card stole my card info and charged over $100 on my account! Wont be going back!

Now I remember why I stopped going here... the gel polish always peels right off. Plus the lady gave me attitude. How does a polish change cost 25 dollars, but a refill cost only 20??? Makes no sense whatsoever. Wont be back.

I went to get my graduation nails done there. I requested a gel nail manicure, which they promised would last for two weeks but only lasted three days. I returned to the salon, trying to explain what had happened, but she was unwilling to listen and continued to talk for an extended amount of time, repeating why you did not call or return, and not allowing me the opportunity to explain my reasons. They continue to speak with coworkers in their own language. I didnt go there in three days since I was too preoccupied with my graduation and employment, and she refused to cure my nail or give me a refund even when I visited salon after five days.Ill never go back to that place since its so disrespectful and unprofessional.

I have been going here on and off for years!!!! I just moved back to the area and couldn’t wait to come see my girl Hannah! All the techs in here are nice and I’m always satisfied with my service. Even though I came an hour before closing my spa pedicure wasn’t rushed and it was good.

I been here twice and they are very slow and unprofessional. If you cant get it right after the second visit I am never coming back. I only came to this salon because it was recommended to me. If all there now techs cant do nails why are they working there its bad for business.

I have been going to Hannah sense I was 16 years old and I go in with crazy designs and she always gets them done. And they look better than the pic. Hannah please open a shop in georgia I miss you and the amazing work you do.

Got a gel manicure and pedicure and I loved how it came out..salon was clean, staff were friendly and nice and feel like it was worth the experience. Ive been going to this shop since high school( 10+ years) and never had any problems with them..would highly recommend 👌🏾:)

It was quick my they were cutting my hand with the fill and one hand is longer then the other, will not be going there again!!!!!

😔$85...lumpy crooked nails on my bday. Gel chipped 3 days later.

The nail tech used the wrong color but it was labeled incorrectly so for that I can’t blame her but for this horrible manicure that didn’t even last with me in the building, that’s all her. She put a fluid in the bottle because there wasn’t enough nail polish. Then I pay for the service because she did her job even if it was a poor job. I call directly after to say something and they handed the phone off without warning. The entitled and privileged millennial daughter of the owners said “whatever” to me more time than I could count without issuing an apology. She said come when they’re not busy to have it fixed in the most ill mannered way possible. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

I love sexy nails! The people here are so nice and welcoming and the establishment and so clean aesthetic. I feel safe and relaxed coming here, good prices and my nails always come out how i want them to! Its my favorite nail salon i 10/10 recommend.

I came here the other day before my grandmother’s funeral the man Hai did an AMAZING job! He was very skilled with the uv gel and I will DEFINITELY coming to see him again! Keep up the good work!

Lovely place great experience

Ive frequented almost every nail salon in the area and this one I was the most disappointed with in terms of service. Nail tech was to busy having her own conversation with her co workers than to listen to how I expected my nails to be done. After my full acrylic set no cuticle oil or lotion was applied as is everywhere else. The atmosphere isnt very inviting for patrons. Furnishings were comfortable but employees were not. I was charged $15 more than their posted price for a full set for just gel polish 🤔 Dont waste your money here!

Very Covid conscious BUT dont put 5 coats of regular nail polish on my toes and 30 seconds later tell me to leave because there is no nail drying allowed! After you took my money. At least offer quick dry spray never again!!

I just went lastnight. I go there every few months. Ever since Covid, they jacked their prices up. I got a refill set with gel and I got about 4 new nails added on plus a pedicure with REGULAR paint And I got charged 95$. The quality of my nails isn’t even how good it used to be. Very basic. When you go in here PLEASE ASK what your total will be. My technician acted like she never heard me when I asked twice. Then gives me the total at the end. Sorry I don’t like how they do business. I feel robbed and I won’t ever go back there. Y’all got it 👌🏾

I was charged $30 to do my 5 year old nails and toes. They were unreasonable when I tried to discuss this being Outrageous. They rob you in here and depending on who you get the service isn’t always good. I’ve been going here for 2 years and I’m disappointed.

I arrived on time. I don’t like how they made me wash my hands after entering the store and everybody else just went in without being told to do the same. I like how my toes are done. After my feet where done. I was rushed out. I made an appointment for everything to get done. My nails look horrible. And they are seriously over priced. Not going back not happy at all. I’m never going back.

Ghetto. Highly unrecommended. Asked to come in at a certain time, was told yes and waited an hour. No one came to reinforce when we would be seen. I left. They talk about customers to other customers after they leave. Seems like the attitude is that they don’t care for your service!

I’ve been going to Sexy Nails since literally the first day they opened. I used to get my nails done by Hannah before she had her own shop, so I’ve actually followed her. Hannah gives exceptional service. I trust her work so much I let her do whatever she wants to my nails. Her and her husband will not allow to leave unhappy. Once a new nail tech didn’t do such a good job on my nails and Ten gave me a huge discount and had me come back the next day and he himself fix my nails. The work is so good I don’t mind waiting when it’s busy and I’m as impatient as they come.

I was always team sexy nails but now they are doing a bit much. I always get acrylic nails with gel polish. I recently took my nails off simply to start fresh. I told Hannah I wanted the new set medium length and she made them short and on top of that charged me an extra $5 stating they were long. This really upset me. Additionally, I was ping ponged back and forth between her and her husband over three times. This was not a relaxing experience. My appointment was at 3:15 I was there at 2:50 wasnt seen until 3:40. Very unprofessional. Im now going to explore my options as far as a new nail salon goes. Will not return until I hear about some new changes. It really hurts me because my family has gone her for 10+ years :, (

Its a shame how much they charged my granddaughter. 50.00 for a full set, 30.00 for a pedicure, then 10.00 to cut her nails down and another 10.00 to shape her nails. That should have been part of the full set. I will NEVER TAKE HER THERE AGAIN. To make matters worse they werent nice to her.

Pedicure was rushed, I was cut and burned by gel. Very unprofessional. First time trying this place. $45 for water, cuts, burns, and some cream. I was the owner of a hair salon, so I know about sanitation. Trust me they are unsanitary. I could put lotion on at home. Dont waste your money. NEVER AGAIN!

Amy does my nails. She is meticulous. I am always happy when I leave. Tony did my nails once and I have to say she almost put me to sleep when she did my pedicure. I was pleased with my manicure too!

The WORST experience ever! I went for a refill and cut down on the length of my nails. The owner was my nail technician so I expected a great experience. Nope! She rushed on my refill and did not file my nails down correctly which resulted in lumpy and uneven nails. The polish job was even worse. If thats not bad I stopped in the next day to have them fixed, she wasnt there . I called and made an appointment the same day, I still waited 30+ minutes and once she started she tells me how I should have picked another color! My color selection wasnt the issue it was her work. She then does two eyebrow waxes in the middle of my appointment, at this point Im just about had enough. Finally she applies my gel color THEN refiles my nails, the gel color wasnt even dry. I will never revisit this nail salon. As a business owner myself I am disgusted at her level of professionalism. She was talking about her clients like they were trash to the other works. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. NEVER again.

Terrible experience!!! Sexy Nails is the worst place to go. As sad as it sounds, I dont think they deserve one star. Customer service is beyond terrible. I scheduled an appointment arrived on time and they had the audacity to let me wait 1hr before telling me since I was three minutes late someone went before me. I was beyond infuriated. However this isnt the first time this occured.Furthermore, the last few times I been there, they did a terrible job on my nails. The nail polish shriveled up. I have never seen such a thing. Save your money and your time. Go somewhere else. I am highly upset and disgusted with their service.

My mail tech Jenny always does a great job. My only issue is that I can have an appointment and wait 20 min to be seen almost the same as if I didnt have one .. the excuse is the receptionist didnt inform my nail tech of my appointment before she took on other clients who service(s) my run into my time or she didnt let her know I was there.

Im happy with my designs, didnt have any other service done since I had just left my regular nail salon, the price Hannah charges was a bit outrageous. Almost $70 for a couple designs no refil no fix nothing and the last time I got a full set with designs for $55 🤔, seems like she just pulls prices out of her head. I definitely got ripped off. No 3rd strike for me. Lesson learned.

Hannah has no desire to fix her errors. I came back in after my nails came off in less than a week. Not only did she try to charge me, but was very rude and nasty after I protested, telling me not to come back if I wasnt happy. I told her not to worry because I would not be back.

My first time going in years and the experience was horrible. I went there to get a full set coffin style and a pedicure. The man that sits at table number 1 did a rushed job on my pedicure burning me with the equipment like crazy. When I went to get my nails done table number 1 proceeded to do them but the nails came out all lumpy I asked if he can take them off so I could go to someone else, he was so rude doing it. He was trying to charge me to have them taken off. I paid for my nails and walked out and went right to Hope nails in Burlington. I had the give sexy nails a star just so i could post but if it was up to me the wouldnt have gotten that.

I relocated to PA and still go to Sexy Nails. Great customer service, cute christmas gifts and they actually care about your nail care and will tell you. I came here last month and meant to post a review. If I could give no stars I would. I use to come here all the time and it thrived and had such great customer service! However, as time went on it has been a sliding down slope. The nail technician i had was very opinionated on how my nails should be done...even picking out a different nail color..... which i wasnt a fan of. I have pink skin and the color of the nail polish was beige....she said the color on my nails wont show my nail beds. I figured she knew what she was talking about and let her continue working on my nails which they did not look natural at all!! As she was cleaning up my nail beds and done with putting the one set of nails on my left hand she stopped and said she wont do my other hand until i get up and go to the ATM to take out her tip because she didnt want me nails messed up. What a joke and very very rude!! As i proceeded to go to the ATM and take out a TIP the ATM didnt work. I let her know that is was not working. As she continued to do my nails she gave me a pitty party on how people dont TIP her and i should go next door to the dollar store and bring her back a tip. IDK about anyone else but I think this is extremely rude. Also all this time she took over an hour and a half to do my nails knowing that i had a meeting to get too. She kept lolly gagging around gossiping with the owners daughter and other co workers and a guy that worked there was passed out in one of the pedicure chairs. I couldnt even dry my nails in time because i was running late. I will no longer come to this establishment. Get your stuff together people.

Unprofessional and lack of customer service. I walked in there for the first time and no one acknowledged me. They stared but didn’t say anything. There’s a sign at the desk that says “Take a number, pick your color and have a seat.” So I did just that. 20 minutes later a Caucasian woman walks in and they not only acknowledged her, They brought her the nail color samples to choose from!! I got up returned the nail polish I picked out from where I got it, then the nail tech asks “you’re not getting your nails done?” I said no then he says “make sure you put the number back”. Me and my purse will never be back in that nail shop again.

My nails were beautiful until I went here. At first It was mediocre, then i wound up with a severe fungus on all of my nails. They are now lifting off the nail beds. I would not recommend this facility. Overpriced and unclean. DO NOT GO HERE. I have never been so unhappy and embarrassed with the end result.

Yesterday came in with my daughter who had an appointment with Amy who does amazing work on my daughter nails by the way. However, it was my first time coming here, was greeted at the door by a tech named Tom he asked what I was getting I told him a manicure and a pedicure. Escorted me to back 4 seconds later asked me again what I was getting so I stated a manicure and regular pedicure I guess because I wasnt going all out on an organic or spa pedicure he rushed through it. Ok so now we get to his station asked was I getting gel polish at this point Im irritated told him no needles to say manicure was rushed as well. By the time I got home and settled last night noticed how horrible my nails looked. Went back today 2/28/18 spoke with the owner she told me grab the colors and set at his station. Tom tells me I messed my nails up and regular polish isnt guaranteed. Had to show him again this is the horrible work he did so after a few words he fixed it. IF HE IS THE LAST TECH AVAILABLE HE WILL NOT BE DOING MY NAILS. HORRIBLE SERVICE IF MONEY ISNT BEING SPENT.

I went here to get my nails done Thursday afternoon I got a lot of rhinestones on my nails Saturday comes and their all ready coming off Im really up because I payed a lot of money. Oooo I for got to say, this was like last min plan to stop here, so my tip money I told the lady to add to my card she asked me if I had cash. Horrible Customer Service!!! You pay cheap for a cheap service. It’s like they feel they are doing you a favor. You take a number for services, but they don’t honor waiting numbers. They don’t work gel colors well, just cheap quality nail colors. Very disappointed. I wanted to try them to save money on my weekly mani and pedis, but I rather pay more on a professional nail salon.

This nail salon was good but it has turned into a production line business, you tell them how you want your nails to look real and you get just the opposite. Never going back again.

The first time i went the man who did my nails didnt do too well because he filed my nails down to far. but the service was great and he was polite. the second time i went the woman was very kind and polite. she didnt file my nails down too far and took her time and even engaged in a conversation with me. her service was amazing. i loved how she did my nails and i am on my way to get them done again. everyone is kind and always has a smile on their face and the environment is very nice as well. i highly recommend sexy nails to anyone.

I went on sunday for gel manicure. The owner did it it was horrible my nails looked like i did my self very dirty an now its only friday morning an my whole rigjt hand gel polish is off. No hand message was not happy with service at all. They should be a shamed to call them selfs nails artist. What a joke.

Oh boy this was really bad. Mani and Pedi was rushed and my mani nail polish looks like my 4 year old was holding a make-pretend spa treatment.
