My daughter and I have been looking for 3 years to find a place to get our nails done. Weve finally found a wonderful place. VIP NAILS & SPA!!! Everyone was so nice and very friendly. I got my nails and a pedicure. My daughter got her nails and an eyebrow wax. We were treated with respect. I love my nails. And with my disability, it was so relaxing. We will definitely going back!!!

Horrible service! Wait time from my appointment was 45 min. Nail polish came off the next day. Sloppy job. Didn’t clean the nails the way it supposed to be done. Never going back there again.

Unbelievable!! Took my daughter and 15 year old granddaughter in for pedicures and my daughter a full set and a fill for myself. It was more expensive than my normal nail salon but they were booked. My daughter and grand daughter had gel and matte finish put on their toes and nails. It was an extra $15 for gel and $5 for the matte.A few hours after leaving the nails started changing to a blackish color.My daughter/granddaughter returned today and lady (owner I assume) was very rude and said they must have put shoes on. The said no they were wearing flip flops and it was happening to the hand nails as well. She said she would re do with clear because it wasnt her fault the matte was ruined, she was very rude, so they just left. I just went out there with my receipt for $257.00 dollars and asked if I could just be refunded for the Gel and Matte on the nails because they will need to redone. She says she did not charge for the matte so I asked her is she could do a break down of what I paid for. She refused!! I said so you will not refund any of it? I told her the other salon said this happens with old matte. I was being nice and this lady was literally yelling that the nails were fine, I mean everyone in the salon was looking. Honestly the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. So I said well can I at least get my tip back. She yelled no I no give tip back! OK well I told her my family and I wont be back. It was almost surreal, this women needs anger management and customer service classes. With all the nail salons I would pass on this one if I were you. I am going back to Fancy Nails where they do good work, use fresh product and treat people with respect.

My full set came out beautifully. She didnt have me wash my hands at any point so they were covered in dust when I left but thats not the end of the world!

Tracy did my nails and the gentleman painted my daughter’s nails and toes.We didn’t have an appointment and we were greeted and seated right the way.I wanted a full set and I explained to her that I do weights lifting and I was afraid of breaking them. She suggested to cut them in the shape I wanted them but not pointy to prevent them from breaking and suggested making the coat very thick to make them more sturdy. She took her time to be precise about her work but she was also a very fast worker. She was very patient and asked every step of the way if I needed to make changes. She was very friendly and made me and my 8 year old feel very comfortable.I will make the drive Whidbey Island to have nails kept by her any time.Worth the drive.Also, make an appointment if you want to see her, she is very requested and it was sheer coincidence that she was not booked when I walked in.

Me and my aunt have been going here for a long time and I can’t say I have ever had a bad experience. All the workers are amazing and kind and my nails always turn out amazing shoutout to my girl tracy for the acrylics!

I went in for a full set acrylic, I was also a walk-in they helped me right way which was good. There was a lady and she was super nice but when I asked to get a drip design on all my nails she told me it was going to be $2 each finger meaning it would come out to $75 so I told her no then I had asked to get a drip design on both of my middle fingers and she told me it was $5 for both of my middle fingers so I felt like they were picking and choosing their prices. My nails came out to $55 which isn’t a horrible price but a set price would be greatly appreciated. The designs weren’t the best either tbh.

I came in for a super deluxe the girl who did my pedicure seamed like she was in a hurry to leave, she did everything really fast did, left my toe nails long and didn’t really massage me. The place is nice maybe your experience will be different.

Ive been getting a full set of acrylic nails done every 2-3 weeks in the valley and this was the first salon that I was truly happy with the end result, cost AND the overall experience. I

Nail tech was not professional did a very poor job on my acrylics and when told that I wasnt a happy customer they kicked me out I paid 75 dollars for my nails I feel like a paying customer should be happy with what they are paying for and im not happy

I havent had ingrown toenails in the last 5 -7 years, i went in for a pedicure, within 24 hrs, i had 4 ingrown toenails. Absolutely disappointed and frustrated. I need it fixed but dont want to go back.

For a 35 dollar pedicure the nice lady rubbed my feet for over 40 mins! Definitely worth it, staff Is friendly and quiet.

These are the nicest people and treat everyone SO nicely. Dean did my nails yesterday (dipped gel) and even though he was incredibly busy he did an amazing job. He is an artist and is so, so nice! This was my second time going there and I will definitely be going back. Thank you for an awesome experience! I love how my nails look.

Never leave reviews but will for VIP nails. Felt extremely comfortable here and was able to be open about what I wanted. They continually asked me if I liked the nails instead of finishing and finding problems and couldnt do anything about it.I will go back to them again and again. Tracy is who I see and she does a fantastic job and I always leave with perfect nails! Their prices are good and you can show them any picture of a nail design and they will do it. It’s the only place I go. Also...try the dipping powder, it’s better than regular gel.

Went to VIP for the first time today. As soon as my mom and I walked in the door we were greeted with hellos and got seated in the pedicure section right away! We both were treated to wonderful pedicures with a great foot/leg massage! They have a large selection of gel, dip powder, and normal polish. We both also decided to get a dip powder manicure and they turned out beautiful! I had tried it once before at a different nail salon and they were so thick and uncomfortable. So, so happy with how these nails turned out and can’t wait to return again! 5 out of 5 for sure.

Great gel pedicures!

Nails were popping off at a week and a half.. they charged double what I used to pay for them to last 4 weeks, before I moved. Which Im ok to pay if they are worth it. They did have a very good attempt to be friendly, which is the reason for the second star.

Have been going here for 3 years...............have never been disappointed! I drive from Bellingham (which has plenty of nails places) because VIP is worth it! I dont leave reviews- but this place deserves it!

Clean salon. I was a walk in they sat me down right away. I got a pedicure, prices were decent. My toenails are not even, the pedicurest did not clean out under or along side of my nail. However, the massage part of the pedicure was good.

Does anyone else know about their new policy? You can no longer make appointments from Friday - Monday because they are really busy? Is this news to anyone else? I have been going to see Kelley for over 4 years now. Today, I was asked to hold speak in a different language and come back to tell me this. Also, has anyone else notice they do not clean their tools properly? Be safe folks.

This used to be my favorite place to go, but for some reason the last 2 times I have been in there, there is new people working. They have done an awful job on my nails. He even cut me under my nail. What happened to all the people that used to work there? I will give it one more chance and then I will go some place else.

This places used to be my favorite place to get my nails done, great service. But the last couple times they were so rude! Even when I made and appointment they made me wait for more that 20 min. And finally last time I went I got gel, not manicure, just gel, and they charged me $30 so I was like I got gel before and it was 20, and they act like they didnt herd me. I was so mad!!! So I called the day after to ask their prices, and he said $20 for gel and $27 for manicure and gel. Never going back there!

The deluxe pedicure was amazing, but the manicure was the worst service I have had at a nail salon. I came away with blood on two different nails because they rushed. They did NOT fix the problem after I specifically said my nails were bleeding. Oh well, guess its back to doing my own nails.

Over charged and was quoted a price but then charged more. Outrageous price and smudged design.

Very horrible experience ever, paid $75 for some nails I wasn’t very happy with I asked for at least half of my money back but I got yelled at to get out and I asked to speak to the owner and they were ignoring me and telling me they don’t answer when she didnt even try to call never going back they were being rude when they were also doing my nails and pulling my hand. They didnt disinfect the station they put me in when there was someone else before me in the same station.
