John and Kim are the best here in Burlington. I have came three times and every time has been great . I love it here .

Nails looked okay at first after the first day a nail came off without me hitting them on anything. The second day two nails came off, bad quality glue Im guessing. Also got a pedicure here, that actually looks good.

The older gentleman is very rude once I entered building he rudely asked what did I want as if it wasnt on ious and then the look on his face as if he was disgusted was all I needed to walk back out to find another nail shop. Never again

I would only recommend getting a pedicure or a basic nail set .. would not recommend going here .

The owners are very nice. The pedicure I had was good. Had a good experience overall. I will return.

This will be my last visit here. The guy John is very rude, over charges, and wouldnt keep on his mask. If I am spending a good amount of money on my nails or eyebrows I shouldnt have to be rushed out the store.I have tried to give this place several chances but I am done. I will not recommend this place for anyone! Horrible customer service.

I just left this establishment and I was very disappointed. First of all the lady that was doing my eyebrows was really rough while turning my head from side to side. I let that slide. I was mainly upset when she finished my eyebrows because they were not identical. The reason they were not identical is because she was rushing. If she did not have time to do my eyebrows she should’ve just said that. When I explained to her why I didn’t like them and the issue i had, she argued with me instead of fixing the problem. I pointed out the issue more than once so it could be fixed. Instead, she continued to tell me that i needed to brush and put baby oil on them. This is when i became furious. All she had to do was what she was being paid for. I will never visit this establishment again. I was very disappointed with the staff. I only gave it 1 star because it wouldn’t allow me to leave a comment without rating. Trust me this location is not even worth 1 star. You would think that after being closed for so long due to COVID19 their customer service skills would be better.

Soooo... the pedicure felt good, but my toes don’t look like they were painted professionally. There’s no shine ... it just wasn’t a $30 pedicure.My nails are awesome. I paid $30 for an acrylic full set .This was my first visit to this nail salon. Customer service was good. Nice pplUpdate -my nails are lifting from the base of the nail... it’s been less than two weeks 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Its only two people, so they can get booked up very fast.

I love john and Kim! Very friendly and do a great job. If anything ever goes wrong they will fix it, no questions asked. Have been going for atleast 8 years.

This place is horrible. I have been coming here multiple times with my daughter and I and everything has been fine. I went in for a visit again with my daughter that’s in a wheelchair and they refused to do her toes and they were rude to my husband that is African American. I will never come here again. They have lost my business. It’s no wonder they never have anyone in this place.

It is horrible an unprofessional when i got my nails done they were otp with people an messed my nails up completely and the guy who did them painted them horribly i do not recommend them to nobody

In the beginning they were doing an OK job but then my nails started lifting after invetween filling and breaking. My pedicures were done ok and I liked them but my nails just werent lasting.

This is the most ratchet place to go get your nails done. So unsanitary and unprofessional. Dont go there if you want lasting nails!
