Without question, this is my spot! The environment is warm and inviting. I love it here! They do great work! We make jokes and laugh. The tunes are always up to par. It makes for an amazing experience. Pro Nails Bar was the only salon that allowed my daughter to be with me when Covid restrictions were in place. I was away for a bit and when I came back it was like I never left. I won’t go anywhere else!

Love it here. I generally avoid getting my nails done for several reasons, but everyone here was so kind, patient, understanding, and super friendly. I felt very taken care of and comfortable. Not to mention my nail set was BEAUTIFUL and exactly what I wanted.

I love the new owners! (New to me) Great customer service! This is my new nail salon. I am picky because am a diabetic. At first I didnt tell them that I was but when I mentioned it he said that I must tell them because they have to be alot more careful with those with diabetes. I was so shocked that they cared about that. Its been a great experience. Jonathan you rock bro!!!

I got short square Barbie pink nails and when I got home later that day I realized my nails had changed color ?? It looks like they have purple stain underneath . I called to get a new service, then dude on the phone said I’d have to pay for a new color change . My sisters nails were yellow but the white under the nail polish shows . I want my full refund or new sets . I’ve never heard of no business not making it right .

I love this salon. I’ve been coming here for years. Some new people took over last year and I love them. Everyone is so fun and upbeat. It’s like hanging out with family every time I get my nails done. They do a great job and are always happy to help you get exactly what you want. They do great waxing as well.

Professional friendly atmosphere. Heather the manager and staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Make you feel at home. My first ever pedicure, gorilla toes they made me comfortable. Monthly appointment now.

I have been a patron at Pro Nails for over 20 years. They are very friendly yet professional and courteous. Always working to make their salon better while keeping up with the latest trends. They offer many kinds of services including tanning, eyelashes and waxing services. They have a great selection of gel and regular polishes. My favorite is a deluxe pedicure with a paraffin wax dip.

I usually go to a different place until we saw this in yelp. They are thorough and polite. Nail work and customer service is top notch. This is my *new* favorite nail salon and def recommend!

I got shellac done at Pro Nails about 5 days ago. The environment was so well. The owner was ready for me when I arrived. All of staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. Look my hands are beautiful. The large comfortable room and clean. THANK YOU Pro Nails! Will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely gross nail salon. Bad service where two Male workers started arguing and fighting right in front of customers! There are no plastic bags to line the pedicure spa and NOT ONE single worker opened up a new/ sterilized packet of supplies to do our pedicures. The water was lukewarm and they couldnt make it hotter. You are served complimentary cheap grocery store wine in Dixie cups that is hot and tastes as if it was opened 3 months ago. They do not do a base coat and top coat. Just the top coat. Will NEVER return again. Not to mention they charge $23 for these garbage pedicures. Meanwhile in Raleigh or any other city you can have superb service with beautiful ambience for $25. Please do NOT go here if you expect to see an ounce of class or cleanliness.

This place was magnificent! Yesterday, I gave them a try and had a great experience. I chose a full set gel nails and my technician worked very hard. Great results: My manicures last about 4-5 weeks. To sum up, ill definitely go back!

Pro nails by Harris Teeter Paid $20.00 for french tip polish. It lasted 1 day and flaked off. They water down their polish. When I went back I asked for my money back manager started yelling and refused.

I came in this salon for pedicure done. I was hooked here! When I told them I was only 5 minutes away and they were ready for me. Veryyyyy GOOD! And they told me about upcoming deals, A+ FOR THEM! The nails lasts to almost a month. Will hopefully be back! 10 FINGERS!

Terrible terrible work. The manager was no pro. I had to pay and get my nails done over. And they had the nerve to charge $30 for this horrible work. I pray no one gets caught up like i did. Please beware.

They put MMA on my nails! i soaked my nails for a total of 4 hours and it wouldn’t come off. it took my nail tech at home 2 hours to get it off! and my nail broke in less than 24 hrs of me getting it done. literally o was scratching my head and the tip came off. More importantly the nails were $70. New owners bought it and started jacking the prices up and the quality went down significantly. Do Not go there sarah isn’t the owner anymore. i forgot to mention that they charged me for a gel top coat which i’ve never paid for in my life!

Customer services are very nice and My nails lasted over 3 weeks still looks crisp and it’s very value for pricing so Definitely will returning! Perfect place :)

I only rated a two due to my technician I was having a pedicure and it was great till roaches decided to join the moment not 1 or two but 3..yes 3 one even went in the water I informed the owner and she had the nerve to get upset at the tech for not telling me that she has a exterminator s each month.. n maam idk what to tell you.i was in awe like wow ok ...
