I went here with my daughters for 2 sets of acrylics. Lee and Kim did an incredible job. Lee gave me a light and natural looking set of almond shaped nails. I love them so much! He did a great job and we felt very welcomed there. Will be our new fav nail place now.

They didn’t seem too busy and I was turned away for a polish change. I asked her when to come back and she said no. I was open to any time or day! She did not want my business.

DO NOT GO HERE. worst pedicure experience ever. They do not clean or sanitize their tools between uses, nor do they wash their hands between guests. My toe is now infected from this place. I was also over charged. The place looks dirty as well.

Was barked at to sit down and to pick out colors, had an appointment for 11 AM and showed up on time. They didnt even have a seat for me and asked me to wait. I work in an hour and a half. No thanks. Ill go to a better, more professional salon, and take my money elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

I had an appointment at 1:00.At 1:15 she moved me to a chair and took top layer of powder dip off which now told me I was stuck. Then after she finished a pedi another young lady came over and soaked my fingers. Sat like that for 20 minutes. When she finished cleaning up and doing another pedi it was almost 2:00 but she started my nails. I then thought maybe they were just busy. At end of my manicure she started another manicure causing me to sit again and wait. So in the almost 2 hours I was there she worked on three customers. Never going back. Nails are ok but this is not a relaxing experience and it’s rude. I will continue to drive 40 minutes until someone in Burlington can get it right.

Always great. Pays attention to not hurt my swollen leg and ankle, but yet massage it when getting a pedicure.

Do not go here if you care about cleanliness. After getting a pedicure here I got toenail fungus! I have never in my life had this problem until I went here. After he finished my pedicure he put the tools right back in the drawer with out cleaning them! Also jumped between people with out washing hands.

Got a deluxe pedicure and a full set acrylic gel/nail and absolutely loved it! Great service and if you like a coffin nail Lee is amazing at them!They are very clean and sanitary, shields up and if covid is your worry!Highly recommend!!

A man did my nails and they turned out really good i’ve had them for almost a month and they are a little bit grown but they still look good! I recommend coming here they do really good and are very nice!!

Went In for Basic Pedicure. A guy not even doing my pedicure stated deluxe. I said no basic. They did deluxe anyway. Upcharging people is not ok. The time before I had 3 different people do my pedicure. That took away from my relax time.

I called the morning of to make my apoinment and even tho it was busy ...and so short notice they got me in for 5. I had a really tuff set of gel nails they really struggled with to get off but Lee was very patient and he wasnt going to give up on me. After almost everyone went home he stayed and gave me a beautiful set of acrilic nails. I very much apriciate the lengths they went threw to make my first real nail apoinment a pleasant experience!

I went here cause I thought they would be sanitary especially with Covid. The older gentleman who did my nails was coughing a lot and also once he did my pedi went immediately to another lady with the tools he used on me with out sanitizing the tools. Beware!

I went here for the first time yesterday and was very happy with my experience. Lee did an awesome job with my nails. I will definitely be making this my regular place to go 😀

This nail salon has been recently remodeled and looks fantastic! The prices are very reasonable; I only get pedicures, not manicures, and they are priced well. My only issue is they seem to double/triple book appointments, so they dont always run on time. Other than that, I highly recommend them.

I’ll start this review by saying that I’ve given this business NUMEROUS attempts over the last 10 years at providing satisfactory customer service. They have failed over and over again. I have ALWAYS scheduled an appt and have NEVER been seated in a timely manner, and today I hit the breaking point.Synopsis of my last 2 visits:May 22, 2020: Scheduled appt for 4pm. Arrived 5 minutes early. Waited 45 minutes for a gel manicure (25 minute service)June 20, 2020: Scheduled appt for 3:30pm. Arrived 8 minutes early @ 3:22pm. Waited until 3:45, still wasn’t seated for my service (dip manicure)I’ve tried to give these guys my business over the last 10 years since moving to Burlington. Today I decided I will not be going back again. If you plan to visit, make sure you set aside at least 2 hours of your time.

I went into Cool Nails basically because Beauty Nails was closed (I had only gotten my nails done once before). When I went in, they were friendly and informative. After they did my nails..WHAT A DIFFERENCE in their service vs. Beauty Nails! Not being a nail person, I didnt realize the difference in the quality of service and outcome until I went to Cool Nails. I will be a loyal customer to Cool Nails. Thank you so much for taking the time to make my nails look PERFECT. Highly recommended!

Best pedicure in town for sure! I have been all over and Kim and her crew really do a great job. Always a fair price and friendly people. I would recommend being flexible when going in, its always busy since they are so good. Its worth the wait!

Everyone was so nice! Its been a long time since I have had my nails done. It was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend it!

I had my appointment at 1 today, waited until 1:30 which was okay. I showed the nail technician what I wanted. I had one acrylic that had broken off. The tip she replaced was crooked but asking for a coffin shape, thought she would file it to look okay. She started putting the acrylic on and not only are some much thinner than others, but majority of them are thicker on one side more than the other. I had to ask her to add acrylic to spaces near my cuticles that she completely missed. After she applied the base coat of nail polish she proceeded to tell me that not only did they have the glitter in my picture, but she also could not do the design for me, and neither could anyone else in the shop. I asked her why she didn’t tell me that would be an issue when I sat down in her chair and showed her, multiple times, what I wanted. To top it all off she was rough and unfriendly; she didn’t say a word to me. $40 for the worst fill and customer service I’ve ever encountered.

I was able to get in for an acrylic fill last minute. Within 48 hours I had three broken nails. 👎🏼

They did a great job for a reasonable price! I was pleasantly surprised how thorough of a job she did, my nails are perfect! She did not really speak English, but did a great job. I do really recommend bringing a photo of the design youd like if youre planning on details or accents, because I ended up with a childish daisy as an accent because I had a hard time communicating what I really wanted. My nails arent too thick and no bleeding or imperfections besides the design which was a personal taste. I would recommend this place and will return myself!

I brought my teenage daughter to get her nails done & explained to them it was her first time getting her nails professionally done. First off we werent seated anywhere near eachother. I had envisioned us chatting & having girl time. The staff is continually yelling across the store to one another in Vietnamese & really could care less about the customer. In fact the lady who did my daughters nails said the color she picked was ugly and to use pink. I had to turn around & stick up for her. My daughter also told me the whole manicure hurt. Never having a manicure before she didnt know that it shouldnt be painful. I was furious that her first nail experience was awful. I have been going to Cool Nails since I was 16; never again after that!

Been a long time customer

I had a 11:00 appt to get acrylic nails, got there at 10:45. Sat there for an hour while others got helped even though we got there before them. They finally started the nails at 12:00 didnt get done till 1pm. I asked for a discount and was told they dont do that. Will not go back to this place. Whats the point of making an appt if they dont honor it!

Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!! So I call the shop trying to figure out how much they would charge me for a full set, the lady on the phone says $35 for regular polish and $40 for gel and I’m right outside so there’s nobody really in the shop. Then I go in and ask for a full set with regular color they have me pick my color out.They we’re all taking amongst each other until a guy decides he’s going to do my full set. All of a sudden he sees I choose a regular polish he no longer wants to do my nails so he tells me to wait at this point and left to be on his phone, literally. Then some lady takes over but then she proceeds to tell me she has an appointment who has just arrived and if I could wait until then for her to do my nails, I said no and walked out. That’s really unprofessional on their behalf and I don’t recommend supporting this business.

This is my go to place for my nails. Ive never left dissappointed. Wheather its a full set of nails or a manicure/pedicure they do a great job and they do it quickly. They also offer neck and shoulder rubs at a reasonable cost so thats an added bonus. Keep up the great work guys!

She said she didnt have time right now, so then I asked if she had time later today or tomorrow, she asked if I got my nails done there, which I told her no so then she tolf me she couldnt do it at all.

Took my sister here for her birthday. They swindled me out of $20 & then had the audacity to ask for a tip AFTER I caught them in the lie. Ladies, if you must go here make sure to remember GEL POLISH is on the right and REGULAR on the left. THEY WILL ONLY SAY HAND POLISH ON THE RIGHT AND FOOT IS ON THE LEFT. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on

Not very clean. The pedicures bowls had dead skin on from the customers before us. The guy just took the plastic out of bowl and never Sanitized the bowl before putting new plastic in. Under plastic was dead skin. They werent even busy. There was 2 customers while I was there.

Ive gone here for years, a d FINALLY branched out and am so happy about it!! They are RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! They talk about you in Korean, and its obvious! On 2 separate occasions, I was told my nails are too short for shellac (which is just gel nail polish!!!!!!!!!) And I was also told they would NOT do a pink and white on me, I HAD to do a gel manicure with colors instead of the ombre. At least 1 of my nails is ALWAYS crooked, and they are NOT gentle when trimming/filing/sanding etc. They also use 2 techs to do nails, so if you get a pedicure, you will have 3 people working on your nails. There is no aloe with the waxes, and she is not courteous or kind about waxes either. Just rips it off your skin with no warning. She doesnt rub the skin to calm it afterwards, nothing. This place is GARBAGE and if I could give it 0 stars I would! I suggest LEE nails in Waterford! Its the main guy at Cool Nails old partner. They have good prices and treat you with respect, and they SPEAK ENGLISH!!!!

Wonderful service at a great price. However, at least for pedicures, they dont schedule appointments ahead. If you call, they seem as though you have an appointment, but when you get there, if the chairs are full or all staff are busy, you are told to wait indefinitely, or come back later. For my busy schedule, this doesnt work for me, sadly.

Theyve never disappointed me with my pedicures. Polish lasts forever. My only word of warning is bug spray will make a mess put of your pedicure which isnt their fault.

I could get past the fact that I had 2 different techs working on me, one of them clearly didnt speak English, and they wanted to do my manicure first so Id have to sit there an extra 20-30 min until I could put my shoes on. Other things I cannot get past.A metal file was used on my feet which took a huge gouge out of the side of my big toe. I had to put a bandage over it just to wear shoes. What was more appalling was when all the tech did was rinse off the dead skin and stick it back in the drawer! No soaking in sterilizing solution, no disinfectant spray, nothing. As far as I could see none of their tools were disinfected.It doesnt matter how nice my manicure looks if I get some fungus or disease because you cut my skin with unsanitized tools. I wont be returning.

My daughter in law went there and tried the dip nails and ended up being there 2 hrs. They messed them up so bad! She will never go back!!

I made and appointment for my daughters 12th birthday for her and a few friends to get pedicures. When we walked in I was disappointed with how dusty and dirty everything was. The floors had looked like they were not vacuumed in weeks. The ceiling had a big whole in it. When they finally egnolaged that we were there they told us to wait. We then watched them not wash the pedicure tub after someone had just gotten done, and sat someone eles there. At that point we no longer wanted to get any type of service there. Im not one to write review but that place was terrible!
