Absolutely tore my hands apart. Left with big ugly sores under two of my nails from them pulling skin away. Fingers left stained black from powder. Rushed and was in pain for half of the time. I would not recommend coming here if you like having your skin intact.

Did my nails really bad, stained all around my nails with powder. Didn’t even ask if I wanted powder, just started doing the most expensive option before I could speak. Left sores on my hands below my nails. I complained and they told me I am never welcomed back because I said I should have a discount for them absolutely destroying my fingers. Not worth the money. Wouldn’t go back even if I wasn’t banned for calling them out on their bad work. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

If you’re going to go here, book an appointment and be very specific about who you want. I booked an appointment with Jade but they had someone else do my gel manicure and it was a waste of $30. I could have shaped and painted my nails better myself. If I ever decide to go back I will be adamant that I get who I booked with. Very disappointed.

Been going here for years! Can usually get a same or next day appointment. Manis, pedis, waxing. The expansion remodel is gorgeous. New Covid, and regular cleanliness measures are excellent. Recently had Grace for the first time - she was gentle, caring, really listened to me re my shape and length preference for my dip manicure. She even redid several nail top coats because she didn’t like how they came out. I’ve had excellent experiences with the longevity of this product. I will definitely ask for Grace again. The only thing I wish is that they would take more time to pamper, via massaging hands, forearms, feet etc.

I really love my nail tech, been going for a number of years. The reason for the 3 stars is the owner. She is not friendly or welcoming at all. When I come in ( she sits right in front) she never greets me ( maybe shes friendlier with her own clients) has never said thank you for coming in. With her attitude I would never allow her to touch my nails. I would say about 4 of the girls are very friendly, the rest are not. I think that says a lot. You want to go to a salon where the owner appreciates your business. She is just miserable, Ive never seen her even crack a smile. Ugh, Ill keep going to my girl but I really felt the need to mention the owners terrible customer service. On a positive note, the color selection is great and I love the Tammy Taylor polish!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Very unprofessional place! I made an appointment two weeks ago today, and when I came in they told me they didn’t have an opening for me . I even called the place an hour before to confirm and they said it was confirmed, just for me to get here and be told I wasn’t going to be seen today. This is not the first time they’ve done this and they don’t care if you drove far to come here. Never coming back here again

I love getting dip nails done at Hi Tech. The entire staff is lovely and the owner always greets me. I have never had a bad experience here!!

Ive been going to Hi Tech Nails for about 5 years now and each time, I enjoy my visit and services. In the 5 years Ive been going there, Angela has been my go to girl. Her book is usually booked rather quickly, but she always finds time to take me. Angela and Tammy (the owner) always go above and beyond for their customers to make sure they are comfortable and receive the services they pay for. If youre looking for a new nail salon, Id say go their and ask for Angela! Shes amazing :)

Great Job! Jade is the best and the sweetest. She listens to what I want and her Gel manicures last 14+days.Thats saying a lot since I do lash extensions and makeup for a living, so my hands are always being washed and are always being knocked around and I get glue and makeup on them. Thanks so much, I recommend her any chance I get. xo

A friend brought me here to get a dip powder manicure, and pedicures. Since then Ive basically become a regular!! Eveyone is super friendly here and every tech Ive had has done amazing work!!! They are clean and take their time with each person. Some days are busier than others so if youre on a schedule call a head of time and make an appointment. But thats most salons that do great work!! Im definitely recommending this place to evryone I know.

So my first visit was very pleasant. They did a great job on mine and my fiances pedicures. My gel manicure was excellent as well! It has last so far 11 days. Very kind and friendly staff and the girls were very gentle. The place was clean and the tools used were clean and sterile. Very reasonable pricing and great quality work. Much better than some of the other local nails salons. Will be back.2nd visit today. Different girl. Gel manicure not as good as first time. Still like the place but wish the mani had been more thorough. Polish near nail rear of beds is not as opaque as the rest of the nail like it the coats were too thin ( she did 2). The sample was much richer and darker. Also the clear coat was not pushed back enough so its dull near the cuticle line which makes it look unfinished.Ill be back but I will probably go back to original girl.Removed 1 star for inconsistency in qualityStill recommend the place as they are still much better than most.

Hi Tech Nails in Cinnaminson is hands down the best nail salon in our area. Ive tried so many other places, but after going to Hi Tech I will never go anywhere else again. Not only do my nails look flawless every time, but the girls who work there are so sweet. They are kind and they take the time to do your nails right - which has not been my experience with the other salons in our area. Im on my way to go get them done right now and Im totally confident theyre going to be awesome as usual. Love love love this place.

Best place for a man to get his nails done. Outstanding service. Ive been to many places in the area and HiTech doesnt short change thier male clients. They pay as much attention to a mans nails as thier female clientele. Ill never go any places else in the area.

I have been going to this salon for 10+ years. And honestly I would never go anywhere else I have everything I need right here. The ladies at hi tech treat ALL of their customers so well and I love that everyone is on a first name basis if you have been there before. Ive never had one issue while being a client there EVER. They truly care about you and what you want and need, whether its your pedi or mani. I especially loved when the new Dip powder came out and Ange told me I had to try it because she knows how much I wash my hands at work and regular gel just wasnt lasting long enough for me or my busy schedule.. I was informed it would cost more than my usual manicure which is absolutely fine by me because this stuff lasts FOREVER! One time I remember calling for a last minute appointment ( I have a hectic work schedule) and Tammy informed me they didnt have any openings that day and not even 10 minutes later she called me to tell me come in right when I was done work.I also remember when Kathy first started Ange jumped right in to help her with my pedicure needs since I require a little extra pedicure work. I love these ladies and will always recommend this salon to any and all of my friends and family!

This salon is wonderful. I take my 89 year old mother here every 3 weeks for manis/pedis - she sees Cathy and I see Angela. They always do a great job, and theyve always been VERY clear on their pricing for all their services - they always double check on extra things, like added designs, etc., so I know just what the charge will be before committing. And the girls are all so sweet to my Mom - one of them always jumps up to help Cathy or I get her in and out of her pedicure chair and situated. They bring her water, and Tammi (the owner) even brought her 2 little Jade statues back from Vietnam because she admired them at the salon! And theyre great with my schedule - I can just text Angela if I need to change an appointment or am running late. We both get tons of compliments on our nails, especially during the holidays, when Angela hand paints amazingly detailed designs (people cant believe theyre not decals)! Weve been going there for at least 5 years. We both were comfortable there right from the start - they treated us like family, and we wouldnt want to go anywhere else!

Please do not go against the grain with this place or they will ban you! SmhI’ve been going to this salon for about the past 2/3 years & I have always gone to Angela to have my pedicures done. I just recently started getting my nails done & the first time I let Angela convince me to do the dip. Not knowing the tips had to be removed every time like the gel nails. The only thing that was told to me was that “the dip is better because it’s quicker and they last forever”.When I returned two weeks later to get my nails done I was told that they had to remove all of my nails and would be charge me for a full set again, which to me makes no sense and is pricey. I was upset by this (which I have every right to be as a paying customer) because I wasn’t made aware of this when I first got them done. I stated that as well, that I wish I was told this in the beginning because I would have just got acrylic nails.That was all that occurred and I proceeded with my normal pedicure and a new full set(acrylic).I called in today to schedule an appointment with Angela and 2 mins later I receive a call back saying that Angela is no longer comfortable doing my nails because I said I wasn’t told this information, which she never did.I asked to speak to Angela becuse I just couldn’t wrap my head around someone being that upset because I said I wish she would have informed me of this prior. But they stated that she refused and walked out the door.This is truly sad because she is a good tech, but if she gets that upset because I told her she didn’t inform me of this information, then I think she needs to join some type customer service classes and the owner of the shop should be ashame as well to allow her to act such a way. Customer’s get upset about things all the time, especially when they’re not made aware of certain things. As a business you fix the issue and move on with doing business. You don’t ban a paying customer that just simply made a statement! I could see if I was irate, screaming, and carrying on, but there was none of that. I didn’t even complain to the owner. I only said this to Angela smhThank you Hi Tech nails for showing customers how much you care! Also, you guys should have a price chart up & something that states what the services are. Maybe this might help with any questions or concerns that your customer may have.

Sitting here, after waiting thirty minutes to fix ONE nail the women are obviously busy and frazzled but thats no excuse for a nasty attitude, this woman is literally rolling her eyes because I asked the nails to be EVEN, and shoving my hands inside the UV machine! So rude, and two days before Christmas??? NEVER AGAIN
