Have been going here for over a year now and I have to say it’s the best place to get your nails done. Sam is amazing and does amazing nail art! If you haven’t already, book an appointment with them as soon as possible! You will not be disappointed.

I came there for the first time today after reading good reviews. I paid $50 for a pedicure in which they only rubbed my legs not my feet. I paid $60 for a manicure because I was told its $15 to get your cuticles cleaned up it doesnt come with the dip and then I paid five extra for the paraffin. I told them that my nails came out all rigid they attempted to fix them after trying to tell me that its the curve in my nails, but they still look horrible. It says though theres no top coat at the tip of my fingers. Additionally my fingernails and toenails look to completely different colors yet I picked out matching ones. In total I paid $110 for a manicure and pedicure and tipped them $20. Very disappointed.

This place consistently does the best nails. Sam is your guy for crazy design nails for sure. Matte, color changing, chrome color.. they do it all. Vanessa always takes extra care and make sure my nails are perfect. Ive never had a bad experience at this place, and Ive seen four or five of the nail techs. I always know my nails can last 3 to 4 weeks, even though Im a bartender and I work a lot with my hands. Prices are fair. Be sure to make an appointment. I truly will not go anywhere else. This place is incredible!!

Went in for a manicure and pedicure. I felt like they took advantage and over priced me. They have their prices posted on their wall and a pedicure says $33 and i was charged 40. They also overcharged their nail designs. First it was $12 dollars a HAND and i was charged $30 for a very simple design on four fingers. I felt robbed and will not be returning. The staff was nice but they seemed to do what they want (taking a phone call and texting during a service) so unprofessional. They also did not clean my cuticles. I paid $125 for their services.

My 16 yr old daughter found this hidden gem. She will now only go here to get her nails and toes done. After a couple times dropping her off I decided to go in and get a pedicure which was the best I have ever gotten. Then I booked a back massage which was absolutely amazing. Now I will only come to V&V Nails now for all my needs. I was very surprised when I saw the 1 star saying very unprofessional! This staff is great very professional and extremely warm and personal. In a heart beat I would recommend V & V Nails! 🙂

I got my nails done here quite a few times, they are extremely over priced. Although I never mind paying for it because I liked my nails. However the last time that I went there when I arrived for my appointment, a woman that worked there came up to me as I was walking in and asked me to do eyebrows. I said no thank you, as my skin gets irritated by wax, and I never do my eyebrows. She repeatedly told me that she needed to fix my eyebrows. And I repeatedly told her no. I finished getting my nails done which looked OK but they were not what I asked for, the nail tech said that he liked it better the way he wanted to do it. But again I’m not complaining about my nails. After I finished getting my nails done and paid for the service, I was walking out to my car. The woman who had commented on my eyebrows, started following me to my vehicle to tell me that my eyebrows looked awful and I needed to get them done. This is extremely unprofessional I felt super uncomfortable. I will not return.

I have been a customer for just over a year. I needed a nail salon after moving to this area from Canada. A friend highly recommended V&V Nails - Sam and his staff are truly amazing, professional, accommodating, talented and they never forget your name! This place is awful! My girlfriend just told me about how the servant tried to keep changing the nails price throughout the appointment. When the time came to pay the women demanded cash, changed the price, and then physically grabbed $15 out of my girlfriends mothers hands as a tip for herself, while then lowering the price of the nails. (may have stolen card info) as she requested to go to the second floor alone with her card being used to pay. News flash: This isnt some back street nail salon. This is America where the price is the price and when you have a paying customer you dont steal cash and complain about getting paid. This place is lucky I wasnt there because we would have walked right out without paying and Id have loved to see the thieving servant stop me. I suggest no one comes here. Terrible service.

My sister and I went there for a simple gel and powder manicure. My sister had Le and I had Johny. By the end of the apt my sister had got her eyebrows done which she didn’t ask for and a color that she didn’t even pick out. We had told Le that my sister did not want the arkelic nail stuff on and she just wanted a simple nail, Le put the stuff on and did what Le wanted. I have never been to a salon that took what they wanted to do on a client and did it when they didn’t even ask for it. I would never go there. I called and spoke to the owner the next morning explaining all this and told Le and Johny we were new clients and they did basically everything you wouldn’t done. When I spoke to the owner he wanted us to come back and go into his private room. Unfortunately we went to the nail salon to get one service and ended up with other services done that we didn’t want done. We went there because we needed those services and don’t have time to go back. Then they gave a huge bill and pressured us for a tip. IT MADE US FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE. When it was close to their closing time they didn’t even finish my dip and basically ran us out the door because they needed to take a picture of the unfinished nails. Worst place ever! I have never been so dissatisfied from a nail salon than this place

This salon is clean, organized, friendly, and funny! I was impressed with the high quality service even when it was done quickly. The nail art was beautiful, as well, and don’t worry about there being enough colors to choose from—there’s 4,300!!.It was also very well equipped for the pandemic. Will go here again!

Sam is really flexible and will make sure your nails are perfect before you leave his shop. If you are into designs, this is the place to go! He has every single new decal or foil seen on social media. If he doesnt, he is amazing at hand drawing on the designs!!

I drive an hour to come there. I have a busy schedule and Sam is always running behind. Today I showed up 8 mins later and he was still no where done with his previous client. When I was annoyed he told well youre late, as if that would have changed the fact he wasnt done with the previous client. Literally its an all day event . Im done going there for good.

Le is fantastic. Her pedicures are wonderful. She is gifted and knowledgeable when it comes to nails. She is now on the first floor which makes it so much easier. I highly recommend her.

I asked for an ombré french nails with UV gel and they tried to charge me $75 for a fill-in, had to get a solid color and it was still $50. Nails started breaking after a week and a half. Will not be returning. Staff was very nice they just overcharge and did not do a good job as they are falling apart so soon when they should last 3 weeks

This place is the best!! My friend introduced me to it a couple months ago and now I go to get my nails done every 1-2 weeks when I never used to get them done. Sam does my manicures and either Johnny or Sammy do my pedicures. They are so nice and welcoming and take great care of you. Sam takes so much pride in his work and it shows. They’re able to do any designs you can think of. Show them a picture or tell them what you’re thinking and they’ll make it happen and it always looks so good! Vanessa does my friends nails and she is such an amazing artist, as is Sam. They have thousands of colors (I believe Sam said 2,500) and their collection is always growing, so you’ll always be able to find the color you have in mind. Go here, you won’t be disappointed! They are truly amazing!!

I absolutely love this place. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. They are all so talented. Sam, who I see for full sets, is incredible. He takes so much pride and time in his work. All the designs I’ve shown him, he has done, and the result ends up being better than the original picture. My friends have gone to a few others like Vanessa, and she is great as well. Everyone I know that has gone here loves it. There are so many local nail salons where I live, but driving from Medford to Burlington is worth it. It is such a relaxing and humble environment, and I recommend it 100%.

I have only been to this nail salon twice but it has completely changed my standards for nail salons. I love this salon and I am not planning on going to another one any time soon. The service went above and beyond and I would give this salon 10 stars if I could. The service is spectacular and the staff are as well. V&V is my all time favorite nail salon I have ever been to and Ive been around the block a few times. Sam and his whole team are so lovely and welcoming. I have been going for a couple years now and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. I learned of V&V while I was working at the Burlington Mall right up the road but I continue going even though I now work and live 45 minutes away. Went in for a quick pedicure and was confronted with a very pushy employee named Lee. She wouldn’t stop until I gave in to a manicure and eyebrow threading as well. In addition to that they talked me into getting something I didn’t understand but I did get that it dried faster so I agreed then they told me it was an extra $15.00. What they did was gel on my toes and if I knew it was that I never would’ve agreed. I felt like I was scammed. They did do a good job but I don’t like being taken advantage of it pushed into doing things I don’t want to do.

Both my friend and I got mani-pedis here and got cut. I was bleeding a little from my nail bed after the manicure, and my friend got pretty badly cut on her toe from the pedicure. The pedicurist completely ignored it and she was bleeding all afternoon and early evening. This was our first visit and we received our mani-pedis from different people. Its clear they are not very careful in their work if two different people cut us during the service.Update: Sam, the manager, was very apologetic and gave my friend a refund on her pedicure. He did her nails and my nail art and was very careful. I would go back for him but not for the others.

Hi . An old lady worked on my hands . I felt she was not fully aware of the procedure . She used the filer so extensively that I had cut on my skin besides the nails. The finish of the nails was not good . They were out of shape . They were thin at one point and thick at another . But I surely did see that there was another girl besides doing work and she did an amazing work on her client. I hope I get someone good to do my nails this time Im there.

I went to get my nails done for a wedding and it was the cleanest place I’ve been. They are friendly and talkative. Their creativity with nail designs is remarkable. I am going here from now on.

As much as I would like to give 5 stars, I cannot and I feel I am being generous with a 3 star rating. I got a gel manicure which came out beautifully. I got a deluxe pedicure which left me injured. For whatever reason, and I have never had a nail tech do this before, she used the grater on my toes, and scraped the skin clean off one toe. It defeated the purpose of the pedicure, I now have to keep it bandaged and disinfected and obviously it hurts. So why am I giving them 3 stars? They refunded me partially for the pedicure ($26), I feel they should have given me a full refund for the pedicure ($35), as now my feet have to stay covered. I am pretty sure they assumed I couldnt possibly live in the area and they would never see me again, but when I returned for my refund within 10 minutes, they asked where I lived and I told them I am close by. Then they were super apologetic. They did not initially apologize for the injury, if anything she tried to hide the fact that she injured me. When I returned for the refund, they took a picture of my toe without permission, maybe for liability purposes. The funny thing is I would probably go back and give them a chance to turn this 3 star into a 5 star rating, I feel I deserve the same quality of service as all of their other clients that made me want to come here in the first place.

Money is time and time is money what I expect is the the person doing my nails taking there time on me I don’t like feeling rushed I am paying for your services I have been the once I had some gentleman work on my nails and then Sam came in to finish them my nails came out beautiful, but I didn’t come back I would like to come back I am having issues where I am going now every two weeks I am going back getting a fill and repair because the nail is popping off I am getting tired of spending money on repairs I always leave a generous tip Sam I will be coming back but I want you and only you! Looking forward to coming back all your nail art post are beautiful.

I had such an amazing experience at this nail salon. Ben did an exceptional job! His customer service skills, as well as his staff was wonderful. I was looking to get my nails done (last minute on a Friday evening) I called this nail salon and was greeted by a very nice woman on the phone. She gave me an appointment for the same evening. She called me back to see if I wanted to come in immediately. I got there for my appointment and waited just a few minutes. I was greeted by Ben and be was very professional, welcoming and friendly. He was very patient and helpful in helping me decide what was my best option for my nails. We talked the entire time and he was the absolute best! V&V Nails is a wonderful nail salon. The nail technicians are friendly and professional. They do amazing work - the dip powder manicures are gorgeous! When you get a pedicure here they put a new clear liner in the basin so there is no concern about cleanliness. I always receive many compliments on my nails!

V&V does a great job. I went there for the first time two weeks ago, because I was recommended by my co-workers. I got a full set put on. My nails looked great, I was satisfied. Now the reason Im giving two stars is because my nails began to lift and pop off four days after I had gotten them done. I went back for the second time, and had them fixed. That was Sunday 9/15 it is now Wednesday 9/18 and my nails are beginning to lift again. I have never had a problem with my nails lifting after a few days of having them done.

Sam has so many options for extra details on your nails; ranging from glitter, to jewels, to decals! He also has a plethora of colors for regular, gel, and dip powder. The limits are endless at V&V. The upstairs salon is on the smaller side, but Sam is adding another salon to the lower level of the building very soon! Each nail tech is so friendly, and show that they appreciate you and your business. Sam and his staff are more like friends. It’s such a treat to be able to share laughs and feel at home while getting my nails done! Never will stop coming here.

Sam and Vanessa are the best. The place is clean,everyone is friendly and they do a GREAT job with free hand nail art! Im always getting asked where do i get my nails done because they always look good! Would highly recommend V and V nails

They are amazing! It’s hard to find a place that can properly do stiletto nails but I have never had an issue here. I’m also very big on designs and unique looking nails, I have yet to come across something Sam can’t do, he is truest an artist and takes pride in his work. They never rush you out the door and ensure your happiness before moving on to the next customer. They have stayed open late for me because I got a complicated design and they where so busy my last visit they told another customer who walked in they will stay open late just to fit her in. The care they have for customers and their work is why I won’t go anywhere else. And I can’t stress it enough if you like stiletto nails and designs ask for Sam 🤗
