They did exactly what I wanted the long now how I liked it and he actually did the shape that I was looking for and it was a great experience it was so quick and so far is the name so you know like I was an important customer to the establishment

My nails look like a 2 yr old did them. Cleo, sit last table on the left in the back, is the worst. She rushed through my manicure, my cuticles look horrible. She did even my nails. My nails polish is lumpy and the tone is uneven. Definitely will not be going back

It was my first time visiting Pink Mani Pedi. They were very welcoming and even though I gave them a challenging ask, they performed! I absolutely loved my nails. I could sense a little annoyance from my manicurist... But I cant blame her too much as she didnt give up and continued her great work. Would definitely visit this location again if I were to do nail designs for an event. Happy Pride!

The owner gave me a appointment with Mei Mei he advised me he text her my appointment the day before the appointment i confirmed with the owner the day of the appointment i walk in the shop she looked me dead in my face and said no appointment today. I advised her i spoke with her boss and he confirmed because she lied...after i gave her $ 20 tip 2 weeks prior ( the nerve) so i spoke with the owner again after everyone including Ken was nasty he gave me $20 off of my service and i promised myself i will never walk in there again. Never horrible horrible service and i had a dinner reservation at Mccormick and Schmidt at 7 had to change that as well

DO NOT GO HERE!! They used MMA monomer on my cousins nails which is banned by the FDA and it can cause permanent loss and damage of the nails. We noticed when removing the nails. You can tell that it is MMA if when removing the nails with acetone they come off in a gummy constancy.

Scammers. I went there twice. Yesterday I got a refill from them. Today I asked to get my nails repainted because I wasnt feeling the color and they tried to charge me 20$! You lost your damn mind. I tipped them the day before for a refill. Its hard finding nail places that wont upcharge you and thats so sad and disgusting. Never again.

I came in to get my nails done for prom and asked for clear oval tips and my lady did a great job. the place is clean and very open! just be clear with what you want and speak up if you have questions or concerns

As soon as I walked in I was seated and the lady started working on my nails! I only had to show her the picture once and she totally nailed it. She was very sweet and always checked to make sure she wasn’t hurting me. It was very clean and professional and I will definitely will be coming back.

KC did an amazing job on my nails! I showed up after having a poor experience getting dips done at another salon. She completely redid my nails and did an incredible job!! I ended up getting a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed while I was there too, they also turned out perfectly. The environment is clean, all of the technicians are friendly, and they take walk-ins. I definitely found my new go-to salon!

Been goin to this salon for a little while. I like the atmosphere its clean, up to date and the staff is friendly. I usually ask for the same person when I go to any salon as Im very picky about my nails. My only complaint is that they dont do any special designs (bling, 3d, abstract). So I get my set and go somewhere else for that. 🤦🏽 Everyone has their own experience but for the past few years mine has been great.

Convenient and fast. Although I had to wait about 15 mins for service, a basic pedicure with gel polish (no extras) took about 35 mins! That works for me.😉

Rushed through my pedi😕. Really fast pedi. I really just needed to relax a bit, but the tech didnt even let me sit there to dry! Otherwise the pedi was o.k.P.S. I hate the repeated attempts to upsell me. Feels like Im being nickled and dimed, if I want more, Ill ask for it...

They do good nails but you can end up being there 2/3 hrs because short staffed and no appt timing set. Its covid barely seating no greet at door and says cash only but takes card

I love my experience here so far. I used to travel over 45 minutes away for my services because I couldnt find a salon I have been happy with. I have my nails dipped, pedicure, and facial wax. I enjoy the employees who work there and they have all been very efficient. The prices are very good too.

If you enjoy being worked on by slobs- this is the place! This is the worst nail salon I’ve had the misfortune of visiting. The manicurist that was supposed to do my nails abruptly got up in the middle of the service saying she needed to go get something. She leaves the building, returns after a few minutes with a wad of cash in her hand. Very strange. She was so distracted by whatever it was she completely mangled two of my cuticles and my fingers were actually bleeding! I had to leave before I got an infection from her carelessness. Avoid this salon.

I came in for an ombré (pictures attached) and coffin shape which was little extra $. My technician was Ken, and he really came thru! he shaped it SOOO nicely and blended the ombre powder perfectly. Love it!

Clean nail salon with bad techniques in disguise. I started coming to pink nails about six months ago and had a great experience every time I went except the last three times my nails came out far less than perfect. Crooked and more gel on one and the other, I was also cut twice and I don’t tolerate anything like that. They also nickel and dime you for a cut down, shape change etc.Not to mention the woman who sits in the middle who seems like a manager or owner acts like she would rather be doing anything else in life than sitting in that salon. I now go to Maria’s nails across the street and absolutely love it.

I like that they got me in faster than expected. However, I wasnt a fan of how my dip turned out; I showed the tech what I wanted but he kept insisting he could do something better only to end up with a meh job & they just kept adding extra $5 or $10 to everything.

Good experience every time I come. The gentleman always takes extra care on my poor tired feet so I don’t get an ingrown! Always polite and the value is awesome.

Nice salon the only complaint is that they want cash payments but have a credit card machine to process credit cards. I guess they do not want to pay the processing fee. They need to realize that a lot of people do not carry cash on them.

Loyal customer since they opened. They no longer accept cards as a form of payment and their kindest has changed to rude. Heading to Sexy Nails in Burlington! They take cards with lower prices. Loyal customer NO MORE.

Went there yesterday 6/7/18 and had a great experience. Katie was my nail tech and she was wonderful. She understood that I needed my nails short due to my job but still kept the shape I asked for. She was very pleasant to talk to and did a great job on my eyebrows. I will definitely be asking for her next time I go.

They were incredibly rude. My nails looked horrible. I don’t know why I continued to go back. Here are a few gems they’ve said every time I’ve had an issue. “Oh you want them even? You have to specify that” I got what I thought would be a cute glitter powder over my nails. It turned my manicure lumpy and heavy. When I went back they said “that’s just what the glitter does” so why didn’t you tell me that when I got it??? Couldn’t pass up the $15? Try the other 10 nails salons in a 5 mills radius but don’t go to Pink Mani pedi.

Wonderful service! Just got my nails done. Unfortunately I didnt catch the woman that did my nails name but she was great. Detail oriented and took her time even with closing soon. Recommend to everyone.

I’ve been going here for a few months now after moving into the area. I had a go-to nail salon that I loved but wanted to find something closer. The salon is always very clean, staff is always friendly, and they have a great selection of colors in gel, dip, and ombré. I’ve been to many of the nail techs and they are all great! Prices are awesome and the spa pedicure is probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had! I’ve always left extremely happy with my manicure & pedicure! I never feel rushed and feel like they really strive to make sure your nails come out beautiful!

The salon was one of the cleanest salons I’ve seen in the area but I waited over an hour as a walk in. I also saw a lady wait over 20 minutes past her appointment time. The nail work was alright (2/5); luckily I got a clear pink gel nail color and it wasn’t as obvious that it started chipping less than a week after my fill.

I always go there, it’s my go to nail spot. I usually get long acrylic nails, they’re always very strong and last me a long time. Each time I go I always leave very satisfied

I recommend Ken for manicures and Casey for pedicures. They are personable and extremely good at slaying my nails. They take their time and don’t rush you when you’re indecisive about what color you want. Ken always introduces me to the latest nail trends and I love it!They are a little pricey but it’s worth it.The only con is they don’t have an effective scheduling system. Clients who make appointments should be seen at their appointment time. Walk ins should wait for availability or be told up front that the salon is booked with appointments .UPDATE-Sept 2020: The con, mentioned above manifested to getting turned away after having an Appt. They cannot keep staff and the people that I recommended above aren’t there anymore. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Horrible customer service! They are beyond rude! this is not a cheap service you are paying top dollar to get nails done. Yet they are rude and you feel you are bothering them. Plus their policy of not taking a same day appointment is beyond ridiculous. Def Lost a customer. Wait is super long. You cant always know when you have time to get nails done. Many other options. GO to Luxe Nails, Hope Nails or Maria across the street! Much nicer service.

Busy where the first thing on a Sunday morning. They were very organized we were all in and out quickly. And, I was satisfied with my nail.

My second time here and will continue to get my nails and pedicures done here. Isabelle was great! She always understands exactly what I want and is super friendly and personable. She does a great job, and my nails last forever!

The man cut my cuticle too close and it bled a little. Nail polish didn’t last after two days. Never again

Disappointed. I don’t get my nails done often. I got a new set and a pedicure. My nails started falling off within a week. I’ve had my nails break after three or four weeks but never had them fall off. I went to a new place today to fix my my nails and they had to trim off most of the bottoms of my nails.

The first time I came was yesterday 9/01/18 and got a refill, nikky was the one that did my refill and she made me feel so welcome! She did a great job with my nails. (Also, the salon was VERY clean and they sanitize all of the tools they use on u!)

I have been going to this nail salon since it opened last summer. I even started taking my daughters. Today, I stopped in, to get their nails done. Their price board said one price then in my face was quoted 2 different prices and the board said another. WARNING BE PREPARED TO PAY MORE THAN THE LISTED PRICE! This was 100% a Deal breaker! Pricing all of the place, felt like I was being hustled. I rated a 1 but wish I could have left 0.

I will never step foot in this place again. The gentleman who works there is rude and doesnt care about the quality if the work done. I had my nails done there and the technical put nail polish top coat on top of nail dip. After 1 week they started to peel. I contacted the store and the gentleman told me to come in.When I arrived he approaches me and looked at my nails and asked when they were done and who did my nails. He said he would fix them. He proceeded to assist someone who came after me and made me sit for another 20 min. He approached me again and basically said I was a liar and if I wanted then fixed I had to come back in another hour.Horrible place and service sucks!

Love love love my nails, but when I asked the person who was doing my nails is she gonna clean up my cuticles...she told me that was an extra charge of $5. Never was I charged extra for something a nail tech is supposed to do, at ANY salon. Confused.

The staff is very friendly here. The place is new, clean, and bicely decorated. But Kin is my go to guy. Kin is professional, nice, does an amazing job and always makes sure Im happy with my service. Any woman knows how hard it is to find a great nail tech. If he goes....I go. ..sorry.

Great experience. Salon is so clean and the staff is very friendly. The tech who did my nails was so patient while I searched for the right grey lol. She gave me exactly what I wanted and I didnt feel rushed or pressured to settle for less than what I had in mind.And did I mention how CLEAN it is? Tools came out of a sanitary, sealed package.I cant say enough about how amazing this salon is. Definitely the only place Ill be going from now on.

Looked like I had my nails for a week after got it done gaps in my cuticle...a day later the gel had jumps on it I dont complain got 4 kids full time job businesses and fulltime ministry this was just HORRIBLE

I went in on mother’s day and they were surprisingly not busy. The place is super clean. I wanted ombré and the first nail tech saw what I wanted and when she realized it was something she could not do I was handed off to another nail tech. Which is awesome she did not attempt something she was comfortable with. However my nails came out amazing. I loved that the acrylic powder used was a brand I follow on Instagram. I did not catch my nail techs name but she was amazing. It has been about 4 days and I have no lifting or breaking of the nails and I’m pretty rough on my hands. They were also very quick. I will definitely be returning for a new ombré set

I went there for the first time a week ago and thought my nails looked amazing when I left. I spent 60$ and my nails have all popped off already I dont recommend it at all.

I went to this salon for the first time today. I would not go back. The pedi was horrible. No massage no lotion. They charged 15 bucks extra for the polish on my toes just because it was gel. 15 bucks is crazy. After she did my nails there was no hand massage either. She did put lotion on at least. Nothing special about this nail salon. Next!

Wish i could give 0 stars. Called ahead to ask if they were busy guy said no come at 1 got there just shortly after 1 pm 2 people were waiting I stood there for 20 mins no one said 1 word to me. No one even looked at me. Talk about terrible service. Thats ok Ill take my business else where. Just terrible.

It was my first time, never again the worst service ever. My hands ane feet are so f$$ked up. They cant do nails at all. My nails are crooked, they dont have orher services either. Poorly ran!!

First of let me say that this salon was very neat and clean. And it didnt not smell overwhelmingly like chemicals upon entry. But...and this is a big but...the young lady that did my nails was very very rough! To the point that I now have a cut on my pinky finger from her aggressively filing my nail and not realizing that she was on my skin!!!! I got a pedicure and manicure and both rather rough. She was pleasant and had a nice attitude but the technical skills need serious work. And while my service was being performed, another nail tech was standing over is showing us her selfies that she had taken and I that kept distracting us both.

Went to the salon 6/14/2018 very nice salon but won’t go back. I had same experience with my pedi no massage the girl was rushing and my gel manicure was horrible bumps and uneven she cut them to short 😡 I felt she was rude and unfriendly for a salon the is just starting.

I received a rush job, cold water on my pedi and mani, the sign says 17$ pedi, but its only with a service for $25 and over...lol.. so they charged a 3 yr old 13$ for a toe polish and nail polish, no soaking, no previous color on her hands, no file, no nothing!!..I will not return.Mind you there was a lady that returned the next day with her polish messy..nope never again!!

Horrible service the change prices as they go along not confirm and do not do good pedicure and when you ask questions they ask you to leave. RACIST and rude do not support this NEW BUSINESS. They did a horrible job on both my mani & pedi both times I went to them. My nails are all different lengths & shape and after two days a nail broke. My gel polish is bubbled and the customer service was rude when I voiced my displeasure.

They use cheap nail polish, cheap products- my gel peeled same day... 3 nails.... the acrylic underneath was chipped as well, I went back and took them off and they charged me for taking them off and polish and no remorse of the sloppy service from the day priorShe was like “yeah ok whatever” attitude- Bad customer service... never again.
