Blossom nails is easily the best nail salon around. John, Miley and the rest of the nail techs are patient, personable, and kind. They pay attention to detail and give one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had! I’ve been coming here for years and they really make their customers feel welcome and appreciated - plus they remember their clients so it makes going that much better. I’ve brought friends here as well, each and every time we always enjoy it. Every service also comes with a parafin wax which is incredible. Can’t say enough great things! HIGHLY recommend!!

Always exceptional care for manicures (gel, dip, regular) and pedicures (regular, spa.) The attention to detail is excellent and my nails are perfect for weeks. I also get cute designs and a huge polish selection as part of the experience. The owners and staff here are really kind and totally dedicated to a great experience and value for their customers.

I started going here right when nail salons reopened after being shut down for COVID. The staff made me feel comfortable from the second I walked in! I will not go anywhere else for my pedicures. The prices are incredible for the services they offer and everyone is so accommodating and skilled. I have gotten pedicures from a couple different techs, but always try to book with Lily. She is so sweet and welcoming! She really goes above and beyond to ensure that you get exactly what you want on your nails and even suggests extras to make them pop. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes, even without an appointment.

My absolute favorite salon! Miley is the absolute best. My nails always come out perfect and I never have any issues with them. I have been going here for years and I love it. So many colors to pick from and very clean. Recommend booking an appointment in advance as they get very busy. I will never leave this salon!

By far one of the best, if not the best, mani/pedis Ive had. The folks are friendly and the service is great. John, the spa owner, has serviced me twice and has done a fantastic job both times. My nails were cut, filed, shaped and buffed perfectly and he was gentle with my cuticles. The massages are the best part! Very happy with the service here! My nails look great. :)

Samantha did an excellent job with my 1.5 hour spa pedicure. The hot stone massage and paraffin wax treatment were amazing. Everything was so clean and equipment sterilized. All of this for $50.I was on a business trip and this place was just over a mile from my hotel so I walked. Samantha makes me want to dive 6 hours to Burlington to get a pedicure regularly!

This place has its pros and cons. The massage during pedicure is nice. They do one when they are exfoliating and then again with nice oil and cream. If you have Nikkia then you will have a very relaxing experience. There’s no privacy though during your pedicure and the owner has to stop to answer the phone. There is that nail polish smell. Unfortunately the woman I had did not do the best job on my nails. Came out uneven and rough. Everyone was very nice though. We did have to wait a half hour after our appointment time before they were ready for us. The price is right too.

Blossom Nails is the best around! I had tried so many places in the area and no one compares. John does the most amazing gel manicures. They last long and never chip. He genuinely cares about each of his clients and makes sure they always leave happy. Couldnt recommend this place more.

Hidden gem! I would recommend this place. Helen has always done a great job. I get acrylic refills and pedicures every two weeks. She is attentive to detail, yet fast. They have water and soda for customers... Nice touch! And the place is clean, nice and bright.

I didn’t know where to go so I googled and per the reviews selected Blossom Nails & Spa. This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had. The staff are wonderful and my mom (who can be picky) was very pleased and was talking and laughing she really enjoyed her pedicure as did I. Additionally my manicure was one of the best I’ve had! This place is a hidden treasure. Was looking for a place near the mall and gave them a try based on the positive Yelp reviews. Sam did my regular pedicure / gel mani ($30 each) and she was one of the best nail techs Ive ever had. I made an appointment online, which I would highly recommend because they only had 3 or 4 nail techs on a weekday evening and they were all busy. The online booking is a huge plus. The techs take their time, and are very friendly and meticulous. I usually feel $30 is steep for a regular pedicure (though it seems to be the standard in Burlington), but Blossom makes the price worth it with extra details: a deep leg and foot massage, hot stones, and even paraffin on the heels were included in the price. Sam did extra coats on my gel manicure because the color was so light, which I appreciated. The manicure also included sugar scrub, a hand massage, and paraffin. They also have what looked to be a large collection of Dip Powder colors, which Sam recommended and told me they have been using the Dip Powder there for 2 years. Lastly, they have a rewards punch card that gets you a $5 discount after 5 services.Only cons: because they have limited techs and the techs take their time, I was in there for close to 2 hours and had to rush out at the end without doing the paraffin on my manicure. Also, they didnt seem to have all their gel colors sampled so it was a bit difficult to choose a color for my mani. These are small details and I would still highly recommend them and already told others to give them a try.They accept cards and you can tip on a credit card, though there are signs at the tables stating that they strongly prefer cash tips.

Everyone is very friendly, does an amazing job, and accommodates appointments appropriately. Im now a regular, having tried Blossom at the recommendation of my mother, who is also a regular here. This is my absolute favorite nail place in the Billerica/Burlington area. The pricing is reasonable and the quality is high. Everyone does a great job, but I request Miley. Highly recommend!
