I use the touchless portion of their car wash and it works great. Through a fault of my own, I was double charged for a previous wash. When I told them about it there was no problem, and they gave me the next wash for no charge. The only reason I didnt rate it five stars is because I dont use the tunnel wash.

Fantastic. Great customer service. My car wash did not go on. Swiped my card again it still did not go on. So I got 2 $13.00 charges for a car wash that never turned on. I was just going to let it go but decided you know what $26 spent and no wash? Let me just call and see if they will help me. They told me to come on down and they would provide me with a car wash and refund. I pulled up and the manager was outside within seconds and got me through immediately. EXCELLENT! Was also happy there was a manager there on the weekend!

This is the worst touchless car wash in the area.There have been zero notable updates done to this place in about 10 years.The card readers are always broken, the wash skips cycles, doesn’t have a drier and it’s absolutely never been spot free.I only ever go here when I don’t have time to go to Wilmington and typically regret it.It’s really disappointing because it’s 2 minutes away from my house.I just got the Works wash and it never sprayed the wax. I’m now looking at the hood of my car as it’s drying and it’s covered in the same dust that was the reason it needed a wash.This car was washed and waxed before going into storage so the wash had easy job and all it accomplished was stealing $15 from me and covering my car in water spots.Now I need to wash it again because it really looks bad.For an owner that loves to publicly bash other businesses it would be great if you would invest in your own.

I called and the representative on the phone was rude and unapologetic but offered to wash the car in other wash (using the brushes), it was inconvenient to drive back but the other wash worked much better.

I wish I could rate Burlington Car Wash 0 stars.I purchased the most thorough car wash possible (In the “Theresa” line), my car went inside, and I kept moving since the “Go” light was on. Some light water sprayed my car. I stayed there for a minute, waiting for “Go” light to fade and for other lights (that indicate what wash cycle you’re in) to go on. I waited longer. I looked at every possible sign, and drove up to where a sign said “your front tire here.” Then, the “Go” light went off, and the light water spray stopped. All lights off at this point - it seems like the car wash has finished.I wait longer, look around for help, and no one was there to assist me. Eventually, I drove away without getting a car wash at all. So annoying. I’d like my $15 back.

I went there hoping to show some love for my car! I got a car wash, and asked if I could have my car detailed. they said I would need to make an appointment for that which sounded reasonable. The gentleman then said that he could vacuum the inside of my car and wash the windows for $20 which I thought was great. When he checked in with his colleague to then confirm, the service was rescinded. There were two employees there and seemingly no other business. It was Friday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. . I found this disappointing and will likely not return.

Be careful of this place. Put my ten dollars in. Pulled in to the bay and the unit did not start. I was not sure what to do since it was 11:00 at night. Called them and they said I have to show up when someone is there in the day. I only get over there at night. So I would rate this place at zero stars for customer care. I guess this is a lesson to me to not use this place at night and it only cost ten dollars good deal.

Worst car wash ever. Went through touch free and there is barely any water pressure to clean the car. Worse than that the wash left soap all over the car. After spot free rinse there is still a lot of soap. Tire rims are filled with soap. Roof is full of soap residue. Had to go to another wash to get the whole mess cleaned up. This place is terrible, avoid it at all costs.

I have gone to this car wash 2x and twice had issues with the card reader and timing of the washes in between cars. At my last visit. I sat for 5 min waiting for light to turn green. Never did, pulled through and wash did not start after being in it for another 5 min. Drove around and went back in since it did except my card and the wash began. I believe they are having technical issues at thisj time

Purchased the most expensive Works wash for $15 and my car was covered in water spots after. It was a sunny day with moderate wind so I expected the No Water Spot Finish to handle this, but my car looked dirtier than when I went in. The windows and paint looked terrible and I had to bring it to another car wash to get it fully clean.Everyone should be aware that this car wash does not dry your car!

I didnt hear anything for the undercarriage sprayers and if you cant hear it, its either VERY LOW pressure and not doing anything, or its just not working. Full wash is somehow done in less than 2 minutes...it shows because there is still dirt on the car. Got back to work and the car was still wet so Autodry didnt work. Spots everywhere.Neat business.

[update] Added a star. They replaced the old touch free system with a new one. The new one, especially if you get the “works” does a decent job, but still isn’t great. Much better than the old one though. The lack of any drying system is really the biggest problem now. So if you go here, bring lots of towels to dry your car with... car comes out soaked.[old review]: Automated (touch free) Wash is the worst Ive ever used. Customer service was good, and the drive through wash is ok, but don’t waste your $$ on the touch free garbage.

The most disgusting car wash ever! Period.I took “super wash” that had nothing super about it because my car was still dirty. After the wash there is no heater or dryer to get that extra water.It’s the first car wash that I have seen that charged for vacuum that too just coins.If I could I would only recommend this to my enemies (why would they listen to me, but still!!)

I paid to have my undercarriage washed and it never did .. And barely cleaned my car and the worst part is there is no air dryer at the end... Even the lowest quality car washes have an air dryer to at least get rid of some water.... And spot free wash is definitely recycled water cause leaves tons of spots ...worst touch less car wash I have been too... Save money use a hose

Car came out with scratches. Staff doesnt take any accident reports. Owner has me come down to tell me that its not possible for his machine to damage car. If so why waste my time if you have no interest in making things right. Refused to give his insurance information.

Getting out of this car wash and onto the main road, if you need to go left, is a nightmare but my car was nice and sparkling and I my back up cameras were functional again.
